Review Time

Warning: there are flashing effects/colourful effects/drugs/references to the Soviet Union and suicide/suicide/bodily functions/amputation/medical

Most of Von Erichs could out wrestle anyone, but they couldn't out wrestle their curse: basically I will centralise this so I can put in over names; this film focuses on Kevin Von Erich [Younger: Grady Wilson/Older: Zac Efron:] the second son; a very talented wrestler, on some research he actually made it to the WWF/WWE in 1991 for 16 months. David Von Erich [Younger: Valentine Newcomer/Older: Harris Dickinson:] the third son; likewise a very talented wrestler and talented on the mic as well; he made it to All Japan Pro Wrestling, but sadly never got to wrestle there. Kerry Von Erich/The Texas Tornado [Jeremy Allen White:] a wrestler that was built in to be a superstar, even before this word became a phrasing, yes he made it to the WWF/WWE under the gimmick  The Texas Tornado 1990-1992; he is the father of Lacy von Eric [which she had a year with the original Total Nonstop Action Wrestling 2009-2010.] But I digress; at least these three brothers at one time got to hold the WCWA World Six-Man Tag Team Championship as a family unit. Mike Von Erich [Stanley Simons:] he is the fifth son; yes he is a wrestler, but it would be safe to say he was more into his music as a musician. Lance Von Erich [Maxwell Jacob Friedman:] on some research I need to make this crystal clear he is not part of the Von Erich dynasties; even though looking under his championships and accomplishments; he has won WCWA World Six-Man Tag Team Championship twice with different combinations of the Von Erich family; once with Kevin & Kerry and then once with Kevin & Mike. Then we come to over names in wrestling; The Sheik [Chavo Guerrero Jr.,] Gino Hernandez [Ryan Nemeth,] Ric Flair [Aaron Dean Eisenberg] and others, but we are here to experience the Von Erich family at this point in history and beyond our story begins in 1979.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 132 minutes film is a bit slower to begin with, but it does get better the more you watch of this film, they could have really put in the year consistently, the only reason I know some of this by years is because I was alive or just to cover my back I may have seen the pay-per-view in question at some point or I could always be a slight bit wrong.

Action and the art; anything to do with the training or/and wrestling is how a wrestling film should be shown, the wardrobe and set designs and all that; transport its audience into that timeframe.

Character developments and performances; on both counts of what I know of this family which is the very basics; these film interpretations represent them mostly spot on with not one but two outshining performances which I will discuss later on. But however there is one interpretation I will not tolerate and that is Aaron Dean Eisenberg as Ric Flair; okay, okay this may be a small role in the grand scheme of things, but the problem is; because it is Ric Flair a big role, because of who he is young, middle-aged or older, it doesn't matter; Ric Flair is Ric Flair and for those people outside of the wrestling bubble this basically means it comes with a certain swagger, attitude and in his mind the Sun revolves around him, there was no one bigger than him and it don't matter of if he is a good guy, in between or a bad guy [in wrestling terminology: Babyface or Teener or a Heel] he always had the IT factor and if it should happen you think I am being unreasonable, because there is only one Ric Flair, because of this point; I would have been happy with just a good interpretation, so I will already being reasonable, but let's just cut the garbage, this was just a bad representation of Ric Flair to the point where I am surprised that this hadn't been nominated Razzie Award, in hindsight it is a good thing that the positives which I will be bringing up counterbalance this. But let's be positive I would like to think base of this performance Zac Efron gets more in-depth roles as he comes of age as in yes he can do comedies and he looks be having fun doing them types of projects which is cool, but it is clear now he can offer so much more than just that and hopefully we get to see more of Jeremy Allen White; I don't know anything about him, nope I just had a brief look into him and I still don't know too much about him, but you should be able to get more work off the back of this performance that is sure.

This film receives: 7/10, this film is good; if you are interested in wrestling it is well worth a watch and even if you are not into wrestling, it would be educational for you, in particular the people that think this is fake and yes this annoying question does get brought up in this film as well and finally there are some pictures and bits and pieces at the ending credits stage. This film has got some awards accredited to its name. Such as 3 Winners from the same award ceremony/event National Board of Review, USA 2023 NBR Awards Best Ensemble & Top Films and then Utah Film Critics Association Awards 2024 UFCA Award It'sBest Ensemble Cast. 37 Nominees which includes St. Louis Film Critics Association, US 2023 SLFCA Award Best Stunts Chavo Guerrero Jr. and then from the same award ceremony/event VHS Awards 2023  VHS Awards Best Actor Zac Efron 3rd place & Best Supporting Actor Jeremy Allen White

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for WWE WrestleMania XL/40/2024: Night 2 by AverageMansReviews

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for WWE WrestleMania XL/40/2024: Night 2 by AverageMansReviews

Speculation: at one point or another I will be speculating

Drew McIntyre vs. Champ Seth Rollins; Singles for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship: my pick is Drew McIntyre. To be continued momentarily

The Judgement Day hit the ring wiping out both of these two followed by Damian Priest cash in his Money In The Bank Contract to make it;

The Judgement Day's Damian Priest [with the WWE World Women's Champion Rhea Ripley, Finn Bálor & Dominik Mysterio] vs. Champ Drew McIntyre; Singles Match for the WWE Heavyweight Championship: my pick is Damian Priest. With a hand from Bálor, with Ripley and Mysterio taking care of Rollins. Now for McIntyre fans as far as I'm aware he has not signed a new contract yet [as of this content being created,] but with recent developments I think this is just going to be a formality that he signs a new contract and if you don't know what I'm talking about with recent developments WWE Clash At The Castle 15/06/2024 and here is the important detail live from Glasgow, Scotland so they could easily set up Rollins vs. McIntyre vs. Champ Priest; Triple Threat Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship; with The Judgement Day are banned from inside; where McIntyre goes over in becomes champion here, so I have in theory every intention of putting the championship on McIntyre, I just changing the location and after is loss at Mania, that is easily covered up by McIntyre being furious at the loss and going after The Judgement Day and still including Rollins and references to Punk.

LA Knight vs. AJ Styles: Singles Match: my pick is LA Knight. This match should be solidly good, but I am just hoping it is just a case of putting over Knight.

The Pride: Bobby Lashley, The Street Prophets: Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford [with B-Fab] vs. The Final Testament: Karrion Kross, The Authors of Pain: Akam & Rezar [with Scarlett & Paul Ellering;] Six-Man Philadelphia Street Fight: my pick is The Final Testament: Karrion Kross, The Authors of Pain: Akam & Rezar [with Scarlett & Paul Ellering.] Even though I haven't watched any of this feud other than bits and pieces online which isn't much, is it me or has this feud been going on for a while and being quite drifted as in after this may be move these factions/groups onto something else.

Randy Orton vs. Kevin Owens vs. Champ Logan Paul; Triple Threat Match for the WWE United States Championship: my pick is Logan Paul. With the classic and reliable in a nutshell just getting out of here with sneaking out of somewhere for the pin, let's be honest this style of outcome fits with his gimmick.

Bayley vs. Champ Damage CTRL's: Iyo Sky; Singles Match for the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship: my pick is Bayley. Even though I can't see it happening, I am expecting some level of interference from Damage CTRL. But let's finish this on a positive Bayley deserves a moment Mania for grafting her away to the top.

Cody Rhodes vs. Champ The Bloodline's: Roman Reigns; TBD match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship; Stipulation to be determined by the result of Night 1's main event: my pick is Roman Reigns. Firstly I just want to begin by saying I don't care for this entire feud, secondly I am an old wrestling fan from the 80s, so with that being said you can imagine that I have grown cynical, as I referenced last night in a nutshell I don't see Reigns losing twice in two days and then for the WWE to complete give a fan base what they want, is unheard of so I can smell it potential trap around the corner either Jey turning on Cody to explore the whole I trusted you thing, I went to bat for you or Ava gets involved and even if Rhodes does win what they going to do with him? His whole character motivation is a must finish the story and then what? Beat a bunch of guys that for years now haven't been built up as credible wrestlers in the main event picture. Either way the WWE have problems after this Mania and it isn't going to be a short-term fix either.

Speculation: at one point or another I will be speculating

New Catch Republic: Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate vs. #DIY: Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa vs. The Awesome Truth: The Miz & R-Truth vs. The New Day: Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods vs. A-Town Down Under: Austin Theory & Grayson Waller vs. Champs The Judgement Day's: Finn Bálor & Damian Priest; Six-Pack Tag Team Ladder Match for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship [The match will end after both titles under the Undisputed Championship banner the Raw and SmackDown tag titles] have been retrieved, making it possible for the titles to split between two teams: my picks are for the WWE Raw Men's Tag Team Championships #DIY: Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa and for the WWE SmackDown Men's Tag Team Championships A-Town Down Under: Austin Theory & Grayson Waller.

Sami Zayn vs. the WWE Intercontinental Champion Imperium's Walter [with Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci;] Singles Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship: my pick is Walter [with Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci.] Hopefully Chad Gable will turn heel on Zayn, because if there is a championship change here I will not be happy it needs to be even Gable, I know we have already had this match up but at the time I was not too keen on the idea for whatever reason, I think it was because of the record and it needed to happen on a big stage, if my memory is correct I just don't want it to be this one as in this year. I am more open to the idea considering there is no it storyline there or someone like Ilja Dragunov, because whomever defeats Walter will instantaneously get a massive push I would really like it to be someone that has been up there as in around the upper card before on the main roster I should hasten to add.

Becky Lynch vs. Champ The Judgement Day's. Champ Rhea Ripley; for the WWE World Women's Championship: my pick is Rhea Ripley. I am also hoping that we have no outside interference in this match/match slot. Because the way I see this outlay going and I am sure these women would agree that this will be a barnburner, but I do see Lynch putting over Ripley to then disappear off our screens for a while, to fuel speculation of her contract negotiations, just for the record she has said she is WWE and also I don't see her going anywhere unless AEW after her lots of money and the freedom to work with NJPW, because I think in Lynch's I think this would be the only thing missing off it when her time is all said and done, but then again if at some point in the future WWE can work/have a working relationship with another Asian promotion in the future, this extra bonus that AEW can offer is somewhat avoided unless the talent in question really wants to work for AEW/NJPW, I should point out that this is all speculation at this point, but this is a little something that could happen later on if at all. But in somewhat of a reality Lynch could take some time off to then come back, even playing up on her self-doubt that she may be can’t do this anymore and face Ripley again at either WWE Clash At The Castle 2024 Saturday 15/06/2024 which it would be in her region it is coming from Glasgow Scotland and she is Irish or most probably SummerSlam 2024.

Jey Uso vs. The Bloodline's Jimmy Uso; Singles Match: my pick is Jey Uso. I really, truly don't care about this match, yes they can wrestle and put on a good match, but other than that I really don't want to see this match, they will probably go with Jey picking up the win here to try and imply that this group/faction could be on the way down, either way I don't care; moving on.

Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill & Naomi vs. Damage CTRL: Dakota Kai, the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions The Kabuki Warriors: Asuka & Kairi Sane; Six-Woman Tag Team Match: my pick is Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill & Naomi. Well this match/match slot is designed to protect and put over just one person and that would be you Cargill, firstly this is an absolute garbage way to treat your Women's Tag Team Champions; they should be defending their championships on the biggest stage of them all in professional wrestling and secondly they should have debuted Cargill on the main roster the week after Mania, because everyone knows that the week after this event the crowds go mental, it would be a guaranteed lively response, but this match slot is just a case of getting names on the card.

LWO's: Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee vs. Legado Del Fantasma's: Santos Escobar & The Judgement Day's: Dominik Mysterio; Tag Team Match: my pick is obviously going to be Santos Escobar & Dominik Mysterio. With basically Carlito turning on the LWO and turning heel with the attitude of Rey should have chose me instead of Lee and then joining Legado Del Fantasma.

The WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins & Cody Rhodes vs. The Bloodline's: the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship Roman Reigns & The People's Champion The Rock [with Paul Heyman;] Tag Team Match; If Rhodes and Rollins win, all members of The Bloodline will be barred from ringside during the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match on Night 2. If Rock and Reigns win, the championship match on Night 2 will be held under Bloodline Rules: Seth Rollins & Cody Rhodes: on one hand I have completely lost interest in this whole main event situation and on the other hand like someone said a little while ago on social media, basically that they don't see Reigns losing twice and I would agree with that, in a nutshell I see Jey getting involved to turn on Rhodes or Ava as they are not even anymore with The Bloodline or have never been with The Bloodline, but it is very rare that the WWE gives the fans what they want or completely what they want, but as I have already said I have completely lost interest in the main event situation so I really don't care, but all I am saying is just be cautious, if you're expecting it to go one way and it doesn't don't be too surprised.

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for NXT Stand & Deliver 2024 by AverageMansReviews

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for NXT Stand & Deliver 2024 by AverageMansReviews

Speculation: at one point I will be speculating

Dijak vs. Josh Briggs vs. Champ Oba Femi: Triple Threat Match for the NXT North American Championship: my pick is Oba Femi. This is just going to be a banger of a match three large guys going head-to-head.

Nathan Frazer & Axiom vs. Champs The Wolfdogs: : Baron Corbin & Bron Breakker; Tag Team Match for the NXT Tag Team Championships: The Wolfdogs: Baron Corbin & Bron Breakker. This should be another banger, but this time we have agility and speed vs. power and smash mouth.

Roxanne Perez vs. Champ Lyra Valkyria; Singles Match for the NXT Women's Championship: my pick is Lyra Valkyria. It just feels a bit too soon to do a championship drop even though on some research we are looking at 160 days plus, it just doesn't feel right, you know when you have the right wrestler regardless of gender in the right spot at the right time, that is where I am with Valkyria, it should be given space and time to develop into this momentous occasion whenever she gets dethroned.

The Family's: Tony D'Angelo [with Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo] vs. Champ Ilja Dragunov; Singles Match for the NXT Championship: my pick is Ilja Dragunov. Likewise this match should be solidly entertaining.

Trick Williams vs. Carmelo Hayes; Singles Match: my pick is Trick Williams. With the assist from Lush Legend after Hayes try something underhanded, yes I do feel with the level of material in this match, this should be the main event and I could be completely wrong here, so this is just speculation, but this does feel like the right time for Hayes to signoff from NXT in potentially a big main event and put Williams over on the way out, but please can the main roster of SmackDown book Hayes better, I mean if you give him time and space he can be a massive asset.

I am looking forward to this Premium Live Event, because simply put I like wrestling without too much difficulty, just give me wrestling.

Ultimate Muscle: The Kinnikuman Legacy [Season 2,] Episode 54: Kid Goes Hollywood by AverageMansReviews

Ultimate Muscle: The Kinnikuman Legacy [Season 2,] Episode 54: Kid Goes Hollywood by AverageMansReviews

Review Time:

5 things about this episode

Warning: there is flashing/colourful/other effects/bodily functions/transformation/triggering warning for those or any of a transgender community

Match 2 in the Red Group/Division/Ring 2: Storyline, Action, Character [Character developments] and Art; 3. Kid Muscle vs. 4. Hollywood Bowl; Bowl puts the seat led down on Kidd's hands to capture them, so Bowl can throw Kidd backwards, release and high over the ring ropes and out of the ring, Now it is completely speculation but also a fair point, I just wonder if Hollywood Bowl is vaguely based on Goldust [film gimmick between his debut as this character in 1995-1997 in the WWF/WWE] as he looks nothing like Goldust, but he is everything films, don't get me wrong I like the look of this character as well as he is a mixture between a human being and a toilet, but I should also point out that it just so happens that this film gimmick used in this TV program happens to belong to a character that looks like a toilet; I am not saying that this interpretation of Goldust belongs in the toilet; in fact this is Dustin Rhodes' best work for the WWF/WWE and when they should have really given him the WWF Championship.

This episode receives: 6/10, this episode is good; now let's talk about this sensibly I know this animated TV program was released in the early 2000's and no I am not of the woke community. But even I have to say the transgender element over the very recent times including this episode, have been progressively getting worse as it clumsily, stupidly and consistently brings up the gender of a character, I know as I have all you referenced it was some time ago now in the early 2000’s but even for back then, this is not acceptable and the more I think about it; the more it is just in poor taste; that is why I have decided to take off not one but two marking points for this episode

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem 2023 by AverageMansReviews

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem 2023 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/transformation/animal cruelty/stabbing/shooting/impaling/chopping/burning/torture/electrocution/regeneration/bodily functions

You can't see me, no John Cena but we can hear you as the voice of Rocksteady: basically; 15 years later after this ooze goes down into the sewers it has changed the lives of a rat named Splinter [voiced by Jackie Chan:] a loving and incredibly protective parent/sensei to his four Turtle sons; Leonardo/other names [voiced by Nicolas Cantu:] a budding the leader to his three other brothers, Rafael [voiced by Brady Noon:] is the strongest and bravest, but is already starting to show signs of being the lone wolf out of his brothers, Donatello [voiced by Micah Abbey:] is the tech/science Turtle, but he doesn't have much belief in himself and his ability/skills and a finally we have Michelangelo/other name [voiced by Shamon Brown Jr.:] is the comical and warmhearted one out of four. They eventually make a friend by the name of April O'Neil/other name [voiced by Ayo Edebiri:] a student of Eastman High School [apologies if I have missspelt this location incorrectly, I just went with how it sounds;] but I digress she is a intelligent, determined and budding news reporter, that teams up with our four turtle to solve these strange goings-on.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 99 minutes film, well this is one of those computer animated film title that is fluently connected to the framework, pacing and the art.

I think because of both animated Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse 2018 and Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse 2023, some people are beginning to wake up and realise if we don't come out with something individual and captivating we may as well pack our bags and head home. Partially and obviously it would be useful for this project to have a profit margin by the end of it, but currently it needs to do a lot of work to achieve that, but it is more important to stand out as its own artistic universe; Which it does that with great ease and comfort, as we have the outlay of basically a graphic novel, with a dark grungy undertone and presentation, but also being bright and vibrant. Because of this it gives the action sequences are licensed to be full of chaos and to incorporate the character developments and comedy of our four Turtle brothers, be it when they are being teenagers just performing chore going shopping for Splinter or/and trying to do a stupid stunt and recording it or/and trying to do the right thing, but they are very green [no I am not making reference to their appearance,] but this crime-fighting thing.

I really do hope that, they do come out with this sequel and a spin-off TV series [as I'm aware of things as of now Saturday 05/08/2023 they have both in development.] Because they have lots to work with here; maturing their characters; such as let's hope O'Neil physical reaction to being on camera or I hope they fill out Splinter's back story a bit, I don't mind a different interpretation and if they are going with it different interpretation I can understand why they aren't doing it just yet in this film. Because this film is the basic [I don't mean any disrespect,] but and this is just speculation on my part if they wanted or had the idea to do it trilogy if everything goes well. This film fulfils the beginning of in theory this trilogy.

The voice performances; they are all good with likewise good chemistry between this cast of voices, likewise as their characters need to grow, these voice performances to begin with show good potential and I would like/hope that in their contracts; they are coming back to do at minimum the sequel, so that they can grow and mould their versions of their characters.

This film receives: 10/10, this film is top-notch entertainment; on reflection I couldn't give anything less. Because it clearly wants to create its own world interpretations, so I am willing to see what the sequel brings [I should just cover my back and say if we get one And this doesn't include the TV program as well, I say this so I am covered for any eventuality.] After the first lot of credit there is one extra sequence of events and yes this film also currently has 1 Winning Award to its name; Heartland Film 2023 Truly Moving Picture Truly Moving Picture Award Jeff Rowe (director) Kyler Spears (director)

The Building of: WWE vs. All Elite Wrestling Volume 53 by AverageMansReview

The Building of: WWE vs. All Elite Wrestling Volume 53 by AverageMansReview

Just a heads up: I will be discussing things freely but as always softening my language.

WWE & All Elite Wrestling: I haven't done this for a long time, because it is a mixture between I have different departments to put wrestling content in and time. But I have been feeling this way for some time now and don't worry I will continue producing wrestling content, that isn't in question here. But as I have said or indicated in other content I have like more or less switched off about this upcoming WrestleMania, if you think it is because we are not getting Rock vs. Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship it has something but little to do with it; it is so much more to do with how toxic this whole situation got and still remains to be in its entirety, I mean I have heard that there is friction between the locker room and Rock as it relates to he can do or say what he likes when he likes, whilst the rest of the locker room minus a few other names as well, so I am of the mindset that even you allow all your rosters the same kind of freedom and basic guidelines, like if they could stay away from the big adult words that would be useful or if not your big names should be setting an example for the rest of the locker rooms to follow. But as it relates to Rock I am also seen proof today of him continuing the be down of Rhodes on 25/03/2024 Raw after being informed they had gone off air, now on one hand obviously they could use this extra content next week or some other time or at minimum made reference to it, which is reasonable. But if they don't, it isn't the greatest look for Rock as for a little while now I have also heard from the film industry that Rock has cultivated a reputation of pushing his weight around and the more I see or hear of Rock doing this kind of things, the WWE are going to have a much bigger Rock problem, but then again I have also seen on a social media platform people praising him for being a pro wrestler, which if they don't use this extra content this action is not being a pro wrestler; it turns more into somebody stroking their ego; but for now we will have to wait and see. You're aware that either option they choose to go with Reigns or Rhodes as champion the WWE are going to have problems; because they have ran the Reigns/Bloodline to into the ground and as someone pointed out online and I am delighted that there are more people out there thinking like me where would you do with Rhodes after this? Because his whole story has been finish the story, what do you do after that? I mean I have completely checked out of this main event is situation because frankly it is a load of bull shish kebab, that is the price of building up scenarios without a payoff like McIntyre for one example eventually when or if you choose to have a momentous championship drop/switch no one is going to give me fudge

I mean just having a quick look on the men's side of Mania regardless of either night I eventually have very little interest in; no really, the ladder match for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships and the triple threat for the WWE Universal Championship and  Zayn vs. Walter for his WWE Intercontinental Championship; will be good but we all know this spot should have been Gable's; if Zayn wins here I will be absolutely fuming, hopefully Gable costs him the win and Knight vs. Styles should be good as well; but it could very easily just being main event of SmackDown and I have no interest in seeing Jey vs. Jimmy and I have indicated as much for some time now Little to No Interest in seeing this at potentially WWE WrestleMania 40/2024? - Spoilers Alarm! Link https://averagemansreviews2017.blogspot.com/2023/09/little-to-no-interest-in-seeing-this-at.html

So the female side of things is much stronger, but for one little detail or actually two details; so the WWE don't yet trust Jade Cargill which is on his based on she has been positioned around 5 women that knows what the WWE is expected of them, so it covers up any of Cargill's weaknesses. I mean Cargill looked so much better in AEW, because they protected her not only in a wrestling sense but also a promo sense, because yes she did speak in AEW, but because of her presentation it was easier to cover up her weaknesses on the mic, which is honestly true I didn't notice until last Friday's SmackDown 29/03/2024 her main roster debut which yes looked good, but a complete waste of time and if you want to make her look like a big deal I would have waited until after Mania, because regardless of shows everyone knows a week after this massive event the crowds are notoriously mental so this is a wasted opportunity and obviously the second detail is so these WWE Women's Tag Team Championships aren't worth shish kebab as they owned being defended by The Kabuki Warriors: Asuka & Kairi Sane.

Now we move on to AEW; we need is serious conversation Tony Khan, I like your promotion, but stop getting into back and forths with people, in particular Eric Bischoff, I mean I know of it this time around I haven't looked into it, but if it is like your previous conversations just don't bother, I mean I have run ins with people on social media and that will discuss them later, but for here and now I say my bit and eventually but let's go. Moving on to Jack Perry; I don't like the guy either, because on the biggest night of AEW's history at AEW: All In 2023 he went into business for himself, just for the record if he did it at any other pay-per-view I would have been annoyed gave him a suspension and moving on, but as this was the biggest event in AEW history it was hardly the right time to have a public outburst on a massive stage. But whatever is happening between you two right now, I will tell you from an outsider's perspective, it is hardly a good look for you TK. Because I know of one other wrestling promoter that used to do this kind of shish kebab of having a wrestler's contract and either not intending to use them or not allowing them to go and be released, I should point out yes I am aware of allegedly [grey area] apparently there were conversations to bring Perry back before WWE Survivor Series 2023 where Punk made his return and it kicked it all off again. Because TK blames Perry for losing Punk and the more content I hear about this situation, the more it sounds like TK would have let Punk get away with mostly anything which is really fudgin' embarrassing and sad, let me remind you TK everyone including myself repeatedly warned you about the dangers of hiring Punk and you just didn't listen, yes Punk may be a big draw, but he is not worth the backstage aggravation and let me remind you he spent more time on the injury list them being a actual champion; so in a nutshell working it out with Perry or release him; this garbage is not a good look for your promotion; your promotion that said they were going to be different; but you are actively dealing with Perry in the same way that Mr. McMahon if anyone crossed him; it is just a shame you wouldn't show those kind of grapefruits to Punk.

The problem is I am seeing déjà vu with TK and Mercedes Moné where he has said she can be the face of AEW and I am sitting there going hold on; wait just one fudgin' second she has literally been in the door for one second and you already putting her on a pedestal, above those that have worked their posterior off day in and day out, especially on the women's side of things where they don't get were have never gotten any real screen time. That is massively disrespectful and incredibly rude, considering Moné even before her first on TV appearance indicated she will probably end her career in WWE [once again yes I am aware since this has come out; she meant it in no disrespect.] But having said this; how was she expecting us to take it? I mean really; you sign this contract worth millions and let me get this right so far you have indicated the following; one day you want to be back in the WWE, some promos/sit down interview and TV appearances on you want to be in AEW to make it a global brand and minus a scuffle, but not in a booked wrestling match yet, I know I have said this before but whatever TK is paying her it just isn't worth it, she can't even give a good promo, yes I know she is young but however unlike Cargill [debut in 2021] Moné's debut was in 2010 so by my rough calculations that is 14 years and she still can't deliver a remotely good promo, okay she can deliver one that gets the job done, but that is about it and let's face it she just isn't a big draw.

Finally let's talk about the fan base of these two promotions: I am getting fed up with the toxic nature of wrestling fans, now don't misunderstand me, I can handle it, but at the same time why should I have to receive abuse, about for an example the last time someone called me fat, when it has nothing to do with wrestling itself and you call yourself wrestling fans, while that is bull shish kebab, I stand by everything I have said about the current main event as it relates to the WWE and the current Moné developments. Get this through your thick heads the more wrestling promotions we have, the more better the wrestling industry becomes. Like me or hate me I don't give a fudge, but if you have lived through the monopolisation of the WWE when WCW sold/closed to the WWF/E in 2001, the subsequent years were the dark days of wrestling, as I have said many times. So revelling in AEW struggling currently is just stupidity, I mean I feel bad for TNA at the moment, because through all their hard work just to come back to then go through basically another upheaval in a nutshell is just really bad timing and whilst I'm on the subject for those that say I am a diehard AEW fan but spent all day everyday revelling in their struggle, can I just say you need to go and get a life as at the end of the day we are talking about people's livelihoods, I know TK isn't everybody's cup of tea, but I do think he is trying to make the industry better, even though sometimes he leaves himself open for criticism. But I don't know about everyone else, but all I want is a vibrant wrestling industry
