Review Time: this episode is good.

Comedy level: the viewers here and see the Autobots making jokes about this state-of-the-art robot.

Action sequences/Artistic visions: for one example briefly when the Decepticons break into this location in one way or another, this sequence of events on both counts is well put together with lots happening.

Character developments: now once again for one example; there is friction between Megatron and Starscream, in fact at some point Starscream punches Megatron.

Storyline: without giving too much away, I find it a little bit puzzling or maybe I have missed something but either way I will continue; this episode has been based around this high-tech robot by Earth standards, but why is she needed as this TV series has been based around this alien race or these alien races of robots depending on your perspective, which let's be honest is supremely more sophisticated than this Earth robot and on top of this we have the Autobots poking fun at it or Spike Witwicky and Autobot [Prowl] discussing this point I am making or something to this effect or Starscream pointing out she will burn out sooner or later because of the upgrades that have been done to her [this is just a rough version of what Starscream says but I think you get the point] and on top of that the audience gets this question mark for an ending, I should just point out it is presented as an question-mark ending and it doesn't say something to the effect of “To Be Continued."

Review Time: this is another episode which is lots of fun.

Night/Day: there are some elements of this episode that take place at night and then during the day and on top of that how Megatron and Soundwave get into this location and on top of that there’s more where Megatron is hiding [in his transformed form of Walther P38] shows wonderful imagination.

Action sequences/Storyline: there is one double team Dinobot [Sludge] and Optimus Prime work together to get these characters down from this building/window, here is a quick description of this sequence; Optimus Prime stands on Sludge's head and Sludge raises his head [it is very much like an elevator] and there are plenty of other action sequences in this episode, this can be seen as both storyline and character developments where we have different sets of characters dealing with different elements of this episode, it is all connected in one way or another.

This episode receives: 10/10, now in short even though I haven't put too many details down in this review about this; this episode is action-packed, so I quickly came to this mark.

Review Time: this episode is lots of fun.

Character developments: I will just put two examples here, now the first one is where we have Megatron at first being disgruntled with Soundwave and then Soundwave pointing something out that would be of great interest to Megatron and then Megatron being happy with the information given to him. The reason why I have chosen this example is because; this element may be small but at the same time it does so much in the way of reinforcing in a smart and elegant way that individually or together these two characters are really defined from these two perspectives; firstly Megatron is only interested in Intel or a situation or anything that benefits him or the Decepticons coarse and then secondly from Soundwave's perspective it shows that he is the only one that can get away with speaking to Megatron in this way and not be looking down at his Fusion cannon in the next second, because Soundwave either does what he is told or knows what Megatron wants or something like this.

Now to my second example and this one is slightly smaller it is between Soundwave and Starscream [I can't say too much about this point, because when or if you choose to watch this episode, it will come up,] but once again it is another subtle yet smart way of putting over to your viewers that Starscream shows with Soundwave's abilities and other scenes or sequences on his own in this episode that Starscream could have brought something different to the table and could have been a great asset to Megatron just like Soundwave, if Starscream wasn't mostly focused on and desperate for the leadership of the Decepticons.

Action sequences/Artistic visions: on both counts these two elements are of a very high standard, briefly here are one or two elements for you to look out for; these fighter jets underwater or these vehicles underwater or on the water.

Storyline: this is one of those occasions where may be making this storyline into a two-parter would have been an option they should have taken based on my opinion of this; they could have just continued with these elements in this episode and on top of that they have or had four groups of characters to work with.

Review Time: this is another good episode.

Character developments: without giving too much away, Starscream is pleading with Megatron to reverse something. I know this is a little bit vague; it will make sense when you watch this episode.

Racing/Stunt: the Autobots race around this track in their vehicle states and Sunstreaker tries to perform this stunt with the assistance from the other Autobots.

This episode receives: 6/10, now after taking everything into consideration this mark feels better suited for this episode

Artistic visions: the Arcade elements look really good

Action sequences: now just for a little bit of variety, I have decided to talk about this little action element, in this element, we have this Autobot [Jazz] jumping on to this immobilized water, it looks something like a leg drop or it could be just this character jumping to sit down on this water, I have seen this scene many times now and it doesn't take too much imagination, I can see a leg drop here [wrestling move.]

Artistic visions/Action sequences: we have these three Decepticons [Starscream, Skywarp and later on in the same sequence Megatron] stealing something from this Research Laboratory [this building has some other words on it as well] and how these two characters break in through the ceiling and then Starscream reaches in with his hand to take this machine with the two scientists hanging on to it and then falling off. Megatron appears to share some dialogue and do this double-team with Starscream [Megatron is in his transformed mode of Walther P38.] I should just point out this is just a rough description of this sequence, but it is a great way to begin.

Character developments: now it doesn't matter if it is the Autobots or the Decepticons or the Insecticons there is some kind of friction in one way or another.

This episode receives: 10/10, briefly this episode has many entertaining elements or scenes or sequences to it.

Review Time: this episode is excellent.

Night/Days: the beginning of this episode takes place at night time which is something basic yet it is good variety.

Action sequences/Artistic visions: the invisibility spray was a smart idea and when it is in effect I like how it shows itself [you can still see Megatron and Starscream.] Now I can't be too specific about this; because that would give too much of the episode way, but what I can say is this; I would say roughly the final quarter or more of this episode is comfortably strong enough for this episode to go up a mark, with the Decepticons and the Autobots chasing them onto this vehicle that can go miles upon miles and this action sequence or elements mixed with the artistic visions are fun to watch.

This episode receives: 8/10, I should have said this sooner; but I'm saying it now. If I ever seem indecisive about any projects, it is probably because I have been thinking for too long about the mark or in this case for a good example I was going to give this episode a different mark but maybe slightly more than the final quarter roughly of this episode changed my mind or something other.

Review Time: this is another excellent episode.

Puzzle/Movie reference: I have decided to use these wordings, because I can talk to you about it without saying too much, but as soon as you see this episode it will make sense. These two elements are imaginative and as it relates to the movie reference it gets mentioned and you can see the similarities [I should point out one little detail I have never seen this film at this point anyway, but it is one of those kind of things that if you have been around films long enough, you will hear of it.]

Character developments: I like how the Constructicons gets shown in this episode, a little bit of friction between them now and again while other times they are on the same page, I do stand by what I said in an earlier episode review about them individually or collectively being intelligent, but in this episode it looks and feels like they all bring something different to the table.

This episode receives: 8/10, now after everything is said and done this mark feels right.

Review Time: this episode is excellent.

Character developments: Starscream and Megatron have friction at some points throughout this episode, Starscream attempts to shoot or shoots his gun on the side of his arm and Megatron is far from happy about this.

Action sequences: there are some double teams with Megatron and Soundwave [Megatron is in his transformed mode of Walther P38] and on top of that there is one triple team where we have Optimus Prime [in his transformed mode of FL86 cab over semi truck] and these two Autobots [Jazz and Sunstreaker] one of them standing on each side holding on to Optimus Prime outside where people/the driver would sit and shooting their handguns.

This episode receives: 8/10, this mark feels right after taking everything into consideration and on a quick side note when or if you come to watch this episode what is Soundwave doing with his arms when he releases his mini-cassette of Ravage [here is a quick description Soundwave puts up his arms straight up in the air -- something like the signal from the NFL Referees that says the Field Goal is good and then presses his chest opening button with his elbow, it is just strange

Review Time: this episode is mixed.

Technical issues: the final episode in season one was episode 16, I went to watch this episode it had the number 16 beside the title instead of 17, or episode 1 [because it is the first one on the DVD,] but there's more you may have noticed at the top of this episode review there is Season 2, Volume 1, Disc 1 this is because when you go to watch this DVD on the start screen it should say somewhere on it Disc 1 I have no idea why this is; in fact I went back to have a quick look at Season 1's DVD's to see if I had missed something, but I hadn't.

Storyline: now I am going to try not to give too much away; here we go, unless I have missed something again, at no point does this episode cover how the Decepticons survived and found a way out of the previous episode, but moving on to the storyline, in a nutshell it is based around a well-known horror story just adapted slightly to fit in with this TV series; which in theory I should like but even now I am in two minds about this episode storyline for some reason, it's difficult to put my finger on it.

Character developments: so how is Reflector meant to work, because yes in this episode we get to see them do something collectively including being their transformed state a camera,] my point is this; when does Reflector stop being Reflector and the three individual characters begin being individual characters. There is some friction between Starscream and Megatron in this episode as well.

Action sequences: there are two double teams, I will only bring up one though, Megatron teams up with Soundwave [Megatron is in his transformed mode of Walther P38.]

This episode receives: 4/10, I am comfortable with this mark or just about comfortable, it was a difficult call really but taking everything into consideration I think it is about right, on a quick side note without saying too much watch out for Autobot [Brawn's] kick, let's just say with a kick like that he could play for the Green Bay Packers.
