Match/Stipulations: World War 3 Match; 60 wrestlers divided into 3 Rings, over the top battle royal for the vacant WCW Heavyweight Championship, where both feet must touch the ground; in Ring 1; The Dungeon of Doom's The Yeti, likewise Ring 2; The Dungeon of Doom's The Giant, Ring 3; Hulk Hogan and when Rings 2 and 3 are down to 10 wrestlers, they are all put in Ring 1 and once again likewise that goes for our commentary teams

Match Quality: 7/10

Match Slot Storyline: 5/10

Crowd Participation: 10/10

Match Total: 40/60 - this match/match slot is good.

Comments: well this main event slot was certainly something, these attribute marks are a fair reflection on this slot. Now I have officially seen this concept for myself as in the match/generally speaking of World War 3, it does have two problems in this case; the first problem is; I empathise with the three sets of commentary teams, but having said that on reflection. I know they can't really foresee what is going to happen in a match of this type, but you would think they would and this is speculation on my part because I don't know what they did. But you would think they would all get together and at least have a 30 minute conversation on how they see it going or something to that effect. In a rough description of the kind of; Schiavone first time around makes a blooper about explaining the 10 wrestlers left stipulation in Ring 2 and 3 then later on he tries again and corrects himself, later on we have Heenan calling Big Bubba Rogers the completely wrong name and when I say completely the wrong name I mean it is not allowed in this company as it belongs to the WWF/E something to the effect of Big Boss Man or just to cover my back I am going to say Boss Man, but likewise later on he sets himself up again to use the correct name of or inversion Big Bubba Rogers, Cruise makes reference some kind of reference to not knowing two wrestlers that have just been eliminated or a likewise something to that effect. Basically in its entirety I am now just wondering if the commentary teams should have been somewhere sitting together [I know I have seen the outlay of this event, that would have been difficult to achieve.] But you can't get the feeling that even though I may have gotten these things in the wrong order I am discovering my back either way, next time they should come up with a better strategy/outlay to get a better rapport with one another And I should  very briefly point out we have a multi-screen of three on our TV screens until  it goes down to one ring.

The second problem is; and I have to be completely honest this is unforgivable. The closing outlay to this match is baffling now let me make this crystal clear the only reason I find it baffling and I really, really fudging dislike it. It's because this is the inaugural of this match stipulation or/and stipulations. So for seasoned wrestling fans or anyone surrounding or in the business, if this happened in any other year, I really wouldn't have a problem with it. But as it is the first time showing off this stipulation I am of the belief that you want everything to go according to plan and essentially praise the stipulation/stipulations for resolving the ongoing saga before it

Yes I am fully aware that this is a spoiler version, but I'm not going to directly tell you the outcome because I try not to give that fully away anyway. But when it happens you will be saying; Wow they really pulled that manure here and now? I will make reference to this one more time, if it happened at any other time we wouldn't be having this discussion, I mean what were they thinking? Especially when we have been experiencing this kind of shenanigans throughout this match slot anyway and the final cherry on top of this manure cake is where we have this interview segment which I will discuss a little later in agreement that something clearly went wrong, but the referee; Randy Anderson basically didn't see it and yes I don't care if this is a continuation to progress in storyline, as I have for you made reference to it was built up as essentially a problem solver and yes I know there are some of you out there; that would say it resolved a problem and yes this is true, but it reflects badly on this newlyformed stipulation as it didn't fully resolve the situation previously.

* "Mean" Gene Okerlund: Interviewer Hulk Hogan in the middle the ring agreeing with Hogan that something went wrong including bringing Hogan having words whilst Okerlund is holding the mic with the new WCW Heavyweight Champion Savage in a nutshell am paraphrasing he will bring the evidence tomorrow on WCW Monday Night Nitro.

* Tony Schiavone & Bobby "The Brain" Heenan/"Wiesel": Commentary on-screen to have a discussion about what they are just seen and Schiavone to bring this pay-per-view to close and if you're wondering strangely enough we didn't see any action replay's of this closing section of this main event, I mean the replay facilities must have been malfunctioning or broken, alongside the entrance theme music of "Ooooooh Yeeaah!"

This pay-per-view receives: 6/10, this pay-per-view is good; I can't say too much here, other than this pay-per-view was heading for a higher marking, because at minimum positive. But you come to this main event and they completely blew it and everyone that has been around wrestling long enough you should know this expression very well "It is how you leave them at the end" or something to that effect, consequently this pay-per-view marking took a reasonable hammering.

The highest ranking match on this card based on attributes would be: The Four Horsemen's "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair vs. Sting: Singles Match with 50/60.

The lowest ranking match on this card based on attributes would be: The Four Horsemen's "Cripple" Chris Benoit vs. WCW the United States Champion Kensuke Sasaki [with Sonny Onoo:] Singles Match for the United States Championship with 38/60.

Match Total: 50/60 - this match/match slot is excellent.

Comments: this match/match slot definitely did what it was designed to do and that was to get the crowd up for this match/match slot and the upcoming main event which is next after this as well. This match is spilling over into and one point or another in one of these three rings; everyone from these two wrestlers, to the crowd to our commentary team picks up their game for at least a notch or more. I think I get what happens next, but having said that I still think it is a little weird. For some strange reason we have Col. Robert Parker and Sister Sherri coming out on what seems to be a date night in kayfabe, I think the general idea is; two people on a date night going to watch some wrestling, which this makes sense. But why didn't they make it a pay-per-view narrative instead of this odd appearance and then checking a little bit later on in this match slot when they are sitting on these chairs in the open interview section where we have seen these interviews take place throughout the night. Like I said I get it, but it is also a bit weird and on top of that it takes a little bit of focus away from this excellent match/match slot.

Basic Result: Sting picks up the W.

* Video package once again of a higher quality recapping with voice-over, but also delivering a major stipulation; so not only is it; World War 3 Match; 60 wrestlers divided into 3 rings, over the top battle royal for the vacant WCW Heavyweight Championship, we now have one giant in each ring to begin within Ring 1; The Dungeon of Doom's The Yeti [on a quick side note and a little bit of research they use this name, but when he makes his entrance amongst the other wrestlers he clearly has been already repackaged by appearance of The Super Ninja; very basic description you are looking for  a yellow crescent moon or something to that effect on his repackaging that is him and yes I know Penzer says his name and he does get referenced on commentary, but if you needed some reassurance that is what you're looking for] Ring 2; The Dungeon of Doom's The Giant [of course they made reference to him being the son of André the Giant] and Ring 3; Hulk Hogan

* "Mean" Gene Okerlund: Interviewer Hulk Hogan where Hogan makes reference to the stinky giant again, amongst other things

* [Ring 1] Tony Schiavone & Bobby "The Brain" Heenan/"Wiesel": Commentary appears on-screen with the vacant WCW World Heavyweight Championship building up to the main event

* [Ring 2] "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes & Eric Bischoff: Commentary appear on-screen, where they continue building things up, but Rhodes makes a blooper where in a nutshell am paraphrasing here, he wants to send it to the ring but Bischoff corrects him, basically pointing out we need to go to Ring 3 first, but I think we can put this down to Rhodes being enthusiastic for this main event mixed with partially forgetting.

* [Ring 3] Chris Cruise & Larry Zbyszko: Commentary appear on-screen, where they continue building things up

* David Penzer: Ring announcer says the stipulations and then introduces the competitors

* Michael Buffer: Ring announcer says outlines this main event but says three rings, 60 men and then for some strange reason three rings again [I don't know if this was written for him this way for possibly dramatic effect or if it was him making a blooper] and amongst other things before and after this with yes he is legendary and synonymous final speech and finally pyro/fireworks

Comments: this is another solidly good match slot, it is one of those that you come to expect from these two competitors that don't back down from anybody. Heman puts over on commentary commonsense as it relates to Savage's health and the fact that we have the main event coming up soon and Schiavone talks about Savage's intensity [these are just two examples of our commentary team putting over the current situation and the main event later on night,] but unfortunately we have one blooper from Heenan as it relates to the count out, he makes reference to it being roughly 18, 20 and then Schiavone then a little while later he makes reference to  it being a 10 count

Basic Result: The Dungeon of Doom's "The Total Package" Lex Luger [with "The Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart]Is victorious and on a quick side note yes I didn't know Luger was a member of this faction either, but I did some research and at this point in history Hart and Luger were associated with this faction which in hindsight I should have worked out for myself based on I have been watching the Previous pay-per-view Halloween Havoc 1995 and TV content that WCW on Monday Night Nitro, but we got there in the end that is all what matters

Comments: as these attribute marks would suggest; this is and was another solidly good match slot. I will start with the crowd, they were not here for this match slot, unfortunately and hopefully it is just because they were burned out [yes I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt here.] But now I have tried to do that, I can now say this; things are generally speaking that quiet that you can hear one person quite clearly shouting out things as it relates to this match, now just to cover my back I know Heenan makes reference to a woman yawning, but he quickly corrects himself by saying she isn't yawning, she just has a big mouth. Moving on Heenan makes a comment about rice, but to balance things out we have  Schiavone holding this interview simultaneously whilst this match is happening with Onoo and Heenan and their business dealings involving WCW. The wrestling is hard-hitting and technically sound, the end comes out of nowhere but this is one of those match outlays that if they did it this way which they did it protects the losing party, because it was a hard-hitting move that kept him down.

Comments: this is a solidly good match slot, but and I am not being woke here, but Heenan does his usual stick and it really does fall flat, for those that may want to watch this match slot. I know, I know after a little while of his usual stick, Heenan completely changes his mind/attitude on them and he makes reference to that at some point as well. But as Tenay right at the beginning makes reference to the fact that these wrestlers, separately or combined have been wrestling for a long time. So consequently that is why I believe Heenan's usual heel stick falls flat, because no disrespect to any other women from this time period, but when you are dealing with wrestlers of this calibre and just for the record I think the only one I vaguely and when I say vaguely I mean like a pinch of salt about is Bull Nakano. This kind of heel stick, doesn't work because these are women that can clearly wrestle, especially for an example when the victorious team can pull off a Doomsday Device even The Road Warriors: Road Warrior Animal & Road Warrior Hawk would be proud of or/and give four thumbs up. The crowd participation was good, this is just based on my opinion; but generally speaking they collectively gave off the impression that they didn't know what they were expecting or let’s just say if they did they possibly weren’t expecting this high level of wrestling loyalty. Don't worry as you can see they didn't take a dump on this match slot, but I think a fair outlook would be they had to grow into this match slot, after they could be that these women could wrestle they were relaxed and engaged.

Comments: this is a solidly good continuation to this pay-per-view, this is one of those matches/match slot that users a very basic outline with a match story which has stood the test of time from the beginning of wrestling until the end of time itself and all three rings came into use through proceedings, these three rings are here for our main event tonight, which I will discuss then.

On commentary Schiavone makes reference to where we are as in the commentary table I am paraphrasing we are going to get hit one of these days. Because Rogers on two separate occasions is really close to the point where on the second occasion we can hear him telling "Bobby tell them how great I am." For the younger generations this was that when the commentary table were either next to the ring or nearby the ring.

Basic Result: Big Bubba Rogers is victorious here.

But then again I should just point out that based on how this crowd has been so far, it is one of those crowds that as long as you don't give them a reason to turn on this event, then they will be here for the card and whatever else this pay-per-view has to offer, so in a nutshell I am hoping they don't mess it up, but to cover my back in the future a little bit I should imagine at some point this crowd might burn themselves out a little or at minimum take the opportunity to brave and rest.

Basic Result:  Johnny B. Badd retains the WCW World Television Champion and wins the services of "The Diamond Doll" Kimberly.

* "Mean" Gene Okerlund: is waiting at the top of the ramp to talk to the WCW World Television Champion Badd and "The Diamond Doll" Kimberly

Okerlund before interviewing he advertises the WCW Hotline, details on-screen with Tenay; with a massive bombshell, and for those people that lived through this time no this was genuinely a massive bombshell. I mean we kind of knew it for years before this anyway, but it was now confirmed the WWF/WWE drug scandal and not forgetting the results of tonight's pay-per-view with.

The WCW World Television Champion Badd and "The Diamond Doll" Kimberly; talks about the victory and releasing Kimberly from DDP and giving her some time to think about working for him and building up to tonight's main event.

* David Penzer: Ring announcer says the stipulations and then introduces the competitors, I should point out that he doesn't get all of this out as Jim Duggan attacks Big Bubba Rogers; match/match slot starts, but strangely enough we don't get a bell ringing to begin it officially or maybe this referee has just forgotten that small detail and just for the record I have no idea who this referee is I know what Randy Anderson and Nick Patrick look like those are the only two names I didn't find on a website and it isn't them or I am at least 95% sure it isn't them, but who knows I could be wrong.
