M.A.S.K. [Mobile Armored Strike Kommand] 85 -- 86 [Disc 7] Episode 65: Raiders of the Orient Express by AverageMansReviews

M.A.S.K. [Mobile Armored Strike Kommand] 85 -- 86 [Disc 7] Episode 65: Raiders of the Orient Express by AverageMansReviews

Review Time: this episode is excellent

5 things about this episode

Trains/Clocks: these two elements individually are the most interesting and great elements about this episode, I can't tell you too much more than that, because in one way or another these elements are important to this episode.

Back story: a character tells this back story on this individual [once again I can't say too much, because even though it is a little piece, it is still important.]

Rescue sequence: this sequence is well put together and it is good fun.

Ending message: it is this in a nutshell; when stopping at a train crossing [when the barriers come down] with a train warning signal and there seems to be nothing coming don't cross, because you don't know what is going to happen.

This episode receives: 90% approval, now let's be honest this TV program has woken up after some mixed episodes, this episode is all around excellent fun

Review Time: this episode is mixed.

5 things about this episode

Night: some elements of this episode takes place at night, these are good elements.

Storyteller: there are no books or pictures on screen, just a character telling some background information on what is happening

Underwater: now if I had to point out something which was or is consistently interesting or something good to watch I would have to say any of the underwater sequence, you see at these points this episode feels a little bit more alive and everything putting in the same direction.

M.A.S.K. computer: there is no going through the database requesting of the M.A.S.K. characters, they just seem to miss that bit out, the audience finds out which characters have been chosen when they show up in this episode.

Ending message: in a nutshell it is this; know your exit strategy and other elements in case of a fire

This episode receives: 55% approval, yes for some strange reason I have used this percentage of approval quite a few times in the previous reviews, I have no idea why this is; but what I can tell you is this; these episodes recently have lost a little bit of their forward momentum and everything that comes with that.

Review Time: this episode is mixed.

5 things about this episode

Fundamental core: simply put this episode feel a little bit slow

Computer elements: these elements are good

Parachute: this is a small element to this episode where the viewers get to see this parachute being used to make sure this M.A.S.K. weapon system/vehicle lands properly after being dropped off [from this flying drop off.]

Split-screen: this is another small element, but still good.

Ending message: in a nutshell it is this; don’t climb too high in trees, because if you fall you could badly hurt yourself

This episode receives: 55% approval, now taking everything into consideration this percentage of approval just about feels right, there are some good elements, but as I have already said this episode does feel a bit slow

M.A.S.K. [Mobile Armored Strike Kommand] 85 -- 86 [Disc 7] Episode 62: Disappearing Act by AverageMansReviews

Review Time: this episode is good.

5 things about this episode

Night: some of this episode takes place at night time.

Cat: these are good elements.

Tiny: this is the biggest and the most interesting thing about this episode, there are occasions throughout this episode where different characters get shrunk down to a tiny size, so the viewers gets to see this episode from different perspectives [where everything looks bigger than what it actually is.]

Split-screens: these elements are another good thing to this episode.

Ending message: in a nutshell it is this; always wear a helmet when playing baseball.

This episode receives: 68% approval: this episode is good but it does feel slow in places

5 things about this episode

Carvings: these elements look good

Information: the M.A.S.K. computer gives information

Storyteller: this elements of this episode is good

Scott: this element throughout this episode just irritates me so much, because his character has a camera on him most of the time and he is recording some of the M.A.S.K characters using their weapons system/vehicles, including using his camera from the backseat of one of these weapon systems/vehicles [so what I am suggesting here is whatever he is recording, he may not be recording the weapon system/vehicle, but elements of these weapon systems/vehicle and other elements could be in the camera shot.]

So it could tell anyone that Scott knows the identities of the individuals and not forgetting taking recordings of how these weapon systems/vehicles work is never a good idea, because someone could replicate these weapon systems/vehicles. Yes I should just point out that it may come across as if I have to much time to think about these things, but that is not the case, but then again it has to be said I am into the whole comic book thing, so in a nutshell keeping one's identity a secret is a must [unless circumstances change or you have no other choice.]

Ending message: in a nutshell it is this; don't put hot grease underwater, because it may splatter on you and burn you.

This episode receives: 55% approval, this episode does have some good elements to it, but it does take some time to get going and the Scott thing irritates me so much.

Information: after I have reviewed this TV series, I will be changing my rating system, simply because I have recently look back over my early reviews and recent ones as well and for some strange reason I have slightly messed up the reviews like this one example, this project is average to good and then gave it 63% approval or something to that effect, I am not backtracking on any of my reviews I think I was trying to say maybe that this project in question may have had a sticky beginning but it does get better or something to that effect and I am not being lazy by not going back over 350+ reviews, it is just as I have already said I do stand by what I have said, but I am a nice guy but I can be somewhat clumsy and on top of that if you have been with me from the very beginning, I gradually change bits and pieces about my reviews anyway, this is just the next slide change [in a nutshell I am learning as I am going along, because if I learned everything at the beginning I wouldn't get any reviews done in the first place, so I apologize for any inconvenience, have a good weekend.]

M.A.S.K. [Mobile Armored Strike Kommand] 85 -- 86 [Disc 7] Episode 60: Venice Menace by AverageMansReviews

Review Time: this episode is excellent

5 things about this episode

Artistic visions: the viewers can see reflections or those kinds of things from a V.E.N.O.M. character's shades [they look like shades.]

Information: the M.A.S.K. computer gives information.

Scott and T-Bob: their elements are good.

Water/Gel: now for those people that are keeping score I see these two words as one thing in this episode, without giving too much away it is one of those kind of things that will make sense when or if you choose to watch this episode and for me to split hairs on these elements, well that would be time-consuming and it would be much easier for me to say this; in the air [above this water/gel] or on or under all these elements are excellent fun in one way or another.

Ending message: in a nutshell it is this; if you exercise for too long and too hard, you may strain yourself or even injure yourself, you need to work up to each level gradually.

This episode receives: 83% approval, this episode is excellent it has many things to work with throughout.

M.A.S.K. [Mobile Armored Strike Kommand] 85 -- 86 [Disc 7] Episode 59: The Scarlet Empress by AverageMansReviews

Review Time: this episode is good

4 things about this episode

Artistic visions: there are some Rainbows, Parents, an Ant-eater and Ants in this episode they all look good.

Storyteller: there are no images to accompany this story; this element is still good though.

Rescue sequence: this rescue sequence is good and it is well put together as well

Ending message: I think what they are saying in this ending message is this; there is no such thing as ghosts.

This episode receives: 70% approval, from beginning to end this episode just knows what it wants to do and gets on with it.

M.A.S.K. [Mobile Armored Strike Kommand] 85 -- 86 [Disc 7] Episode 58: The Creeping Desert by AverageMansReviews

Review Time: this episode is good

5 things about this episode

Scott and T-Bob: their storyline elements are interesting to see them do their chores [let's be a little bit more specific T-Bob does most of the work,] but what slightly irritates me about this episode [without saying too much] is when we have these two characters in the same scene or scenes with Miles Mayhem the leader of  V.E.N.O.M. Miles doesn't recognize them, which you would think after 50 plus episodes, he would get the hint or begin to think of "Now for some strange reason whenever these two show up my plans go wrong."

Another evildoer/Information: there is another evildoer getting used in this episode and the information elements are where we have the M.A.S.K characters using [I am going to say the M.A.S.K. computer,] but then again I could be wrong because it isn't speaking so yes we have these characters standing around talking and trying to work out things whilst one character is using a keyboard and finding out more information [the viewers see the information as well.]

Action sequences: the action sequences are good.

Ending message: firecrackers are not toys and many children are badly hurt every year by playing with them, they should only be handled by experienced adults

This episode receives: 63% approval another good episode is what we have here.

Information: the M.A.S.K. gives information in this episode.

Puzzles: these elements are really well together and interesting.

Action sequences: the action-packed sequences are good as well.

Ending message: in a nutshell it is this; never play in a parked car, because you could get hurt.

This episode receives: 73% approval, after the previous two episodes I am happy to get back to a reliably interesting and good episode.
