Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots meets Rocky: briefly; we meet Charlie Kenton [Hugh Jackman:] he is an ex-professional boxer turned robot boxer controller, he is very much a deadbeat and not only that deadbeat dad to; to his son; Max Kenton [Dakota Goyo:] he is 11 years old, his mother has just died and his father has just sold off his fatherly duties for a lot of money, but Max is a technical genius and finally we have Bailey Tallet [Evangeline Lilly:] she is an ex-girlfriend of Charlie, she is a robotic mechanic and she is trying to keep the boxing gym that her father and Charlie train back in the day.

Generally speaking: the storyline/script is like most of this film generic, but it also functions as a origin storyline for everyone involved [ which is a pointless endeavour based on their will not be a sequel,] but there is by the by, I am just saying what this storyline/script does, but it really doesn't help that the trio of characters/performers really do struggle to have by and large any form of chemistry for a heavy amount of this film; to the point where it becomes like nails on a chalkboard; basically between the opening to roughly midway or more of this movie; this movie diggs itself a massive crater of issues and spends the rest of the time putting itself out of it; so yes usually I would say something to the effect of the framework and pacing such and such of this 127 minutes film is... but in this case; I will say when it decides to wake up as a movie then it is progressively better until good on aspects

Art and action; these robots have been really well designed not only visually but also combat wise as well; so this combat aspect of this movie is a massive we also have some robotic and/human training sequences

Character developments and performances; other than what I have already said about the character developments and likewise performances when this film becomes good, then obviously on both counts these character developments and performances and all that, become good as well; but I can't stress this enough this entire film is very much a paint by numbers project in its entirety.

This film receives: 5/10, this film is mixed; this film is very formulaic in every sense of the word, it would have gotten something higher if it didn't have such a poor, I would say maybe roughly around the first hour and then as I have already indicated every aspect basically pulled up its socks and yes throughout this film it is formulaic, but begins to turn the corner and right the ship around and everything becomes solidly good. Back in the early1960s: we meet  Ben Aronoff [John Travolta:] he was buildings or something to that effect, but when that went tits-up he had to find something else which he did with was offshore powerboat racing; it came with a heavy price and this is his story.

Generally speaking: the storyline/script is okay for what it is, but with this narration/storyteller/exposition character developments from Ben/Travolta: this is functional and services purpose, but the time jumps are tedious as it most definitely feel like we are skimming a pebble over some water and on top of that we are visible circle singing as well, so it is very easy to become disinterested with this project as it comes across as there isn't much happening of great substance and when there is... like I said you are possibly disinterested, the pacing of the 102 minutes film is probably best described as mobile, not the most quickest, but hardly the most slowest either, it just gets on with the job really.

Art and action; I like the historical footage as it relates to the actual footage and obviously the action, the person and I that watch this particular content together; or not a fan of the hairpiece that Travolta had to wear, we were not also not a fan of the eyebrows; but on some research on how the person looked in reality; their hair on top of the head roughly looks how it was meant to look, but to be honest still; they should have spent more time making it look more authentic and for the eyebrows they can't do anything about them; meaning that is how it looked in real life, in one particular sequence when it is race day and it is heavily raining the green screen effects are very easy to pick up on and finally we get the standard criminal activities action sequences without giving too much away.

Character developments and performances; as this is based on real events, the character developments and performances are a solid reflection of what they are meant to be; if you have watched a lot of films in your time, you would have come across some occasions where how can I put this nicely; the main established name; Travolta very much keeping things going.

This film receives: 4/10, this film is mixed; don't get me wrong I like the historical footage and like I said the character developments and likewise the performances are what they are, but even though this film is based on or loosely based on real-life events, layout of this film as in the framework and pacing; specifically the time jumps just didn't help things in the slightest and on top we get some voice-over in the ending credits of news reports. Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/torture/references to racism and suicide and because I am fully aware of the current climate we are in; in the modern times of 2026; I better put out a trigger warning that at some point/points I will be discussing race.

Well this smells like the 1990s: briefly; on the street courts of Los Angeles, California, is where we meet Sidney "Syd" Deane [Wesley Snipes:] where other than working multiple jobs, On the street courts is where he spent most of his days Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin' all cool And all shootin' some b-ball outside, until this white guy shows up in my neighbourhood; he looks like trouble, but Dean didn't have any rich Auntie and Uncle in Bel-Air, so I guess he is stuck with Billy Hoyle [Woody Harrelson:] he is a loudmouth; his mouth writes checks that is physical capabilities can't cash, even though at one point his future looked promising he and his long-term suffering girlfriend Gloria Clemente [Rosie Perez:] she is most of the time studying for that time when Jeopardy the game show calls her up to be a contestant, she does also like a drink; but this couple are hiding out from some unpleasant people as they owe them a lot of money.

Generally speaking: the storyline/script is brilliantly simple, yet effective, coinciding with an intriguing, smoothly effective take on the cultural divides of the past, even the present and possibly the future as well, the framework and the background music reflects the 1990s way of filmmaking with in this case; action of predominantly street basketball being complimented with background music, so the pacing of this 115 minutes from is good.

Art; we get some a cappella music by: Bill Henderson, Sonny Craver & Jon Hendricks as the Venice Beach Boys or/and usage of the acoustic guitar by: Hoyle. 

Character developments, performances and comedy; broadly speaking first of all they are all good versions of what they are meant to be and their performances reflected them; all to a very natural, fluent and excellent standard throughout the cast; but on to the main trio; the character developments are very intriguing; as broadly speaking through the 1980s and most of the 1990s; it was predominantly seen as Caucasians on top with other ethnic backgrounds jockeying for position, but way behind the Caucasian, but as I made reference to earlier this film clips that script upside down by putting an African-American on top by comparison, yes Dean still has to work and hustle a little bit on the side; but breaks no laws, we have a Latin American that is trying to make something of her life and then we have the Caucasian; who wants to skate through life, hustling, doesn't particularly want to apply himself, that every opportunity he gets to move forward in his life with his girlfriend; he just keeps on screwing up and send them back to square one; time after time, after time and this trio of performers reflect these particular character types with great distinction; hence why this project is going to get the mark it does, because within this trio; they put a cross all of this complexity with gravitas; the comedy predominantly again comes from talking smack such as for a little example "Yo Momma" references, which usually escalate to "Don't bring up my Momma"

This film receives: 10/10, this film is top-notch entertainment; this film is without a shadow of doubt one of those films that you need to see once in your life as in summary three different cultures trying to get along kind of; This film also has some awards accredited to its name such as 6 Nominees which includes but not limited to Image Awards (NAACP) 1993 Image Award Outstanding Lead Actress in a Motion Picture Rosie Perez and Outstanding Lead Actor in a Motion Picture Wesley Snipes, MTV Movie + TV Awards 1993 MTV Movie Award Best On-Screen Duo Woody Harrelson Wesley Snipes and  MTV Movie Award  Best Kiss Woody Harrelson Wesley Snipes.

I am going to the ball game, I just have to get out of here first: briefly; Jimmy Dworski/other characters [James/Jim Belushi:] is currently a convict prison that has won the once-in-a-lifetime tickets to see if his beloved Chicago can win the big one in the final of the World Series of baseball, but that would require having an early release of some days, I mean he even asked the Warden Frank Toolman [Héctor Elizondo:] he is a warden is very strict and he rules this prison with an iron fist. Meanwhile we have Spencer Barnes/other characters [Charles Grodin:] he is a very regimental character that works for Bentley Advertising, but one thing is for certain for the next couple of days it is going to be a rough ride for him.

Generally speaking: the storyline/script, character developments framework and pacing; the storyline/script and character developments is broadly speaking is one of those types of trading places and situations; where Dworski gets to experience the high life, whilst Barnes gets to experience the standard of let's just go with it difficult and relentless standard of life; the framework and pacing of this 108 minutes film as we have this kind of back and forth thing going on, for some strange reason it does take some time to find itself, don't get me wrong after this is all good and it works really well, but before this things feel really slow and dry; it is a good thing that eventually its find its groove.

Action and comedy; a game of double tennis doesn't exactly go according to plan, when one player holds a tennis racket like a baseball bat, whilst another character in desperation to return the ball runs into the back of the court and then sometime later at this dinner meeting; they have this very frank discussion about these products and admire a chest and finally a little later on we have this showdown between Dworski vs. Spencer; but let's be honest it goes away you expected it going; but it is all very good fun really.

Character developments and performances; as I referenced earlier we have a trading places outlying going on, with other surrounding good character types of what they are meant to be, with good chemistry throughout the cast; but between Belushi and/or Grodin they lead the cast excellently and on reflection based on that I am going to award this film another mark

This film receives: 8/10, this film is excellent; this film is good fun, yes it does take this film sometime to warm up, but it is harmless good fun and there is an ongoing sequence underneath the closing credits

England's Manager for the 2002 World Cup is: briefly; Mike Bassett [Ricky Tomlinson:] begins life in this movie as the Norwich City Manager, he takes the England job, he is a good man, but as a football manager this is possibly one step too far for him as he is completely out of the depths, alongside Dave 'Doddsy' Dodds [Bradley Walsh:] Bassett's/England first team coach that repeats or flat land agrees with his governor; yes he does that kind of shtick and Martin Bashir [Martin Bashir:] as himself he provides narration to this mockumentary movie and interviews Bassett and others at some points as well: important addition; I said to myself if I included Bashir in this content I would also make it known that Bashir is now a disgraced interviewer for his breeches of rules as it relates to his legendary and infamous interview with Princess Diana for Panorama in 1995.

Generally speaking: the storyline/script is as I have already referenced this mockumentary movie, with exposition character developments and the framework and pacing of this 89 minutes film is good

Art, action and comedy; we get football graphics [commonly used on any team sport; to set up and talk about the formation and personnel that kind of thing,] we have split-screen into small squares to try and incorporate the sense of occasion or Bassett has to sell what is happening at this specific time when we are looking at just at him for cues on what is happening, obviously the action is the football and for a little taste of the comedy which I do have a wide sense of humour and in-depth too, I did find it a little bit too dry for me. But for one example of that is where this match didn't go too well for England so Bassett indicates something to the effect of making genuine points of criticism; so this is what two England football fans do; they give genuine and well constructed criticism about their team and were then maybe a second or two; the viewing audience can see Bassett go by his body language and mannerisms; actually that is fair criticism.

Character developments and performances; let's be completely honest here and say; what with the character developments being a paint by numbers version of what they were clearly going for here, mixed with broadly speaking solid performances throughout the cast and Tomlinson and/or Walsh having good chemistry as well; at minimum solid work is what we have here.

This film receives: 5/10, this film is mixed; it is a solid film for what it is, I just find like I have already said the comedy a bit dry, a bit too dry for me, there are ongoing extra bits and pieces underneath the ending credits and finally this film also has 1 Nominee to its name; Empire Awards, UK 2002 Empire Award Best British Film

From this casino to Silver City New Mexico: briefly; this casino owner Donald P. Sinclair [John Cleese:] this eccentric billionaire and mastermind of this concept/race for $2 million the winner; so this billionaire and his friends can make bets on the outcome; here are just some of the lucky competitors; Owen Templeton [Cuba Gooding Jr.:] he is a disgrace NFL referee and then we have Vera Baker [Whoopi Goldberg:] she has very recently met up with her daughter that many years ago she gave up for adoption and her daughter; Merrill Jennings [Lanai Chapman:] she is a highly strung businesswoman anger issues, and then we have the Cody Brothers; Duane and Blaine [Seth Green and Vince Vieluf:] they try to be a couple of con artists; one predominantly tries to be the brains of the operation whilst the other has a newly pierced tongue which affects the speech.

Generally speaking: the storyline/script is something safe and reliable for these types of comedy/adventure/sports film titles that sticks to the outlay of going from one place to another; it is all about predominantly how we get from one place to another; but having said all this positivity; the film itself does take a long time to actually take the handbrake off; I mean this film begins okay and then for some reason it just goes on to the loll for a while and then springs into life, so I would suggest either somewhere around the halfway stage of this movie everything comes to life; this movie goes on for 112 minutes.

Comedy, action and art; straight off the bat there is at some point dark comedy references; involving white supremacy and let's just say anything associated with that; we have Templeton being dropped off in the desert because of his previous job, the Cody Brother chasing down their property involving an individual in a vehicle, also involving a hot air balloon; this hot air balloon in the excellent bit of art and also involving this cow; later on we have this biological mother and daughter deciding to hijack this vehicle designed to break the speed record, so we have this classic piece of comedy were obviously moving at a high speed; their faces up on to be squashed up against the front of this shuttle design.

Character developments and performances; on both counts they are reliable versions of what they are meant to be; of people with very different backgrounds such as for an example a character suffering from narcolepsy and the performances are good reflection of this character types with excellent chemistry throughout the cast.

This film receives: 7/10, this film is good; after everything is said and done this is a fair reflection, if the beginning wasn't so slow by comparison to when it is really lively, I really would have given this film an extra mark, but as things are; this mark is as I have already said a fair reflection and there is an ongoing sequence underneath some closing credits; this film also has some awards accredited to its name such as 3 Nominees; Positive: Taurus World Stunt Awards 2002 Taurus Award Best Aerial Work Glenn J. Smith Helicopter chases Ford Truck at nearly ground level weaving through cars and heavy traffic. Negatives: The Stinkers Bad Movie Awards 2001 Stinker Award Worst Supporting Actress Whoopi Goldberg Shared with: Monkeybone and Worst Supporting Actor Cuba Gooding Jr.

Warning: there is a real life football tragic incident depicted momentarily in this film.

Come on the Arsenal!: Briefly; we meet Paul Ashworth [Younger: Luke Aikman/Older: Colin Firth:] we get to witness his lifelong love affair with Arsenal FC; he has been waiting so many years for them to be Champions of England once again; this story sounds familiar; birds like he is also a teacher of English and coach of their football team, he is a laid-back character; he meets the school's new I am going to say history teacher; Sarah Hughes [Ruth Gemmell:] she on the other hand is by comparison very uptight, regimental and their classrooms are next to one another and the like one another.

Generally speaking: the character developments; I have just realised there is a lot of exposition character developments as it relates to Ashworth, which for most of the time is fine, but here is what I have just realised; if you're going to spend this amount of time doing this level of exposition... surely you are going to use it in the present?... No... I mean we get it he loves Arsenal FC, but other than that this is a waste of exposition, from the aspect of okay to learn about the present we need to know about the past... okay we understand that now, what about the present and future? That kind of half do these things and then things cool off and then they'll back on again; in a nutshell for now because I will talk about it later on realising what I have just realised I really can't stand the end of this movie; so if you want me to be honest the framework and consequently pacing broadly speaking is okay; once it settles down for a while it does get better, but then again you always have the risk of being lifted up and taken somewhere else in time and place and on top of that we also have now and again narration from Ashworth

Action, art and comedy; I like 95% of the football component and the historical art to this film; I will make reference later on to the 5% I didn't like for obvious reasons which later on will become 100% transparent; as they don't deal respectfully with this incident and I am just remembered there is a point where it keeps flickering past history and present the history as it switches back and forth between younger Ashworth and the older Ashworth and Subbuteo makes an appearance [brief description: for the younger generations this is a football game played on a table where you have to flick your players a certain amount of times trying to score a goal or deny the goal.]

Character developments and performances; these character developments and the vast majority of the performances are the best solid versions of what they are meant to be, but also as it relates to our lead partnership; head scratching would be probably the best way to describe it; because at no point, no one has the epitome that Ashworth has made football his entire life because as we see throughout this film; his father isn't consistently there and his mother is a working woman and we don't know too much about his sister; so he puts everything into something that can't or won't leave him and now he is struggling to deal with life away from football, even though in narration towards the very closing stages of this movie he makes reference to moving on and basically a coming-of-age acknowledgement happens; so on one hand we have all this deep meaning character developments that should be discussed between boyfriend and girlfriend; that isn't as it relates to Ashworth or to be fair vice versa as it relates Hughes and her/their developing situation but isn't and then right at the end of the film Ashworth coming-of-age thing; pretty much this little garbage a hot steaming pile of garbage and whilst I am being honest  Firth and/or Gemmell on-screen chemistry; was and is void of any actual on-screen chemistry; you have a better chance of rubbing two sticks together whilst swimming in the Grand Canyon to make a spark to make fire then these two actually creating a spark which a spark of chemistry can grow from.

This film receives: 4/10, this film is mixed; as I have been making reference to this is one of the most frustrating films I have seen for some time and as a football fan I didn't take too kindly to Ashworth saying something to the effect of nothing will change in reference to the infamous Hillsborough tragedy; okay because this film is based around this time on; include it, but you don't have to be a complete penis about it and yes this contributed to this marking as well there is an on-going seen underneath the closing credits.

Warning: there are drugs/references to sexual assault/domestic violence and racism

This is a day in the life of: briefly; Jimmy Banks [Danny Dyer:] he is a football/soccer agent with plenty of bravado and has a history of alcoholism; his client is Matt Gravish [Elliott Rogers:] here is Banks' only client and they go back many years, but is currently facing serious time behind bars for sexual assault.

Generally speaking: well we have a lot to cover; the backdrop to this project is based in Banks' office so we don't leave this location and consequently it is very much a location-based project, yes we may have things coming into and out of this location such as TV or telephone calls or Banks himself; but we don't leave this location once we are here; so the framework is excellent and on a quick side note; this would be a good project to turn into a theatre production; because a high percentage of people like football/soccer, if you could get Dyer to perform live and not forgetting the production costs would be relatively low based on it taking place in one location. But I digress; the pacing of this movie needs time to warm up as it only goes on for roughly 89 minutes.

Art and character development; the scene and wardrobe designer are excellent as we have this location that indicates it at one point or another is a very busy location with it indicating that Banks spends more time here than what he clearly should and what with him wearing the old-fashioned trousers and braces which with his colourful language and being a Londoner; he clearly is a poster individual for what a yuppie; back in the day of the 1980s, we also have now and again these elegant little moments of the day moving on with sunlight changing position.

Character developments, performance and voice performances; unfortunately this is where this project loses some marks; broadly speaking to begin with the character developments are good, you get a real sense of these individuals are. But what doesn't sit too well with me is; we are dealing with a sensitive subject and we get no major exposition other than the recordings; meaning we have no idea if Banks; was drunk at the time [I am not using this as an excuse just for the record I am just trying to highlight, this would have been useful exposition] or just focused on working hard to provide for his family at the time or just didn't see it, I also need to highlight if you knew this information, I seriously doubt it that you would have not done something about it, so he is in a bad guy, at worst may be and clearly clueless; I mean this would have been crucial exposition, because it indicates to us what kind of person Banks is deep down. Which conversely makes this other individual look potentially immature and vengeful amongst other things; I mean all it would have taken is some memory recalls from Banks' respective so he/we could piece together; this is one of those occasions where I feel on reflection they really did drop the ball on this crucial and vitally important character development.

Dyer puts in a masterful and powerful performance; in particular when it feels like the pacing has got up to speed and he can take full control of this film in its entirety; he shows great depth in this performance; a Londoner which is very much his forte, to him being pushed to the limits and his more vulnerable and caring nature; he should be getting either lots more work based off this performance or/and at minimum positive awards nominations for this performance; because without him this film would be nothing as he puts in a whole range of moving emotions and the voice performances; they are all good as well.

This film receives: 9/10, this film is excellent; on reflection I would have given a lesser mark based on what they clearly found to be... highly annoying and irritating, but I am stuck to my original marking based on Dyer's performance; so in summary I said to myself I would give this marking but also make it clear I was not best pleased with this lack of informative crucial character developments

Dyer & Jones are back for another kickabout: briefly; we meet Mark Lamanuzzi [Danny Dyer:] he has recently got married to the one he loves, but the only thing he has equal love for is the game of football/soccer; in this case the England football team through a European Championships, so he will eventually have to choose between one of his loves. The Boss [Vinnie Jones:] he is a internal character in Mark/Dyer's head that runs him like a football manager of England as Mark/Dyer is English with his England T-shirt on, so not necessarily the England football/soccer team.

Generally speaking: the framework is well laid out to incorporate; the internal, external and sometimes both components of this film with a base rate of good pacing of this 94 minutes film; we also have this commentary pairing of John Smith-Jones and Alan O'Luan [Jonathan Broke and Mark Lynch:] for this film they work for Flying On The Ball: to give us this exciting match between this newly married husband-and-wife, the action; football matches are sometimes brought to us by this exquisite art/animation; as they really put across; let's just say the positive components to being of any gender a football/soccer fan; I can really appreciate the high level of imagination as it relates to the comedy and art, the internal character developments and performances are good; but it also has to be said that Dyer and Jones have an excellent on-screen connection. The reason why I have grouped it all together or mostly altogether is because instead of clutching at straws; it would just be easier for me to say this; they very much at one point or another work simultaneously together.

Comedy, Character developments and performances; yes we do have some mature comedy references such as for a clean version Mark's new in-laws hearing too much on the telephone, the kind of things that you don't want to know and things you won't forget in a hurry, the external character developments and performances on both counts are good and the same can be said for performances as well.

This film receives: 8/10, this film is excellent; for it is unique football take on his honeymoon provided by this commentary team, the internal and external comedy and the art, yes it can be seen as a little bit cheesy, but on the whole this marking is richly deserved. This film also has 1 Winner accredited award to its name in the form of Fantasporto 2006 Audience Jury Award Richard Nockles Marlowe Fawcett

Derby County and Leeds United between the 1960s and 70s: Brian Clough [Michael Sheen:] he is a fiery yet charismatic manager of Derby County; that gets a bee in his bonnet, when he gets disrespected by another manager. Peter Taylor [Timothy Spall:] he is a calming assistant manager of Derby County Clough's number two, but as you will see not any less important; this is their story.

Generally speaking: storyline/script, framework, art, action and pacing; the storyline/script follows this time period, back and forth and some references to the 1980s, the framework has been designed to go backward and forward in time including but not limited to just the result of the match. The person I want some of this content with did get a little bit confused about the time jumps, which for me I get what they were trying to do, but there are some occasions where you have been a long time settled in a particular place and time and then you get picked up and dropped off, so you have to get settled again and sometime later you will have to repeat the cycle and so on and so forth, it is also clean and tidy well presented with the progression of Derby County or not so much Leeds United and we get to see some football, so broadly speaking and pacing of this 97 minute film is good, as I referenced earlier in this section what with the place jumps sometimes interrupting the flow of the movie, I think saying it is good is a fair statement.

Character developments and performances; combined these are the strongest asset to this project; as his character developments and performances are individually or together are excellent interpretations of who they are meant to be and to cover my back I only know of some of these people of their football reputation; so Michael Sheen as Brian Clough: leads this cast masterfully as how can I put this nicely; Clough was always indicated as someone that had a certain presence about him and attitude, which we experience perfectly in this film, without giving too much away but enough in this content; I like how this film explores Clough's relationship with Taylor; Timothy Spall as Peter Taylor: as seemingly as it is depicted in this interpretation that Taylor for the vast majority of their relationship, he had to have patience of a saint; but I would say on balance they needed one another to get the best out of each other; one was fire and the other water and behind them is an excellent assembled cast, there are no weak links.

This film receives: 8/10, this film is excellent; I have decided to award another mark, because after everything is said and done, it is a better and a more complete interpretation of the experience of this movie; this film is as I have already referenced an excellent interpretation on how Brian Clough was a once-in-a-lifetime character, but also a difficult person to get along with if you didn't see his vision or how he wanted things done his way. This film also has some awards accredited to its name in the form of 5 Nominees which include but not limited to Satellite Awards 2009 Satellite Award Best Actor in a Motion Picture, Drama Michael Sheen and Best Actor in a Supporting Role Timothy Spall

We have better game than the Tune Squad: briefly; many years later we rejoin Will Harris [Younger: voiced by: Luke Cimity/Order: voiced by: Caleb McLaughlin:] he is an Boer goat, that struggles to make ends meet, but has the dream to become a professional Roarball [Basketball interpretation] player, but when he goes viral, he gets given the opportunity to play for his home team by the name of the Vineland Thorns, but because of his lack of size no one takes him seriously including but not limited to Jett Fillmore [voiced by: Gabrielle Union:] she is an Black Panther that is an all-star of this sport and is the face of the franchise, but so far to date hasn't won the big one in the form of the Claw and she is Harris' idol.

Generally speaking: the storyline/script and music is as you would fully expect for the first time out sports film and art as this entire film has been given the presentation and feel from time to time of an urban for an example of urban music really does set the tone and visual outlay in conjunction for the rest of the components of this movie to build off, so the framework and pacing of this 100 minute film is good.

Art, action, character developments and comedy; well not to be lazy but simply to point out that the people behind this project are the same people that had brought you the franchise of Into the Spider-Verse; that should tell you straight away what kind of artistic outlays you are dealing with here; highly engaging, highly detailed and of the most highest standards possible as everything from the background, the characters, even the courts have been given their own personalities; such as Street Roarball court without obviously trying to be racist; but just discussing the project; it gives off the impression of being in the ghetto or ice [which I mean the substance and nothing else] court or/and hot court, likewise the action being Roarball being high octane, manic and highly imaginative, not forgetting the card game elements; which is also elegant and charming,  Fillmore is hardly happy at this nobody joining a team so to ignore Harris she will put on her ear buds and listen to this cat music and look disappointingly out the window or, another character has decided to shed their skin and unfortunately for Harris he sits on the seat, another occasion she will be on the sidelines drinking this drink as in this case a cat does; as you can see this movie has a excellent nature about it.

Character developments and voice performances; on both counts they are good; the characters developments are formulaic, but having said that it does what it is designed to do, which is build a strong collection between this cast of characters and likewise voice performers

This film receives: 9/10, this film is excellent; yes the storyline and character developments may be  reliable origins/foundation instalment to possibly build on in the future, such as a possible World Cup where we have all kinds of different animals/characters or for a third and final instalment, they could always take the mystical animals theme, it just depends on firstly how well this film does at the box office and then secondly if at all they want to do a sequel or how far they would like to push this franchise/and idea, yes there is an extra bits and pieces right at the end of the ending credits of; some spoken words, but I am surprised at that; at minimum this title does not have any positive nominees to its name yet for one example for its artistic visions as they really deserve some recognition for their work here.

In 1973: briefly; the young boy  Michael "Eddie" Edwards [Child: Tom Costello/Teen: Jack Costello/Adult: Taron Egerton:] this young person decides he wants to become an Olympian by any legal means necessary, so long story short he decides to go for a Winter Olympics sport, don't worry nothing too dangerous just the ski jump that he knows very little on how to perform the sport, so it is very much a case of he will pick it up as he goes along, luckily enough incomes across  Bronson Peary [Hugh Jackman:] he is a snow slope engineer, that likes his drink, many years ago he was essentially the maverick of the ski jumping world.

Generally speaking:  the storyline/script, the framework and pacing of this 106 minutes film is good; we are briskly going through stages of Edwards' life, with, montages and useful information on screen such a names of places and so on.

Action, art, character developments and comedy; as I alluded to earlier we have montages of training; things going wrong in that training, for most parts we have the general slow motion effects that are required to capture these jumps; which are in themselves smooth and consequently able to capture the action and the elegance of this sport, but for one sequence we have this jump from Peary whilst he is drunk; let's just say it really does stick out, because out of the rest of them, this one in particular is something different; for a start it looks more expensive as in this entire sequence, I just didn't like it then again [I am smarter than your average bear; if this in theory is meant to capture and incorporate what Peary was like then... I guess they hit it on the head for what they were going for, speaking of character developments based on the interpretation of Edwards, it would suggest back then he was a socially awkward individual, as couldn't deal with women, naked individuals and anything else really.

Character developments and performances; on both counts they are reliably good versions of what they are meant to be; but it does feel like this film does need the partnership of Egerton and Jackman to be the spearhead of the movie.

This film receives: 7/10, this film is good; I mean if you never seen it; it is a good watch and yes there are some extra bits and pieces of photos and finally yes this film has some awards accredited to its name such as 2 Winners; which includes but not limited to Heartland Film 2016 Truly Moving Picture Award. 9 Nominees would also include but not limited to Teen Choice Awards 2016 Teen Choice Award Choice Movie Actor: Drama Taron Egerton

What a week that was: briefly; we follow this selection of characters such as Turkish and Tommy [Jason Statham and Stephen Graham:] they are business partners: unlicensed boxing promoters and slot machines: they do try to split the workload depending on the situation: Turkish is that unlicensed boxing promoter and Tommy does the everyday running of this slot machines, but in short they need the help of Mickey O'Neil [Brad Pitt:] he is an Irish gypsy/pikey that is the equivalent of an Irish gypsy bare knuckle boxing champion, so he is as hard as nails but he doesn't take instructions to well.

Generally speaking: because we have this storyline/script that has many moving parts, sometimes at one point or another crossing over or/and converge, but then again what you expect from a Guy Ritchie film [Writer and Director for this film.] So the framework and pacing of this 102 minutes film is structured to slide all over the place to go from situation to situation with this informative narrating, storyteller of previous events and/or inner monologue by Turkish and this entire film is solely focused on this week so we go come full circle with fluent pacing with gusto, there was always something happening somewhere.

Action and comedy; now I have to be slightly selective and censor these examples broadly speaking; so we have these three robbers the hold-up this bookies to kidnap this man with a missing finger and to obviously rob the place, but on holding up this location they find out; repeatedly all bets are off [due to another situation happening,] the man with his briefcase didn't have one thing missing and on top of that this member of staff which she has bigger grapefruits to manage the situation with calmness and as I have already said has bigger grapefruits, which has already closed down this location and started the alarm, quickly decides to pick up this gun which belonged to one of the robbers and started shooting, these two robbers are now screwed, but wait there is a third robber, the getaway driver which yes in a previous scenes is large figure and slow movement has already been discussed; this too was highly comical as well.

Art, character developments and performances; we have these momentarily freeze frame art with name of character in this is good. The character developments and performances are on both counts in-depth as these characters know who precisely they are and the vast majority of them in various ways are incredibly shifty, even the background/supporting characters have the feel and presentation of product of their environment and culture to them; so the entire cast put in at minimum excellent performances based on/regardless of their size of role, which all contributes to the authentic nature of this title. Now and again I really do like regardless of name Brad Pitt or Darren The Pikey [Jason Flemyng:] he is a member of Mickey's family, everyone contributes something; so there is spot on chemistry and camaraderie to bring this film to life.

This film receives: 10/10, this film is top-notch entertainment; it most definitely needs to be seen once in a lifetime for its authenticity, action and mature to adult comedy references. This film also has some awards accredited to its name such as 4 Winners which include but not limited to Empire Awards, UK 2001 Empire Award Best British Director Guy Ritchie and 7 Nominees which also include but not limited to Satellite Awards 2001 Golden Satellite Award Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role, Comedy or Musical Brad Pitt

Team Korea vs. Team USA: briefly:  Alex Grady [Eric Roberts:] he is currently an auto mechanic engineer,  a dodgy shoulder, he used to be one of the best martial artists in the world and one son, but when he is on this opportunity, he goes in for this tryout, where he and a small selection of other martial artists are selected to take on the highly talented, skilled and ruthless martial artists from Korea. The head coach of Team USA is one; Coach Frank Couzo [James Earl Jones:] he will not tolerate less than 100% of their focus, dedication and determination to be victorious.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing; well for the framework we have plenty of training montages and slow motion effects, the pacing of this 97 minute film is good; as in it is uncomplicated as it moves with good purpose

Action, comedy and art; we have martial arts; including a bar brawl which has moments of comedy in it, before I continue I should point out that there are some outdated comedy references, but I digress; Grady is using a telephone in this bar to phone home to talk to his family; meanwhile things/this situation is brewing, so it eventually kicks off with these bar patrons and the Team USA, where Grady quickly finishes the telephone call to participate in this rumble, then we have some scenery training of some description first with Team Korea standing under this waterfall or Team USA running on a beach as the sun goes down and we have the opening ceremony with all of its prestigious grandeur.

Character developments and performances; the character developments have a good variety to them; such as in one way or another some deaths [no these characters don't die so this is not a spoiler,] or something like Chris Penn as Travis Brickley: he is a martial artist of the Team USA, that happens to be in one of those guys that is an unpleasant person and he is a hothead to; we also have these elements of coming-of-age: even though these characters are fully grown, we still have elements of this character growth; just not the young age part associated with this expression: especially good performances with good chemistry throughout this cast, an excellent performance from Roberts and obviously a masterful performance from the one and only Earl Jones as he really does legitimise this whole sport/competition, with his larger-than-life stage presence and booming voice of a strict nature, consequently because he legitimises this sport/competition he also legitimises this film to be taken seriously as Rocky 1976: with predominantly 3 major differences: the difference in sports; one being martial arts and the other in boxing and on some research this film had $5 million as a budget and altogether took $16 million at the box office, whilst Rocky 1976 had $1.1 million as its budget and took an astronomical $225 million at the box office. But back to this film; Earl Jones should have without a shadow of doubt been at the very least nominated for some positive awards for this really strict and gritty performance, I will even go one more step and say he should have won a positive award somewhere for this performance and Roberts should have been nominated for some awards as well, but my point here is; without Earl Jones in this film; okay it would probably been still on average a good movie, but just a good movie probably circling in my opinion a 6/10: it is difficult to tell because he has such a massive bearing on this film it would be hard to tell if I have gotten my prediction spot on or possibly less in the marking.

This film receives: 10/10, this film is top-notch entertainment; even though it is a little bit cheesy from time to time, the reason it gets this marking is simple; it knows what it is and it sticks to that and does the best with what it has at its disposal, so this is one those rare occasions I have to say it is; the final piece of this section is incredibly harsh and completely unwarranted, because if you choose to watch this film on average and hopefully; you will come to the conclusion of this film clearly knows what it is, so I am not sure how they could have avoided this negative award, even if they could go back and change it.
