Match Total: 24/60 - this match is poor

Comments: wow this is quite possibly the worst ever main event in this wrestling promotion's history [it is the worst as far as I can remember; the only reason I have said quite possibly is to cover my back,] but I can't discuss that here; but I can discuss my categories attribute markings here in a nutshell the Crowd Participation: 10/10 is loud and clear okay it is negative, but still it is participation and for the Recommend Watch: 6/10 it is just down to you need to see this match once in your lifetime, just to see how much faecal matter it really is.

I mean the only one that wins here is Mr McMahon; you see right at the end of this pay-per-view we have Bray Wyatt's laugh with dark intent going on and to be completely honest it may as well have been Mr McMahon laughing as he sticks it to his fan base/Universe and not only that he actively harms these three characters/performers, because simply put; everyone here takes a hit to their credibility, no one walks away from this match in a positive light whatsoever [I am including the Referee Darryl Sharma; but I could be wrong if this is him or not, based on this match has been put in "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt's red light.] Now without giving too much away the conclusion of this match is an impossibility, because of the stipulation used as in a Hell In A Cell Match. So on one hand why book this match? Whilst on the other hand if you want it to keep the Universal Championship where it was why didn't they just come up with an air of mystery by the end of this pay-per-view just having Rollins being dragged under the ring by "The Fiend" I mean okay people would have still been furious, but at least it wouldn't have felt a 110% flying the middle fingers to their audience in attendance and many watching around the world.

With their audience booing or chanting refund back, which in this case I believe it would have been the right thing to do [I know this company wouldn't have done this.] But in this situation this is just all kinds of wrong. I have spoken about this match once before and I will leave the link down below of Wasted: “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt vs. the Universal Champion Seth Rollins at WWE Hell In A Cell 2019. But to finish this off we have Lawler making a blooper on commentary where I am paraphrasing here; where he says I was at the first Hell In A Cell Match between The Undertaker vs. Mick Foley; it wasn't Mick Foley it was one of his alter egos Mankind: WWF/WWE King of the Ring 1998; Mankind vs. The Undertaker: Hell In A Match, so well done Lawler for keeping kayfabe alive there.

This Pay-Per-View receives: 2/10, this Pay-Per-View is poor: this is my first time experiencing the main rosters recent product and man it has been painful to watch and because of this main event match being what it is I had to take off so many marks for this; don't get me wrong there are some positive matches on this card, so I am not being harsh, but this main event, just this main event is diabolical. The crowd where generally speaking a bit all over the place, depending where you are in this pay-per-view with a more they play ball, like for the first two matches and after that they don't give much or do a role reversal kind of thing or rightly furious.

Background information: Graves and Cole are promoting the WWE 2019 Draft, then we have a replay after why we have this match, when our two competitors are in the ring we then have the WWE 24/7 Championship changing hands from Tamina to R-Truth with the assist from Carmella; at some point R-Truth comically intended dose this martial art getting ready to do combat with Funaki sequence [he is a member of the Japanese commentary team; which he does get ready to do combat in a stance which R-Truth continuing in Asian culture by bowing his head and bringing his hands together asking for forgiveness; Tamina shoving Funaki into R-Truth to make a quick getaway.] I am not being a snowflake here, but you know when something is first done to a poor impression and then secondly at this point it was 2019 so times change, so if you add these two individual points together this just looks another clear example of this wrestling promotion is stuck in the 2000's.

After this match; we have a on the spot interview with Shorty Gable being interviewed by Kayla Braxton where she accidentally calls Gable Shorty Gable and he says basically in short call me what you like and make some short references of his own in this interview/promo and then he is attacked by King Corbin, so they are really pushing/foreshadowing repackaging of Chad Gable into Shorty G, nice and subtle there aren't you WWE; Not! which because I have brought this up earlier in this pay-per-view I will just leave the link of this match if you want to know what I think of this new gimmick.

Background information: we have a backstage segment in short with The Street Profits [Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford:] promoting the WWE Draft 2019, Tyson Fury and  Braun Strowman will be on tomorrow's RAW [it isn't like they put this across in the previous match on commentary, Oh wait they did.] Then we have Tamina becoming the New 24/7 Champion, Defeating Carmella and after this we had a package of where we are in this feud King Corbin and Chad Gable, but be honest I couldn't care about this feud.

Comments:  they did really spoil this match so much so I was just glad when it was over with. So we have Corbin making short jokes at Gable's expense, then we have Corbin dubbing Gable progressive name change to "Shorty Gable" [which eventually it will change to Shorty G; which if you don't know I absolutely hated this gimmick, I honestly  refused to say it.]

Simply because I have only seen a little bit of Gable's work, but he is another talent that just screams main event status, but because of his height and this company being against average or less height talents on the main rosters, the hierarchy are highly unlikely to allow him to achieve what anywhere else he could achieve.

It is crystal clear that Graves [Heel] has been given the task to really push the narrative of this slow transformation/new gimmick, because man he really does push it, Cole [Babyface] defending Gable and even the SmackDown ring-announcer Greg Hamilton acknowledge this as he announces "."

Even though the crowd where engaged in this match there was a chant of "Boring, Boring, Boring." I will be discussing the crowd participation in the conclusion of this pay-per-view.

Comments: as I have just said this match is good, it is solid in this match slot; I now find it incredibly difficult to get invested in these Championships or the Men's equivalents on the main roster, because this company have treated these divisions as dumping grounds for talent for when they have nothing better for them to do. Unfortunately I have been proven right about the Women's Revolution just being a publicity stunt for most parts [yes we had Bianca Belair vs. the WWE SmackDown Women's Champion Sasha Banks: Singles Match for the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship main event WrestleMania 37/2021; Night 1 and other matches headline other pay-per-view or another WrestleMania 35/2019 this was just the most recent one,] but this not enough in fact be you men or are women or other everything should be progressing forward in short they should be saying " That was okay it gives us something to work on but we could do better and we will do better" and no I'm not talking about the talent here I'm talking about the people above them and the hierarchy of this company; it isn't like they don't have the talent to do this because they do, it just takes firstly vision, secondly creative plans which last more than three weeks without a contingency, so a contingency plan would be very useful and finally time.

The Kabuki Warriors [Asuka & Kairi Sane's] entrance is just a massive pile of laziness it is just a mash of their two individual entrances together, I mean at the time I heard about it from online; it's like someone had forgotten or left their homework until the last minute and just said "Oh I need to come up with something quick, Oh wait that will do, no one will know it took me about five seconds to come up with problem solved." I mean individually or together these two women are excellent at wrestling [full disclosure I have only seen little bits and pieces of Sane, but it is transparently clear she can wrestle.]

Oh I have just remembered this is the WWE so on the main rosters they don't treat the very high percentage as real deals so I get it now. Just to cover my back I am not saying racist here, this is the ethos of the main rosters and it has been this way for decades so that is why I can say this with ease, because I have decades of history on my side and obviously I don't say this with happiness either, because I don't care where the talent comes from or what gender you are; if you prove and you are good enough or bring something to the table that is all I am interested in.

I would have given The Kabuki Warriors [Asuka & Kairi Sane] everything to make them a real colossal deal to build this Tag Team Division around them so they can just build it up into something in-depth, engaging and competitive; but like  most great opportunities that the WWE has at their disposal and consequently goes to waste based on the lack of vision and creative plans.

Comments: now if you have been following Orton's career he can be relatively lazy, meaning a solid and reliable worker which we have here, but however if you put him in a big match position then he brings it to the table. So this match goes on for roughly 16 minutes, but it feels longer and yes the crowd is sometimes engaged in this match [you can tell the quietness or reaction] and on top of that the crowd decided to do a partial role reversal by treating Orton as a Babyface with chants of "ROK" so this is speculation maybe this crowd had this Babyface vs Babyface dynamic, because they were both receiving generally speaking a positive reaction or at minimum a reaction that cannot be seen as negative. But even though I have said all of this; there could be a possibility of some people wanting to take a dump on this match, to cover my back it is unclear. But what is clear is it doesn't help the situation when any character/performer works very hard to get the correct response crowd shows them the opposite and after some research if you're wondering this is not a homecoming for Orton we are in Sacramento, California not Knoxville, Tennessee.

In Ali's entrance; Cole promote new content on the WWE after this pay-per-view; Chronicles: Goldberg where they will be discussing. the legendary disaster match between The Undertaker vs. Goldberg at WWE Super ShowDown 2019 [Cole does say other things as well before this;] but I found it slightly amusing his wording of "Very controversial match earlier this year against The Undertaker" this is just an excerpt. Now I know they have to promote their content or another way of putting it is selling their content to their viewers to go and watch it and this is again speculation/possibility he has been told to promote this at some point in this pay-per-view or he is being told to say it through this headset, but whatever the case may be; it is very unlike this company to acknowledge something like this. I know as I have already made reference to; they are trying to sell this new content to us, so this is maybe why they acknowledged it was very controversial and they do like their big buzzy wording to capture our attention, but still buy them saying this; it means that also they accept a portion of the responsibility of it; meaning it happened under this promotion's insignia, so it is almost like in hindsight it read should have happened. Well I think 99.9% of us said something to that effect of "Great, but it is 25 years too late for this match to take place" or "It is 25 years too late for this match to take place" well before it took place.

Basic Result: "The Apex Predator" Randy Orton picks up the W. But I should highlight that he, Cole and Graves all put Ali over be Orton's body language and mannerisms which Graves does put a description/dialogue to some of them or by Cole and Graves discussing Ali [in short in 2021 Ali should be consistently rotating between the mid-card and the main event for me.] For disclosure I haven't seen or heard much of his work, but however what I have seen or heard from him just tells me he should be a performer which should be getting much better utilised by this company and let's not forget how much we would really like to forget about RETRIBUTION if anything good came out of them, is Ali has all the talents to become a big star and much later on in his career he could be a part-time wrestler/on-screen character with his promo skills building up the future. But unfortunately he won't achieve anything like he is capable of whilst he is at minimum on the Main Rosters, as far as I am concerned he may as well go over to NXT or leave this company and I myself am not being harsh here, because everyone knows be you a long-term fan or relatively newcomer; Mr McMahon doesn't like short talent and as Ali is billed at 5 ft 10 he won't have much in the way of opportunities; yes I know  before he got injured they were trying to position for a push and then Kofi-Mania began let's not forget that Kofi-Mania got absolutely buried Friday 04 SmackDown 2019 [SmackDown debut on Fox, where Brock Lesnar squash then the WWE Champion Kofi Kingston to become the New WWE Champion;] just to finish off I don't subscribe to anyone's differences being a problem if you are good enough you can go far.

Match Total: 58/60 - this match is top-notch entertainment

Comments: it's Saturday you know what that means. The outlay of this match is chaotic and it successfully puts over everyone involved. Now if you were wondering about the attributes on the category of On Commentary: SmackDown of; Cory Graves & Michael Cole 8/10; it is down to the fact in comparison to the Raw trio of Jerry "The King" Lawler, Vic Joseph & Dio Maddin receiving 5/10, this pair are the more solid and reliable, I am not even a fan of Cole's, I find him to be generic, nothing special and I am amazed he is still on commentary; for Graves I haven't heard much of his work, but he just sounds like a younger Cole doing the job; I don't know about you but I like my commentary team of two or more to have some personality or enthusiasm; I mean you have Graves a roundabout in the first the handover from Raw to SmackDown saying "If you want to catch a breath, now is not the time it is just going to get more chaotic and wilder" this is just an excerpt. This just seemed like an unnecessary sell at this point considering we are just two matches and on top of that he isn't in the slightest selling it with excitement; this is speculation on my part; it just feels like he is getting told to say this throw his headset, but whatever the case may be he just isn't selling it with enjoyment or enthusiasm, just a matter of fact way and then moving on. But hey at least they are noticeably better than the Raw’s commentary trio.

First things first Disclaimer: I am not an never likely to be a professional wrestler; Harper takes an ugly dive through the ring ropes [suicide dive] to finish hit/off the SmackDown commentary table; he hits his target of Reigns but Reigns goes down but consequently on contact he pushes Harper up so it changes his directory; it is no one's fault here, it is just a case of big on big contact man with not enough space so a collision is inevitable; luckily there is no blood and Harper continues the match without no damage, but at the time you can see Harper not having to really sell that one, because it looks like it really hurt; You know when it would have been better if he had just landed on the table just for a safe landing kind of I have no doubt it would have still hurt, it's basically like choosing which bump would you like to take really and at least if he had landed mostly on the table he hopefully flat on his front.

I felt after some time angry whilst watching this match, on the grounds that Rowan or Harper individually or together, so you tell me that Mr McMahon couldn't or more like didn't want to give them a push of some description without a garbage spider gimmick or he just wouldn't give Harper the opportunity [but Harper/Lee/Huber proved him wrong on that one in AEW.] But it greatly infuriates me to see anyone put in the time and effort, to not be given an opportunity to go higher case Big E [so far as it stands right here and right now] or Ruby Riots.

Finally even know of what I remember from what the Internet was telling me at the time this whole who tried to injure Reigns in some way was garbage, but this video package before this match looks good and make sense; all I am saying here is; this storyline may have been completely garbage but the WWE have always been masterful at their video packages.

Basic Result:"The Big Dog " Roman Reigns & Daniel Bryan; as I have already said everyone involved gets pulled over, there is a little bit that says maybe Rowan & Harper should have picked up the W. here but I get why they went with this result; for Bryan to fully turn Babyface again.

Background Information: we have a Interview Backstage: Charly Caruso interviewing the Universal Champion" The Beast Slayer" Seth Rollins about his match/defence of his Championship against The Fiend in a Hell In A Cell Match tonight.

Match/Stipulations: "The Boss" Sasha Banks vs. the Raw Women's Champion "The Man" Becky Lynch: Hell In A Cell Match for the WWE Raw Women's Championship

Match Attributes:

Match Quality: 10/10

Match Storyline: 10/10

Crowd Participation: 10/10

Match Total: 55/60 - this match is excellent

Comments: as you can see this match is one of a very high quality and the only kind of problem I have with it is this commentary trio; this is my first time experiencing this trio in this capacity, including  Madden and Joseph on an individual basis and it sounds like they are doing their job, but generally speaking it isn't exactly gripping or engaging from this trio; it is just come to me what the problem is; it was bugging me, hence why I was in two minds what mark to put in the On Commentary category so I just went with the easier one to justify it is something small but incredibly important they are not gelling; so they aren't speaking enthusiastically or you know something that really sells their selves as individuals or as a team or consequently what is happening in this match; they are not bad, it just isn't overly that good either; you need people that have passion or a unique style like Mauro Ranallo, I mean I have only watched one pay-per-view so far which he was a part of and that was WWE NXT TakeOver: In Your House 07/06/2020 and to be fair on the same pay-per-view Beth Phoenix deserves a shout as she is impressive in her own right on commentary as well. But maybe this trio gets better, probably not but I have to try and be positive.

But to leave this on a positive note this match is a crystal clear example of when the WWE gives their women characters/performers the time of day they rightly deserve; to bring the house down on the first match of this pay-per-view and yes I haven't seen the rest of this pay-per-view yet but this match should have no way in hell be the first match on this card is should be much higher like the penultimate Match, But in fairness and balance I get why it was put here which is to get the crowd on side straight away for the rest of this pay-per-view, but I would have put it in the penultimate Or in hindsight in the main event of the pay-per-view make sure everyone went home happy, but I will discuss the main event when we get there. [Full disclosure I just point out I have never watched this pay-per-view, but I have seen this main event match.]
