Foolproof 2003 by AverageMansReviews

Foolproof 2003 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there are flashing effects in this project

Storyline/Characters/Performances: in one way or another these three components go hand-in-hand; the storyline should have been something safe and reliable, but in reality it comes across as a disjointed mess.

Now for some strange reason this film begins really lively and it wants to move quickly, but it isn't moving anywhere in the film quickly [so in a nutshell we have this lively atmosphere including noticeable background music, but the film isn't doing much.]

But unfortunately when the storyline and this lively movement and atmosphere sink up together, it doesn't last, after this one element [Sam/Booth gets slapped in the face by Gillette/Suchet,] things slowly but surely begin to snowball downhill where things collapse [on a small side note I don't think highly of this element, she just has to stand there and take it; whilst she is clearly ready to fight him, possibly the reason why she just takes it is; this character/performer could do something much worse or get someone to do something much worse in some way or another]

The movement and this film either becomes monotonous or predictable and I really don't care about these big reveal components roughly around the closing section of this project and including the character developments; they don't help either; they are just a cliché and as it relates to one specific character/performer they really do push on these character developments hard [as it relates to Rob/Jarsky.]

By the way I should point out that I am not criticizing Rob/Jarsky. When you come to watch this film, these performances/on-screen chemistry is at worst something solid and at best has untapped potential, but generally speaking, if they were instructed for their characters to come off the way they have then they have achieved that.

Action/Comedy: for one example of the action the viewers see in this rough description of this scene Sam/Booth shooting this gun with this substance on to this keypad to press in the right code which is some distance away and not forgetting there is these infrared beams in this scene as well; this is good.

Comedy; it is a monologue or in the dialogue exchanges, but there is one element I can discuss; Kevin/Reynolds goes into this location and distracts this character/performer by doing this; empty my bag routine which it has lots and lots of rubbish in it.

This film receives: 4/10, this film is mixed; now after everything is said and done this mark is a fair outcome, but to leave this review on a positive if there are either fans of Ryan Reynolds or David Suchet a.k.a. [Hercule Poirot] in the UK TV program Poirot or its alternative name Agatha Christie's Poirot out there in Internet land take a look at this film, but I wouldn't expect too much that is all I am going to say.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 2,] Episode 66: Bloom of Doom by AverageMansReviews

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 2,] Episode 66: Bloom of Doom by AverageMansReviews

Review Time:

4 things about this episode

Warning: there are flashing/colourful/other effects in this episode.

Storyline: this is something solid; it knows what it is doing from beginning to end, but somewhere before the final quarter things do quicken up, which is a good thing, because if it didn't this episode was looking at a noticeably different mark.

The Power Rangers' helmets: here is something for you to look out for; we have some of The Power Rangers' helmets in the background when we are/they are in the Command Center on top of another computer section [not on top of the computers themselves as in the buttons and all of that,] but just on top of this computer section to the Command Center; this is great art to have these helmets in a row [Blue, Black, Red and Green.]

Double-team: Trini/The Yellow Ranger and Kimberly/The Pink Ranger perform this double-team where Kimberly/The Pink Ranger jumps off Trini/The Yellow Ranger's shoulders and up into mid-air to fire her Power Bow; this is excellent.

This episode receives: 6/10, this is one of those episodes that gets better the more you watch of it.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 2,] Episode 65: Putty on the Brain by AverageMansReviews

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 2,] Episode 65: Putty on the Brain by AverageMansReviews

Review Time:

4 things about this episode

Warning: there are flashing/colourful/other effects in this episode.

Bulk & Skull's narrative; Who are the Power Rangers?: now and again I will be checking in on this; as they are now trying to find out the true identities of The Power Rangers. Because they have now heard The Power Rangers voices in a previous episode.

Why speed-up The Power Rangers?: Now straight off the bat this is where I should point out I could be wrong, but based on my viewing experience it looks this way. It is where we have The Power Rangers taking on the Z-Putties [in their civilian attire] and it is clear to pick up on that The Power Rangers are moving noticeably quicker and it just comes over as really cheap and tacky.

Blooper: Bulk & Skull try these sunshades on which belong to Billy and Zack, so without giving too much away when they try these sunshades on they have the spell put on them which Billy and Zack have as well.

So at the end of the episode Alpha 5 finds a way to break the spell, but we have Bulk & Skull acting like everything is normal, but they are still under the spell or should be based on the facts they haven't been given these sunshades which now will reverse the spell.

This episode receives: 5/10, this episode clearly has a solid storyline in it; but for me this episode is mixed.

The Good, the Bad, and the Dead 2015 [alternative name 4Got10] by AverageMansReviews

The Good, the Bad, and the Dead 2015 [alternative name 4Got10] by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there is an element of domestic violence, sexual assault and colourful effects in this project.

Storyline: well it was something reasonable until you get to the closing section then it just becomes incredibly lazy as it spoon-feeds its viewers [I found this to be very annoying] and we never find out if this character goes back to his family. Generally speaking the movement of this project for roughly the first 50% of it depends on which characters/performers you have on screen at that time is depending what kind of movement you're going to have and may be for the next scene as well, basically because of their stage presence they just galvanized the project. There are three characters/performers that galvanized this project at this point [Rooker/Lundgren, Perez/Trejo and Cole/A. Fox.]

But for roughly the second half [minus this really annoying and lazy ending,] everyone contributes.

Action/Comedy/Art: now there is one scene where the action and the comedy go hand-in-hand it is where we have Perez/Trejo and Olson/Paré shooting one another in very close proximity [they cannot miss] and it comes off as like a competition; the last one that dies wins.

Yes there are other action sequences in this project they are either weapons being used or combat and there is two other comedy elements in one way or another in this film as well. Moving on to the art; there is this Western theme stop scene introducing the character type which is on screen with one example the words "The Enforcer" or in the scenes we have the Moon or the Sun.

Characters/Performances: on all counts they are doing their job.

This film receives: 2/10, this film is poor; I took a mark off for the ending that is how much it annoyed me, but to leave this review on a positive if there are any fans of the three performers I have mentioned in the second paragraph; out there in Internet land, they either have a consistent presence or a smaller role in this film; but still take a look, but having said that I still wouldn't expect too much.

Flight of Fury 2007 by AverageMansReviews

Flight of Fury 2007 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there is a Kamikaze element in this film.

Storyline: now to stop me from repeating myself too much in this review, I will say it here to begin with; this film knows what it is doing from beginning to end and it sticks to that, so consequently this project is fundamentally sound in everything it does or has to offer its viewers, so if you're into films that has the theme of something of importance getting stolen and someone or in this case [Sands/Seagal and Jannick/Bazeley] to go and get it back this film will suit you down to the ground.

Action/Art: the action; takes place all over the place be it on the ground in the air in these different aircrafts or these Navy SEALs which parachute out of this aircraft and we have escape sequences on top of that as well and the art can be located in the sky aircraft scenes, they will capture your attention.

Characters/Performances: on both counts they are reliable and the on-screen chemistry is reliable also.

This film receives: 10/10, this is one of those occasions where it is very difficult to criticize a project which as I have already made reference to in this review knows what it is doing from beginning to end and sticks to it, so it just depends if the viewers like this type of film or not; so if you do it is lots of fun and if there are any Steven Seagal fans out there in Internet land this is most definitely one of his better films.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 2,] Episode 64: The Wanna-Be Ranger by AverageMansReviews

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 2,] Episode 64: The Wanna-Be Ranger by AverageMansReviews

Review Time:

5 things about this episode

Warning: there are flashing/colourful/other effects in this episode.

Storyline/Can our school friends;
The Power Rangers cope with things on their own: generally speaking this storyline is good, but I did have some issues with it the Alpha 5 component does absolutely nothing for me, whilst the Zordon component was too short, they should have brought him back near to the end of this episode, this could have been utilized better to see how The Power Rangers could cope as a group or in different numbers in their civilian attire or as The Power Rangers, I mean this would have potentially been great character developments.

Z Putty Patrollers or the Z-Putties: I have chosen to go with these names over just Putty Patroller or just Putties, because they are clearly different and clearly the next generation of the Putty Patrollers; this next-generation do give The Power Rangers at any time a good challenge, but however they do have one massive design flaw; on their chest is this massive Z in a circle, all someone has to do is hit on it and they will self-destruct, separate into segments with this white special-effects, but they are good action components nonetheless.

Bloopers: the first one; shouldn't Zordon have taken longer to come back like at least a day or something, because of the Planets taking time to move or something like this. The next one is where we have this Billy bad version aggressively talking to Alpha 5 talking about the Command Center in front of this little boy character Dylan [this is not the only time Dylan finds out priceless information,] then  we have Kimberly/The Pink Power Ranger getting this hand mirror out of her I think boot, I say I think because we don't have a clear sight, but it sounds like it. So how did that get in there and I am sure she wouldn't carry it in her civilian foot attire in the first place, because that would just be uncomfortable [I mean when you come to watch this episode just look at the size of this hand mirror, I mean it is not exactly small,] the final one is where we have The Power Rangers going to stop Alpha 5 from self-destructing and if you listen out you can quite clearly hear Trini/The Yellow Ranger drop  Billy's name at a normal level of sound and as Dylan is right there he could and should have heard this and yes I don't care if he is about five years old or around this age range, in fact now taking two seconds to think about it that is worse, because he could let it slip at any time because young children have a habit of repeating things they hear regardless if it is good or bad or a secret.

This episode receives: 6/10, this mark represents this episode well, because it is a solid good episode based on my viewing experience, but like I have already said in this episode the Alpha 5 storyline component does absolutely nothing for me.

Average Extra of: Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn 2020 by AverageMansReviews

Average Extra of:  Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn 2020 by AverageMansReviews

Real Talking Time:

Just a heads up: now as everyone should know by now I don't use adult language in my blogs, but however I do have my ways around it as you will read.

Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn 2020: this film triggered this blog, [on a quick side note this film review will be dropping around the festive period.] So obviously I won't be discussing it out and out, but I will be using some elements of it because they make absolutely fantastic points.

What the hell DC Extended Universe or Worlds of DC or whatever the name is now?: Frankly who cares what the name is; there is an old expression in this case I will adapt this expression; "You can dress up a pile of donkey diarrhea, but at the end of the day it is still a pile of donkey diarrhea."

So in the DCEU there are only three films that I have reviewed that get high marks [positive to glowing] which are as follows; Wonder Woman 2017, Aquaman 2018 and Shazam! 2019 and the rest are poor or mixed; the mixed one being Justice League 2017 [full disclosure I haven't reviewed Man of Steel 2013 under this name yet, but it is no way going to either be positive or glowing.

I am not here to point out the obvious facts that the Marvel Cinematic Universe are in a completely different league to the DCEU, but let's make this as fair as I can MCU began with Iron-Man in 2008 whilst the DCEU began with Man of Steel in 2013.

MCU as of 2020 has 23 films to its name; whilst the DCEU has 8 films to its name as of this blog being published; I will just leave these statistics here and just say if there is or isn't there isn't much of a contest here and there are other statistics I could bring up but I don't want to, because I'm not here to do a comparison, because as you can clearly see there is no comparison or I'm not here to bury the DCEU either.

But I am here because I am absolutely fed up of the DCEU, now and again still throwing out film projects such as Justice League 2017 or more recently Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn 2020 without doing the background to a much better standard in other projects so they link to their project better or having any idea of what they are going to do with the Birds of Prey now they have brought them to the DCEU?

Now I am not going to lie I know a pinch of salt about the Birds of Prey, but without giving too much away I know, I know it is early days so things can change. But let me put things this way Harley Quinn/Robbie has guaranteed one more film coming up [yes there are others, but I like to deal with concrete facts whenever I can.]

Yet I have looked at these performers schedules of projects coming up as it relates to the Birds of Prey characters/performers and there is nothing there. I know I have said something to this effect in the Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn 2020 review, but what was the point of the film if you are not going to have any plans to bring them back?

Because this project wasn't an out and out sequel for Harley Quinn/Robbie, yet she will be the only one carrying the burden of the project into her next projects, it's not like the DCEU has many crown jewels that will make them lots of money at the box office they have as things stand; they have the three films I discussed earlier that are positive to glowing and they have Harley Quinn/Robbie and that is it.

Frankly the DCEU; needs to have a thing called structure to it, something like this for an example; have five films in one section which breaks down to two Light films and two Dark films [Light films = Superhero's perspective only, Dark films = Villain's perspective only and alternate between Light and Dark and in the fifth film you have the crossover the viewers can see all the perspectives in this film and yes if you're wondering interlocking characters such as a high ranking hench person or any character/performer like this can appear in both films.

Also not forgetting and I am not deliberately bringing this up, but it also sets the MCU and the DCEU as fundamentally sound from a producing film perspective as individuals doing their own style of Universes. Because as things are the DCEU more often than not are doomed to repeat their mistakes time and again [in short as a viewer you never quite know what standard of DCEU film you're going to get which I don't know about everyone else fills me of irritation nowadays in the back of my mind of "I wonder how they are going to screw this up?"

I want the MCU and the DCEU to be on a similar level and coming out with both different films but a very high standard and the MCU have been doing that for years, I am getting bored/frustrated at the DCEU yes their previous films to date were positive to glowing but their latest film Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn 2020 is just a shocking reminder of what they can come out with as well.

Half Past Dead 2 2007 by AverageMansReviews

Half Past Dead 2 2007 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Storyline: well it is poor, it takes a long time to get going and even then it isn't the most quickest.

Action/Art/Comedy: there are weapons being used and combat, the only worthwhile element I could point out is this; Burke/Goldberg performs a spear [a wrestling move which he is well-known for performing his version of it] in this film. Moving on to the art we have this character/performer Twitch/Kurupt painting this picture on a wall and [in a tiny number of scenes] we have these eye-catching Sky/Clouds formations you will know them; when you see them and finally we have a drop of comedy which is likewise worth pointing out; right at the end of this film, where we have these two characters/performers one being Twitch and the other being Cherise/Conwell arguing about things so Burke gives off the impression "I will just leave them to it."

Character/Performances: this is one of those occasions that what you see is; what you get on both counts. I mean there is on-screen chemistry later on in one way or another but it does take so long to show through that these characters may as well be stuck in their factory default settings for much of this film.

This film receives: 2/10, this film is poor; it is/was very hard work to get mentally switched back on when this film does ever so slightly and I will repeat that ever so slightly get better.

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for AEW Double or Nothing 2020 by AverageMansReviews

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for AEW Double or Nothing 2020 by AverageMansReviews

Just a heads up: I am beginning this blog 7 days before this pay-per-view, so I can work on this and other contents, so consequently these matches may be in the wrong order, but as long as I get them down in time for this pay-per-view that is all what matters and on top of that you will see/read ongoing themes when it is appropriate in this predictions blog, yes this pay-per-view should be lots of fun but ongoing themes nonetheless.

Best Friends vs. Private Party Winners are the  No1 Contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Championship: my pick is Best Friends; because AEW have been building them up lately and I expect them to continue here and onwards.

Dustin Rhodes vs. Shawn Spears: my pick is Dustin Rhodes, this was the last match to be announced.

Britt Baker vs. Kris Statlander: my pick is Britt Baker; because they have been building her up and this just feels like the start of this feud.

MJF vs. Jungle Boy: my pick is MJF, hopefully this match is more about the storylines and this is just speculation building this feud and building a feud between Wardlow vs. Luchasaurus one-on-one at some point in the future.

The Elite vs. The Inner Circle Stadium Stampede Match: my pick is The Elite; hopefully they are going with the angle of The Elite win here to yes continue this feud, but just to build more friction in this feud, but if it should happen The Elite should lose here I am not so sure where they can go from here, unless they have them lose here, but have them make a statement consequently have them be roofless as Faces as in because of their loss they are refocused as individuals or in a team or stable, but just don't have them lose and do nothing positive with that loss and yes I am really far than convinced having this match/stipulation at this time is such a wise move as in this global situation is still here, yes I am sure they will take every precaution but the fact remains this global situation is still here/there and doesn't seem to be going anywhere soon.

Casino Ladder Match Winner receives a future AEW World Championship Match: my pick is a AEW debut, I just have a feeling that with everything happening at the moment, this just feels like one of those occasions where it would be a good move to have somebody debut to shake the landscape of the wrestling industry in a positive way.

Cody vs. Lance Archer Tournament final for the inaugural AEW TNT Championship to be presented
by "Iron" Mike Tyson: my pick is Lance Archer; because they have been building him up, it is way too early for him to lose and this feud has just begun.

Hikaru Shida vs.
the AEW Women's World Champion Nyla Rose; my pick is Nyla Rose, because this feud has just begun.

Brodie Lee vs. the AEW World's Champion Jon Moxley: my pick is Jon Moxley; now this match should be about the storylines and character development after this pay-per-view from this perspective. Brodie Lee or someone from The Dark Order will get disqualified which means Moxley retains, but The Dark Order make a statement here or try to with whomever wins the Casino Ladder Match comes down to help out Moxley after the match.

I mean if AEW were to take this route everyone involved here looks good, Brodie Lee and The Dark Order look strong, Moxley retains and this other character/performer gets inserted straightaway into things with everything going on and as I have previously stated if it is a debuting character/performer they get to shake the landscape of the wrestling industry and create a positive vibe.

Supplemental Information/Matches/Results: Casino Ladder Match Winner Brian Cage and Kris Statlander Defeats Penelope Ford [this match took the place of Britt Baker vs. Kris Statlander, because of Britt Baker being seriously injured on the previous Wednesday's AEW: Dynamite, but watching someone else's material it sounds like unfortunately a long-term injury.

End of a Gun 2016 by AverageMansReviews

End of a Gun 2016 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there are colourful/flashing effects and an element of animal cruelty in this project.

Storyline: it is like everything else in this title; it is something safe and reliable, but having said that it does get better and better the more you watch of it.

Action/Art: there are weapons being used and combat. Moving on to the art there is some scenes in this project by day or by night which will capture your attention for one example and here is something for you to look out for; we get to see the Eiffel Tower at times in this title.

Characters/Performers: on both counts they are like I said in the storyline section they are something safe and reliable, which makes the on-screen chemistry between this cast generally speaking good [I do stress likewise the more you watch of this project, the better it gets it does take some time for things to click into place,] you know they are not going to win any Oscars here, but their performances and on-screen chemistry will be reflected in my mark of this review [but on a quick side note; minus one character/performer because this is speculation but I am positive his voice has been dubbed over on top of that there are other things that are fishy about these scenes they just don't look right or sound right so why didn't they just take this character out and do the mobile telephone calls from one end that is how poor they are,] but putting him to one side they are good.

This film receives: 6/10, when everything is said and done this film is good and yes this is one of our lead character/performer Decker/Seagal's better films, so if there are any fans of this performer out there in Internet land check this film out.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 2,] Episode 63: The Mutiny: Part III by AverageMansReviews

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 2,] Episode 63: The Mutiny: Part III by AverageMansReviews

Review Time:

4 things about this episode

Warning: there are flashing/colourful/other effects in this episode.

Storyline: to begin with it is a little bit slow but it does get quicker the more you watch of it

The Blue Power Ranger makes a mistake: this is a good piece of comedy where we have Billy/The Blue Power Ranger in a nutshell realizing he had put one of the batteries in upside down and Tommy/The Green Power Ranger saying "Oh genius"[whilst at the same time playfully pushing is hand against Billy's/The blue Power Ranger's helmet.]

Alpha 5 consoles Tommy: Tommy is in the Command Center watching this new Zord [Thunder Megazord] via the Viewing Globe and over this dialogue exchange with Alpha 5 also sounding a little bit blue about this situation [including Alpha 5 putting his hand briefly on Tommy's back with a small rub as well; the viewers can tell by Tommy's body language and tone of dialogue in this scene he wants to be out there as the Green Power Ranger, battling besides his friends/fellow Rangers, but he also knows his power and time as The Green Power Ranger are becoming like an egg timer increasingly limited and once they are completely gone they are gone [yes I know at this point Zordon can top them up, but this will not last forever; this is great character developments.

This episode receives: 8/10, with everything considered this is an excellent episode

Asteroid vs Earth 2014 by AverageMansReviews

Asteroid vs Earth 2014 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Storyline: to limit myself saying this in this review I will say it here everything about this film is solid, you know it knows what it is and it doesn't claim to be anything else, but to be a little bit more specific now; the storyline has a very clear plan and it sticks to that, but having said that without saying too much what happens to the Earth after this; I am sure we would experience some problems on some levels in one way or another.

Action/Art: there are weapons being used, underwater and outer-space scenes. Now moving on to the art this would be comfortably the biggest positive about this project, yes they take place at any time day or night including anywhere be it in the water or underwater with this Submarine or on the Earth or this Asteroid in outer-space [for just one example the viewers get to see it from the camera shot of we are sitting on this Asteroid so you can see the Earth in front of it which is big and on the right-hand; side some distance away is the Moon, but you can clearly see it is the Moon.]

Characters/Performances: on both counts they are something safe and reliable, consequently the on-screen chemistry is clear to see and to feel.

This film receives: 4/10, this film makes it into the mixed bracket on the marking scale of things; like I have already said this film is solid and it doesn't claim to be anything other than what it is which is a solid disaster movie.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 2,] Episode 62: The Mutiny: Part II by AverageMansReviews

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 2,] Episode 62: The Mutiny: Part II by AverageMansReviews

Review Time:

5 things about this episode

Warning: there are flashing/colourful/other effects in this episode.

Storyline: because this is the second part of this trilogy, it does follow that reliable feeling of being the linchpin between the first part and the final part, as in pushing things forward and doing a lot of the groundwork for the final episode, so the final episode can reap the rewards of this episode's hard work.

Tyrannosaurus Dinozord vs. Dragonzord: now in this one sequence it covers action and art we see these two Zords go up against one another for a short time as they are swinging their tails around and hitting the target

The Power Rangers: in the Command Center are desperately wanting to go and face this ongoing situation which is gradually getting worse with the Threat Siren going off and Zordon being the voice of reason saying "Rangers I can understand your concern and I commend you for it, but without your Zords you will not be able to defeat this monster and might be seriously hurt in the process Angel Grove and the world cannot afford that." [this is an excerpt] and interesting character developments as in all these Power Rangers including the ones that are not here at this time [Billy & Trini are in their civilian attire working on a device in Billy's  Lab,] but anyway have grown more into being Power Rangers, but they still need guidance from Zordon, especially when they are thinking of doing something which is honourable, but ultimately doomed to fail.

Bulk & Skull: go their separate ways on their Quadbikes; wager the loser buys as much pizza as the winner can eat, but they quickly meet each other again.

This episode receives: 8/10, this episode is excellent, based on the grounds it does everything it is designed to do [I refer you back to the storyline section of this review.]

Den of Thieves 2018 by AverageMansReviews

Den of Thieves 2018 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Storyline: well where do I start; the fact that this storyline is nothing new or anything special in fact if I'm being honest in theory it is just something that should have been safe and reliable, but it is very poorly executed to the point where it gives way too much away; way too early, mixed in with this film having no get up and go to it, mix that in with they could easily took off 40 minutes off this 140 minutes film [yes this is not a myth spoken figure,] mix that in with this project having a reveal style ending for an ending, mix that in with I really couldn't care about this reveal, no I really couldn't or don't care about this reveal.

Action/Art/Comedy: there are weapons being used, the driving sequence so this character/performer [Wilson/Jackson Jr.] can prove his skills, chasing and combat. Moving on to the art there are some elements in one way or another for an example when we have our lead character/performer [' O'Brien/Butler] standing on this beach and there are only small, very tiny like a pinch of salt of comedy in a dialogue exchange as it relates to vegetarians/vegans or there is this not funny also not needed comedy element where we have this character/performer [Levoux/Jackson] and these other characters/performers trying and successfully intimidating this young man before he takes his daughter out [you get this feel and look of it may be time for the prom.]

Characters/Performances: I can't say the character developments are poor, because like the storyline they are just something safe and reliable and likewise on reflection so are the performances, they are just following their character types and consequently everything that comes with that, but I do feel because this film is too long it does leave the characters/performers exposed, if this film is quicker or shorter it wouldn't leave these characters/performers so exposed, in a nutshell because the viewers have lots of time with these characters/performers and there isn't much to them [yes they are something safe and reliable as characters for let's say a 100 minute film, but not 140 minutes there needs to be suitable character developments/substance/something of anything and yes I don't count the reveal because as I have already made reference to I really don't care about it.

This film receives: 3/10, so this film is poor; after everything is said and done I was relieved to just get through this project, yes I could put this film as a higher ranking poor film or very low in the next section of marks, so as you can clearly see I went with the one I could justify more easily and if you are wondering what made my decision yes it was the time length of this film being 140 minutes and everything I said in the storyline section of this review.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 2,] Episode 61: The Mutiny: Part I by AverageMansReviews

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 2,] Episode 61: The Mutiny: Part I by AverageMansReviews

Review Time:

Just a heads up: if you didn't catch this blog a couple of days ago [Average Extra of: Important Update 2020 I will leave the link down below,] but in a nutshell it says I will be modifying my film reviews and TV program reviews.

5 things about this episode

Warning: this episode contains flashing/colourful/other effects.

Storyline: it covers so much and there is much more to come, yes just to cover my back I haven't seen the next episode yet, but based on the fact this is a 3 parter, I think and feel that it is safe to assume that there is much more to come.

Lord Zedd's Z Staff: the first thing I should really say is if you don't like snakes, then you may not want to watch this; But as a piece of art from beginning to end is awesome.

Goldar's wings: great character developments as it relates to Goldar and Lord Zedd on one hand it shows how quickly Goldar sides with someone much more powerful than his previous Empress; Empress Rita Repulsa as he aligns himself with his previous Lord and Master [before Empress Rita Repulsa,] as Lord Zedd says "Your spineless sniveling attitude leads me to believe you will serve me well." [this is an excerpt] on the other hand it shows how powerful Lord Zedd is if he can just very easily and quickly give back Goldar his wings.

This episode receives: 10/10, this episode is lots of fun as everything means something, it moves at a quick pace and this is just the first part of this trilogy of episodes.
