Review Time
Storyline: to limit
myself saying this in this review I will say it here everything about this film
is solid, you know it knows what it is and it doesn't claim to be anything
else, but to be a little bit more specific now; the storyline has a very clear
plan and it sticks to that, but having said that without saying too much what
happens to the Earth after this; I am sure we would experience some problems on
some levels in one way or another.
Action/Art: there are
weapons being used, underwater and outer-space scenes. Now moving on to the art
this would be comfortably the biggest positive about this project, yes they
take place at any time day or night including anywhere be it in the water or
underwater with this Submarine or on the Earth or this Asteroid in outer-space
[for just one example the viewers get to see it from the camera shot of we are
sitting on this Asteroid so you can see the Earth in front of it which is big
and on the right-hand; side some distance away is the Moon, but you can clearly
see it is the Moon.]
Characters/Performances: on both counts they are something safe and reliable, consequently the
on-screen chemistry is clear to see and to feel.
This film receives: 4/10, this film makes it into the mixed bracket on the marking scale
of things; like I have already said this film is solid and it doesn't claim to
be anything other than what it is which is a solid disaster movie.
