Reasons for these releases: because of the merger which has an outsider is absolute garbage, because as you will find out here Reactionary To The Wrestling News of: WWE SmackDown heading back to the USA Network Fox beginning October 2024; 21/09/2023 Link https://averagemansreviews2017.blogspot.com/2023/09/reactionary-to-wrestling-news-of-wwe.html they have just signed a massive TV deal worth $1.4 billion, even before this it is like they don't have the money to spare.

Why isn't: Omos and/or Gable Stevensons on this list of releases? Now to briefly again I am not asking or encouraging anyone to release or to lose their livelihoods. But my point is clearly this; if the WWE can release the likes of Mustafa Ali and Shelton Benjamin which let's be completely honest Ali and/or would wrestle rings around Omos and/or Stevensons [and before I get heat for this I would have included Dolph Ziggler as well, but he has wanted to leave for some time and I am talking about years, it has been told that he wanted to leave but they persuaded him to stay and re-sign with them.] I am not stupid even I can understand Ziggler can wrestle, even though he has many accomplishments within the WWE, I have to confess I got bored with him and when I outline the reasons why you can see why; they never really convincingly pushed him which is not his fault or/and he never really changed his gimmick throughout his many years. This is completely speculation mixed with a pinch of fact; Nicholas Nemeth formerly known as Dolph Ziggler, I can see him going over to All Elite Wrestling, simply because his brother; Ryan Nemeth and based on his social media activity I think I am safe in saying he would like to work with his brother in AEW and I think we can all agree even though Nicholas is 43 years old when this content was first created and his brother is 38 years old, they could still do the brother of thing if AEW are/should be interested in signing Nicolas; it would also be nice to see what Nicholas can do when he has more control over things, like when Brodie Lee went from WWE to AEW, it could be something that big and rewarding for Nicholas and AEW.

But back to what I was originally talking about; let's begin with Omos; for me he is basically this generation's version of Sid [of various names including the name Sid;] but at least it's Sid knew what he could bring to the table and he is dark but enthusiastic promos [that is if he doesn't forget his words.] Yes I am aware he has MVP as a manager/talker, but for me but other than putting him with experienced wrestlers to hide his weaknesses and to make him a appearance attraction such as in any form of a rumble, there isn't much of a reason to keep him around.

Stevensons; is a genuine problem, because of what I've seen of him Wasted: Gable Steveson vs. Baron Corbin; Singles Match at NXT: The Great American Bash 2023 - Spoilers Alarm! Link https://averagemansreviews2017.blogspot.com/2023/08/wasted-gable-steveson-vs-baron-corbin.html in a nutshell I don't know how he could possibly come back from his debut match in this content I did make reference to the kind of level of debut comparing it to the WCW debut of The Shockmaster in 1993 and I did make reference also to they may as well release him, because I am not making this into a big thing, but I am really truly not sure how they could fix him.

Now in the interest of fairness and balance; why the hell is Emma on this release list? I know, I know they didn't have anything creatively for her to do. But however I am coming from the perspective of; on one hand you rehire Nia Jax; who is notoriously liability in the ring which conveniently I have already discussed in Reactionary To The Wrestling News of: Nia Jax WWE Return on Raw 11/09/2023 Link https://averagemansreviews2017.blogspot.com/2023/09/reactionary-to-wrestling-news-of-nia.html and then you go and even though I haven't seen her wrestle for many years, I am just going off her well-established and well earned reputation of a competent and sound wrestler and on a quick side note thank you [I am being sarcastic] WWE for taking away her opportunity to wrestle in her own country of Australia Perth when WWE Elimination Chamber 2024 lands in this country I mean they could have built up Emma vs. Ripley for a woman's championship match at this Premium Live Event; I mean yes please and no I am not even from this part of the world, I just want to see good female wrestlers; wrestle in their own backyard or obviously stick them in the women's elimination chamber match, still yes please or you could even have them pull double duty to have both of these matches on this card.

Now just to finish off this content I will give you a heads up; there will be a fair bit of my Wasted series instalments coming out as soon.

Reactionary To The Wrestling News of: WWE SmackDown heading back to the USA Network Fox beginning October 2024; 21/09/2023 by AverageMansReviews

Just a heads up: I am now aware that Monday Night Raw is also possibly on the move as well as NXT, they are also currently on the US Network but their TV rights as far as I can make out, they could be staying out or on the table for business as things stand the future of Raw and NXT is up in the air as it relates to their TV deals. I just wanted to mention that.

Just focusing on SmackDown as it is official: with NBCUniversal including four specials a year, but WWE SmackDown will be a exclusive on NBCU for the next five years to roughly until 2029 and if you really want to know how much this five-year deal is making the WWE it has been suggested by the Wall Street Journal we are looking at 1.4 Billion Dollars. So I am sure there will not be any unnecessary budget cuts to wrestling talent, for those that cannot pick up sarcasm here, I am fully aware that of Thursday 21/09/2023 there were quite a few talent releases across the board which I will discuss in other content.

TKO Holding Group [WWE and UFC:] you know these are two main reasons why Mr. McMahon forced his way back into the WWE in the first place to be a part of this merger and the TV deal talks, so does that mean he will step down and leave of course not. For the cynical people like me and this is just my opinion we know there is a third reason he came back to sell his company which I have already stated, but what I have not stated yet is to basically by selling his company he can now keep himself in power until the day he advocates is thrown or dies, we know it will probably be until the day he dies and once again I know Endeavour could get rid of him, Mr. McMahon current position is Executive Chairman at TKO Holding Group [NYS; TKO] but we just know that isn't going to happen. Mr. McMahon has just basically done it so that he can keep hold of power, without major resistance from people against him on his broad before this merger took place and not forgetting making sure his children Shane and Stephanie McMahon couldn't get their hands freely on his company either for an example overthrowing him or after he has gone, There is nothing quite like selling your children and future generations of your family down the river. Even though briefly back when Mr. McMahon left the WWE for a little time it was absolutely the best thing for business and under the trio of Triple H, his wife Stephanie and Nick Khan the WWE was looking positive and the future looked bright. Mr. McMahon had come back and spoil all of this trio's work, I know not all of it was great but when you have a success rate of something like 88% in my opinion, Mr. McMahon should have stayed away, but we are now in a position that we are in.

To leave this content on a pipe bomb in a wrestling sense; it is also being speculated and I will say that again speculated that it is a legitimate option that WWE SmackDown could be moving to 3 hours long and to be honest without using directly adult language references this is all a bunch of manure really, you see I am not a stupid man so I do understand that in any business as it relates to a merger that unfortunately overstaffing for positions, consequently there will be financial packages layoffs [redundancies of roughly 100 people,] which obviously and sincerely this is never good. But it really does stink when this wrestling promotion makes so much fudging money that they choose, I want you to keep that in mind they choose to have unnecessary releases of talent, yes I did say I would discuss this in other content, but for a little bit it also links into this content where we are talking about people's livelihoods, but then again I am not being comical here just very, very factual if this wrestling promotion can have the budget cuts through a global pandemic then anything is possible really.

Warning/Disclaimer: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/environment/animal feeding/drugs/drowning/stabbing/cutting/suicide/breaking/impaling/medical. Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional, yes I have a mental health illness, but as it relates to add some point in this content, I made reference to something and it is just how it comes across and looks like.

In the 1940's Italy, Venice: in a nutshell; we meet again Hercule Poirot [Kenneth Branagh/Director of this sequel as well:] he is now a retired world renowned detective living his life out in this location, he is also hired a bodyguard Vitale Portfoglio [Riccardo Scamarcio:] an ex-police officer, which it is his job to keep people away from Poirot. But that is until one day the lady carrying an apple will make an exception for her; it is Ariadne Oliver [Tina Fey:] Poirot's friend, crime novelist and she comes to persuade him to look into this situation surrounding this quickly declining large house, so this trio attended this Halloween party to try and solve the mystery if there is one to be solved.

The framework and pacing of this 103 minutes film is solidly good as on reflection; it really does use the outlay of something similar to that of The Women in Black 2012, where there are strange goings-on around this location including using a similar atmosphere and tone, that is what we are working with/from in this sequel.

Art: even though I have not reviewed The Woman in Black 2012 under this current name; likewise we have a similar high standard of art to see and to experience for some examples; shadow play [I am looking this up, because I didn't know it's name, without doing it a great disservice; basically it is where you have this cloth hanging out with light shining through, whilst using these models which have basic functions, it is also known as shadow puppetry] or/and we have these black-and-white sequences and not forgetting the scenery, wardrobe and anything else to bring this world to life; they really did do everything in their power to bring this film to life.

Character developments and performances: this is very much a cast characters/performance; with everyone performing their character types to a good all-round standard, which can be reflected on understanding their motives. But a special mention has to go to  Jude Hill as Leopold Ferrier; as a very intelligent child that looks after his father Dr. Leslie Ferrier [Jamie Dornan:] yes he is a doctor, but in modern language of 2023 and beyond or until they give it a different name; he is clearly struggling with PTSD [Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.]

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; as I have pointed out in this content there is a lot of good stuff in this sequel, I just feel that this mark is the right one here, I do hope if it is just a positive nominee that Jude Hill gets one for this performance.

Warning: there are flashing effects/colourful effects/drugs/disfigurement/shooting/stabbing/impaling/decapitation/torture/terrorism/animal cruelty/vehicles crashing/breaking/strangling/medical. I should give you a heads up; there is a consistent usage of small white subtitles, there is a different language being used, so firstly whomever came up with this small white text, I am being sarcastic when I say thanks for that because I am dyslexic and but I got the genuine idea, secondly how lazy was the individual that put in the subtitles not to use more than one colour on the text, to separate it from person to person on the screen at that time, I mean if you are going to use subtitles this often in your films you may as well make it larger and easier to read and finally because this text is white and small it sometimes gets lost on screen, so they don't even stand out hence why said larger and easier to read including separation from character to character, because when underneath you have a potential different colour that can cover it over so you miss words in the subtitles from time to time, so smart move there; Not!

Before I ride off into the sunset, I have just one more thing to do: in short; we get to bear witness to this very last thing that Robert McCall [Denzel Washington:] is a retired person with many unique skills from being a former US Marine two a former DIA Officer, basically you want a situation taking care of he is your man, he wants to retire in Italy where this film takes place, but before that he will cleanup and assist CIA Agent Emma Collins [Dakota Fanning:] with this drugs case, she is young but a very good agent.

The framework and pacing of this 109 minutes film is a slow build up to a quick ending. On reflection, this is a good but generic action completing trilogy film title, as in, it does very much paint by numbers what it is designed to do and that is complete the trilogy.

Action/Art: I mean the only action sequence which is something different to all of the other let's just call them aggressive action sequences is; where we have McCall recapping this sequence through his mind's eye, so in this small sequence we see everything from his perspective which this is a imaginative art as for a little sequence it has a lot of detail as it should have as it is coming directly from his mind's eye and don't worry if you have been watching this trilogy we still have McCall giving us this countdown of 9 seconds to decide on what the individual or individuals in question want to do next and yes we have some good scenery throughout this film of Italy [the person I watch some of these films with; pointed this out to me, which now she has pointed it out I concur with this individual.]

Character developments and performances: they are all reliably good versions of what they are meant to be and the performances reflect that.

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; as in on these two points, if you are a fan of Denzel Washington and if you have watched the previous two instalments of this trilogy go and watch this film because of him and you may as well finish off the trilogy.

Triple Frontier 2019 by AverageMansReviews

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/animal cruelty/shooting/torture/medical

"It had problems from the very beginning": in a nutshell; Santiago "Pope" Garcia [Oscar Isaac:] he is currently a private military adviser, working in Colombia, he desperately wants to take down this criminal by the name of Gabriel Martin Lorea and hopefully make lots of money doing it and yes this is a Black Ops. He needs his ex-United States Army Delta Force leader Tom "Redfly" Davis [Ben Affleck:] is currently selling condos for a living and absolutely he could do with the money, what supporting two houses and without him the rest of the unit would at best be humming and harrowing about taking on this mission so he is vitally important to this mission, but as always not everything goes according to plan.

Well what do you want me to say? The framework and pacing of this 125 minutes film, is incredibly slow throughout. No honestly it never, ever, ever feels like it is going to get out of first gear, or even remotely interested in getting out of first gear. So as a member of the viewing audience, this film really does suffer I mean if you want me to be really analytical, it is a snowball effect. The framework and pacing isn't there, which in turn makes these normally reliable versions of what these characters are meant to be and likewise performances really hard work to watch. I mean there is nothing wrong with these performances, but they are left exposed by this film. Likewise the action sequences have the same problem they would be solidly good, but as it relates to this film I just couldn't be interested with them, I mean if you want me to add a little bit of substance here any involvement involving this chopper is good, I mean it sticks out.

Art: I mean this is the only component to this film that consistently positive, landscapes, as you may have got the idea by now because this film is the way it is anything that is a positive really does tend to stick out, so you will know when you come across the art in this film that is for sure.

This film receives: 2/10, this film is poor; yes I have given the mark because as I have made reference to in this content there are some positives to be had with this project and finally the person I watched some movies film said that speech I opened up this content review on. But what will I know when it comes to films, because this film has some awards; positive awards accredited to its name. 3 Nominees People's Choice Awards, USA 2019 People's Choice Award Favourite Drama Movie, IGN Summer Movie Awards 2019 IGN Award Best Action Movie and California on Location Awards 2018 COLA Location Team of the Year - Studio Feature Film Catherine Kagan (supervising location manager) Jonny Daniel Sanchez (key assistant location manager) Jasmin Paris (key assistant location manager)

Review Time

Warning/Disclaimer: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/animal cruelty/animal bodily functions/decapitation/drugs/references to incest - yes I know it isn't when you come to watch this film, but the references are there/racial slurs/burning/medical. Disclaimer, because of the nature of this film being widely mature, I can't make too much of an in-depth reference, I can make mild references, because I can just soften my language, consequently I will have to be a bit more brief than what I am usually, it isn't because I am being lazy, it is just I know I can't really put it in.

Well let's go on a journey to get you home: in a nutshell; Reggie/other names  [voiced by Will Ferrell:] a Border Terrier, that wants to get home to his owner Doug [Will Forte:] that Reggie thinks Doug loves and cares for him; but in reality Doug hates him and is trying really hard to get rid of Reggie, in actual fact Doug is a waster and never liked Reggie to begin with, Doug just kept him out of spite so his ex-girlfriend couldn't have him. But Reggie will find a group of friends other dogs such as Bug [voiced by Jamie Foxx:] a mixture between a Border Terrier and a Pit Bull, which he is a stray dog and distrusts Humann's.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 93 minutes film has been settled down to follow the journey outlay, so it is something safe and reliable, in actual fact everything has been set down to follow this outlay. Minus the comedy and adult tone of this film; The only comedy bits and they can make reference to really is where this group of four dogs, eat these magic mushrooms and consequently they go on a nice little trip, in this sequence these characters experience tripping, which is shown by many different artistic[excellent imagination and creativity] things be it cartoon or some form of puppetry [there are two different forms] and at some point we have Dennis Quaid being himself in two scenes, but I will only discuss one in this case I am Dennis Quaid or Because I am Dennis Quaid, something like this from this ballpark. The rest of the comedy is also good, I mean some of it you can expect, because they are dogs, but it is still good.

Character developments, performances and voice performances; in all counts likewise they are all good, the voice performances all have good chemistry and the foursome; now including Maggie [voiced by Isla Fisher:] a Australian Shepherd, that is being neglected by her owner, because her owner got a small dog and does the social media posting thing with the smaller dog now and then we have Hunter [voiced by Randall Park:] a Great Dane that used to work on the police force, but now is a comfort dog which looks after terminally ill people, he also has a Elizabethan collar and Maggie and Hunter fancy one another, but they are both just friends; as you will see this foursome is the driving force behind this film.

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; just make sure if you or your family, friends or any connection are of the right age for this film which is a 15 [I should just cover my back by saying in the UK] and finally there is an extra scene after the first lot of ending credits.
