Guardian of the Secrets of Castle Grayskull: Storyline, Character [Character developments,] Art and
Action: these components combined; Kol Darr's double comes to the Guardian of
the Secrets of Castle Grayskull; he looks glorious as is a mythical being
located on this wall doors on each side with other smaller heads with necks in
this hall in the background; but this is for the people that have seen this
film Masters of the Universe 1987 Link https://averagemansreviews2017.blogspot.com/2020/01/masters-of-universe-1987-by.html
without giving too much away you know when Skeletor goes gold, I did
wonder where they got the idea from [I must stress to cover my back this is
speculation on my part mixed in with observation] and now I know yes this
character is not gold and doesn't have a body and so on but from a heads
perspective and so on as it relates to this episode and film it makes perfect
sense now, it just took me roughly 35 years to find this out, but better late
than never. But I digress where they have this back and forth which covers the
following; Kol Darr's double asks for the power the Guardian gives him the
choice of this doors; choose the right one and the power will be his, but
choose the wrong one and he will get what he deserves. Kol Darr's double asks
which is the right one? The Guardian asks him one question why do you want the
power? Which Kol Darr's double provides him with an answer. The Guardian takes
a moment to consider Kol Darr's double response with his eyes closed and this
yellow glow going around his head which lasts a very small moment in time, he
says the test is complete and then he tells Kol Darr's double what door to go
through [Prince Adam/He-Man enters the scene] and says " Wait don't do
it." With your too late the power is mine speech [then opening the door to
hopefully receive The Powers of Grey Skull [there is more to this sequence but I will stop there.]
This episode receives: 8/10, this episode is excellent: as I have already
illustrated we get to see or meet a little bit more of Castle Grey Skull which
is always cool to experience.
