DC's Batwoman [Season 3,] Episode 43: A Lesson from Professor Pyg by AverageMansReviews

Review Time:

5 things about this episode

Warning: there is flashing/other effects/medical/slashing/stabbing

I am absolutely delighted that this is the Third and Final Season: Storyline, Action Comedy and Character [Character developments:] generally speaking the storyline is mostly tediously boring, you see once again for 95% anything around Beth Kane/Alice is good; as Moore and Alice watching in black and white scary old movie they hear something on the balcony; they get ready to confront the intruder they both pick up an empty drinks bottle Moore notices the empty bottle that Beth Kane/Alice picks up is/whispers " You drank my pinot? I was saving that." Beth Kane/Alice: "I'm sorry it didn't have your name on it" [with Beth Kane/Alice whilst responding laying a finger on the bottle] Moore: it's my damn house assume everything has my name on it. Beth Kane/Alice:" SHH!" [With the same time a arm extension and hand gesture in front of Moore to be quiet] Do you want the pathetic slasher to hear us?" Moore: [with a highly frustrated quietness inner voice/with a quick point forward/walking forward] she says on three and does this countdown and then they pulled back the curtains to reveal it is only Wilder/Batwoman; there is more to this scene but I will stop here.

Then sometime later we have this dialogue exchange between Beth Kane/Alice and this is where the 5% comes in, because it just reminds me how horrible this TV program can be where they can talk put B.L.M and LGBTQ+ on the same level, but when it comes to mental health under the bus again and again and again [yes I have a mental health illness] where Beth Kane/Alice is in short asking Dr Hamilton [yes a licensed doctor for help and not only that her stepsister for help] she gets this response " You reap what you sow Alice. All of those murders, the pain, the misery, that you've inflicted, they were the seeds, that you planted for the garden you will be buried in." [With Dr Hamilton scratching her arm and walking away from Alice but still in Dr Hamilton's Clinic] with Beth Kane/Alice saying "Got it." [With Beth Kane/Alice looking a mixture between hurt and how many more times am I going to get reminded of this?"]

I don't mean to keep bringing this up when it is appropriate, but Beth Kane/Alice is not completely to blame here, she from a very young age had to just survive, so yes I am very much aware she is not completely innocent also but once again she is struggling because of another person has done to her [Fox/Batwing injected her with nano bots] which has increased her mental instability fervour more to breaking point.

Oh Dr Hamilton you may as well wipe your posterior with your Hippocratic Oath when you next go and have a dump, because essentially this is what you have done in this dialogue exchange, by breaking it by her personal feelings and judgement dictates who she helps or in this case who she doesn't you cannot choose, unless there are grounds for the person being aggressive then you can decline, but that is not the case here. Do you know what I find funny yet really, really sad is after this situation Beth Kane/Alice in the same scene with Dr Hamilton actually helps her stepsister by giving her an answer to her scratching problem.

This episode receives: 4/10, this episode is mixed; well as I have already referenced to Beth Kane/Alice saves the day as it relates to my interest in this episode.
