I genuinely could not give two manures:
and don't get me wrong I don't dislike him at the moment, but to be honest with
you he is starting to irritate me, let's
start with on the grounds of his lack of self-witness and he says he takes was
accountabilility, but then doesn't.
So If you are not aware Max Caster wrestled
for Awesome Wrestling: Mischief Night II on Sunday 17/10/2026 against their main
champion Zack Clayton: where afterwards he had an announcement that he would be
stepping away from wrestling for a while; in a nutshell and paraphrasing
here and in no particular order; he did the usual thanking things, acknowledging previous events and the apology on social media, then Going on to
say that he will be stepping away from wrestling and going to therapy and at
some point he does make reference to he doesn't know what the future holds.
The reason why I am being so evidently blasé about this situation now is; very simple; As
a reference earlier his lack of self-awareness is beginning to irritate me, I mean seriously now at the age
of 37 years old [when this content was first created] If you can't work out
that mocking a conflict situation on one
hand, whilst possibly infuriating your company's business partners on the
other, then having your debut and then subsequently firing on the same night,
trust me when I say there is no amount of therapy that can teach you anything
new or different.
Basically if Caster is genuinely
serious about making amends then it has to come from within, but I have been
around wrestling since roughly 1988 and in that time I have seen many
wrestlers similar to Caster in the sense of very talented in one way or
another, but likewise in one way or another they couldn't keep themselves out
of trouble for whatever reason or reasons.
now I wanted to make it crystal clear
that his career as a wrestler is not done, but let's just say he is going to
have to try and keep his nose clean for a very long time so you can have a
career resurgence of some degree or better, or it will be a case of if he
doesn't give it about five to ten years and wrestling content creators will be
making lists of wrestlers that screwed up their own careers and he will be in
the list somewhere.
