Welcome to Third Street School: briefly; where they go from Kindergarten to the end of Middle School; where we meet Theodore Jasper "T.J." Detweiler [Voice by: Andrew Lawrence:] he is a child's broad equivalent of The A-Team's John "Hannibal" Smith minus the cigar smoking, but still a leader of this group of friends that are working on one more prank/mission before breaking up for summer break; Detweiler is dismayed find out that the vast majority like 99.9% of everyone is going to camps which best suit them, but whilst they are way there are strange goings-on at the school.

Generally speaking: the storyline/script is excellent for its summer break outlay with a mystery, the framework and pacing of this 84 minutes film is; as you can pretty much guess because of its timeframe; it doesn't have time to mess around so it is straightforward with good pacing.

Art, comedy and action; the art/animation is really easy to settle down with as it brings you into their world from our world; it is of the highest calibre, the comedy has good variety to it; as for some vague examples; Detweiler uses this invention needs the beginning of the movie to disguise his voice as Principal Peter Prickly Voiced by Dabney Coleman: the Principal of the school that tries to admonish/try to punish accordingly Detweiler or/and his group or any other pupil and he likes golf; but back to here and now Detweiler specifically gets pulled into the principal's office or we having recurring skit of these police officers in the police station not believing whatever they are told, or later on we have this giant belch or a little time after that Detweiler throw some marbles to do the old and reliable anyone running after him/them will step on these marbles, lose their footing and consequently fall over

Character developments and voice performances; well if you are not familiar with this TV show/movies franchise; the character developments are both in theory easy to understand but also complicated as there are many characters; the character developments/character types range from perhaps one character for an example; Upside-Down Girl [based on the premise she is for 99.9% of her time hanging upside down on this bar] or we have a pair of characters known as the Diggers: Digger Dave and Digger Sam [based on the premise they spend recess digging holes] or we have this selection of characters by the name of the Ashley's and the different initials [they are a group of characters that are from wealthy backgrounds with the personalities and the mannerisms to match; with their own saying as well "Scandalous!" so we very much have a smorgasbord of characters which in turn creates this highly detailed society/atmosphere of carefully woven constructed world within this school/playground and outside of this location and in this film will also have vitally important coming-of-age component; coming into play from time to time.

The voice performances for this TV show/movie: Ashley Johnson as Gretchen Grundler/another character: she is the highly intelligent one in the group or/and for this movie we have Clancy Brown as "Kojak" a.k.a. Bald Guy: the head of security for this evildoer [this is as much as I can tell you without giving too much of the plot away:] but what I can tell you is; returning to this franchise or a newcomer everyone just slots in perfectly; and has flawless chemistry.

This film receives: 10/10, this film is top-notch entertainment; if you have not seen this TV show or/and film what have you been doing with your life?; It shows that kids from all walks of life can get on if they are given a chance and if they can't providing they don't do anything hostile they don't have to get on and that is what the TV show is about; many different people from many different walks of life trying to get on and this film does a little bit of showing that uncomfortable yet realisation that one day you will be adults, so remember not to grow too quickly, so in short you should really see this film.
