Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/shooting/animal cruelty/drugs/burning/reference to suicide

The People vs. The Gun Industry: briefly; after this tragic yet shooting situation Wendell Rohr [Dustin Hoffman:] he is a prosecutor for his client against these gun manufacturers, but they have their own ace in the hole in the form of Rankin Fitch [Gene Hackman:] he is like the US TV program Bull 2016-2022: 6 Seasons: 125 Episodes; where both this film and TV program you some kind of trial science; there is one massive difference; this TV program tries to do things for good and this film doesn't depending on your perspective; plus Rohr and his team gather their information slightly by more frowned upon methods anyway, so he is here to assist their attorney but there is an anomaly in the form of Nick Easter [John Cusack:] he works in a shop and he doesn't want to be on the jury, because he has a gaming event to get to, but on irritating the judge on stating this; he is selected to be on the jury.

Generally speaking: the storyline/script is good, but the framework and pacing of this 127 minutes film is slow and steady

Action; the action sequences are fit for purpose, so with that being said they are solidly good

Character developments, performances and voice performances; the character developments are likewise something good versions of what they are meant to be, but let's be completely honest with one another as this is a courtroom drama/backdrop it essentially relies on dialogue exchanges which obviously deal with everything or the vast majority of everything with a very serious tone, which is absolutely necessary for this subject matter, yes there may be some small bits of comedy in here now and again, but it is very much a cast of performance and just to finish off the voice performers is good as well  because I didn't realise it wasn't Hackman speaking all the time.]

This film receives: 5/10, this film is mixed; after everything is said and done, I have come to the conclusion that this mark is the right outcome for this film, don't get me wrong I like basically courtroom dramas, but as I have already alluded to at this point in 2003 or be it 2026 when this content was first created or/and beyond; talking about the American Second Amendment rights; is like a sign of madness; talking about something, fully knowing that you can talk about it as much as you like; but until there is actual drastic changes to the Second Amendment; these kind of things are going to happen time after time after time and so on. This movie does have some awards accredited to its name such as 1 Winner Il Festival Nazionale del Doppiaggio Voci nell'Ombra 2004 Film Award Best Character Actor Voice Sergio Fiorentini For the dubbing of Gene Hackman and 3 Nominees which includes but not limited to Golden Trailer Awards Golden Trailer Best Drama
