In-depth Predictions/Other elements
for AEW Full Gear 2025 by AverageMansReviews
Casino Gauntlet Match for the
inaugural AEW National Championship: my
pick is someone returning. I was thinking I would be a bit more specific then
just including someone debuting, so I am deliberately being specific when I say
someone returning to give them a push and elevate them and this new championship.
Top Gods': FDR's: Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood [with Stokely] vs. Champs Bandido's: the ROH World Champion Bandido & Brody King; Tag Team Match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship: my pick is the ROH World Champion Bandido & Brody King. I think they have one more pay-per-view cycle in them, before they drop them to the challenges here, which would be a shame because everyone seems to get the concept of this relatively new pairing and yes when I last did an AEW pay-per-view predictions I forgot to mention the ROH World Championship apologies for that, but back to here and now. I am also fully aware that they could do this championship drop here, but it would be just a little bit early to do this in my opinion.
Darby Allin vs. Death Riders': Pac; Singles
Match: Darby Allin. I would love to see Pac
win here, but I don't think that is the story will go with here and one day
before Pac leaves AEW he needs to win the AEW World Championship and no this is
nothing to do with the fact that we are both British, but most of us have known
for years regardless of the promotion or name change he just has IT to become a
World Champion at a major promotion.
Kenny Omega, Jurassic Express': Jack
Perry & Luchasaurus vs. Don Callis Family's: Josh Alexander [with Don Callis,]
The Young Bucks': Matt & Nick Jackson; $1,000,000 Trios Match, The winners
will receive a $1,000,000 cash prize:
my pick is Don Callis Family's: Josh Alexander [with Don Callis,] The Young
Bucks': Matt & Nick Jackson. I can see the brothers joining the family as
to illustrate with Don behind them they can go anywhere and potentially become
champions again at some point down the line.
The AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Moné
vs. Champ Kris Statlander; Singles Match for the AEW Women's World
Championship: my pick is Kris Statlander. I am
hoping someone is either going to debut or return to cost Moné and feud with that individual for some
time over just giving her another championship to hold, because it is still
early to do this championship drop here
Mark Briscoe vs. Champ Don Callis
Family's: Kyle Fletcher [with Don Callis;] No Disqualification Match for the
AEW TNT Championship; If Briscoe loses, he will be forced to join The Don
Callis Family: my pick is Kyle Fletcher. This is
predominantly a storyline feud so this will come to pass
Babes of Wrath's: Willow Nightingale
& Harley Cameron vs. Trio of Madness' Sisters of Sin's: Julia Hart &
Skye Blue vs. Timeless Love Bombs': Toni Storm & Mina Shirakawa vs. Top
Gods': Megan Bayne & Death Riders': Marina Shafir; Four-Way Tag Team Match;
The winning team chooses the stipulation for their semi-final match in the
inaugural AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship tournament: my pick is Trio of Madness' Sisters of Sin's: Julia Hart
& Skye Blue. With the assist of their stablemate Thekla.
Death Riders': Jon Moxley vs. The Paragon's: Kyle O'Reilly; No Holds Barred
Match: my pick is Kyle O'Reilly. The only
reason I haven't mentioned these two factions/stablemates is because I fully
expect them to get involved at some point throughout this match slot, where if
Moxley loses I can see the Death Riders' where I can see Pac taking over as
their leader, because he is just as let's go with driven as Moxley with a quick
willingness to press the sinister button.
One member of the AEW Trios World
Champion The Opps': Samoa Joe vs. Champ "Hangman" Adam Page; Singles
Match for the AEW World Championship:
my pick is "Hangman" Adam Page. I think and I would really like Joe
has at least one more World Championship run in him before he returns at some
point in the near future. But having said all this, I just can't see it now has
it would be still too early to do this. Just for the record if Chris Jericho
did come back to AEW this should be the reason why he would come back as one
more run as the main guy in AEW and you should spend the rest of his contract,
if he signs a new one up around here, because like him or hate him Jericho
deserves that for his career and specifically being a massive figure for AEW
and just to finish off I don't believe his comments about TNA: meaning I know
he said it, but Jericho and a fan of my years would know that Jericho is one of
the best at playing the wrestling industry, so yes he might stay with AEW or
something else or he might go back to the WWE [probably,] but for now here's
just done what I expect someone like him to do and that is made himself a
lightning rod for the wrestling industry, but if he trademarks something like
"The Game Changer" he is going back to the WWE and if this is the case,
it would be nice if Jericho just said to King Rhodes: thanks for leaving that
other plays and you can back with your tail between your legs to the WWE, I
just came back to have one last run, but the difference between you and me is I
would still be welcome at the other place. I can only see him being allowed to
use any of this and in this manner if they weren't around to set up an
Undisputed WWE Championship feud/match.
