Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/shooting/vehicle crashing/decomposing/medical/reference to suicide

See this is just not the ending section of a legendary Gameshow: briefly; Elizabeth "Libby" Parsons/another name [Ashley Judd:] she is now on the run breaking her parole after serving 6 years in prison for a crime she didn't commit and trying to locate her son. Travis Lehman [Tommy Lee Jones:] he is Libby's parole officer and a runner of this parole location/building for his parolees, he has a career in law but after colourful history, he does like his drink he is left doing this job, so he now has to chase down Libby.

Generally speaking: the script/character developments consequently the framework and pacing of this 105 minutes film: straight of the bat, there is one massive character development, I get reason why they did this. But the consequences of this are easy to see; as we have to go through this prison sentence and speaking of prison sentence; we don't get any kind of where we are in it other than dialogue exchanges. So even though I understand why they did this character development and getting through this prison sentence; the effects are this section of the film is in turn boring. But other than that it runs as one individual is on the run and the other is trying to capture them and etc, then this relatively quick realisation that Libby could be telling the truth towards the closing stages of this title is not good.

Action, comedy and art; there is a lot of chasing sequences and some weapons being used which all serve a good purpose, but to be honest with you the only action sequence that stands out would be; this escape sequence where Elizabeth tries to escape from this vehicle belonging to Lehman, but she is handcuffed sitting in the navigator's chair handcuffed to the car: meanwhile Lehman has gone to get a drink; did I forget to mention that we are on this fery; as Libby tries to escape by breaking in connection between the chain of the handcuffs and the door handle; by undertakings this action she pushes forward the car in front so that ends up in the river sinking, but here is the funny part; for some strange reason no one pays attention to this sequence of events; which you would think some people would have noticed this car driving into the river? But no, it takes Lehman to notice one missing car and what it actually transferring, so he obviously rashes back down to his vehicle, he tries to stop Libby, but she locks the door with her foot and needless to say that this vehicle in the in the river and this time people hear it; but we have this and executed underwater sequence and a slight fight in the water.

Character developments and performances; into one side what I have already said; broadly speaking the character developments follow a simple outlay and the trio of performances which I will reference in the next section of this content; they are very much the driving force behind this project and I can say this without a shadow of doubt without them; this film would have fallen on its face.

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; now this mark is obviously going to need some explaining, based on everything they said about this project already. Yes I could have given a slightly less than mark, but I chose this one because I wanted to put a reflection of the performances of the trio of: Judd, Tommy Lee and Greenwood. This film has 1 Winner award to its name Blockbuster Entertainment Awards 2000 Blockbuster Entertainment Award Favorite Actress - Suspense Ashley Judd. 3 Nominations that include but not limited to from the same award ceremony/event Favorite Actor - Suspense Tommy Lee Jones and Favorite Supporting Actor - Suspense Bruce Greenwood as Nick Parsons/other names: he is the husband of Elizabeth that allegedly murdered.
