Average Extra of: BBC Completely Mishandle This Heinous Situation at Glastonbury 2025 by AverageMansReviews
Warning: there will be adult censored language and I will be
making references to geopolitics and heinous references
Real Talking Time:
Once
Again the BBC find themselves in a controversial situation: straight off the bat usually I take pride in my content
and finding and sometimes putting in quotes but in this case I point blank
refuse based on a way of protest as to show what the BBC should have done and
that is not give it the airtime. But for reference purposes I will put a
sentiment of what was indicated and in a nutshell basically death to Israel and
Palestine must be free [apologies if I have caused offence I just needed to
show in this content what I was making reference to so it doesn't make me sound
ignorant.]
So I
am obviously talking about the combination known as Duo specifically Bob Vylan
that made this heinous chant, got the crowd to participate and his speech. When
I first heard these reports; I was like no way; no way would someone be
that fudgin' brain-dead to self-destruct
their career, but now I have seen an actual video clip of actual events; let's
just say I stand corrected; someone would be that brain-dead to self-destruct
their career [just to cover my back: I am fully within my rights to make
reference to someone being brain-dead based on I am partly brain-dead myself
and let's be completely honest here you have to be somewhat mentally challenged
to self-destruct your career on one of the biggest festival in UK during
festival season.]
If
you want me to be completely honest I think it is time for the BBC to go,
because every few months over recent history it just seems to go from one
problem to another and on and on and don't forget we the people pay for the
BBC, so they should serve us and not themselves as one of the TV pundits were
asked today from another channel: if there was a reference towards England or
something to that effect there is the possibility that the performance would
have been pulled? With the TV pundit saying possibly. Anything like this hate
speech and let's call it what it is; it is a hate speech plain and simple; in
my opinion it doesn't infringe on his civil rights as soon as the individual
instigates harm towards a section of our society, he no longer has the rights
to put his opinion out there, in fact if MP Tony Robinson faced a prison
sentence this musician should also face a prison sentence. For those people
that want the organisers of the Glastonbury Festival to face some kind of
repercussion; as intelligent individual I must point out in their defence if
hypothetically they knew that this was going to happen then yes they should
face some kind of repercussion, but and I feel that this is the actual reality
that they had no idea that this individual was going to spew this manure, so
they should ban this group permanently from this festival that should be the
only course of action and possibly facing a criminal procedure based on
bringing this festival into disrepute, but continuing hypothetically if they
don't do anything and many years down the line this group come back and do
something similar, by all means you may as well sharpened up your pitchforks [Additionally: I have now learned that the organisers of this festival have got other controversial bands; so they have no leg to stand on, I will now let you get back to what I was talking about originally.] But I am leaning towards full disclosure
I have no evidence to suggest otherwise that the organisers had pre-existing
knowledge of outcome.
I am
dictating this content on Monday night: been announced that this individual has
had his US visits revoked, the police are now looking into this situation and
possibly criminal and finally earlier on today that he has been dropped from
his label and his management. I bring this up to make my final point; if things
are happening for this individual and rightly so with swift repercussions. What
are the BBC going to do with similar gusto? My guess is probably something slow
and steady, but ultimately nothing.
