First place to start: Okay, okay Mr. Grim Reaper can you slow down a bit on
calling people's time is up, obviously I mean this in a nice way I can't keep
up a couple of days ago now it was Malcolm-Jamal Warner from The Cosby Show as
Theodore "Theo" Huxtable and Malcolm & Eddie as Malcolm McGee:
RIP Malcolm-Jamal Warner: 1970-2025 aged 54: your cultural impact will never be
forgotten for the lead generations in TV land many decades ago it goes Gary
Coleman as Arnold Jackson in Diff'rent
Strokes 1978 -1986, The Cosby Show 1984-1992, Will Smith as William
"Will" Smith in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air 1990-1996, the Wayans
brothers Shawn and Marlon Wayans as their self titled characters The Wayans
Bros 1995-1999, Damon Wayans as Michael
Richard Kyle Sr. in My Wife and Kids 2001-2005: yes the Wayans are related in
this content as yes they are a dynastie and Anthony Anderson as Andre
"Dre" Johnson Sr. in Black-ish 2014-2022 [this in itself has multiple
spin-offs such as one example Yara Shahidi as in Grown-ish Grown-ish 2018-2024:
so broadly speaking this has been a look back over the progressive development
of Black history well as it relates to TV and consequently each step of modern
culture at their times and I know a few weeks ago it was other actors that passed
on as well.
But
as I was saying could you Mr. Reaper just slow down a bit, because these are
all good people, I mean if you want to take somebody: take Gary Glitter [ for
those people that are now getting offended, by what I have just said: before
you type angry I should make you aware of some things; yes he is a music star,
but his music career is being overshadowed by one massive point; that he is a
convicted how can I put this nicely... Underage sex offender, so in essence he
is a cockroach on the bottom of your shoe.]
Ozzy Osbourne RIP:
well this is a very sad day indeed, Ozzy has always been one of those people
where when he did pass on the world was going to be a little bit darker,
because even though he had his problems; throughout the vast majority of his
life, he had a bright shining gift to share with the world and boy did he is
share it, alongside Black Sabbath they changed the world; with their very
distinctive sound of sometimes foreboding beats, heavy riffs and Ozzy's
excellent range of vocals sometimes loud and masterful or sometimes quieter and
vulnerable and everything in between.
Or
Ozzy being as a solo artist; and having the ability to transfer into that field
as well and to show that he could do this with likewise phenomenal success and
not only that he could also diversify into popular culture as well; be it his
association with the WWF/WWE were he is a member of the Hall of Fame inducted
into it: the class of 2021 & Rock & Roll Hall of Fame twice: 2006 with Black Sabbath in 2006 and then again as a solo artist in 2024 and how could anyone forget his reality TV program
with the vast majority of the Osbourne family: entitled The Osbournes 2002-2005
and I have just found out The Osbournes Want to Believe 2020 and his various
bits of other work such as for one example the film appearance as himself in
Little Nicky 2000: yes for those spiteful people that are desperate to probably
point this out: he would have been lost without his wife and manager Sharon
Osbourne: which they were partners for life and if there is one lesson to be
learnt from Ozzy, it would be this: never forget where you come from, yes
absolutely you could become a multi-millionaire/billionaire, but he will always
be that enthusiastic hard-working guy from Marston Green/Aston/Birmingham,
England UK.
If
there is a very thin silver lining to this absolute fudgin' garbage turning of
events; the least Ozzy got to perform with Black Sabbath for the very last time
[now and again the more recent times they would come back together again] in
Birmingham as the final show, with Kelly Osbourne getting engaged to DJ
Starscream a.k.a. Slipknot member #0/Sid Wilson and Ozzy is now reunited with
Randy Rhoads 1956-1982.
I
would like to send my condolences to Sharon, Kelly, Jack and anyone else
connected to this difficult time in their lives: so sadly it leaves me with one
thing to say RIP The Prince of Darkness Ozzy Osbourne 1948-2025: aged 76, you
may be gone, but one thing is for fudgin' damn sure you will never, ever be forgotten.
