SeaWorld Orlando: basically; Michael "Mike" Brody [Dennis Quaid:] is the designer and engineer of this aquarium/waterpark/Undersea Kingdom, he is waiting for his brother Sean Brody [John Putch:] as he is having some time off from college or the US equivalent. Michael is waiting with his girlfriend Dr. Kathryn "Kay" Morgan [Bess Armstrong:] she also works here, but as a marine biologist. There is only one thing more for me to add yes these two men are the children of Martin and Ellen Brody [Roy Scheider and Lorraine Gary;] so they have experience with great white sharks, which has left Sean afraid to go in the water.

Generally speaking: well... well how can I put this; this sequel is garbage, the only things I can give this film as it relates to any form of praise, would be the premise is actually a good idea, but poorly executed [on a quick side note; if you want a similar outlay; to cover my back it is very different but you'll get the idea is; Deep Blue Sea 1999 Link https://averagemansreviews2017.blogspot.com/2019/02/deep-blue-sea-1999-by-averagemansreviews.html .] The framework and pacing of this 98 minutes film is also a solid, but pedestrian and the character building of the greats white shark; as it relates to the legendary and implements music by John Williams; "Jaws – Main Title, It is nowhere to be heard, which is just garbage, because this shark has minus its physical presence, it has no personality, I know once again the argument could be, they were going for surprise attacks and so on and so forth, but let's just say as it relates to this instalment of this franchise, it could have done with as much help as possible; so what I am suggesting here is maybe sometimes they should have used this infamous music to appease the audience/viewers. I will bring up the character developments and performances later on.

Art/Action; now if you have been following me long enough you would know especially as it relates to old films I give them some level of phrase for working with what they had at that time in history. But this looks to be a very rare exception to that; the 3-D effects are just ugly, let me put it this way; if you want to get any Intel out of anyone? Just use this instalment as a torture device and within minutes they will be wanting to tell you everything you want to know. But there are some positive vision such as this giant white shark coming up to this see-through material/on the other side is a restaurant and we see her face and then we switch it from that to her prospective and I am going to give you a nice heads up at some point we watch her graphically devour her prey from different perspectives

Character developments and performances; on both counts they are adequate for the character types they have gone with here and the performances are both meh; they are what they are, you know there isn't much to work with.

This film receives: 1/10, this film is poor; I really just didn't like it and the sentiment can be shared with the person I watch some of this content with. This film has some awards accredited to its name, but however they are not positive; in fact they all come from Razzie Awards 1984; there are 5 of them and here are just 2 examples; Razzie Awards Worst Director Joe Alves and Worst Screenplay Richard Matheson Carl Gottlieb Guerdon Trueblood (story)
