Review Time

Warning/Disclaimer: there is flashing effects/colourful/this film is based around Christianity - Christian film/drugs/scarring/shooting/suicide attempt/reference to sexual assault. Disclaimer: because of the religious nature of this film I would feel more comfortable just saying whatever say about this film, it doesn't give me much to work with just based on this project is religious and in a roundabout way what I'm trying to say is an Apple is an Apple and I can't change that so I'm not going to have too much to say about this film.

Let's go back to the diner: we have a selection of characters including Nick "Crush" Cruchetti [Younger: Connor Greenbaum as Nick Cruchetti/Adult: Steve "Sting" Borden; the professional wrestler and not the musician] get informed by Officer Deville [Kass Connors] I am paraphrasing here; that the road is closed due to this bad weather, so these characters, that all have problems in one way or another decide to go back to this diner that they passed a little earlier, this officer tries to put them off from coming back here, but they head back; this diner goes by the name of Last Chance Diner and it is ran by Jesus [Bruce Marchiano.]

The pacing for this 85 minutes film, like this subject matter has been laid out and sticks to plan.

Art: at one point or another we have a very tiny number of good-looking scenes as it relates to either night or day.

The character developments and performances are predominately safe and reliable versions of what they are meant to be. Steve "Sting" Borden as Nick "Crush" Cruchetti puts in an excellent performance as someone that has earned everything and verbally has a jousting match with Jesus.

This film receives: 4/10, this film is mixed; it does what it is designed to do and that is talk/show Christianity and if you're wondering no I wouldn't have watched this film is Steve "Sting" Borden wasn't in it.
