DC's Batwoman [Season 2,] Episode 26: Do Not Resuscitate by AverageMansReviews
Review Time:
5 things about this episode
Warning: there is flashing/other effects/medical/flesh wound/stabbing.
Beth Kane/Alice, Ocean and Safiyah Sohail: Storyline, Characters [Character developments,] Art and Action: now
this in one way or another these combined: this Storyline component is on a
completely different level as this relates to any other storyline component which
this episode has or I will even go one more step and say Second Season and I
know I have said something like this already in this Season and I doubt with
100% guarantee and certainty this will not be the last time I make these kinds
of references.
Characters
[Character developments]Beth Kane/Alice and Ocean's character developments come to us
via a simple yet elegant manner, every time they touch either one or both of
them unlock a blocked or suppressed memory by Sohail and we the viewers get to
see these memories as well which from an Art prospective are highly engaging
and very much in the high standard of DC's Arrow 2012-2020 and keeping this all
in mind; these two characters do combat and consequently there is a lot
happening here, but it is well structured and well paced and likewise this in
itself and worthy of standing side-by-side with the DC's Arrow, which let's be
honest it was the standard bearer for the entire Arrowverse to be based on and
hell it still is even to this very day.
This episode receives: 4/10, this episode is mixed: yes all of what I have said in this review is positivity upon positivity, but the rest of this episode it is either okay as in it serves its purpose [Colonet Jacob Kane and Mary Hamilton,] but everything else just the same tedious garbage which as you can clearly see are really destroying these episode marks.
