In-depth Predictions/Other elements for WWE Money In The Bank 2021 by AverageMansReviews
Just a heads up: these matches may be in the wrong order and I haven't
been keeping up-to-date with the most recent product.
Kick-off Show: The Usos [Jey & Jimmy Uso] and the WWE
SmackDown Tag Team Champions Rey & Dominik Mysterio Tag Team Match for the
WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships:
my pick is Rey & Dominik Mysterio. I am going with the narrative that these
two real-life brothers are not on the same page and it plays into a narrative
later on; on the pay-per-view card. Consequently it gives their first successful championships defence. [I will momentarily discuss Tag Team
wrestling and their Championship’s on the main roster in the next Match.]
The Viking Raiders [Erik & Ivar] vs. the WWE Raw Tag
Team Champions AJ Styles & Omos; Tag Team Match for the WWE Raw Tag Team
Championships: my pick is AJ Styles & Omos. The
Viking Raiders [Erik & Ivar] are just here to take the loss and to build up
these Champions as the real deal which on one hand I get these two could be a
big real deal as Champions, but on the other hand they are Champions of a
shambles of a Tag Team Division; it's like saying from far away I have a gold
bar in my hands, but on closer inspection; it is just a gold bar made out of
many lego bricks. But then again this is nothing now it has been this way for
countless years regardless what Tag Team Championships there are to be had on
the main rosters, be it these versions or the WWE SmackDown or the WWE Women's
Tag Team Championships.
Edge vs. the WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns [with
Paul Heyman;] Singles Match for the WWE Universal Championship: my pick is Roman Reigns. Now this does depend on when The
Men's Money In The Bank Ladder Match is scheduled on this card? Because if it
is after this match slot I say Reigns retains with interference/assistance from
Jey to protect Edge from the loss either way. But if this match is on after The
Men's Money In The Bank Ladder Match but now with additional cash-in on Reigns;
to protect him from the loss also; Jimmy coming down to the ring to confront
Jey and to try and stop him from getting involved, consequently accidentally
costing his real-life cousin Reigns his Championship. to set up a Triple Threat
for the WWE Universal Championship between Edge vs. Reigns [with Heyman vs. the
WWE Universal Champion [I will discuss this a little bit more later on] for WWE
SummerSlam 2021.
Charlotte Flair vs. WWE Raw Women's Champion Rhea
Ripley; Singles Match for the WWE Raw
Women's Championship: my pick is
Charlotte Flair. I don't like my pick for here, but it is clear eventually this
is what is going to happen, all I am saying is this; can we just speed this up
and just make it here and now. Yes it is very true I haven't had much to do
with the very current product, but however I have seen and slowly working
through WWE WrestleMania Backlash 16/05/2021, where based on Pay-Per-View
Rewind of: WWE WrestleMania Backlash 16/05/2021 Match 1/Part 1; "The
Queen" Charlotte Flair vs. "The Empress of Tomorrow" Asuka vs.
the WWE Raw Women's Champion "The Nightmare" Rhea Ripley: Triple
Threat Match for the WWE Raw Women's Championship. They have just made Ripley
out Heel Charlotte, don't get me wrong Charlotte is still a Heel; but it makes
Charlotte look and feel like she deserves another Champion opportunity, which
is not the case; if you want to know any more here is the link to Pay-Per-View
Rewind of: WWE WrestleMania Backlash 16/05/2021 Match 1/Part 1 by

But as far as I'm concerned I am not interested in this feud any more.
These characters dynamics don't work and feel really awkward and irritating,
what a surprise another NXT talent gets screwed up on the main rosters.
Kofi Kingston [with Xavier Woods] vs. the WWE Champion
Bobby Lashley [with MVP] Singles Match for the WWE Championship: my pick is Bobby Lashley. Kingston is just here to take
the loss and I have seen a thumbnail on YouTube The New Day maybe splitting up
all the way, which if this is the case; they will use the very generic format
of Kingston getting screwed out of winning this Championship by Woods;
consequently turning him Heel and maybe joining MVP and Lashley.
Asuka vs. Naomi vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Nikki A.S.H. vs. Liv
Morgan vs. Zelina Vega vs. the WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Natalya vs. the WWE
Women's Tag Team Champion Tamina; Money In The Bank Ladder Match for a WWE Raw
Women's Championship or a WWE SmackDown Women's Championship Match Contract: my pick is Zelina Vega. This is my opinion/speculation on
my part, but Vega must have been guaranteed some things for her to return and
squash anything to do with unionisation within the WWE. Well "The Million
Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase always said everyone has a price and in time we
will find out hers in one way or another.
Ricochet vs. John Morrison vs. Riddle vs. Drew McIntyre
vs. Big E vs. Kevin Owens vs. King Nakamura vs. Seth Rollins; Money In The Bank
Ladder Match for a WWE Champion or a WWE Universal Champion Match Contract: my pick is Drew McIntyre. Just because he can't take on
Lashley any more for his Championship due to their last match being a Last
Chance Hell In A Cell Match for the WWE Championship, so McIntyre would be my
pick to fulfil the spot as the New Universal Champion heading into WWE
SummerSlam 2021 and go with this Match/Stipulations which I discussed earlier.
Yes I am very much aware they could do a rematch between McIntyre and Lashley
for the WWE Championship, but if they were to do this; it would be an of waste
of this contract to freshen things up for McIntyre and Reigns and once again
protect Reigns from losing his Championship and you have to say if they went
with my idea this Triple Threat Match for the WWE Universal Championship would
very much be worthy of being one of the main events of WWE SummerSlam 2021and
after looking online I have just remembered there were being alive attendance
here, so Mr McMahon wanted McIntyre to win his first WWE Championship in front
of a live crowd, but that couldn’t happen. But now there is nothing to stop him
from having McIntyre win his first WWE Universal Championship at this
pay-per-view I know this pay-per-view isn’t on the same level as WWE WrestleMania
36/2020 Part 2; but I can see Mr McMahon pulling the trigger to make this here.
