Pay-Per-View Rewind of: WWE WrestleMania Backlash 16/05/2021 Match 3/Part 3 by AverageMansReviews - Spoiler Alarm!

Pay-Per-View Rewind of: WWE WrestleMania Backlash 16/05/2021 Match 3/Part 3 by AverageMansReviews - Spoiler Alarm!

Warning/Disclaimer: there are flashing effects/colourful effects/horror themes in one way or another/simulated feeding frenzy; Disclaimer; I not or ever likely to be a professional wrestler.

Background information: we have another promotional mash-up with WWE and their pay-per-view sponsor Morrison finds out who the Lumberjack's are, then we have this Reigns' locker room segment involving [The Usos] Jimmy and Jey Usos and a little time later Reigns comes into the segment/camera shot, Morrison tells The Miz what he has found out, but The Miz doesn't believe him and then we have the Raw commentary team, trying to sell what they have just seen and on top of that Dave Batista's latest film 2021 Netflix film Army of the Dead and tweet and we have more promotional content during The Miz [with John "Drip Drip" Morrison] when they are in the ring and at the end of this match with Prest as he mimics firing a arrow from a blow and instead of his usual pyrotechnics and his name appearing in flames we have the name of this film appearing instead of on this screen.

Match/Stipulations: "The Archer of Infamy" Damian Priest vs. The Miz [with John "Drip Drip" Morrison:] Zombies Lumberjack Match.

Match Attributes:

Match Quality: 1/10

Match Storyline: 1/10

Crowd Participation: 6/10

On Commentary: Raw of; Corey Graves, Adnan Virk & Byron Saxton 5/10

Satisfying Conclusion: 1/10

Recommend Watch: 6/10

Match Total: 20/60 - this match is poor

Comments: what a shower of sewage this entire match slot is [as it relates to this feud] and the only reason I have given this match 6/10 on the category of Recommend Watch is you just have to see how bad it is for yourselves. To be honest this is one of those occasions where absolutely nobody looks good even having this match or after this match. They couldn't wait to drop this reference; Graves says "Don't adjust your sets, no we are not re-launching ECW again the lumberjacks are zombies." I don't care if Graves has been told to say this or if he has said it himself, but this is a pointless joke someone or Graves is referring to the re-launch of ECW under the WWE umbrella in Thursday 25/05/2006 [inaugural episode on sci-fi] and someone had the absolutely stupid idea of having this zombie character/performer coming out into the ring giving this promo of zombie sounds then to have the inaugural match against The Sandman in a ECW Rules Match [Hardcore Match,] in short the WWE just re-launched ECW to squeeze the last of the financial drop out of this wrestling promotion and so Mr McMahon could destroy its lasting legacy has it was discontinued Tuesday 16/02/2010. Well it's not like this company does things just for the money [ yes I am being heavily sarcastic,] with consistent pay cuts to personnel of all kinds of the main one being the talent when they really don't have time; they have so much money that there is no danger of them going into the red so many decades upon decades to come, that incredibly controversial business deal in the Middle East and let's not forget this entire match slot and other little bits and pieces before this is designed before this match was used as a promotional tie with this pay-per-view's sponsor [Netflix's 2021 film Army of the Dead.]

Disclaimer: I am not or ever likely to be a professional wrestler. But from beginning to end this is just a disaster peace; everything is a complete mess Priest has a wrestling spot which is messy; we have this spinning kick off the top turnbuckle; the spinning kick looks as if Priest doesn't get enough rotation, so he gets halfway round and The Miz just takes Priest hip, legs and feet on with Graves' saying "Oh god, nasty landing it might have affected The Miz's knee." [A moment later Graves says "Priest connected with the spinning kick off the top rope but I think the majority of his impact, body weight landed on The Miz's knee." [Which because of this incident The Miz is currently out/on the shelf when this was first dictated with a torn ACL; I knew he had experienced an injury in this match, but I didn't know when or where; so after researching what, when and how; Graves is unfortunately more correct than what he thinks he is. If you have been around wrestling long enough you will witness real-time, but everything slows down injuries and if this makes no sense it will make clear sense when or if you watch this sequence as you will see The Miz's leg give away and then witness the spot of the injury.

Basic Result: "The Archer of Infamy" Damian Priest picks up the W.
