DC's Batwoman [Season 2,] Episode 27: It's Best You Stop Digging by AverageMansReviews

DC's Batwoman [Season 2,] Episode 27: It's Best You Stop Digging by AverageMansReviews

5 things about this episode

Warning: there is flashing/other effects/medical/stabbing/flesh wound

"Alice, Do you know who I am?”: We have Comedy, Storyline, Character [Character developments,] and Action combining here; here is one element of the comedy here; Alice responds to this question with "Okay, I've had a day, can we do this in, say, 2... 3 weeks?" As Alice/us we have just found out so much more about Sohail, Tatiana/The Whisper, Ocean, Beth Kane/Alice, Coryana and the Desert Rose.

Character [Character developments] Ryan Wilder takes off the Batwoman helmet to remind Alice who she is, but Alice does not remember her or anything like this. Now I know Wilder/Batwoman, possibly doesn't have much time left anyway and on top of that she sees an elucidation of her mother/Cora Lewis: disapproving of her course of action which is to kill/choking out Alice here by saying " Ryan! This isn't the girl I raised." So she comes up with a plan B. But I really don't like this character development, because it is annoyingly lazy and stupid, in short could you make sure you are definitely going to kill Alice or killing Alice before giving her your identity; you know so that your identity stays secret hence the wording "secret identity" to protect yourself and others that are connected to you in some way and yes this combat sequence between these two characters/performers is good.

This episode receives: 7/10, this episode is good; but it was going to get given 10/10, because it has so much to offer on all counts but this was up to this point where we have this dialogue exchange between Wilder/Batwoman late on in this episode in the Batcave, basically minus Beth Kane/Alice and her surrounding characters/performers in her storyline component everything else takes the shine off this episode especially this already mentioned dialogue exchange; let's just say if you watch it/hear it you will understand or come up with "It is 100% transparently clear why he took marks off for this."

Blown Away 1994 by AverageMansReviews

Blown Away 1994 by AverageMansReviews

Warning: there are flashing effects/regurgitating/stabbing/shooting/terrorism/animal cruelty/suicide/burnt character

Storyline/Characters [Character developments,] Comedy, Performances, Action and Art: these components go hand-in-hand in one way or another; the storyline is something safe and reliable and the same can be said for the pacing. But back to the storyline; we have Gaerity/Jones escaping Castle Glegh Prison Northern Ireland and heads to Boston USA and when he gets there he comes across a news bulletin and it is about the individual that was responsible for him spending 20 years in prison. But this individual has a different name and explosive life now; he was back in the day known as Liam McGivney, where under this name he took part in acts of terrorism, but nowadays he is known as Lieutenant Jimmy Dove and works within their bomb disposal unit and portrayed by Jeff Bridges.

The comedy; at some point in this project Gaerity/Jones sends this videotape message where basically he discusses what Lieutenant Dove/Jeff Bridges used to do, but he does it in a serious fashion but with a comical tone as well as he dresses up as these basic things for one example a mask of the Statue of Liberty and on top of that does the voice work for this other character which he is having this conversation with as well [which is giving more information about Lieutenant Dove/Jeff Bridges away.] The performances are; what they are you know they serve their purpose, but here is something for you to look out/hear out for Jeff Bridges and Tommy Lee Jones; both have Irish accent issues and yes I am aware that they have to hide it or in the case of Gaerity/Jones he is speaking in Irish as in their language so it is to be expected, but away from that to begin with Gaerity/Jones speaking English with an Irish accent is a bit messy, but you do get better at it and towards the end when it is just Gaerity/Jones and Lieutenant Dove/Jeff Bridges [in Gaerity's hideout] Lieutenant Dove/Jeff Bridges speaks with this really noticeable Irish accent, you know one of those Irish accents that you could play it down a bit, but at the end of the day you should have had an Irish twang at the very least that all times and even when he speaks to Officer Max O'Bannon [Ret.]/Lloyd Bridges which is another Irish character he doesn't even speak with an Irish accent and after this situation has been taken care of he talks as normal without the Irish accent. [On a quick side note; the person I watched this film with noticed on Gaerity's car he had numberplates which said " Mad Max" as to illustrate that Officer Max O'Bannon [Ret.] and Gaerity are indeed father and son, there is something else that supports this theory in this film, but that would be giving too much away and yes if you were wondering O'Bannon knows everything about triangle as well between himself, Liam McGivney/Lieutenant Jimmy Dove and Gaerity, so I have no idea why Lieutenant Dove/Jeff Bridges doesn't speak with an Irish accent with at the very least.

Action and Art; Gaerity/Jones builts these bombs and the final two in this project are creative from an art perspective as well as the first one uses this sequence of events method where this little metal ball goes from here to there to there [if you are old enough to remember the board game and consequently children's game show Mousetrap UK 1990-1991 it uses that method; it had a segment on the children's TV program Motormouth UK 1988-1992] but I digress the second is a car bomb we get to see inside the car and how things get started and this miniature clown which is a part of this bomb

This film receives: 4/10, this film is mixed; to be precise it knows what it is from beginning to end and it sticks to that, this film also received two Nominations for Awards; MTV Movie + TV Awards 1995; Best Villain Tommy Lee Jones and Best Action Sequence For the escape from exploding ship.

DC's Batwoman [Season 2,] Episode 26: Do Not Resuscitate by AverageMansReviews

DC's Batwoman [Season 2,] Episode 26: Do Not Resuscitate by AverageMansReviews

5 things about this episode

Warning: there is flashing/other effects/medical/flesh wound/stabbing.

Beth Kane/Alice, Ocean and Safiyah Sohail: Storyline, Characters [Character developments,] Art and Action: now this in one way or another these combined: this Storyline component is on a completely different level as this relates to any other storyline component which this episode has or I will even go one more step and say Second Season and I know I have said something like this already in this Season and I doubt with 100% guarantee and certainty this will not be the last time I make these kinds of references.

Characters [Character developments]Beth Kane/Alice and Ocean's character developments come to us via a simple yet elegant manner, every time they touch either one or both of them unlock a blocked or suppressed memory by Sohail and we the viewers get to see these memories as well which from an Art prospective are highly engaging and very much in the high standard of DC's Arrow 2012-2020 and keeping this all in mind; these two characters do combat and consequently there is a lot happening here, but it is well structured and well paced and likewise this in itself and worthy of standing side-by-side with the DC's Arrow, which let's be honest it was the standard bearer for the entire Arrowverse to be based on and hell it still is even to this very day.

This episode receives: 4/10, this episode is mixed: yes all of what I have said in this review is positivity upon positivity, but the rest of this episode it is either okay as in it serves its purpose [Colonet Jacob Kane and Mary Hamilton,] but everything else just the same tedious garbage which as you can clearly see are really destroying these episode marks.

4 things about this episode

Warning: there is flashing/other effects/medical/drugs/torture/suicide/flesh wound/stabbing. Now I will give you a second warning just of courtesy and professionalism there are going to be some things said in this review that there are some of you that are going to probably/more than likely hate what I'm going to say, so you have been warned.

Evan Blake/Wolf Spider hoist: as he with great quickness and agile ability tries to steal this very valuable and highly sought after piece of art done by Jack Napier a.k.a. The Joker, but however Wilder/Batwoman tries to stop him; these Action components are good. [Yes I know I have mentioned to action sequences, this is just because they are in the same building and they are a little time after one another.]

I am so fed up with Ryan Wilder or Ryan Wilder/Batwoman: Characters [Character developments;] this is an excerpt; Wilder/Batwoman: "This isn't about me. This is about us working as a team, this team and how I can't keep working for your approval. I wanted to suit up not   have you comparing to Kate Kane for once. So I agreed to partner with the crows, and for what? You sided with the guys that shot your old man [she is referring to Fox and saying this to his face whilst Hamilton is trying to fix up Blake/Wolf Spider which he is very much a critical condition, but I digress we continue] your taste sucks. [She now looks at both of them back and forth with her head.] But you know what? I wear a suit; I take the bullets, so when I say I have a bad feeling about something, you to listen."

Now I want to make these things crystal clear this has nothing to do with racism or the fact I am Caucasian, my points go much deeper than that. Ryan Wilder or Ryan Wilder/Batwoman is what is wrong with everything in the modern world today in 2021. She expects to be given these things or the right to speak when let's not forget she stole the Batwoman suit in the first place and on top of that she has only been doing this job for over a month and now she is demanding Fox and Hamilton to get in line, even though they have been doing this kind of thing for longer than she has and to be perfectly honest I did think she is really throwing her rattle out of the pram here" and I did give a hand gesture mixed in with a blunt adult way of saying go away to this; whilst watching this episode.

Because in one way or another this TV program uses these social politics ticking cards [as in African-American, lesbian, and undeserving but willing and has the arrogance to take on the mantle of Batwoman without the willingness to learn or think she knows everything even though she has just been in the door for five minutes and it freely makes use of these things whenever this TV program wants to.

To cover my back at the beginning I was patient and understanding each to their own, but that ever so quickly ran out, because firstly I don’t like things being shoved in my face or rammed down my throat and secondly there are other people of other backgrounds that don’t get this level of exposure and the more you read of this  blog, the more you will get at the very least  I am more than easily qualified to say these things; respectfully and without disrespect. This is why I don't support Black Lives Matter or anything to do with taking the knee [in soccer,] and yes if at some point I happen to date someone which was of dark origins [I like all kinds of women from different backgrounds just for the record] and they asked me politely "I know you don't support BLM and they get the reason why, but it would mean a lot if you supported me." I would say okay I will do it for you.

Yes I have booed and raised a hand gesture or switched over the channel and switch back when it is over and put something on social media about taking the knee before soccer matches [absolutely nothing racial,]  because I am not that kind of guy, but nowadays I just ignore it or try to without saying or doing anything.

Now let's see how many of you are at the very least intelligent enough to listen to me before cancelling me or being outraged. Now just to highlight this again somewhere at the beginning I did say my points go much deeper and no I am not justifying myself to you and in no way shape or form am I comparing myself to in short African-Americans or anyone else and I am absolutely not condoning any form of racist abuse of any kind and it shouldn't be happening in our modern world, but it is; I am just saying this is how things are for me in the UK; I am physically disabled, with separately a mental health illness on top. The amount of abuse I have to put up with on a daily basis be it online or the real world is disgusting. It can range from being seen as a third-rate citizen to being seen as a scum on the bottom of your shoe, to being told I am not very good looking to body shaming to being told to go and commit suicide to my disability or mental health or I am a man and I haven't had the option to do these things and even if I did have the option I wouldn't do these things being thrown in my face or held against me for an example or examples dating or sexual activities.

That's enough I think you get the point; but based on lots of experience if I was to body sham a woman or hold my previous experience with women against this one individual, which I wouldn't I would absolutely disgust, because it explains why a lot on many subjects, but I would like to drop them and learn how to be different [and for those that are thinking or saying "Why don't you drop them now?" Because it is learn behaviour and this is all I know and have become custom to, but however for me to learn how to be different, I would have to be treated different [much better by the new woman, I have said much better just based on the standard of treatment being so low and yes I would mostly within reason take on any shortcomings she has as well.] I digress; but I would be deemed as a chauvinist pig; yes I have done this quite a few times just to show the woman in question; so if I was to ask you or make any of these comments you don't like it? And more to the point where now using the vulnerable woman routine and yes they would sit there and argue for a while with me but they couldn't get or wouldn't get the connection between equality or if I was to drop the African-American terminology [the word I cannot say, the backlash would be swift and severe.]

But if you take just one thing from this blog it is a very small thing, but ultimately a massive thing; racial abuse or anything racial is a criminal action, while if anyone uses the words like spastic [yes I am entitled to use that word based on the grounds I am one or likewise cripple] and I wanted a criminal case brought against this individual this would be a civil matter [I would have to pay and if I won I would get my money back] criminal you don't have to pay [I must highlight again in the UK.] So yes there may be elements of our society including my own are moving forward as it relates to evolving, but there are many of us which are getting left behind so far behind it may as well be the 1980's again, I mean legally we don't even get the same kind of coverage and everyone knows it as I have just illustrated, so it is acceptable for people like myself and many others seem and treated this way.

So no I am not a racist, I am just looking for equality and I am not taking anything away from anyone, but I would recommend changing the knee or the fist to be a multi-colour paper flower as to illustrate if we want to live in a civilised society we accept all from every kind of background and flowers are to symbolise we are peaceful and, easy to grow and they are easy to spread and the more we spread the more we drown out those that talk toxic bile and yes I am very much aware soccer in my country take the knee not for BLM or [they show it different sign of respect in cases which one example I have just seen when this was first dictated was Birmingham city vs. Derby County; both teams just go around the centre circle on their own behalf and be respectful; the Derby County team was closer to cover and yes we had one black player give the hand gesture for BLM that is his choice, Which I had to quickly remind myself of this as I was just about to extend a finger at my TV screen, yes I may be a good man, but as you can probably tell by now I can be hard, when as I have already illustrated, my patience has been exhausted or put in my face or rammed down my throat. Now this is just encase I have to put up this blog again; the soccer match I am making reference to happen on Friday 10/09/2021,] but now or for equality and to kick racism out of all kinds, but this is just an educated observation how about having your own symbol of unity, by getting both teams to stand around the centre circle at the beginning of every match with a multi-coloured soccer ball with a word or letters of every background in small text on this ball and encourage the attendance make as much positive sounds as possible; the symbolism is simple "All are welcome and all will be protected around the world in our family of soccer" that sounds from the attendance is also symbolic, together we can drown out those that want to spread their own level of hatred as to say "We will not tolerate this anymore." Or another way is to simply do what this soccer match I had recently made reference to in this blog, either way it would bring more people like myself which are not racist, but it would bring us on side to what they are trying to achieve.

Beth Kane/Alice & Ocean: this Storyline component is good.

This episode receives: 4/10, this episode is mixed; this episode just does enough to get given this mark; I have highlighted the three positives in this episode the two Action elements and the Storyline component of Alice & Ocean, I haven't said much about the last one, because I needed to focus on Wilder or Ryan Wilder/Batwoman, because unfortunately she is the lead character in this TV program, but don't worry I will be focusing on Beth Kane/Alice and Ocean in the next episode review.

Pay-Per-View Rewind of: WCW Bash at the Beach 16/07/1995 Match 7/Part 7/Conclusion by AverageMansReviews - Spoiler Alarm!

Pay-Per-View Rewind of: WCW Bash at the Beach 16/07/1995 Match 7/Part 7/Conclusion by AverageMansReviews - Spoiler Alarm!

Background information: in short to begin the build up for this match; we have this video package of The Road Kill Tour which Vader has been on to get to this point so we see all the carnage and this promo from Vader as well standing behind/holding onto this Cage component/site, we have this interview segment interviewer "Mean" Gene Okerlund with Vader, then back to Schiavone and Heenan to build up this match and towards the next pay-per-view [WCW: Collision in Korea 1995 with a excellent video advertising for this pay-per-view.] Following this Okerlund interviewing Hogan, Hart and Rodman continuing building at this match, but watch out for when Hogan first uses "Rod The Bod Roddy Man." If you are experienced wrestling fans or people in the business, you will see/hear Hogan come out with this just once and somewhat stumble towards the end. This is purely speculation, but you kind of get the feeling after that Hogan is quickly thinking to himself " I'm not saying that again, that was a mouthful so I am going to quickly shorten it to "Rod The Bod" to fit in with the rest of this promo. On their entrance we also have more of filming for Season 6: Episode 15: Bash at the Beach. Just my back this is based on speculation mixed in with observation you can see a recording camera and not only that on some of their entourage as well.

Match/Stipulations: Big Van Vader vs. the WCW Heavyweight Hulk Hogan [with his entourage consisting of Baywatch characters/performers, "Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart & Dennis "Rod The Bod Roddy Man" Rodman:] Steel Cage Match for the WCW Heavyweight Championship

Match Attributes:

Match Quality: 7/10

Match Storyline: 8/10

Crowd Participation: 10/10

On Commentary: Tony Schiavone & Bobby "The Brain" Heenan 8/10

Satisfying Conclusion: 7/10

Recommend Watch: 7/10

Match Total: 47/60 - this match is excellent

Comments: this match is one of those matches the as you can tell by the Match Total make sure this pay-per-view goes out with a bang. The match itself is everything you can to expect from everyone involved in this match at some point. Now without giving too much away the false script and ending of this pay-per-view is a excellent touch all I can say about it is this; it gives an excellent illusion of this is meant to not be happening. The WWE should look how it is done properly and when I say properly I mean a good variety between the negative or a generic endings to their pay-per-views and this one.

Now sadly RIP Leon "Big Van Vader"/"Vader" White; 14/05/1955-18/06/2018, he will always be best remembered for being the size he was; being able to destroy his opponents, but also being able to be quick and agile to go off the middle or top turnbuckle.

Now sadly RIP Raymond Bobby "The Brain" Heenan; 01/11/1944-17/09/2017, now this character/performer will be always best remembered as one of the best on-screen characters and voices of wrestling, because you knew when he was around or on commentary he was always going to make it lively and engaging.

Now sadly RIP Eugene "Mean Gene" Okerlund; 19/12/1942-02/01/2019; he will always be best remembered for his interview segments being able to go with the moment then and there and ask what needs to be asked.

This pay-per-view receives: 7/10, this pay-per-view is good; it goes with a bounce from beginning to end and maybe the WWE should really take a look at this pay-per-view based on the grounds that this is how you make references to your sponsors in one way or another, without it being a massive negative or negative impact on to your pay-per-view; generally speaking they bring up Slim Jim's in some capacity throughout and without drowning on and on and on and on about it they bring it up and get it out of the way with nicely and move on and repeat basically is not irritating. Yes just to cover my back I am aware even though I have said twice the WWE could learn something from WCW I am very much aware of two things; one, towards the end of WCW their scripts and all-round product was garbage. Two; WCW went out of business in 2001 and the WWE are still here [I was just getting this out before someone came back to me and pointed this out, but here is something for you to think about; but hasn't the WWE Main Rosters, become the equivalent of WCW in its later years? The only difference being the WWE has an pretty much endless supply of finance.]

The very last thing about this pay-per-view; yes there are two ring announcer Michael Buffer does the beginning match of this pay-per-view "The Mighty" Meng [with Colonel Robert Parker] vs. the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship Sting: Singles Match for the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship and this match whilst David Penzer does the rest of them.

The highest ranking match on this card based on attributes that we see would be: Big Van Vader vs. the WCW Heavyweight Hulk Hogan [with his entourage consisting of Baywatch characters/performers, "Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart & Dennis "Rod The Bod Roddy Man" Rodman:] Steel Cage Match for the WCW Heavyweight Championship with 47/60.

The lowest ranking match on this card based on attributes that we see would be: "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff vs. the WCW World Television Champion The Renegade [with "Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart:] Singles for the WCW World Television Championship with 19/60.

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for AEW All Out 2021 by AverageMansReviews

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for AEW All Out 2021 by AverageMansReviews

Just a heads up/Spoiler Alarm!: these matches are mostly in the wrong order and I haven't watched much wrestling content lately due to lack of time and this blog will contain one spoiler.

Best Friends [Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor & Wheeler Yuta,] Jurassic Express [Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus with Marko Stunt; not booked in this match] vs. Hardy Family Office [Matt Hardy, Private Party Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen,The Hybrid 2 [Angélico & Jack Evans;] 10-Man Tag Team Match: my pick in short is Best Friends & Jurassic Express. Basically this is wrestling booking 101 here, if you want to kick off your pay-per-view regardless if it is in the Buy-In or Kick-off show before the pay-per-view in question or in the first match slot on the pay-per-view/the night it is generally speaking good practice to begin your pay-per-view on a positive [maybe the WWE Main Roster hierarchy should pay attention to this] so it creates an atmosphere for the rest of the night to bounce along to; hence why the Babyfaces should go over here.

21-Woman Casino Battle Royale for a AEW Women's World Championship Match: my pick is Hikaru Shida. Because I think she has been away from this Championship picture for the right amount of time, so they could bring her back into the picture, consequently I expect her to be seen again on this night, which I will bring up later. On a quick side note for me it would be Shida or Thunder Rosa [I have just given myself a headache, but I will stick with my original pick because I hate it when I pick something and it usually comes true but I end up over thinking it and go for the other option, but either one of these two would be a great outcome.]

Jon Moxley vs. Satoshi Kojima; Singles Match: my pick is Jon Moxley. Just based on the grounds I know next to nothing about New Japan Pro-Wrestling, I know about a grain of salt or a little bit more than this but that is about it, like this for an example I know this is going to be a good match, because AEW and NJPW individually or together are well-known for putting quality match is on.

Spoiler Warning!: Paul Wright vs.  QT Marshall [with Aaron Solo & Nick Comoroto;] Singles Match: my pick is Paul Wright. This looks like another occasion where a veteran is going to return to in ring competition, so they will put over Wright here as someone that has easily still got it, to give him his credibility back, his job here a little bit and next is put over the younger talent in this case this stable known as The Factory [these characters/performers in this paragraph and including Anthony Ogogo; Wright vs. Ogogo would be an excellent pay-per-view match for sometime in the future, especially when they can write a narrative around Wright having a history of losing matches to boxers [WWE WrestleMania 24/2008 against Floyd Mayweather

Chris Jericho vs. MJF; Final Fight Singles Match, If Jericho loses, he must retire from in-ring competition: my pick is MJF. I am not overly happy with my pick here, but the sign of Jericho retiring from in-ring competition has been there and if you cannot read between the lines and you have no idea what I'm talking about; it has been right in front of your face with The 5 Labour's of Jericho [this sounds/looks like a farewell tour to me and the wording/stipulation of Final Fight sets Jericho up to retire from in one competition.] I mean if Jericho was 54 years old, I would say okay if you want to hang up your boots, which is fair enough. But he is only 50 years old and under AEW he could still wrestle for comfortably a few more years, I would have preferred the stipulation of Jericho is banned from wrestling until this pay-per-view in 2022. So to begin with Jericho can focus on putting over members of The Inner Circle but the closer we get to his return we build up to this rematch, I would be more than happy to get this prediction wrong, because I believe Jericho creatively still has a lot to offer in the ring, yes he can eventually do it outside of the ring as well. But whilst he's still has fuel in the tank, I would still like him to have hands-on and not forgetting it would be nice to see MJF getting a little bit of comeuppance for once,  But Jericho couldn't have chosen a bigger stage than this pay-per-view  to go out on, if he is going to retire from in ring competition,  but Jericho can still have a big impact on AEW anyway and one final thing I would expect some kind of bloodshed in this match and the next one is well.

Eddie Kingston vs. the AEW TNT Champion Miro; Singles Match for the AEW TNT Championship: my pick is Eddie Kingston. Now for some strange reason I think there may be either a surprise like a Kip Sabian return to have a hand in making sure of a new AEW TNT Champion or Kingston pushes Miro to his limit, consequently he gets disqualified at Kingston still picks up the win which on top of that he gives Miro a really good feud instead of him running through everybody for a little while.

Lucha Brothers [Penta El Zero Miedo & Rey Fenix with Alex Abrahantes] vs. the AEW World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks [Matt & Nick Jackson with Brandon Cutler;] Steal Cage Match for the AEW World Tag Team Championships: my pick is The Young Bucks [Matt & Nick Jackson.] Andrade El Idolo and Chavo Guerrero Jr. with the interference to cost the Lucha Brothers [Miedo & Fenix] these Championships to continue this feud/declining this business opportunity to join them and to turn their backs on PAC. The thing is I really want to see The Death Triangle faction of PAC, Lucha Brothers [Miedo & Fenix with Abrahantes;] yes I know this is a square am not a triangle, but my point is this; this triangle has unbelievable potential not just in a script/characters sense, but in a wrestling sense, I really wanted to make new Champions here, on watching a little bit of AEW Dynamite [about a month and a half ago roughly] I just can't see it happening now and they want to probably/more than likely keep all of these feuds separate and ticking over nicely. But to finish off at some point they really need to put some gold around The Death Triangle before this faction is all said and done it would be an absolute crime against wrestling if this was to never happen.

Kris Statlander vs. the AEW Women's World Champion Britt Baker [with Rebel;] Singles Match for the AEW Women's World Championship: my pick is Britt Baker; to then have Shida [or Rosa] come down to save Statlander and to get in the face of Baker, because she is the new No1, because of events before this pay-per-view.

CM Punk vs. Darby Allin [with Sting;] Singles Match: my pick is the Draw. Yes it is very true I didn't want Punk anywhere around this company, based on the grounds at the time he was asking for lots of money, I don't want anyone around this company that's solely focused on money obviously everyone has got to get paid. But wrestling historians will back me up here, when I say I just don't want another situation like WCW where in short they were burning through money at one point to get these massive names and mix that with terrible scripts and eventually went out of business, but if Punk has come to AEW to buy in to what they are doing, trying to stay away from controversy and be sensible with his financial package; then he can be a great asset to AEW; no I am not backtracking here but if he can do these things then I would be stupid not to see him as a great asset and if you're wondering where I said I don't want him to be anywhere around this company; you will find it here The Building of: WWE vs. All Elite Wrestling Volume 21 Link https://averagemansreviews2017.blogspot.com/2020/07/the-building-of-wwe-vs-all-elite.html. The reason why I have gone for the draw is I believe it will put over both competitors; Punk will give Allin the rub and Allin will put Punk over as he hasn't missed a step, I know if it isn't the draw I expect Punk to pick up the W. here [like 99.9%, because it has just hit me where this pay-per-view is being held; in Chicago; Punk's hometown.] But again I would have prefer if they save that for the rematch, because as I have just illustrated there is too much to positively game here from the draw, but in the rematch them to go with Punk vs. Allin one-on-one without Sting being at ringside.

The Impact World Champion Christian Cage vs. the AEW World Champion Kenny Omega [with Don Callis;] Singles Match for the AEW World Championship: my pick is Kenny Omega; with the dusty finish/assist from Callis. Now this is purely based on speculation again but why can I see at the next AEW pay-per-view down the line; AEW: Full Gear 2021 there being a rematch but with these two stipulations; the first being in a structure of a Cage Match and both of these Championships on the line; yes as I have previously just disclosed I haven't seen much wrestling content, but with my many years of watching wrestling, it would seem logical that they are heading this way as they have after this had one match each for each Championship and the Cage is just to keep everyone out in theory [or based on the fact I am dictating this predictions from back to front, because I had more time, I have just realised they are using a Steel Cage Match stipulation here at this pay-per-view, it may be a Ladder Match where any outcome these two competitors are protected from the loss either way they want to do it]. Meaning continuing with speculation this would be an excellent place and time to debut Daniel Danielson to assist Cage, by keeping out the other members of The Elite. I mean I really wouldn't rush his debut, but wait for a big event such as AEW: Full Gear 2021; lastly this pay-per-view looks like lots of fun.
