5 things about this episode
Warning: there is flashing/other effects/medical/stabbing/
"Alice,
Do you know who I am?”: We have Comedy,
Storyline, Character [Character developments,] and Action combining here; here
is one element of the comedy here; Alice responds to this question with
"Okay, I've had a day, can we do this in, say, 2... 3 weeks?" As
Alice/us we have just found out so much more about Sohail, Tatiana/The Whisper,
Ocean, Beth Kane/Alice, Coryana and the Desert Rose.
Character
[Character developments] Ryan Wilder takes off the Batwoman helmet to remind
Alice who she is, but Alice does not remember her or anything like this. Now I
know Wilder/Batwoman, possibly doesn't have much time left anyway and on top of
that she sees an elucidation of her mother/Cora Lewis: disapproving of her
course of action which is to kill/choking out Alice here by saying " Ryan!
This isn't the girl I raised." So she comes up with a plan B. But I really
don't like this character development, because it is annoyingly lazy and
stupid, in short could you make sure you are definitely going to kill Alice or
killing Alice before giving her your identity; you know so that your identity
stays secret hence the wording "secret identity" to protect yourself
and others that are connected to you in some way and yes this combat sequence
between these two characters/performers is good.
This
episode receives: 7/10, this episode is good; but
it was going to get given 10/10, because it has so much to offer on all counts
but this was up to this point where we have this dialogue exchange between
Wilder/Batwoman late on in this episode in the Batcave, basically minus Beth Kane/Alice
and her surrounding characters/performers in her storyline component everything
else takes the shine off this episode especially this already mentioned
dialogue exchange; let's just say if you watch it/hear it you will understand
or come up with "It is 100% transparently clear why he took marks off for
this."
