Pay-Per-View Rewind of: WWE Evolution 28/10/2018 Match 6 Part 6 by AverageMansReviews - Spoiler Alarm!

Pay-Per-View Rewind of: WWE Evolution 28/10/2018 Match 6 Part 6 by AverageMansReviews - Spoiler Alarm!

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects

Match/Stipulations: Charlotte Flair vs. the WWE SmackDown Women's Champion "The Man" Becky Lynch; Last Women Standing Match for the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship; Additional Information, basically anything goes but the competitor/competitors have to be on their feet before the referee reaches the count of 10.

Match Attributes:

Match Quality: 9/10

Match Slot Storyline: 7/10

Crowd Participation: 10/10

On Commentary: Beth Phoenix, Michael Cole & Renee Young 1/10

Satisfying Conclusion: 8/10

Recommend Watch: 8/10

Match Total: 43/60 - this match is good.

Comments: I never go in expecting anything, all I can say is wow the commentary team, be it themselves or to show some leniency kind of to them and this is speculation on my part, but maybe they were being fed what to say or a mixture over their headsets, but whatever the case may be they just really sucked the fun out of this.

Right I will be paraphrasing or putting things in a nutshell or just to cover my back if I miss a little something; this is just a rough outline, not to control the narrative or be lazy. But to hopefully give you less to read and for it to make sense. So straight off the bat generally speaking we have Beth Phoenix and Renee Young pushing the narrative of Lynch being an out and out heel and Flair being a babyface, which has everyone should know doesn't work.

Michael Cole: says there is no champions advantage in this match, but then not once but twice makes reference to if both competitors don't get up by the count of 10 championship stays with Lynch. So by my logic and understanding that is a champions advantage, okay a very slim one but still an advantage

Cole: discusses the first count of 10, yes he says the first, but the Referee [Mike Chioda] has already done the count of 10 twice before, one each so this wouldn't be the first time.

Phoenix: I can see Flair firing up. Firstly this would be very difficult to do right now based on the grounds Lynch is in control and from her back to Phoenix that would be also difficult to see. Then again later Flair looks dazed how can you tell, because you don't have a good viewpoint. Phoenix almost get it with a kendo stick, we don't see it but it gets referenced on commentary and I found this slightly comical note for the fact she almost gets hit by, but for the fact for a moment we actually have natural commentary.

The crowd were not fooled by the commentary as when Flair was taking a lot they were chanting you deserve it or having one individual shout out why don't you try and run away again Becky. But as the attributes of the crowd participation being 10/10 they were here for this match as they were chanting both of these competitors names.

Young: was basically trying to put over that Flair is hard-working and earning things in her own right, [this is me now: you know that whole argument of yes she is extremely talented, but like it or not she has used her daddy's last name to advance her career then use his name for backstage uses.] Almost simultaneously in the ring we have a botched from Flair where Lynch is laid out on a table in the ring Flair goes up to do moonsalt, she comes down but the table doesn't break, once again don't find it funny because someone could have got hurt, but just for the fact that you have Young saying what she is saying followed by what happens in the ring it is great comedic timing, Flair tries again but this time she does a senton bomb which does the trick.

Young: what is she planning to do with the latter? Cole: obviously she is planning to use it. Talk about cutting down your fellow worker.

Flair under a pile of chairs and tables; with his spot and on commentary they are really, really trying to put over Flair as a babyface; it is cringeworthy, because they are trying that hard throughout this match slot to achieve that, but it just isn't landing.

After this match has come to a close the commentary team put over Becky Lynch, which I was not amused with, because as you can see/read they were basically doing the opposite throughout this match/match slot and consequently this is why the on commentary category only received 1/10, because regardless of whomever was saying these things be it them or people through their headsets, they really did spoil this was match/match slot, Cole highlights again these three debuts. On a quick side note with the Referees coming down to the ring, if you're quick this is where you will find AEW's Audrey Edwards.

Basic Result: the WWE SmackDown Women's Champion "The Man" Becky Lynch Retains her WWE SmackDown Women's Championship.

Basic walk-through of this event:

* Beth Phoenix, Michael Cole & Renee Young: Commentary watching replays of part of this match Becky Lynch's theme music "Celtic Invasion"

Michael Cole: Commentary move on to the main event and a video package of how we got here. Competitors enter the ring with the commentary building things up with Young agreeing with The Bella Twins it is because of them we are having this pay-per-view tonight. Ronda Rousey getting put over on commentary including Phoenix pointing out the difference between The Bella Twins wanting in a nutshell a pat on the back, but Rousey doesn't want it.

JoJo: Ring Announcer says the stipulations for this match and then moves on to challenge and then champion.

Ultimate Muscle: The Kinnikuman Legacy [Season 1,] Episode 20: Water Damage by AverageMansReviews

Review Time:

5 things about this episode

Warning: there is flashing/colourful/other effects/bodily functions/stabbing/medical/animal cruelty

A little fight at the commentary table: Storyline, Character [Character developments,] Comedy and Action; in a nutshell we have "Doc" Nakano telling us over imagery from a previous match what Wally Tusket has learned from doing battle with dMp [Demon Making Plant's] Pumpinator. So Nakano takes this opportunity to be more aggressive like Tusket, after this memory sequence Nakano is trying to take down the Mac Metaphor with a sleeping hold/choke and then pulling at his shirt [this is not hurting Metaphor, because Nakano is short, old and out of shape] simultaneously they are having this dialogue exchange that I am paraphrasing Nakano wants the same level of treatment as his broadcast colleague, but I am paraphrasing again Metaphor in forms him that this isn't going to happen and then body slamming Nakano which this hurt him as he is left in a pile on the floor and just for the record Metaphor is much younger than in average shape, I just basis on the look of him.

This episode receives: 8/10, this episode is excellent; it keeps up the momentum from the previous episode with lots of action.

Match/Stipulations: "The Queen of Spades, The Submission Magician" Shayna Baszler vs. the WWE NXT Women's Champion "The Pirate Princess" Kairi Sane; Singles Match for the WWE Women's NXT Championship

Match Attributes:

Match Quality: 8/10

Match Slot Storyline: 7/10

Crowd Participation: 8/10

On Commentary: Beth Phoenix, Michael Cole & Renee Young 7/10

Satisfying Conclusion: 7/10

Match Total: 44/60 - this match is good.

Comments: as another solidly all-round good match slot is what we have here. Now we have Michael Cole on commentary either point blank exaggerating something which didn't happen or/and this silly commentary from Phoenix; we have these two competitors on the outside of the ring next to the ring steps and he says Baszler runs into a big slap. At no point does actually run into it at all.

Phoenix: this feels like it tainted victory, Cole: in a nutshell; of course it is a tainted victory [he goes on to explain.] But for this match it is roughly just over 12 minutes long and it most definitely feels like it should have been given longer [they began at the celebration stage and continued until switching the topic.] But for here and now yes unfortunately on commentary they did push the idea of The Four Horsewomen WWE vs. The Four Horsewomen MMA. I have said unfortunately, because everyone wanted it, everyone wanted to see it, the seeds were being planted, but it never got pushed and materialised. Because obviously it sounded like an excellent idea, everyone wanted it and based on these two reasons on their own consequently Mr McMahon didn't get behind it, this is an equivalent of being wide open catching the ball and then fumbling it just before getting in the red zone to win the Super Bowl with two seconds left on the clock in the fourth quarter, I mean for the younger readers/viewers this may sound like an extreme example, the sad thing is it isn't. This situation was so hot that it was a no-brainer to headline a pay-per-view back then and even now, I mean if I had my choice I would the small stipulation of eliminations to give this match/match slot time to breathe and obviously given time to work and develop is into a true classic main event match/match slot. I mean to make sure people what Raw, there could even be a major announcement where the winning members of the winning team could all win championship opportunities in some capacity, mathematically it works to for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships and two for the individual Raw and SmackDown Championships Or they could even go for the NXT equivalents, but here’s the catch they have until the end of Raw to decide what they want to do or the losing team gets to decide on the following SmackDown and yes they could even have done this for a men's match as well [including any championship under the WWE umbrella,] but I would have preferred to see how it went with the women first.

Basic Result: "The Queen of Spades, The Submission Magician" Shayna Baszler is your new NX T Women's Champion [with Jessicammyn Duke & Marina Shafia]

Basic walk-through of this event:

* Beth Phoenix, Michael Cole & Renee Young: Commentary watching replays of parts of this match over Baszler intro music "Loyalty is Everything"

* Michael Cole & Renee Young: Commentary continued to build up the potential of The Four Horsewomen WWE vs.The Four Horsewomen MMA.

* Michael Cole: Commentary introduces another video package of what this momentous pay-per-view means to women for an example Ata Johnson [Dwayne Johnson's Mother.]

Michael Cole: Commentary moves two explaining the rules of the next  and a video package how we got here between Charlotte Flair vs/and the WWE SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch.

JoJo: Ring announcer: Tells us all of the stipulations of the next match right now.

* Beth Phoenix, Michael Cole & Renee Young: Commentary in the competitors entrances Charlotte's spoke about her father Rick Flair, putting out a tweet, I am paraphrasing here how proud he is and giving her a pointers and putting over Charlotte's pay-per-view win loss record. Lynch's a very cocky and confident. 13/07/2015 is when Charlotte, Lynch and Sasha Banks all debuted and introduced by Stephanie McMahon and that's when things really began to change and finally we have their individual win loss record between one another at this point in history 11 matches, 5 apiece with 1 I am going to go with other.

JoJo: Ring announcer: inducers the competitor and champion

Warning: there are flashing effects/colourful effects/shooting/objectifying women/references to drugs/electrocution/terrorism

Here we go again for the final time in the film sense: we rejoin Ex-United States of America Navy Seals "R.J." Randolph J. "Hurricane" Spencer [Terry "Hulk" Hogan] and Martin "Bru" Brubaker/Manuel Santiago [Chris Lemmon] after capturing Manuel Santiago for the NSA/DEA Agent Harris [Joe Candelora,] but Santiago's right-hand man Mason Lee [Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa] seeks to release his boss and seek revenge against those that have imprisoned him, so he holds hostage this prestigious art school known as St Martins, which he knows Spencer's daughter Jessica Whitaker-Spencer [Ashley Gorrell] is starting her two afternoons a week schooling and likewise Kelly "Legs" LaRew [Carol Alt] was once a student here, but is starting her teaching job on the same day. This film also has wrestling on screen characters or wrestlers or interviewers in it such as; Jimmy Hart/a.k.a. "Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart as Jammin' Jimmy, Brutus [Brutus “The Barber" Beefcake a.k.a Ed Leslie] and Terry Taylor as Photoshoot Admirer.

The pacing for this 90 minute film is solidly good as it just moves throughout without no problems.

We still have the consistent comedy chemistry between Spencer and Brubaker, but if you are looking for a comedy moments there is Brubaker that has cooked this meal for Spencer, Jessica and LaRew, but it has been badly cooked, so generally speaking they decline and suggest ordering in a pizza with no pepperoni and a little later Spencer and Brubaker are on this mission, but he promised Jessica he would phone just to wish good luck on her first day at this new school, which he does but at the same time he and Brubaker are in this hostile situation. Eventually Jessica enquiries to I am paraphrasing here is this a good time to call? Which her father says yes as he and Brubaker makes it sound like a normal day so their daughter and/or niece doesn't have to worry about them and yes Brubaker wishes her good luck as well.

Art: there is this excellent clay sculpture of Spencer which I have just remembered is dark comedy and action what happens to it and then there is another underwater sequence involving Spencer, Brubaker and Alison Wilson [Heidi Mark] as they are taking any underwater secret way into St Martins'; this looks good.

Action: because I have in one way or another brought up the action; I will just make reference to this combat sequence Mason vs. Brubaker/Santiago in Thunder [voiced by Russ Wheeler;] this is good as well.

Character developments/performances: the character developments are reliably good versions of what they are meant to be, combine that with mostly minus one good performances with likewise good on-screen chemistry. The minus one is Mason Lee [Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa;] he puts in an excellent performance, whomever he shares a scene with, he brings them up to his level and yes it may just be [I mean this with no disrespect just a right-hand man,] but his level of conviction and passion should end does makes him someone that should be feared and respected, he and this is no separation comes across 10 times more dangerous than his boss.

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; this project holds much better together than the previous two films, this song performed by Jimmy Jammin’ at the beginning of this film, mixed in with this modelling and older men essentially lusting over them, is cringeworthy and full disclosure when I was younger I used to probably have done this at some point, but to have these fully grown men acting like this is not from me and I am not making any excuses for this but this would be the 1990’s the film/TV programming for you. but let’s switch back to positivity the addition of Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa/at the time Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa is the reason why as I have already referenced this film gets given a positive mark, he has Mason Lee makes a massive impact on this film.

Warning: there are flashing effects/colourful effects/shooting/chopping/cutting/domestic abuse/human trafficking

Here we go again: we rejoin Ex-United States of America Navy Seals "R.J." Randolph J. "Hurricane" Spencer [Terry "Hulk" Hogan] and Martin "Bru" Brubaker [Chris Lemmon] as they go and rescue Kelly "Legs" LaRew [Carol Alt] from her newly found love Prince Aramour [Carlos Lauchu] as he has arranged a situation involving Lord Mortador [Jorge Gonzalez a.k.a. Giant Gonzalez] on a quick side note yes not to be confused with Terremoto from the previous TV film, same performer different characters. But I digress in his home country of Northern Tansainia. But then again she wouldn't be in this trouble if she listened to Trelawny [Kiki Shepard] as she performed this spiritual connection known as a Dream Won where on that night she saw this Prince in her dreams so she believes it to be fate, Trelawny also performs this spiritual connection on  Jessica Whitaker-Spencer [Ashley Gorrell;]Yes I have just noticed they have changed the daughter's name from Megan in the first film to her mother's characters name of Jessica, I have no idea why this is, but based on this film and the following one she doesn't appear, in fact Spencer is a single parent with surrounding characters building this family around her, On a quick bit of research her mother does appear with the same name in 3 episodes of this TV program. But I digress, which gives her nightmares or in one case she is clearly awake and seeing these images, to be honest it is all a bit weird, so she warns her father and uncle about the potential threat of the future. We have other wrestlers or wrestling on-screen characters  in this film, full disclosure I didn't see some of them or it is possible I could have just missed them or They are just not in here, but however I do believe in the cast list in; Jimmy Hart/a.k.a. "Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart as Jammin' Jimmy, Brutus [Brutus " The Barber" Beefcake a.k.a Ed Leslie] and Fred Wayne Ottman/Fred Ottman a.k.a. WWF/WWE: Tugboat/Typhoon.

What do you want me to say about this film?; The pacing of this 90 minute film mixed in with the script for the first 20 minutes is what I can only describe as ugly, just ugly as we have LaRew and Prince Aramour falling in love here is something for you to look out for this montage between these two, in a nutshell is entire opening section is garbage it really does put this film on the back foot and consequently, it really does have to work hard to get me interested again.

The comedy predominately between Spencer and Brubaker including in one sequence Jail Guard [Michael Marzella] is priceless, because this partnership very much keeps this sequel going; be it the comedy, the chemistry which like the comedy has this sensible but also two buddies either in calm or hostile situations dealing with things, you know they know that they are in a hostile situation with bullets flying all over the place, but they still have time to have a back-and-forth if not to use this carpet as a hang glider; because Jessica warned them of something like this. So they use it or the better wording would be they tried to use it as a parachute, but let's just say they were unsuccessful as I am going to speculate here, because we don't see it but maybe a roof as they come through someone's washing on a clothing line.

Art; this partnership is dealing with the situation; Spencer is underwater with this mine detector trying to find these water to air missiles [they are like circle or disc UFOs; these look good,] where he I would say controlly set off as they are trigger sensitive the trapdoor mechanism so the missiles go off/up so that Brubaker can use the laser on Thunder [voiced by Russ Wheeler] but besides all this we have this life down there as well.

I know in one way or another I have already spoken about the action so I will just make this reference we get to see Spencer vs. Mortador.

Character developments and the performances; from our returning characters that character developments and the performances have gotten better including  Kelly "Legs" LaRew [Carol Alt] dropping that terrible New York accent and just speaking in her normal voice; it is a massive improvement. But her relationship with Prince Aramour [Carlos Lauchu] gets a no thanks from me any of it does no thanks, even him as an individual just no thanks, I think I have made myself perfectly clear.

This film receives: 3/10, this film is poor; as you can clearly read there are some are positives to this film and if the beginning stages of this film including the other negatives I would have considered giving this project a slightly better mark, but this is all speculation based on we go now. But as things are this mark is the outcome.
