Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/Domestic terrorism/shooting/stabbing/ vehicle hit/ vehicle crash/burning/suicide/ medical

This had such a good start: briefly; we meet Major Frank Cross [Dolph Lundgren:] he is a Pilot which has a choice between a court martial for his latest stunt or carry the nuclear football for the President of the United States of America, he's going to wish he took the court martial as he gets the nuclear football taken from him by some terrorists.

Generally speaking: this storyline/ script is in theory something safe and Reliably good, which if the framework and pacing of this 98 minutes film and for a little while it does that, put slowly but slowly it really does begin to slow down and the consequences of this are severe; such as broadly speaking this film goes from in lively affair to boring as hell.

Comedy, action and art; now when Major Cross begins his new duties he is told to have no guns on him, so they do this search on him skit, where they have to keep getting him to come back to find another area that he is hiding a gun in and then a little later we have this high obtained action sequence with guns, but the most important section is this vehicle chasing sequence, that at some point goes on to be on it roofs; this entire sequence is lengthy and excellently put together and is by far and massive asset to this project by some distance.

Character development and Performance; on both counts they are likewise what they are meant to be.

This film receives: 2/10,this film is poor; Like a referenced earlier, when this film starts to slow down and continues to lose pacing and continues to get less than less what should have been a reasonable yet positive project turned into anything but so our performers especially Lundgren has to drag this film over the finishing line.
