Wow this was not worth waiting for: briefly; Ken Masters [Noah Centineo:] in 1993 he has very much became a washed up celebrity Martial artist, meanwhile, Ryu/Dark Ryu [Andrew Koji:] has put himself essentially in exile, but M. Bison [David Dastmalchian:] decides to put on another tournament for the name of World Warrior to bring its defending champion out from hiding; Ryu

Generally speaking : the art, exposition character developments, storyline,  script and character developments; anime throughout does so much of the heavy lifting for this project even though on one hand it is perfection, whilst simultaneously on the other hand pointing out that this film has many problems ; such as I am not a fan of the script and its tone sometimes to time;  frankly it is  beyond terrible  as you will see throughout this content ; the person I would some of this content with did wonder when this film was going to end and they found it insufferable; But for me, I found it A very substandard and crude exercise in; Look we have in selection of characters we want to focus on and if we have any other time we will fit in the rest, and to put this kindly if you have a vagina in this film you will get some substance in this movie; but mostly you are there for soft masturbating material and/or do make us dribble, And how could I forget making one of yours established and long-term female characters essentially another character's wet Dream,  which can be shown when  he can't wait to get kicked by her for a good reason, but he turns,  into something very sexual which in turn devalues her, so smart move…  Not! and incidentally  hell who the hell thought it was a good idea to use; “Who Let The Dogs Out” Released by Baha Men in 2000 and your movie is predominantly in 1993 and just for the record I haven't checked the soundtrack to This movie, it is just obviously it is out of its time frame and on top of that you have to pick one of the worst songs from the 2000’s yet again devalues in this case Ken, so as you can probably tell I did not find this 120 minutes film the most easiest to watch as there was different tones and many things happening, but not the greatest substance in some cases

Art, action, character development and comedy; the martial arts and different fighting with styles For involve majority of the time are positives; but as soon as you meaning them bringing any form of slow motion effects, my brain automatically zones out, we have Ryu and Ken reuniting and let's just say isn't going to well, with Ken trying to hit Ryu with difficulty, on reflection this feels like the only time that the comedy feels authentically natural and consequently conical.

Character development, performances and voice performance; as I referenced earlier this film  clearly wants to focus on Ryu, Ken and their family dynamics and storyline, which is cool,  but everything else outside this gets treated as something less and less and less and so on, Which also conveniently reflects on the performance is as well, The point where he may have well re-cast the cast, because they are either very low qualities of what they should be/or just don't fit in; like David Dastmalchian as M. Bison; No thanks, I just can't take him seriously throughout this film,  at no point does he actually come off as genuinely threatening or  intently intelligently psychotic, I am looking for something layered and it just isn't there. Joe "Roman Reigns" Anoa'i as Akuma/another name; this individual is connected to the Ryu and Ken; Even though he is connected, he has the voice  performance down and does really good work, when he is on-screen, some of the magic fades as he needs to grow into the role, so on the whole I would say he does well

This film receives: 4/10, this film is mixed;  after a small moment thinking about it I said to myself;  if I give this mark I would make it knowledge that the anime is a contributing factor to why it didn't end up in the poor section of my marketing system and yes absolutely if there was any justice in the world, should at minimum receive some  positive award nominees for this art and yes there is an extra credit after the first closing credits
