Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/transformation/burning/childbirth/bodily functions/biting/animal feeding/animal cruelty/squatting/vehicle crash/shooting/stabbing/medical. I will also be making reference to at minimum mature themes, but believe it or not this is one of those occasions where I can't help it, because it is actually in the film amongst other things that I don't mention

Bob and Patrick go on an adventure in the Underworld: briefly; with the Flying Dutchman [voice by/physical: Mark Hamill:] he is devious ghost that needs a good soul for something, so obviously Bob fits that criteria, but there are obstacles/tasks in their way. But don't worry Mr. Krabs/other character [voice by: Clancy Brown:] he is the boss of Bob that is responsible for him undertaking this adventure with Patrick, but they can't lose because he and other characters will be in hot pursuit in a Winnebago; yes just a quick heads up this is very much the standard of comedy we are working with here, in fact they use is commonly referenced in this project I have just very slowly adapted it to fit in this section.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 96 minutes film is broadly speaking good; but it does get noticeably more fluent when we go on this adventure, because even though I have said it was good before this I was getting a bit sleepy; it very much feel much more comfortable being enthusiastic bizarreness

Art, comedy and action; it is clear to see that they had made the computer animation highly colourful, engaging and easy to settle down with, with predominantly children based comedy such as the Winnebago reference from earlier and Bob briefly and seemingly performing oral sex on this cannon then Bob get involved in laughing when he doesn't know what they're laughing about in fact he asks what are we laughing about or something to that effect, but we also have some mature references such as Bob or Patrick may or may not producing a break when they are scared of something as in they are brickin' it or Patrick wearing a mankini with this hook getting stuck on his butt cheek and for the action Bob gets given these tasks to perform to complete this mission which they are all different and yes we do get a montage: yes it hasn't escaped my attention that even though this is lots of fun, this is just a partial shameful way of promoting the accompanying video game entitled: SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide 2025 [on a quick side note: yes we even saw a quick commercial for this videogame, before watching this film.] I mean I have been around films, TV programs and videogames not so much videogame nowadays, but let's just say it as it is; and the only reason I called it shameful, is because everyone does it; it is better known as plugging for the much younger generations, where I am guessing here you get to play out this entire film title.

Character developments, voice performances and performances; on all counts if I was anyone that works on this project I would be extremely delighted on how everything turned out, yes the character developments may indeed follow a simple yet effective outlay, but on one hand what you expect for firstly it's younger generations of audience members and on the other hand secondly there has to be something for the long-term fans of this franchise consequently maturer and/or the generations, which they achieved this with being light and breezy on everything so that you can switch gears between goofy stuff and slightly more developing character traits and everything in the middle.

The voice performances are excellent and the physical performance of Mark Hamill as Dutchman is good fun as you can tell he just wanted to have fun in this role and I am slightly confident we physical get to see Brown at the beginning of this movie physically as a pirate, it looks like him but I have no proof of it, so I need to point out that there is a possibility I could be wrong as well, but it needs to be said that in one way or another there is excellent chemistry and camaraderie throughout this cast.

This film receives: 9/10, this film is excellent; I have decided to award another mark based on this title as a complete package and it really does help if you don't take this film too seriously, this film is built for family viewing all age ranges, I think there is extra bits and pieces including an extra credit scene, I can remember the scene but I can't remember where it actually happens, I mean it's Christmas, so forgive me I have been watching a lot of content and my memory is a little bit full even though I make hieroglyphic notes.
