You have been chosen for a mission: briefly; Bethany Sloane [Linda Fiorentino:] she works for an abortion clinic, that gets given this mission from God via Metatron [Alan Rickman:] he is an angel, that is intelligent and he says that you have to go to this place and stop these two angels from trying to get back into heaven, you will on your travels meet some allies in Jay [Jason Mewes:] he talks a lot, whilst the other is Silent Bob [Writer/Director of this film: Kevin Smith:] he doesn't talk so much, in fact it is very little and both of them are stoner, whilst on their journey they meet Rufus [Chris Rock:] he is the thirteenth apostle and will join this group.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 128 minutes film is really good as there is always something happening or being said, so it is hardly boring.

Comedy, character developments, action and art; for the people that don't know the comedy stylings/material of this film is mature and dark, so I have to be selective on what I put here; so we have  Bartleby [ Ben Affleck] and Loki [Matt Damon:] these two blemished angels from heaven are trying to get back there: so in this sequence of events, they give these board members in their own board room a rundown of the evil things they have done and there is one person that is in this room, that is cleared of wrongdoing, so Bartleby steps out of this location as does Loki but then again he does come back to dish out punishment, we can hear, whilst Bartleby is sitting down in reception looking at this comic book, we can see the blood splatter going up in this location.

Character developments and performances; on both counts be it separately or together they are in-depth, because they know who they are or/and if they discover themselves: so on both counts they can range from good to excellent; the chemistry throughout the cast is really spot on as though on-screen chemistry really works as they discuss broadly speaking religion and other things with a minimum mature comedy references, it really is a case of a cast of performers that really want to not only make this film a reality, but also make it something special and yes they achieved this on both counts with flying colours, which usually I don't mention this; but in this case I will happily do so. I do believe that any negative accredited award is extremely harsh, because these character developments and performances are precisely what they were going for here, so it is extremely harsh and to award is negative awards; on average very little screen time is incredibly pernickety.

This film receives: 10/10, this film is top-notch entertainment; this is one of those films that you definitely need to see once in your lifetime, I recently had the pleasure to watch this film at the cinema where there was an extra section where Smith confirmed that he is now working on a sequel to this film, but back to this film; this film does have some awards accredited to its name such as 8 Nominees would include but not limited to Positive; Satellite Awards 2000 Golden Satellite Award Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role, Comedy or Musical Alan Rickman and Film Independent Spirit Awards 2000  Independent Spirit Award Best Screenplay Kevin Smith. Negatives; Razzie Awards 2000 Razzie Award Worst Supporting Actress Salma Hayek as

Serendipity: she is an Earth-bound Muse that we meet at some point on our journey Shared with: Wild Wild West and The Stinkers Bad Movie Awards 1999 Stinker Award Musicians Who Shouldn't Be Acting Alanis Morissette as God: without giving too much away this is pretty much exclamatory

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/shooting/drowning/torture/child abuse/man on women violence/racism/vehicle hit/vehicle crash/medical/references to sexual assault, suicide and domestic violence

Dirty Harry is on the case: briefly; Inspector Harry Callahan/Dirty Harry [Clint Eastwood:] he is a no-nonsense individual that works for the San Francisco Police Department, the wants to take down Scorpio/another name [Andy Robinson:] he is a serial murderer for ransom and by the way they call him Dirty Harry, because whenever there is a dirty job they send in Harry to clean it up.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 102 minutes film is good; but from time to time it is a bit slow.

Art, action and comedy; this is a very clean and tidy and well presented film, as you can imagine there are plenty of firearms being used including but not limited to a 44 Magnum revolver, with Inspector Callahan using his favourite quote "Uh uh. I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well to tell you the truth in all this excitement I kinda lost track myself. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and would blow your head clean off, you've gotta ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?" [Context meaning in a nutshell: you can go for your gun and try your luck and see if he has any bullets left or leave your hand off your firearm and potentially live for another day.]

Character developments, performances and comedy; by and large the character developments and the performances are all good, they are reliably good versions of what they are meant to be. But let's be completely honest here everyone that has been around films long enough  know this to be true; Inspector Callahan/Eastwood is completely with 100% certainty the entire reason that this film and franchise starts off on the right foot at minimum; Inspector Callahan is Eastwood, Eastwood is Inspector Callahan; Eastwood makes this role is very own, what with his cold exterior, what with him really disliking authority, there is only one thing he dislikes more and that would be criminals and even mocks someone trying to commit suicide; which is all perfectly sums up Inspector Callahan.

This film receives: 8/10, this film is excellent; it is a bit slow in places but it is still good to see Eastwood/Inspector Callahan doing his thing. This instalment does have some awards accredited to its name such as 2 Winners which include but not limited to Online Film & Television Association 2019 OFTA Film Hall of Fame Motion Picture and 4 Nominees Edgar Allan Poe Awards 1972 Edgar Best Motion Picture Harry Julian Fink Rita M. Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/domestic violence/man on woman violence/shooting/stabbing/drugs/suicide/vehicle hit/medical/reference to child abuse. There will be centred adult language adult language in this content

A first date and that really doesn't go according to plan: briefly; Violet Gates [Meghann Fahy:] she is a widow of a real dramatic history, turned online therapist and parent, that goes on this first date, but also receives is strange instructions that she needs to follow, because if she doesn't her son will pay the price.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 95 minutes film is god-awful, I swear I was pretty much done in this film after if you're lucky 33 minutes, I was completely and utterly disinterested in this title, but I had to struggle through the rest of it so I could do this content

Art and action; I mean it very much tries to be articulate and of a high standing when it tries to pull off this all blackout thing around our lead character or/and this slow motion effects garbage; well how can I put this nicely it bluntly; you can dress up a donkey manure as much as you like, at the end of the day it is still going to be donkey manure. I mean really don't get me wrong if it was a thought-provoking film or anything highbrow or trying to be genuine highbrow, I would genuinely cut this film some slack, but as it is I'm not that stupid. That action sequences of what we have on are nothing special or remotely solid, all I can say is if you're wondering if someone drops out of this location I can reassure you that yes this will happen.

Character developments and performances; on both counts they are incredibly dull, tedious and disjointed. Because our lead character has been instructed not to say anything to anyone, it deliberately and willingly takes you up the path of consequently being disjointed and yes there is a moment where they; meaning the date actually talk of real substance, because of everything else as it relates to this film it counterbalances this dialogue exchange of real substance, so all I can say is as it relates to the character developments or/and the performances is if this is what you're going for?... Well done you struck gold, but for me... Wake me up when this film is done.

This film receives: 1/10, this film is poor; as you may have guessed by now I just found this to be insufferable and I wasn't the only one as the person that I watch some of this content with agreed with my sentiment of basically this is awful, I mean we were even checking now and again to see how long we had left of this film to watch, I mean that is how bad this film is. Yet somehow this film has an accredited award to its name; 1 Nominee SXSW Film Festival 2025 Nominee Audience Award Headliner Christopher Landon

Christmas Karma 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Christmas Karma 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/immigration/racism/racism assault/transformation/burning/medical/references to cancer, social divide and everything to do with religion, ritual and all different cultures

One night can make a difference: briefly; this is an adaption of Charles Dickens 1843 novel A Christmas Carol; Mr. Eshaan Sood [Younger: Skanda Arun/Older: Unknown: meaning I couldn't find their name, I did think it was the eldest one, but then again they don't look alike, so I quickly dismissed that idea/Oldest: Kunal Nayyar:] he is a tight-fisted businessman that told by the ghost of his old business partner Jacob Marley [Hugh Bonneville:] which is condemned to spend the rest of eternity in the chains he made in life. The first ghost: the Ghost of Christmas Past [Eva Longoria:] she is a ghost that comes from the realm Día de los Muertos: it translates as Day of the Dead: which basically means the vale between our realm and the dead is weaker so that you can see your loved ones again on this day, it is predominantly a Mexican/Latin culture [apologies if I have missed out a nationality/ethnicity.]

Generally speaking: the framework is of the highly reliable storyline, musical numbers rotation and the pacing of this 118 minutes film is good, it just nicely progresses throughout this movie.

Comedy, the art and character developments; on our journey we meet this Cabbie [Danny Dyer:] he is a taxi driver for those that don't know what a cabbie is and for those people that know who Dyer is as you can imagine this role suits him down to the ground as he comes from London anyway, but let's just say at one point or another we get to hear this alternative version of 12 Days of Christmas and he is best associated with the British TV institution known as Eastenders and he is not the only one in this title.

The musical numbers/soundtrack: is truly a smorgasbord of sounds such as rap/urban with Manz a Scrooge: sung/rap by Mr. Sood's workforce: Doc Brown, Lady Leshurr & Shaznay Lewis. Next we have Christmas Bhangra Karma Featuring Jind Mahi sung by many characters at this gathering: Jassi Sidhu & Malkit Singh: Punjabi music with as you would expect an on-screen performance that has a level of joyful rhythm and for my final example we have Boy Inside the Man sung by Bob Crachit [plays: acoustic guitar] & Mary Cratchit: Leo Suter & Pixie Lott: as he explains to his children and begin with his wife that eventually comes around, that basically whatever without giving too much of the film way, that whatever has happened to Mr. Sood eventually he had to bury the boy within him and what is left is what we see.

Now apart from being three excellent musical numbers/soundtracks, there is another reason I chose these three tracks for examples and that is because they give a really in-depth idea of who Mr. Sood is and how he became this way, yes I am fully aware the storyline tells us throughout his journey anyway, but to give Mr. Sood more of a three-dimensional in-depth character and consequently person was a refreshing essentially take on Ebenezer Scrooge.

Character developments and performances; now and again with our three spirits that take our Mr. Sood through his journey; things in one way or another do get hard-hitting, but instead of being virtual signalling they actually discuss these topics in a civilised manner, just for the record the other two characters/performers from the UK TV program Eastenders are Nitin Ganatra as Parduman Singh: he is a corner shop owner and Shobu Kapoor as Mrs. Joshi: she is a cleaner for Mr. Sood. So this should be no surprise, but broadly speaking the character developments ranged from good to in-depth and likewise the performances of the cast ranged from good to should really get at minimum positive nominations for their performance as it relates to Nayyar: he really took this role and turned into something really special that for many years to come this project should be seen at first as a modern-day classic and when it gets much older a future Christmas classic for many decades to come, but the entire cast is vibrant with excellent chemistry.

This film receives: 10/10, this film is top-notch entertainment; after everything is said and done, it really does deserve this mark as you can clearly see/read it brings a lot to the table, with yes some thought provoking images and dialogue exchanges, but and yes some of you may not like this; but like it or not this is a part of British/Punjabi culture or Punjabi/British culture [I am putting both ways to illustrate regardless of how you want put it they are still a member of our society then, now and forever will be] and there is an extra credit sequence of events

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/transformation/shooting/cutting/environmental/dismemberment/burning/references to Russia and Germany

The older generation meets the younger generation, meets the oldest generation: briefly; J. Daniel "Danny" Atlas [Jesse Eisenberg:] he is still the same Atlas that we left all those years ago, just older, he was at one time the leader of the now defunct the Four Horsemen, so he tracks down these 3 talented individuals such as June McClure [Ariana Greenblatt:] she is a very highly skilled lock picker and pickpocketer; their mission is to take down Veronika Vanderberg [Rosemary Pike:] she is a diamond merchant and money-laundering and finally on our travels we get to meet Thaddeus Bradley [Morgan Freeman:] he is a retired magician-turned-debunker, that has a long history with the Eye and the Four Horsemen.

Generally speaking: the framework pacing of this 112 minutes film is good; it does nicely roll along throughout this timeframe

Art, action and comedy; the art on these tricks or staged tricks such as the spinning location is of the highest order of excellence not only from a visual perspective, but also an execution. But there are some things I was not a fan of such as; the location text on screen and would someone like to tell me what the hell was going on with Vanderberg/Pike's make up regardless of what she was wearing be it at everyday clothing or/and dress up? Because I am not a make-up artist or anything like that, but even I found it messy as hell, one minute it is thin, the next minute it is heavy; then again I should point out I hate the usage of too much foundation and just for the record Pike is gorgeous woman, so they should have been highlighting  what was already naturally there, we have a location breakout with a dark comedy reference which starts and adds to the chaos.

Character developments, comedy and performances; the character developments are broadly speaking of a positive standard; ranging from good to masterfully engineered and everything in the middle, the comedy is likewise well thought out and executed; with one proviso for here and now and this instalment; it is perfectly timed to do this comedy generation age gap thing as it relates to the old school characters/performers and the new blood characters/performers; even though it builds fantastic chemistry between this cast. I stress doing an identical point in time, in another project won't have the same impact twice, yes absolutely if you want you can bring back the comedy style, but at the same time you have to show time has passed and it characters/performers have grown and the cast of performers just gel smoothly together.

This film receives: 9/10, this film was excellent after; after everything is said and done it rightly deserves this mark, it successfully melds old parts with new ones, the negatives I have already spoken about at some point or another in this content already and it leaves things ready for another instalment, even though I have said this and there is an extra scene at the end of this movie; this is the worst kept secret in modern times of cinema, based on the fact two or three days before this film was released, you could accidentally put a 4 instead of a 3 into a well-known search engine and could find out that there is movement of a fourth instalment to this franchise.

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2025 by AverageMansReviews

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair & AJ Lee vs. Nia Jax, Lash Legend, the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions The Kabuki Warriors': Asuka & Kairi Sane & Becky Lynch; Women's WarGames Match: my pick is Team Jax, with Flair betraying her team and turning heel.

The AAA Mega Champion The Judgement Day's: Dominik Mysterio vs. Champ John Cena; Singles Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship: my pick is John Cena. So he can put this championship on the line in his last match at the end of that tournament.

Nikki Bella vs. Champ Stephanie Vaquer; Singles Match for the WWE Women's World Championship: my pick is Nikki Bella. Something tells me that this is where they are heading so why not do it now, just to get it over with.

The WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, the Undisputed WWE Champion King Rhodes, The Original Bloodline's: Roman Reigns, The Usos' Jey & Jimmy Uso vs. The Vision's: Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre & Brock Lesnar [with Paul Heyman;] Men's WarGames Match: my pick is Team Vision. This is clearly an exercise to show that Lesnar is still a big deal and let's be honest the WWE hierarchy would love for their Universe to forget the cloud hanging over  Lesnar's head you know amongst these allegations, so they can put him back in one of the main event pictures, there is only one rhetorical question I can leave this content on are we sure that Vince isn't still the head of creative for the WWE main roster?

Warning/Disclaimer:. there is flashing effects/colourful effects/transformation/squashing/animal cruelty/ritual/burning/melting/immigration/burning/environment/torture/slavery/chopping/reference to racism. Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional so any advice suggested is just that and in passing, if anything should go wrong I will not be held responsible for that.

The hunt continues: briefly; Elphaba Thropp/other name [Cynthia Erivo:] she is trying to bring the truth to Oz, meanwhile Galinda "Glinda" Upland/other name [Younger Glinda: Scarlett Spears/Older: Ariana Grande:] has become a public figure to Oz as she tries to bring a civil conclusion to the land of Oz to begin with.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 137 minute film is... well it uses the reliable outlay of storyline then musical number or vice versa, but it is very much depending on where you are in the film; it is a bit sticky as it relates to swing of things, but then again much later on it finds itself so there is that.

Art and action; what is clear to see is once again is outstandingly beautiful landscape/set designs of Oz there is always something to see and experience such as the building of the yellow brick road [I should very quickly point out I am specifically talking about brick laying, the machine and in no way shape or form am I talking about the animal cruelty aspect of it,] Elphaba's wardrobe/accessories and hideout with her torn cape thing or this tree surroundings this little highly imaginative and/or detailed and of course we have the musical numbers aspect: " Wonderful" sung/performed by the trio of Jeff Goldblum as the Wonderful Wizard of Oz: he is a fraud that has instigated this witchhunt for Elphaba amongst other things, Glinda/Grande and Elphaba/Erivo: basically the song is about the Wizard knowing the he is a fraud, but then again the people of Oz are going to believe, what they are going to believe: this is a very colourful musical number and much later on we have for another example "No Good Deed" sung/performed by Elphaba/Erivo: basically this song is about her trying to save somebody, but eventually coming to the realisation that whatever she does she will always be seen as evil, so if that is the case so be it she is evil: Erivo's performance is one power and excellent range and she can actually sing. Elphaba on a broomstick all of these sequences are quick paced good fun and of course when we have Glinda and Elphaba having a little tussle

Character developments, performances and voice performances; for me this is where this sequel loses so many marks, because without giving too much away some of the character development is best described as tenuous, which is lazy, because if you are really desperate you can go and watch the first instalment again to see if they did any other ground work for this character developments or even just re-live this moment that they make reference to, but I am not that sad to watch the first instalment again and consequently it makes one of the other key characters look incredibly dumb, as it takes them what seems minutes for the penny to drop on what is actually happening here, it would have been quite funny if it didn't take this character is such a long time to realise, basically we the audience are doing the equivalent of people standing around whistling waiting for the penny to drop in this moment, so consequently we get this crash course in this newly found couple; they have good chemistry, but it does feel a little bit rushed, the most of a character developments are all good.

I am just going to come out and say it... Grande you can't act, sure you can be a popular character, you can play the fake character, you can even play the crying character, but basically anything other than out of the circle of shallow, tedious character, I would say keep to the day job but then again you can't sing either her vocals are like nails on a chalkboard, I mean the only time you are palatable is when you are singing with somebody

Erivo; well I had a feeling they might have taken this approach in this sequel, what they have tried to do is marry up both of their lead characters, because in the previous instalment Elphaba/Erivo was an all-round strong character/performance and Glinda/Grande was anything but by comparison, so here they have attempted to and failed spectacularly, but still attempted to bring up Glinda/Grande to somewhere in the middle and taken bit of Elphaba/Erivo to bring her down, but at this point you made guest it just didn't work in fact on reflection it was like history repeating itself where Elphaba/Erivo was much better on her own or with other characters/performers and it is worthwhile mentioning that the person I want some of this content with really don't like these two performers as they find them annoying and to be fair I can see why as this is a partnership has this really grating on screen chemistry and presence, Elphaba/Erivo has better chemistry with everyone else and for the rest of the cast of performers and voice performers they are reliably good.

This film receives: 5/10, this film is mixed; I mean as you can tell it does hurt problems, but for the artistic outlay and musical numbers this is on one hand the biggest component/components to this film by absolute miles, before I continue I would like to state that I am not body shaming, but can I just say that there are some in this cast that has clearly lost too much weight and full disclosure I knew this before going in, but having to be reminded of that weight loss for roughly 137 minutes of a film, is something that I can't just sit silent about; these individuals have a responsibility to the next younger generation to promote on average a decent way of life, if you are having a issue with your food consumption in one way or another please go and see the right medical advice, so this is why I eventually settled on the mark they have, because yes roughly the further you go through this sequel the better it gets, but I had to think of a mark which summed up the entirety of this sequel on every single level. This film also has some awards accredited to its name such as 4 Winner which include but not limited to Heartland Film 2025 Truly Moving Picture AwardTruly Moving Picture Award Jon M. Chu (director) and The Queerties 2025 Queerty Next Big Thing. 7 Nominees would also include but are not limited to Astra Creative Arts Awards 2025 Astra Award Best Costume Design Paul Tazewell and from the same award ceremony/event Best Marketing Campaign

There isn't much safe about this sequel other than the condoms commercial: briefly; Sergeants Roger Murtaugh and Martin Riggs [Danny Glover and Mel Gibson:] they still work for the LAPD, but even for them they might even have bit off more than they can chew going after this South African diplomat in the form of Arjen Rudd [Joss Ackland:] he is a South African diplomat which may or may not be up to his eyeballs in criminal activity, but one thing is for certain, he has diplomatic immunity.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 114 minutes is busy with gusto.

Action, comedy and art; from the very beginning of this sequel we meet our two favourite Sergeants Murtaugh and Riggs in a high-speed chase, then Sergeant Riggs yet again finds himself in a swimming pool, which including the chaos leading up to this dunk it is all excellent comedy and on top of that, Sergeant Riggs let's just say releases these fishes to make his escape, leaving these questionable individuals to deal with this situation and finally we have Sergeants Riggs literally bringing the house down, so as you can probably tell the imagination and high level of creativity to pull off these sequences and others has to be given high praise indeed for looking clean and tidy/chaotically, fluidly structured, comical and manic.

Character developments, performances and comedy; they are excellent as for the returning cast of characters things get excellently progressed and filled out, I can also appreciate the fact that they chose to keep Sergeant Riggs' mental health issues still in the background, but yes scale them back to show that he has been around the Murtaugh family long enough to show that he is improving, but they unhinged nature is still there, when it is required. Because as someone with a mental health illness, it is an unrealistic and I hate it when people say I am cured or anything like this from a mental health illness, because I will tell you a secret, there is no cure and for those people that say they are; they are lying to you and themselves, now in short if you want to say it is under control or something like this... Fine that would be a fair assessment depending on the situation, but we clearly see the benefits of the Murtaugh's on Sergeant Riggs, but it just isn't a one way street, he is very much a part of the family as he feels comfortable and safe enough with them to talk about his history with Trish Murtaugh [Darlene Love:] she is the matriarch of the Murtaugh family, the wife to Roger and his children, she likes Martin and sees him as a part of the family, she keeps everything going whilst her husband and Martin are doing their thing, but this lady is not a pushover, because she deals with so much and what she says goes, okay Roger can protest or tried to protest but it won't get him very far. But back to this discussion with Sergeant Riggs: it may be a decent size moment but it sure is a lot of character developments from all concerned.

Now moving on to the newcomers: Rika Van Den Haas [Patsy Kensit:] she is a South African Consulate Secretary to this South African diplomat: because her excellent character developments and them being straightforward, I can't tell too much about them, but there are still excellent nonetheless and likewise the same goes for Leo Getz [Joe Pesci:] he is a money laundering that is giving evidence, but until then he is being kept under wraps and this job has been given to Sergeant Murtaugh and Sergeant Riggs: the reason why I can't say too much is because that would be giving too much of the film away in both cases, but when you watch this film it will be explained, the performances from the cast ranged from good to excellent; there really is free-flowing positive chemistry throughout and Getz/Pesci really does just slot in to the comedy aspects as well; these three performers from time to time even in serious moments or not have excellent comedic synergy.

This film receives: 10/10, this film is top-notch entertainment; as I have already indicated things get progressed excellently, now we have the inclusion of Joe Pesci as Leo Getz which just adds to the chaos and comedy and there is an ongoing sequence after the ending credits are rolling underneath the ending credits. This film also has some awards accredited to its name such as 1 Winner BMI Film & TV Awards 1990 BMI Film Music Award Michael Kamen Eric Clapton David Sanborn and 3 Nominees which include but not limited to Academy Awards, USA Oscar Best Effects, Sound Effects Editing Robert G. Pole Position [Season 1,] Episode 5: The Race by AverageMansReviews

Review Time:

5 things about this episode

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/other effects/transformation/vehicle crashing/shooting

1965 Ford Mustang: Wheels: Character [Character developments] and Storyline; he is another member of the Pole Position team artificial intelligence/removable/mobile/rechargeable part of this vehicle [very much like if you're old enough the old-fashioned removable cassette/CD players back in the day with some major differences;] such as Wheels is a 23 inch computer that is highly intelligent, mild-mannered, that has a basic face which is computer-generated, artificial intelligence and can talk, that can do many different things that for an example can transform this vehicle into a Hovercraft in Hovercraft Mode and he also does the intros before the opening credits which involves him over scenes/sequence of the episode telling us what is in store in today's episode.

Tanks: Art and Action; we have a very tiny scene of this tanks retro video game; where it is a two player [in this occasion;] we have these two tanks one in pink and the other in blue in this two-dimensional landscape of a maze type with dark blue grey bits or/and yellow; once again if you're old enough, yes it is one of those types of video games where you can either hide behind the wall, but also you have to be very careful, because every shot fired at the wall will take a hit, which means it will slowly in effect disintegrate which consequently will leave you open to be hit with these tiny little triangles representing shooting arsenal which has the same colour system at the tanks firing them; it is very cool and based on this and decided to award this episode another mark

This episode receives: 8/10, this episode is excellent; they should have really considered making this episode a two-parter, because on reflection there is a lot of wasted potential as the surroundings

The Polar Express 2004 by AverageMansReviews

The Polar Express 2004 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects

All board: briefly; this Train Conductor of The Polar Express picks up these children that have some issues such as not believing in Father Christmas/Santa Claus and this is some of the children's adventure [voice by/caption motion of other characters: Tom Hanks]

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 100 minute film is not the quickest, even when there are some quick scenes/sequences

Art and action; let's be positive for a minute; the scenery, movement of the train and the musical numbers; the best musical number is entitled Hot Chocolate sung by one of Tom Hanks's characters but still Tom Hanks voice: I would say with ease this is a massive musical number for this title has it has so much energy and enthusiasm and lots of things going on at the same time, these are contributing positives; they show excellent imagination and really captivating art, but unfortunately we have to talk about the caption motion/computer animation as it relates to the children; how can I put this nicely and I do stress nicely, man it is so ugly that this is one of those occasions where you just want to slap the parents around the face for their off-spring being so ugly and yes I do take in to consideration that this project is celebrating its 20th anniversary which on a quick side note I went to go and see this film at the cinema on this anniversary. But for an example I have seen older animated titles such as Toy Story 1995 and even though you can of what I can remember it looking a little bit worn, it still holds a standard of animation which is excellent.

But the children's all round movement is clunky and whatever you do don't look directly into their faces; because broadly speaking from a technical perspective it is like their faces/dialogue/singing can't keep up. Because it is a consistent elephant in the room which is incredibly irritating, infuriating and very quickly tedious; it really does distract you/off-putting, and where you are in this project at/or around that time when it happens.

For the action; we have a small number of occasions where they have decided to take things from the perspective of using the camera shot is meant to represent us the viewers; which simply means in this case it could mean we follow this ticket or/and we are set up to experience this rollercoaster like experience or away from this much later on these Christmas Elf's parachute down to their target.

Character developments, voice performances and motion caption; these are all good, if you are a Hanks fan in one way or another here is all over this project.

This film receives: 5/10, this film is mixed; to start off with don't get me wrong I am happy I have seen this film as it was my first time. But now I have seen it; it is one of those films that has a one-time appeal factor about it and not forgetting the faces thing. 5 Winners that includes but not limited to Bambi Awards 2004 Bambi Film - International Tom Hanks and 26 Nominees that include but not limited to Academy Awards, USA 2005 Oscar Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures, Original Song Glen Ballard Alan Silvestri For the song "Believe".

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/animal cruelty/animal biting/cutting/bodily functions/medical/cancer/reference to cancer

A family in mourning: briefly; we meet this family unit just after they have said goodbye to they were of one; Dad [Benedict Cumberbatch:] he is a graphic novelist writer and artist, which is currently working on a graphic novel which is going to be published when he has completed, he also has two sons to look after Boy 1 and Boy 2 [Younger: Charlie Harman/Older: Richard Boxall and Younger: Freddie Kirby/Older: Henry Boxall:] they are not bad kids, they are just handful from time to time. But it isn't too long before their dad at first is having psychological issues manifested by psychological issues/grief, which manifests this Crow/The Demon [Physically: Eric Lampaert/Voiced by: David Thewlis:] he is here to keep the dad company and do his best work and he might spread to the children if he does his best work.

Generally speaking: the framework has an outlay of a theatre production; this film has been sectioned off into all of the key characters and we start off with Dad, with simultaneously the pacing to create this atmospheric approach of a sense of realism/real-life for this 98 minutes of filming: this film is not an easy watch, but excellent framework and pacing.

Character developments, art, comedy action, performances and voice performances; now all of these components are individually strong, but altogether incredibly powerful; as the Dad will quickly understand the more you allow grief/mental health to feed, the more stronger it will become, so to begin with this Crow/Demon doing little bits and pieces like being in his head, voices and sounds followed by this gigantic Crow/Demon, which has been fantastically designed to be gigantic and authentic as a Crow [the smaller version of this Crow is excellent as well] and we also have some other out there alternative artistic flair and illustrations.

I should point out the comedy is well I shouldn't have to say this but I will anyway of a dark nature, to the point where the person I watch some of this content with and I were the only ones laughing, because we have both many years individually or together dealing with mental health issues, so how can put this nicely?... Once you have been touched by genuine mental health issues, if you didn't have a weird sense of humour before which I did, I definitely hear now. But when you have the Crow/Demon mocking the Dad, hey what can I say... The Crow/Demon is now and again a funny creature and for the action; I literally can't on too much about it, because the Crow/Demon is fighting with or something and it was entertaining stuff, you just couldn't see too much of what it was, you knew it of similar size and incredibly aggressive, but I would be making myself look like a fool if I had to guess.

Everyone I have alluded to in the basics storyline section of this content put in excellently powerful performances or they became the physical Crow perfectly; everyone just understood the seriousness of the material and made it come to life; the integration of the Crow/Demon verbally or/and physically is/was vitally important. Because if this family doesn't treat this manifestation as real with 100% certainty; this entire concept/film doesn't work, simply put if they don't take it as genuine how is your audience meant to? But there is excellent free-flowing chemistry from everyone involved be it physically or/and verbally and for those that I haven't mentioned they all put in good performances as well.

This film receives: 9/10, this film is excellent; straight off the bat I decided to award an extra mark; it is a really raw project about a mourning death of a loved one for all concerned as it relates to this family, but simultaneously it also shows the foundation level of mental health, so if you needed a visual representation of what living with mental health looks like, this film will show you. But having said all this; this film does have some negatives; which I am not best pleased either one, why am I seeing projects be it film or/and TV programs, why is it now acceptable and cheap to rely on cancer as something to generate hard-hitting character development, don't get me wrong it is hard-hitting, but someone that has experienced of a cancer situation and I am speaking also for the person that had cancer, we are far from happy that this in now we go to subject. Because we go to the cinema or watch TV programs to put cancer on the back burner, including the relentless usage of adverts involving cancer and on top of this; why didn't anyone emotionally protect the children? Minus the friend and teacher none of his family actually provides a protective filter for these two children. Okay it is acceptable for children to feel some form of loss depending on their age ranges is depending on how you deal with it, but not the full whack of loss considering this two children are not even 10 years old, they don't have the skills yet to filter anything, so I am angry by this, because I myself was one of those children the was put in a position where I didn't have these filters and I can tell you no child should be put in a position that they just have the skills to protect themselves.

I find it an absolute joke that as things stand this film has at worst 50% or 56% approval on rating websites and at best 6.4/10, when the now all I will say if it was a mother instead of a father that was in this position these ratings would be strongly positive or glowing so much so everyone would be concerned the instant impact of this movie onto the global warming/climate change, but as it is a man it makes as much sound as a fart in a thunderstorm. This film has some awards accredited to its name 3 Nominees which include but not limited to British Independent Film Awards 2025 British Independent Film Award Best Effects Conor O'Sullivan Martin Malmqvist Hayley J. Williams

Warning: there is burning/animal cruelty/bodily functions/drugs/slavery/sexual harassment/medical/references to racism

We follow most of her life: briefly; this is the story of Rebecca "Becky" Sharp Crawley [Young as Becky Sharp: Angelica Mandy/Older: Reese Witherspoon:] she is an orphan, but is very good at social climbing and this is her story up to a certain point anyway.

Generally speaking: I can't stand the outlay of these components individually or working together; the storyline/script and/or the framework and pacing of this 141 minutes film which then the vast majority of this film; One minute we are in 1802 and within a short time maybe over a decade has passed, by the way I am speculating on this because one minute she is about 7 or 8 years old and then possibly 18 years old: it is sometimes we get informed on screen and sometimes we don't, so even though this film is pretty much consistently pedestrian in its progression throughout its timeframe, which you will like myself quickly becoming tiresome of it, but also whatever connection or identifying with these characters that you have build up, if at all will be a complete waste of time, as they will move things along and time changes and so on and so forth, but you will have to settle down with these characters again and again, which if you have been viewing my content long enough, you may have gotten the idea that after awhile, my interest will diminish and then I will switch off, where I think I began checking how long have we got left to watch this film? About the 28 minutes mark, the person that I watch some of the content with, we both started checking on how long we had left to go; what can I say? This film just wasn't fun to watch and it was incredibly hard work, so in a nutshell you will feel every minute of this film as it agonisingly rolled past.

Art; this happens to be the biggest asset to this project by absolute miles; be it the costumes, set designs including but not limited to the Indian choreographed performance dance: it's centrepiece performer is Sharp/other name; Witherspoon

Character developments, performances, art and comedy; because what I was saying about the framework and pacing being the way it is; it is impossible to really connect with any of these characters/performers, so not only was I really bored, but also I was very much done with reconnecting with these characters/performers with or without indications of time jumps, so as it relates to the character developments and performances; the best I can say is meh they are mostly what they are meant to be, but the singing from Sharp/other name; Witherspoon is good and yes that would be now twice I have highlighted Sharp/other name; Witherspoon, so without her this version of this film would have really fallen flat on its face and without her and Eileen Atkins as Miss Matilda Crawley: she is very much a senior lady and a senior member of the Crawley family; and what I meant by a senior lady she has reached that age physically and mentally where she says what she likes when she likes, so when she is on-screen these are good character developments, good performance and there is synergy between Witherspoon and Atkins.

This film receives: 4/10, this film is mixed; yes from time to time in one way or another there is good art, but I can't tell you how bored of this project I was and just happy to get through it, there is an extra little something and yes this film does have some awards accredited to its name; such as 2 Winners that includes but not limited to Satellite Awards 2005 Golden Satellite Award Best Costume Design Beatrix Aruna Pasztor and 5 Nominees which also include but not limited to from the same award ceremony/event Best Art Direction/Production Design Maria Djurkovic Tatiana Macdonald

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for AEW Full Gear 2025 by AverageMansReviews

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for AEW Full Gear 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Casino Gauntlet Match for the inaugural AEW National Championship: my pick is someone returning. I was thinking I would be a bit more specific then just including someone debuting, so I am deliberately being specific when I say someone returning to give them a push and elevate them and this new championship.

Top Gods': FDR's: Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood [with Stokely] vs. Champs Bandido's: the ROH World Champion Bandido & Brody King; Tag Team Match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship: my pick is the ROH World Champion Bandido & Brody King. I think they have one more pay-per-view cycle in them, before they drop them to the challenges here, which would be a shame because everyone seems to get the concept of this relatively new pairing and yes when I last did an AEW pay-per-view predictions I forgot to mention the ROH World Championship apologies for that, but back to here and now. I am also fully aware that they could do this championship drop here, but it would be just a little bit early to do this in my opinion.

Darby Allin vs. Death Riders': Pac; Singles Match: Darby Allin. I would love to see Pac win here, but I don't think that is the story will go with here and one day before Pac leaves AEW he needs to win the AEW World Championship and no this is nothing to do with the fact that we are both British, but most of us have known for years regardless of the promotion or name change he just has IT to become a World Champion at a major promotion.

Kenny Omega, Jurassic Express': Jack Perry & Luchasaurus vs. Don Callis Family's: Josh Alexander [with Don Callis,] The Young Bucks': Matt & Nick Jackson; $1,000,000 Trios Match, The winners will receive a $1,000,000 cash prize: my pick is Don Callis Family's: Josh Alexander [with Don Callis,] The Young Bucks': Matt & Nick Jackson. I can see the brothers joining the family as to illustrate with Don behind them they can go anywhere and potentially become champions again at some point down the line.

The AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Moné vs. Champ Kris Statlander; Singles Match for the AEW Women's World Championship: my pick is Kris Statlander. I am hoping someone is either going to debut or return to cost Moné and feud with that individual for some time over just giving her another championship to hold, because it is still early to do this championship drop here

Mark Briscoe vs. Champ Don Callis Family's: Kyle Fletcher [with Don Callis;] No Disqualification Match for the AEW TNT Championship; If Briscoe loses, he will be forced to join The Don Callis Family: my pick is Kyle Fletcher. This is predominantly a storyline feud so this will come to pass

Babes of Wrath's: Willow Nightingale & Harley Cameron vs. Trio of Madness' Sisters of Sin's: Julia Hart & Skye Blue vs. Timeless Love Bombs': Toni Storm & Mina Shirakawa vs. Top Gods': Megan Bayne & Death Riders': Marina Shafir; Four-Way Tag Team Match; The winning team chooses the stipulation for their semi-final match in the inaugural AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship tournament: my pick is Trio of Madness' Sisters of Sin's: Julia Hart & Skye Blue. With the assist of their stablemate Thekla.

Death Riders': Jon Moxley vs.  The Paragon's: Kyle O'Reilly; No Holds Barred Match: my pick is Kyle O'Reilly. The only reason I haven't mentioned these two factions/stablemates is because I fully expect them to get involved at some point throughout this match slot, where if Moxley loses I can see the Death Riders' where I can see Pac taking over as their leader, because he is just as let's go with driven as Moxley with a quick willingness to press the sinister button.

One member of the AEW Trios World Champion The Opps': Samoa Joe vs. Champ "Hangman" Adam Page; Singles Match for the AEW World Championship: my pick is "Hangman" Adam Page. I think and I would really like Joe has at least one more World Championship run in him before he returns at some point in the near future. But having said all this, I just can't see it now has it would be still too early to do this. Just for the record if Chris Jericho did come back to AEW this should be the reason why he would come back as one more run as the main guy in AEW and you should spend the rest of his contract, if he signs a new one up around here, because like him or hate him Jericho deserves that for his career and specifically being a massive figure for AEW and just to finish off I don't believe his comments about TNA: meaning I know he said it, but Jericho and a fan of my years would know that Jericho is one of the best at playing the wrestling industry, so yes he might stay with AEW or something else or he might go back to the WWE [probably,] but for now here's just done what I expect someone like him to do and that is made himself a lightning rod for the wrestling industry, but if he trademarks something like "The Game Changer" he is going back to the WWE and if this is the case, it would be nice if Jericho just said to King Rhodes: thanks for leaving that other plays and you can back with your tail between your legs to the WWE, I just came back to have one last run, but the difference between you and me is I would still be welcome at the other place. I can only see him being allowed to use any of this and in this manner if they weren't around to set up an Undisputed WWE Championship feud/match.
