Real Talking Time:
This needs to be seen on the big screen: to be fully appreciated, but broadly speaking I know
you younger generations may see this as old and decrepit, but for the
generations that have been around longer than a sneeze, we can appreciate art
and emphasis on such things as the shark and the fact that they put in a lot of
effort to create it and alongside that we have personality provided by the
legend of movie composer/conductor "Jaws – Main Title" John Williams.
We
are also blessed with Roy Scheider as APD Chief Martin Brody and Lorraine Gray
as Ellen Brody, Murphy Hamilton as Mayor Larry Vaughn [of Amity Island,]
Richard Dreyfuss as Matthew "Matt" Hooper and Robert Shaw as Captain
Quint: they all do so much alongside the artistic creative team including John
Williams: to bring this life threatening situation to life with real
authenticity: in short if they don't take this project seriously or situation
seriously how where their audiences going to take it seriously and/or buy into
it. But luckily enough everyone did and for slightly over 50 years now [as of
this content being first created] it is still scaring people out of the waters,
so Happy 50th Anniversary and yes if I can I will probably go and see it on its
60th Anniversary at the cinema again, but at a minimum you need to see it once
in your lifetime first of all, so to wrap this up the person that I watch some
others contend with and I really did enjoy this experience and regardless even
if this person and I know something is coming, I still jump at moments in this
film.
