Fish & Chips:
briefly; Air Force One is attacked and consequently it leaves President Will
Derringer [John Cena:] he is the President of the United States of America and
previously an acting film star of the Water Cobra franchise and Prime Minister
Sam Clark [Idris Elba:] he is the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and
previously he served his country in the British Army: between them they have to
work out what the hell is going on, Oh yes they do exactly get along after an
situation involving fish & chips.
Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 113 minutes film is...
Well I have to be honest to begin with it is a little bit slow, but after the
opening section to be fair it does find itself, so broadly speaking I would say
it was good.
Action,
comedy and art; because when this film does get going eventually the action and
comedy is pretty consistent I will take a look at one sequence of events: we
have Prime Minister Clark and President Derringer that have gone themselves
into a spot of bother as they are fighting with these individuals and at some
point; one of these individuals loses a tooth and the some strange reason I
didn't see the funny side obviously, but still the some strange reason; the
camera shot comes from inside the mouth of this individual that has lost a
tooth looking outwards: the art is excellent fun and of a high standard.
Character
developments and performances; character developments and subsequently the
performances are both of a good standard; I know I am not really overly selling
you this film, but then again everything is a paint by numbers approach with
this title; okay I can say that this trio of performers; which I will reference
in the final section of this content are the spearhead; driving force behind
the success of this title and without them this film would have really
struggled.
This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; on the whole it does
everything in its power and at its disposal to get given this mark; the trio of
Cena, Elba and Priyanka Chopra as Noelle Bisset: she is an MI6 operative on
this mission, which doesn't go too well; that in some way or another they very
much keep this film going on every single level and yes at some point there is
this extra credit seen in the closing credits.
