Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/vehicle crashing/burning/medical

We are up against the wall for the remaining races: briefly; we meet Ruben Cervantes [Javier Bardem:] he is the current owner of the APXGP team in Formula One, he is on the verge of losing everything to the board, so he called upon the good old friend that he used to drive with back in the day with Lotus as teammates Sonny "Old Man" Hayes [Brad Pitt:] he is even by his advanced age still a extremely talented driver, but however he is a loose can with an extensive colourful history. But it isn't all bad for this F1 franchise/team; they have one of the best young races in Joshua" Swan" Pearce [Damson Idris:] he is a very highly talented racer, but we have raw talent needs experience and even with reassurances that is seat is safe from Cervantes; Pearce is less than thrilled by these turn of events.

Art and action; well let's point out the obvious; if you have seen Top Gun: Maverick 2022 Link https://averagemansreviews2017.blogspot.com/2022/06/top-gun-maverick-2022-by.html : they have essentially taken those styles of camera shots and adapted them for an F1 vehicle including but not limited to seeing things from the driver's perspective; which as the person I watch some of this content with; indicated that it gave this film a full on immersive experience and we both agreed on that you can see where most of this movie's budget went; to ensure that the biggest visual and action perspective of this title was just precisely that; immersive, impactful, slick and impressive and of course we have the training montages which does keep the vibrant nature of this film going.

Character developments, comedy and performances; the character developments are essentially from a safe and reliable model of coming-of-age as it relates to Pearce or kind of as it relates to our older statesman Hayes; but more often than not they are all working together to make their team; APXGP go in a positive direction throughout the rest of the season and the cast reflect that sentiment as well; but having said that I will be slightly disappointed if Pitt, Idris, Bardem or/and Kerry Condon as Kate McKenna, the APXGP Technical Director: is the best at her job and really doesn't mind doing the straight talking thing with Hayes and when she appears; Sarah Niles as Bernadette Pearce: she is the mother of Joshua and when the chips are down she is fiercely protective over her son; that and for one example of the comedy reference; broadly speaking she doesn't think Hayes is too old as he still has IT [whilst he is standing by her son in a poster.] But I digress; my point being here was this; I will be slightly disappointed if individually or altogether they don't at minimum get some more nominations for some more positive awards; because if they didn't generate this chemistry which this film runs off predominately them [without racing or/and training montages] this film would be looking out a different mark.

This film receives: 10/10, this film is top-notch entertainment;, usually more often than not I don't have much to say here, but in this case I have; let's be positive first of all; unfortunately if you are one of those people that are considering watching this film when it comes out on streaming services unless you have a massive and I mean wall filling like 90% of the wall space; then this is one of those films that you really need to see at the cinema. This has nothing to do with the film, but it also fits in with the film experience; whomever decided from their marketing team to put out the first trailer which was very short and essentially didn't give too much; needs to definitely be put on a warning for if they ever do this garbage again, they will find themselves on the unemployment line. Now that might sound a little bit harsh, but at the same time the film industry is a business and if you don't market something correctly it will cost you money and for an excellent example; the person I want some of this content with; first said no to watching this film based off the first trailer and the little fact that this film is 156 minutes long, but I throw my weight around and said I had to go and see it, because it could and is a summer movie. This individual warmed up to the idea after seeing more trailers, but I kept saying I just hope this film is good and on the day of going to see the film I said I have low expectations, I just hope this film is good. That is why it I was firm on whomever came up with this idea for this short trailer should face some kind of repercussion, because it really is detrimental to this film and possibly costed it money [this is based on opinion and not fact as of this content being first created: budget is somewhere between $200-$300 millions and as of this content it is sitting at Just over $165 million; so it still needs to do some business; but even I think which I hope I'm wrong, but it is going to be a tough ask to get $300 million back [yes I have just taken the top figure, but based on my opinion I feel that a real target would be somewhere between $210-$250 million, taking everything into consideration that I covered in this content.] There is an extra sequence of events at the beginning of the ending credits so you don't have to sit around for much longer after that and yes this film has some awards to its name like; 2 Nominees Golden Trailer Awards 2025 Golden Trailer Award Best Action Trailer and Best Summer 2025 Blockbuster Trailer

A Real Pain 2024 by AverageMansReviews

A Real Pain 2024 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there is drugs/torture/consistent World War II or and Holocaust themes and/or references including the Soviet Union or/and Russia, immigration, racism and suicide.

Let's go off to Poland: basically; we have these two Jewish cousins; David Kaplan [Writer/Director for this film: Jesse Eisenberg:] he is in computer advertising that kind of thing, meanwhile his cousin: Benji Kaplan [Kieran Culkin:] is possibly a intelligent individual but doesn't push himself and is going through a difficult time with the passing of their grandma so they are making a pilgrimage to Poland to honour her; via a World War II tour.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 90 minutes film is good, there is some pleasant background music to support this film and not forgetting our lead partnership do a lot for this film in one way or another, but I will discuss them later.

Art; I can't stress this enough minus anything to do with World War II; we have some beautiful landscapes and scenery from time to time throughout this film and just to make this crystal clear I will say it again minus anything to do with World War II.

Comedy, character developments and performances; to be honest and professional at the same time I come from the UK so we understand dark comedy, but having said that this film isn't for heavy amounts of of the time funny, be it comedy or dark comedy or anything in between, yes I did for fleeting moments find little tiny bit funny here and there be it references to Jewish people and being financially tight or something to that effect or bodily functions and the person that I watch some of this content with can also saying that; it wasn't very funny and the only time it was; was with the bodily functions scene; but I digress; for the rest of the time it was uncomfortable comedy when it showed itself; without being racist but just purely talking about the elephant in the room; I felt uncomfortable because I wasn't and am not Jewish, so it is just one of those things where if you are Jewish you have every right to find it funny or not, but because I am not Jewish it just felt awkward, really awkward.

Broadly speaking the character developments and performances are mostly good, but it is down to David/Eisenberg and/or Benji/Culkin to put in excellent performances and conversely an excellent partnership of one is putting in hard work, getting somewhere and having a family whilst the other is/could be something if he just put in some hard work and stop holding onto the passing of their grandma. But I need to make this abundantly clear for all this excellent character and the chemistry; we are left with one question of what happens next which really did/does annoy me, so this will be reflected in my mark.

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; as I have already indicated I do understand it is one of those films that it is about the journey, but having said that because we are dealing with a lot of hard-hitting stuff, without giving too much away, it could have done with a much better rounded ending, instead of this really unfulfilling conclusion and finally I have decided to see this film as a drama and not a comedy. This film has so many awards accredited to it in one way or another with 41 Winners that includes but not limited to Chicago Film Critics Association Awards CFCA Award Best Supporting Actor Kieran Culkin, from the same award ceremony/event Best Original Screenplay Jesse Eisenberg. 76 Nominees that includes but not limited to American Cinema Editors, USA 2025 Eddie Best Edited Feature Film - Comedy, Theatrical Robert Nassau and Casting Society of America, USA Artios Award Outstanding Achievement in Casting - Studio or Independent Feature - Comedy Jessica Kelly

The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert 1994 by AverageMansReviews

The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert 1994 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/transformation/hate crime against people of the rainbow community/animal cruelty/under age/bodily functions/medical/references to the rainbow community

Two gays, one transgender and one big bus called Priscilla: briefly; Anthony "Tick" Belrose/Mitzi Del Bra [Hugo Weaving:] this person is a drag queen, the is putting some shows together to perform at Lasseters Hotel Casino, so he called upon these two individuals: Bernadette Bassenger/other name [Terence Stamp:] this person is a transgender individual, that is the more down to earth individual that is also a drag queen and finally we have Adam Whitely/Felicia Jollygoodfellow [Guy Pearce:] this person is the comedian out of a trio or/and likes to wind up Bassenger and is also a drag queen; they get all aboard Priscilla I am sure nothing goes wrong on their journey.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 104 minutes film is good; but for some occasions this project goes through a loll; I mean it does pick up its feet again; if just a little bit patchy.

Art; broadly speaking; as it relates to the costume designs, choreography and etc are all of the very high quality indeed; the costumes/wardrobe are excellent and detailed with likewise in these performance pieces are excellently detailed and good fun

Comedy and action; Whitely/Felicia Jollygoodfellow as I have already referenced is the immature one of trio so as you can imagine on a journey he is the one that may or may not bring up a few topics of an immature nature, [on a quick side note: watch out for the ping-pong balls, trust me you won't be able to miss this sequence of events, but I digress;] and if I was him I wouldn't use Bassenger other name as this person doesn't like it, so as Whitely/Jollygoodfellow will discover the price for using it is to get beaten up.

Character developments and performances; all the character developments are excellent I hasten to add a caveat of: I am aware I am dealing with a sensitive topic so obviously I don't mean the characters that are uncivil. But for everyone us they are who they are and they accept others; but then again when you have Weaving, Stamp, Pearce and Bill Hunter as Robert "Bob" Spart: in a nutshell; he is someone our Queens pick up when Priscilla breaks down and eventually he becomes their mechanic for the rest of the journey. But when you have this foursome making these characters/roles their very own; it makes filmmaking very easy like walking in the park: but throughout minus what I had previously referenced there is faultless chemistry through this cast.

This film receives: 9/10, this film is excellent; it is most definitely one of those films they need to see once in a lifetime and the only reason I took a little bit of oils for the pacing, there is also one ending credit scene right at the end of this film. This film also has some awards accredited to its name; 11 Winners that include but not limited to Academy Awards, USA 1995 Oscar Best Costume Design Lizzy Gardiner Tim Chappel and BAFTA Awards 1995 BAFTA Film Award Best Costume Design Lizzy Gardiner Tim Chappel and Best Make Up/Hair Cassie Hanlon Angela Conte Strykermeyer. 19 Nominees which include but not limited to continuing from the same award ceremony/event Best Actor Terence Stamp, Anthony Asquith Award for Film Music Guy Gross, Best Cinematography Brian J. Breheny way, Best Screenplay - Original Stephan Elliott and Best Production Design Owen Paterson Colin Gibson

Warning: I will use censored adult references.

As soon as I published the related content: CM Punk took to the stage of the WWE Night Of Champions Kick Off Show and proceeded to give everyone verbal oral sex as he spoke of a guy in the crowd wanting him to apologise; he apologised for referencing their country as blood money 5 years ago in the message to The Miz where Punk said basically he had just woken up and he was grumpy or something to that effect he had since apologised to The Miz, so he had to apologise to them as well then he went on to talk about this event, which will disclosure I haven't much on that other than where Punk makes reference to zigzagging and other little bits and pieces, but I am delighted to see that some of the audience wasn't buying any of Punk manure and just for the record his whole defence of I woke up basically grumpy isn't really fudgin' weak, because at the time he was roughly 41 years old; not 12 years old; then at the end Punks goes off stage and gives this guy that wanted him to apologise for this message a hug.

To be honest it has taken a lot of people to realise that Punk is basically a punk as I have seen under one video clip these comments; such as sell out and corporate man.

For those people that are trying to spin the narrative that Punk didn't at minimum have contact with the boy that it has been now switched to alleged to have pushed; can I just say what a load of manure, as I have already referenced in the related content and boy was at best single digits of age and Punk especially, putting Randy Orton to one side wasn't interested in spending 30 seconds or less with him and yes I have seen footage to go that Punk made it a thing to take pictures, I mean isn't it funny every other or mostly every other wrestling talent takes a few minutes for their children bass fans.

Finally; do I believe Punk's apology and/or sincerity?... Do I hollocks! This is purely based on speculation/opinion, the WWE probably had to be seen to be doing something to squash Punks' previous or more recent comments/behaviour before the Saudi regime probably at minimum had something to say; you know it is a case of keeping big daddy happy, I mean the WWE would dislike it if they stopped paying them large sums of money, if you want my brutal yet honest opinion I think this is all fudgin' that this colossal empire known as the WWE are no longer this massive empire, but instead being female doggies to TKO, Saudi Arabia and Netflix so even before I receive backlash my opinion yes the WWE are still an empire, but very much puppet on a string.

Warning: I will use censored adult references.

Well that didn't take long for Punk to steal the headlines: what do you want me to say really? It is CM Mother Loving Punk, I don't care how old he gets, he is always going to be a petulant child where if he doesn't want to be somewhere; in one way or another he is going to make it obvious that he doesn't want to be there; Punk [as of this content being first created is 46 years old] and yet again consistently shows that after everything is said and done should never be on anyone's Mount Rushmore. I mean after returning to the WWE at the back end of 2023 it must have dawned on him that at some point he will have to at minimum go to Saudi Arabia and for myself that sees through the Punk horse manure is absolutely delighted to see him having to bow down to not only the WWE, but also Netflix and the icing on the cake is now the Saudi Arabia resume, I mean how does it feel Mr "Just when they think they've got the answers, I change the culture," in fact you have changed nothing you went to AEW for a big bag of money, you went back to the WWE for a big bag of money, but don't you see Mr Straight Edge; you have become what you thought against for all those years; which is a promotional stooge and a hired gun, don't forget to go all the way down when you are performing oral sex.

Now if you don't remember what I am referring to; roughly 5 years ago he responded to The Miz when The Miz referenced Punk to something on the effect of Sorry I didn't change the culture and Punk in retaliation took to social media on now a delete message: “Go suck a blood money covered d**k in Saudi Arabia you f**king dork.”

I accept that throughout a wrestlers career they may or may not or definitely try not to bend the rules of being a hypocrite, but other than these two things; which are in this case playing geopolitics and being repeatedly adamant about something such as pushing the idea of never returning to the WWE and yes I am looking at you as well Cody Rhodes.

Onto the incident: I don't care if they have just gotten off the plane, I mean don't the WWE and their talent get it yet, when you come and land on Saudi Arabia's soil [which I am aware that talent has the option to decline, but then again they get put under heavy pressure to attend;] but regardless you are essentially their female doggies, why do you think they give you such a financial incentive? So case and point; if a child no more than possibly double-figure age or probably a little bit less wants a selfie with you: Punk or/and Randy Orton; you do it, I could/can understand if it was maybe a 15-year-old and up, you know then they should know you aren't ready for anything yet, but what you don't do under no circumstances is noticeably push the child; yes the keyword here is noticeably; because I am not saying it was hard, but it was noticeable that the action took place and Punk in fact the security and Orton also gave a hand gesture that he wasn't interested.

So it isn't any surprise that I believe is very minor situation could on one hand been dealt with so much better and secondly yet again I will be surprised if the WWE doesn't face some kind of backlash from the Saudis; because they have been trying for over a decade or longer to show to the rest of the world that they are a progressive nation; which yes I find to be laughable, but for it WWE wrestler seemingly to be rejecting one of their subjects, this is definitely not one of the images that the Saudi Arabia government wants to be seen by the rest of the world and for those people that wanted this wrestling event cancelled due to let's just say conflict; you have got to be joking right? There is no way in hell the WWE or/and the Saudi Arabia government are going to cancel this partnership; get this into your fudgin' thick heads the only way this business arrangement/deal ends is if for some strange environmental reason like Saudi Arabia gets completely covered over in sand and consequently doesn't exist anymore that is the only reason this business arrangement ends.

Elio 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Elio 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/transformation/shooting/biting/electrocuting/dismemberment/melting/medical/kamikaze kind/abduction/medical

Hello Elio: briefly; we meet Elio Solís/another character [voiced by Yonas Kibreab:] he is a young boy at the age of 11 years old, that after the tragic passing of both of his parents he is living with his auntie: Major Olga Solís [voiced by Zoe Saldaña:] she is a major in the air force, she works on this base. But after Elio go walking he becomes fascinated with outer-space: this is his adventure.

Generally speaking: straight off the bat I will discuss more about this section and the entire film in the final section of this content; but for now; the framework and pacing of this 98 minutes film is straightforward; even though I did momentarily fall asleep now and again.

Art, comedy and action; sometimes the art looks and feels really generic; such as for an excellent example; I find these human being really obvious chins really odd and I'm not a fan of them; it's like someone having a spot or mole or anything like this really on their face and a person comes up to talk to them and you can't help but stare at it. But then conversely the art can be amazing as we meet these characters with their very defined presentation in one way or another, including but not limited to the location where we meet these characters; this is where they stop at nothing to create this landscape and these characters. I like how this sequence where Elio comes back day after day to do this activity, we have another character attempting to move like a zombie with later on the thumb sequence like/adapted from Terminator 2: Judgment Day 1991 and finally there is this shuffle navigation sequence which is good fun

Character developments and voice performances; on both counts they are reliably good versions of what they are meant to be as in if this is what they were going for? They achieved it with flying colours.

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; it does as I have somewhat indicated follows the safe and reliable outlay of an animated project from somewhere between the very late 1990's to potentially 2015: where if you were around in this timeframe we went through a phase of having different projects, but essentially following the same template of the following: solid storyline, highly colourful animation; with sometimes engaging artistic visions such as this project has, our main character feeling out of place, so consequently looking for where they belong, conflict and resolution, maybe finding friendship on the way, some comedy moments and design for the demographic of younger families. But maybe someone didn't get the memo it is now 2025 and possibly what was a potentially solid investment back then if they followed this criteria, clearly isn't any more as over its opening weekend it only took $35 million from a budget of astonishing $150 million: which yes I know this is of an average budget really for an animated project. But in this case even I have to ask how the hell did they expect to get this back or/and at minimum make $50 million profit on top? Especially with being released roughly a week after the live-action version of How to Train Your Dragon 2025 Link https://averagemansreviews2017.blogspot.com/2025/06/how-to-train-your-dragon-2025-by.html; I think we can all say good luck with that you are going to needed, going up against a project that everyone wanted to see vs. a project that we have very little idea what it was about; obviously there was only going to be one winner which I have just realised I have given them the same mark. There is some extra bits and pieces and an extra scene right at the end of the ending credits and this film also has some awards accredited to its name; 2 Nominees; Golden Trailer Awards 2024 and 2025  Golden Trailer Award Best Animation/Family [Yes: event and award just running back to back years.]

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/transformation/sexual harassment/attempted sexual assault/domestic abuse/domestic violence/rainbow language/references to racism and somewhere in this content will be links to race, so I would like to point out I am not a racist in the slightest.

Three Drag Queens come to a little town called Snydersville: basically; three drag queens have got to wait some days in this town whilst they wait for this vehicle part; first we have other name/Vida Boheme [Patrick Swayze:] this American person is elegance personified, other name/Noxeema Jackson [ Wesley Snipes:] this African-American person has a very wide knowledge of movies and putting was mostly this individual doesn't like it when you don't have manners and finally we have other name/Chi-Chi Rodriguez [John Leguizamo:] this Latin American is our least experienced drag queen, but this person has been taken under the wing of the other two drag queens and this is their story.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 105 minutes film is good; it settles down to its task and just get on with it

Comedy, action and art; there are comical references from time to time in the dialogue exchanges, Jackson tries to keep up with this person or/and later on just carries on talking about films until this same silent person begins to talk or/and later on; Jackson decides to crush some nights to teach these individuals some manners on how to talk to ladies, obviously the art has to be the costume and wardrobe design; as they are fabulous; it is just a shame that this project got given nominees for this as they really should have

Character developments and performances; now as I said earlier I am in no way shape or form being racist; but having said that if these characteristics are what they are I can't be held responsible for them. Our trio of drag queens each faultlessly and very naturally embody what it is to be an American, African American and Latin American with also on top of that Rodriguez being mentors to be a better drag queen; which from time to time as you would expect there to be some free-flowing and frank back and forth not only between themselves but also other people from time to time; Swayze, Snipes and Leguizamo should have got either a nominee as it relates to Snipes or/and so many more positive award nominees or/and awards because of their performances in this film that is for sure and behind them are these excellent characters/performers such as the entire cast; RuPaul as Rachel Tensions; this person is handing over their title and  Robin Williams as John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt: he can get his hands on things that our trio is looking for.

This film receives: 10/10, this film is top-notch entertainment; it is a modern-day classic and should be definitely seen once in your lifetime, even though I struggled actually to be more precise I forgot the title, but I remember this film by its trio leading performers so I got this film title by their names; which they should made it catchier and smaller; but that is beside the point; even though this film was released in 1995; it still holds great value as these people coming to this location, they don't mean any harm but also they don't push their way of life on to these folks, I mean other than teaching some manners, it has a great sense of balance, but in hindsight maybe this film was too much before its time and just to cover my back when you think this film is finished there is one more sequence. This film also has some awards accredited to its name; 3 Nominees GLAAD Media Awards 1996  GLAAD Media Award Outstanding Film, Golden Globes, USA 1996 Golden Globe Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture - Comedy or Musical Patrick Swayze and Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture John Leguizamo

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for WWE Night of Champions 2025 by AverageMansReviews

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for WWE Night of Champions 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Just a heads up: there will be some censored adult language references in this content at one point or another.

Sami Zayn vs. Karrion Kross [with Scarlett;] Singles Match: my pick is Karrion Kross. I just want to go on record by saying; I think that the WWE or slowly but surely missing the fudgin' boat with Kross, but at this point am I surprised? Not really, but they really need to do something better with Kross.

Solo Sikoa vs. Champ Jacob Fatu; Singles Match for the WWE United States Championship: my pick is Jacob Fatu. In a nutshell I fully expect there to be interference on both sides, consequently the champion here will retain and this feud will continue.

Asuka vs. Jade Cargill; Queen of the Ring Tournament Final Match; The winner is crowned "Queen of the Ring" and receives a match for their respective brand's world championship at SummerSlam: my pick is Jade Cargill. Trips is more than likely going to want to push the younger here, but we will probably get a threat match at WWE SummerSlam 2025 including Iyo Sky for her WWE Women's Championship, which whilst I'm on the subject is run has been a complete fudgin' joke as you have one of the best female wrestlers predominantly in some way or another being in the background of what is happening in her division that she reigns over, so they will probably like 99.9% put this fudgin' championship reign out of its misery at SummerSlam.

Rhea Ripley vs. One half of the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions The Judgement Day's: Raquel Rodriguez; Street Fight: my pick is Raquel Rodriguez. With the assist from this stable's latest newest member Roxanne Perez, to continue this storyline on putting Perez in live Morgan's spot. Because Morgan is long-term injured and won't be seen for some time.

Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes; King of the Ring Tournament Final Match The winner is crowned "King of the Ring" and receives a match for their respective brand's world championship at SummerSlam: my pick is Cody Rhodes. It is distinctly possible as this in the first year with WWE SummerSlam being a two night extravaganza [Saturday 02/08 and Sunday 03/08/2025] they may want to set up something like Rhodes vs. Champ John Cena for his Undisputed WWE Championship with CM Punk as the Special Guest Referee to ensure Cena doesn't use any heel tactics.

CM Punk vs. Champ John Cena; Singles Match for the Undisputed WWE Championship: my pick is John Cena. As I have already alluded to I don't see the champion being beaten here due to heel tactics, but all I would ask is please, please stop fudgin' using 101 of the champions heel tactics handbook, basically hitting someone with a championship; I mean at minimum can we not hit someone on to the championship to then picked up the pin fall? I have to be really honest; I have really fudgin' tapped out of this Cena heel championship run, the sooner we get through this the better.

Warning: there will be adult censored language and I will be bringing up a very uncomfortable topic or/and topics at some point in this content.

Real Talking Time:

What the hell are you thinking?: So if you are from my generation, basically in your early 40's or slightly younger or/and older you have been waiting to see if they would make this film, to finish off this trilogy as it has been 18 years since 28 Weeks Later, so as you can see it is finally here and it did we get what we were waiting for?... Did we hollicks! Instead what we got was a beginning of a story, but don't worry they didn't give us that instead we got sent/dropped off somewhere else to have this origin/back story; where we haven't got a fudgin' clue on what is actually happening, because as I have already indicated we have spent almost 2 decades away from this world, so you know you may want to fill it in a bit... No okay then, so we will just be getting confused okey-dokey.

On top of that; let's talk about this incredibly large elephant in the room; let's depict terminal cancer and assisted death; it's not like that is a hot topic at the moment within the UK and it has been for some time now; this was absolutely tone deaf, as someone that has dealt with the situation of cancer for roughly 4 years with the possibility of assisted death in my future [having said that I am seriously hoping not, but I am wise enough to understand that this may be an outcome.] I was infuriated by this section of this instalment and it shouldn't be any surprise to anyone but the air around me was full of adult language references, including but not limited to the person that I watch some of this content with asking me if I wanted to leave, which I declined.

Because at this time I was under the idea that this was the conclusion of the trilogy; which after doing some research I was so, so fudgin' unbelievably wrong as this is possibly just the beginning of a trilogy in itself: you see after doing some research I can now drop the bombshell if you don't know: we are guaranteed to get a sequel at the beginning of 2026, I know it's guaranteed because we have a title  28 Years Later: The Bone Temple 2026, some of the cast list and a release date 16/01/2026 [to cover my back: I'm going to give myself a little bit of leeway by saying subject to change possibly] and as far as I can tell the general idea as of this content being first created is; there is a wanting to do a sequel after this as well.

Now as I am a cynical old goat yes this current instalment is doing incredibly well at the box office from a budget of $60 million; it has made $60 million at the box office [this figure is subject to change obviously.] But I have some major concerns; for this franchise going forward; if you were like me as I said earlier you may have shown up to see what you believe as did I see the conclusion of this trilogy; which obviously would have helped getting butts in seats. But instead of that some people left confused and I know this because I have hearing like a bat from the row behind me; they were laughing and to broadly bring their words together; there were some good bits but it made no sense, so hypothetically speaking good luck trying to get them to come back for possibly another two instalments, let's be really real about this situation; they have left it about a decade too long for this manure. Because I have been around films long enough, I feel I have heard the right to say this; things happen in cycles meaning if you cultivate a full on in one generation for your franchise you are lucky and grateful, but to leave it for almost 2 decades, when your original generation has moved on in life I mean for an example it isn’t like something like Marvel or/and Star Wars which can be possibly passed down from generation to generation; but for this franchise it isn't unheard-of for them to come back, but all of them to come back there is going to be very difficult; case in point I was talking to a friend today which is much younger than I am; this individual at first didn't have a clue what I was talking about but after some reminding they understood which this individual also pointed out that in their titles they had missed out on instalment for months which the person I also watch some of this content with highlights this as well. But I digress: my point is clearly this; before and especially after this instalment it is going to be an uphill struggle to get those people to possibly come back especially with what I have discussed about the storyline and the potential of a trilogy and just for the record they should have come up with 28 years Later: A Dawn of a New Day, you know to indicate that we are taking this franchise somewhere new/different and this final bit will be based on purely speculation: what happens if this third instalment does not get green light? Straight away I want to say I am sure it will, but what if it doesn't? We will never have an ending for this ongoing saga which I will be absolutely furious with if it transpires this way, I just think that this is highly unnecessary they should have just finished off with this trilogy here and now.

We're in  Lindisfarne: briefly; we are in this new world and is location where we meet this small family unit; such as James [Aaron Taylor-Johnson:] he is the figurehead of this family and his scavengers/hunts things from the mainland; he also has one son by the name of Spike [Alfie Williams:] he is 12 years old and in his father's eyes, he has come of age to go scavenging/hunting even though the age is meant to be 15 years old; but throughout this film Spike will find out more than what is suitable for a 12 year old to know; he comes-of-age much quicker than anyone had seen coming.

Generally speaking: the script; for now all I can say is this; it probably isn't what you were expecting, if you haven't done the research [which before going to see this film I hadn't;] so it probably won't make any sense to you, just for the record I keep saying probably, because I like to hedge my bets that at least some of you have done your homework. So based on the idea of me not having a clue what is/was happening, I was confused amongst other things. So based on this; I found the framework and pacing of this 115 minutes film to be mystifying, but that to one side for a minute; something good [at some point or another I will address the mystifying.]

Action, art and comedy; the action sequences are the kind of things that you expect from this rage zombie/horror franchise by now; so all I can point out is where these zombies got burnt like crisp; as it shows real creativity and something that could possibly happen in this world and then we have the very final action sequence; this was high octane, amusing action that I can point out in this content; but unfortunately I can't say too much more than that; if or when you see this film it will make perfect sense to why I can't. On one hand; I can't stand the momentarily pause sequence in some action sequences. Now if you have been following me long enough you know more often than not like 99.9% of the time [so it is incredibly rare] I liked these slow motion effects, so you can imagine when I experience is momentarily pause sequences I hate them with a passion; just no thank you I will now move on to on the other hand the scenery, landscapes and everything else; look amazing, they did a fantastic job of bringing this world to life and obviously updated since were last here and finally we don't have too much in the way of comedy, but we do have one or two moments; such as seeing the effects of Botox for the first time and consequently insulting another person's girlfriend.

Character developments and performances; the character developments; bringing with are a bit confusing; based on the fact that we begin in one place and then, within a little while we get transported somewhere else, then for broadly speaking without giving too much away they are mostly good and then; we have the absolutely tone deaf character developments which absolutely destroyed this film for me [in the final section of this content I will discuss this and what I have planned to do about it] and for the performances; they are good, on reflection as I have already made reference to the coming-of-age should be highlighted as a positive over than that the ones that stood out for me are Aaron Taylor-Johnson; he puts in a performance of somebody that resembles normalcy for this world and is by and large trying to do the best for his family and the community. Ralph Fiennes as Dr. Ian Kelson: he is a excellent doctor, that may have an unfair reputation but then again his appearance doesn't do anything to prove anything to the contrary and for Fiennes he puts in a very typical faultless performance as the doctor as nothing really fazes him.

This film receives: 2/10, this film is poor; this film is going to need a lot of explanation, so consequently I will have to do a separate piece of content for that and when it is done I will leave it at the bottom of this content as well, so it is up to you if you want to view it or not. But what I can say for now is as I have indicated in this content on some level this sequel/instalment has problems, so much so that when this film does have some positives; they get completely out balanced by the negatives. This film does have some extra bits and pieces including right at the end of the credits as well. This film also has some awards accredited to its name; 3 Nominees which include but not limited to Digital Spy Reader Awards 2024 Movie Award Most Anticipated Movie of 2025 5th place

28 Days Later 2002 Links https://averagemansreviews2017.blogspot.com/2025/05/28-days-later-2002-by-averagemansreviews.html; So after that: briefly; we meet Don and Alice [Robert Carlyle and Catherine McCormack:] a husband-and-wife [to cover my back it doesn't specify this; but I am going with it:] they are sharing this location with some people, but things go south: this is their story.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 100 minute film is good; even though for me it does need some time to find his rhythm; I know it has a quick sequence very near to the beginning of the sequel; I am just referring to its consistency.

Action and art; as you would come to expect from this franchise; it revolves around people running for their lives in a frantic manner as they obviously don't want to be bitten/bodily fluid transmitted consequently infected/turned into a rage zombie. But for me this usage of a military upwardly mobile helicopter to dice these zombies like dicer is on one hand highly imaginative and creative and spectacularly graphic and throughout this sequel these landscapes have been given the real authentic approach as well.

Character developments, performances and comedy; on both counts broadly speaking they are all good; but having said that there are some better than others such as Jeremy Renner as Sargent Doyle: a US Army individual that tries to do everything he can to get these children to wear they need to be, he does have a sense of humour as he pretends to bite one of his friends like a rage zombie.

This film receives: 7/10, this film is good; after everything is said and done this film/sequel finds itself in this section of my marking system and let's hope the sequel 28 Years Later released very soon in this year of 2025 can keep up the positive instalment to this trilogy. This film has some awards to its name such as 3 Winners which includes but not limited to Empire Awards, UK 2008 Empire Award Best Horror and 16 Nominees which also includes but not limited to BET Awards 2008 BET Award Best Actor Idris Elba as General Stone: he is the overseer of District 1. Calling It Out of: Mercedes Moné being called or revert to as a GOAT [Greatest Of All Time] 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Calling It Out of: Mercedes Moné being called or revert to as a GOAT [Greatest Of All Time] 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Warning: there will be the usage of censored adult language references in this content; I have a feeling that it will be more than I usually do.

In the words of John McEnroe "You cannot be serious": now eventually when I stopped urinating myself with laughter, I think people are getting confused between this expression and what is best for business: now unfortunately the only person that this does not apply to is Terry Bollea a.k.a. Hulk Hogan and this is only because for him it is one and the same. Now before I receive backlash for these comments and if you have been following me long enough you know or you should know I can't stand this individual and he has done more than enough to tarnish his GOAT legacy. But the uncomfortable truth and reality of that truth is without him absolutely no wrestlers would be in the position they would be today, he took the wrestling industry alongside another penis head by the name of Vince McMahon: between them taking the wrestling industry to Galaxy new heights, but the irony is together or individually they did everything in their power to stop the wrestling industry from developing past their control, which as of this content the prime example would be unionisation, in short go and ask Jesse " The Body" Ventura about it, he was the one back in the day pushing for this until Bollea snitch to Mr McMahon, Ventura lost his job and consequently this thing known as unionisation never came past.

But for Moné to be referenced/talked about as a GOAT is like saying I have a big sausage in the front of my underwear, hell I might even get some people to believe that, but that doesn't make it true.

I define a GOAT as an individual that not only takes the industry or whatever they want to do by storm and make it better for others and the future and the last time I looked Moné/Sasha Banks left everybody hanging when she and Naomi walked out of WWE Raw Monday 16/05/2022 as their WWE Women's Tag Team Champions, I don't care whatever the dispute was, you don't leave your fellow female wrestlers hanging, I should clarify if they wanted to walk out, they should have done it after this match so that it doesn't disrespect or leave your fellow wrestlers in the manure, that is what a real locker room leader/GOAT does, for one moment in time in this case put others above yourself and because I am fully aware of the younger generations I am strictly talking about the people you wrestle with the get the wrestling promotion screw them, it is about making sure as I have already indicated for this one moment or moment in time you do what is necessary be it to the business or/and your legacy.

I mean from Moné's generation from within the WWE there are two GOAT's Becky Lynch: she came from nothing in a Irish gimmick from NXT and worked for everything she was given, okay her latest idea for the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship by timing was too soon and consequently didn't work as well as it possibly should have, but generally speaking her motives were positive as in working with Lyra Valkyria and even though as I have just referenced it may have been too soon, but whilst we are here and now Lynch as long as she gets a good run and good feuds this can only be eventually or looking back on it in many years if this championship is allowed to blossom as a good thing. On a very quick side note; it is completely garbage of the highest order that people are referring to Becky Lynch as Becky Hogan in reference to Bollea and this is completely manure, because she doesn't deserve that, she is trying to make women's wrestling better to when which this won't be for many years yet when she retires: she again be safe in the knowledge that she did her best to try and move women's wrestling on, so the future wrestlers can pick up the fight.

The second for me is: Bayley, what people seem to be missing is being a GOAT is not necessarily all about championships; even though yes that helps obviously, but in Bayley's case she does a lot of the unsung things like Lynch they both had to work really hard and put over talent, but for me Bayley is the equivalent of Arn Anderson: doesn't do much of the fancy stuff, but is a highly skilled wrestling that you can rely on to hopefully more often than not give you an excellent quality match, but I have to say that quicker she worked this out, meaning she realises she is more gifted/talented than what she is, the better it will be for her and anyone she comes up against.

But back to Moné, granted I haven't seen her wrestle for a long time, but for me she isn't that good and I have thought light this for years, so from a business perspective it is wise to give these championships to Moné as it elevates the reputation of the promotion in question. But having said that there will become the time where questions will either come up or/and have to be answered and the more championships she gets hold of the quicker these questions will pop up if they are not already beginning to pop up such as; okay what is the bigger picture here? The uncomfortable really, really uncomfortable question is see AEW could put more time into their women's division if they wanted to? What happens to the rest of the women's rosters that aren't getting a look in due to Moné throughout these promotions?

I think that AEW and these other promotions are sleep walking into a whole host of problems if they remain on this course for too much longer, I mean if Moné wins the AEW Women's World Championship from Toni Storm at AEW All In Texas Saturday 12/07/2025 this would make her seventh championship that she is currently holding and I know I have said this already or indicated it: then what? I mean all it does is eventually told your audience that our home base rosters are not strong enough to carry our championships so we have to get an outsider, I can guarantee you that if it isn't happening already it will do soon, where the audience is will turn against AEW, Moné and their various partnerships and their owners.

I will leave this content on a very slight joke I have to say that I find interesting that fans will reference Becky Lynch as Becky Hogan, but not Mercedes Moné as Mercedes Hogan: when it is clear that Moné is more like Hogan then Lynch ever was or is ever likely to be from this perspective; she is only interested in putting herself over, making lots of money, keeping these women's divisions and like Bollea; Moné can't wrestle either.

Reactionary To The Wrestling News of: Blake Munroe Debut Official Contract Signing with WWE/NXT Segment 17/06/2025 by AverageMansReviews

Warning: I will use censored adult references.

Full disclosure I watched this debut contract signing in different segments of social media, so I have seen it; just not as one full segment: with that being said wow that was a bunch of manure: it was embarrassing and shameful, because as I have made reference to in the related contents somewhere in them I have made references to Munroe either being a Cindy doll or/and a Barbie doll and man I hate to tell you this: but I told you so. I knew as soon as she made her appearance debut only a short time ago: WWE/NXT were going to take formerly known as Mariah May and turn her into a typical blonde glamour girl with boobies. But even I have to admit I didn't see it going this badly and before I continue if you read the connecting content I would recommend reading it to get the full picture: but let's start from the beginning I hate with a mother loving passion her entrance, because it literally screams out everything I have said so far in either this content or/and the previous content as well and if you think I'm being too harsh on the Barbie doll reference? I can now say it as much as I like and there is nothing you can do about it, you may be thinking why? Because they literally have a cartoon version of her in her entrance package, closely resembling her and a Barbie doll or for the older wrestling fans and when I say older I mean older [which I mean no disrespect obviously,] but they have gone with the animation from the Bewitched TV program from 1964-1972 and incidentally if you are interested they made 8 Seasons: consisting of 254 episodes. But I digress; so you see already they are already implying those tones of attitudes from that time in history, which is basically good looking, eye candy for men/including others as it is 2025 [when this content was first dictated.] If you still want to challenge me on this I have more evidence such as; on commentary we have Vic Joseph and Booker T having it back and forth while Munroe is making her entrance: basically and loosely paraphrasing but I think you will get the point: Joseph makes reference to those Booker T want to pick up his jaw and Booker T responding something to the effect of I am just admiring the new talent, so yet again this is reinforcing the cognitive imagination/understanding of basically doing an animated wolf whistle: usually depicted as a character that performs a wolf whistle with their eyes coming out of a heads with their jaw hanging down with their tongues hanging out, she has been dressed to mentally put over that she is easy to get into bed with this little black number and yes I have one more piece of evidence she made reference to hopping into bed with this talent on the roster: I know she meant in a wrestling capacity, but I would like okay I'm done with May/Munroe this was the final nail in her coffin for me: it has nothing to do with or very little to do with her going from AEW to the WWE/NXT as everyone knows it is her dream. I should clarify I have no problem with her jumping ship, I just have a problem with her being situated in AEW as a real woman's wrestler where she could have been something really real, to go from that to do this absolute manure, where she is now being depicted as someone that will do anything to get ahead based on her looks and possibly as it is being implied getting into bed, which is in 2025 cheap, archaic and hypocritical: based on there is no depth to this character, archaic because everyone knows I absolutely detest a D word in female wrestling: Divas and hypocritical based on their WWE Evolution 2 Sunday 13/07/2025 and this whole Munroe gimmick stands for everything that this Premium Live Event was and is fighting against and for the love of god can she stop doing this inappropriate finger thing, this also implies a sense of naivete/sexual connotations as in she needs someone to show her what to do and make about with attempting to look vulnerable.

I am really going to be speculating here mixed with an educated guess: that Munroe is somehow meant to be a NXT/WWE's answer to Toni Storm, which just isn't going to work as for one thing Storm is basically in complete control: meaning she is all about women's empowerment as she likes to say whatever she likes, whenever he likes, with wonderful panache, she gives you the possibilities that are endless and carries herself as a main event where, meanwhile Munroe has been designed for men, by men as none of her sexual comments, or other elements don't feel authentic as she is regurgitating a script and she doesn't embody those traits I discussed earlier.

I am aware that I am not the only one that is about to indicate this at the very least: I do have to feel a little bit sorry for Fatal Influence's: the NXT Women's Champion Jacy Jayne and anyone connected to this feud. Because it does feel like Jayne is just a placeholder until they can put this championship on Munroe, so not only are they going to take some credibility off her they are going to take a lot of credibility off the faction as well; so as you can very much guess by either the related content or this content I am far from happy with how things are penning for Munroe, but if she wants to do this manure and sell herself short and out that is up to her, but it seems fitting I should just finished by saying WWE Women's Revolution my posterior
