AEW's Tony Khan outburst on social media again in 2024 by AverageMansReviews

AEW's Tony Khan outburst on social media again in 2024 by AverageMansReviews

I have to be honest which may involve censored adult language, but Tony Khan has a point:

Basically this is what it is all about: Tony Kahn has gone on a social media platform to point out the double standards between his promotion AEW; on Saturday 06/01/2024 we have the FTW Champion Hook calling out the AEW World Heavyweight Champion Samoa Joe and surprise, surprise TK is getting backlash because he is choosing to take this route meanwhile on Monday the WWE set up Jinder Mahal vs. the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins for next Monday 13/01/2024; yet everyone is still talking about AEW and what they are doing.

Let's begin: for all those smart alec marks that keep asking basically who is Hook? Allow me to start off by saying there is no question in my mind one day that the WWE will come calling for him [hopefully not for AEW's sake;] he wrestles like his father Taz, he can very much wrestle, so I am just saying if the WWE needed a replacement for Brock Lesnar there you go.

If you do watch AEW programming or pay-per-views? You would know that they have been hiding him in plain sight, which basically means getting him to do things without directly pushing him towards the main event and even when this showdown does happen, do I expect Hook to win? No. But what I do expect or I am hopeful for is a coming out party for Hook; like Jeff Hardy vs. the WWE Undisputed Champion The Undertaker defending his championship in a Ladder Match on Raw Monday 03/11/2002 and if you have ever watched this match slot you would know that Jeff on this night arrived as a main event contender as these two wrestlers put over Jeff in a losing and valiant effort. So do I have a problem with what AEW are doing; No and before people are thinking “Of course you would say that you are a AEW Mark." So we are just going to forget that I literally have just pointed out when the WWE have done the exactly the same thing, so granted it happened many years ago, this is where I understand TK and where he is coming from anything AEW do is heavily scrutinised and yes I have criticise them as well from time to time, but for an example how is your tag team division WWE for either gender? My point being here is before you start throwing stones you better look in your own backyard before doing it and I am not being tribal here, it is just if you are going to hold AEW to this ridiculous standard and yes I know on some aspects such as the women's division they should be doing better, you better hold WWE to the same standard, like from me having this championship match on next week's Raw is just a viewing numbers booster and putting that to one side there is no value in it whatsoever, but if it does what it is designed to do all good for the WWE all the power to, you know sometimes you just have to do, what you just have to do to get viewing numbers especially when in this day and age we all consume content in different ways.

But even though I understand where TK is coming from he needs to learn and I mean this respectfully that whatever you do some people are just not going to like you or criticise you regardless, so whatever you read online take it with a pinch of salt and move on and whenever it is appropriate give zero fudges to those people that spend all day everyday criticising AEW, knowing they are behind their devices while you and other people are running this wrestling promotion on a day-to-day.
