Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/shooting/stabbing/cutting/medical

Confession: this man walks into a church; Marcus/CIA Agent Marcus Jones [Wesley Snipes:] but has been undercover. He offers this $1 million to Father Clarence [Ernie Hudson:] this Father likes to play basketball with the kids of his parish, but before he can accept this very large donation, he wants to know how it came to be and he wants to hear CIA Agent Jones' confession so the Agent sits down next to him and tells him his confession about this money and its journey to be here, this film uses a storyteller outlay.

Generally speaking: the framework, pacing and art for this 96 minute film is straightforward, it knows what it is doing and it sticks to the plan. We have this strange ongoing effects used in this project sometimes these work in the white and grey effects [or just to cover my back sometimes maybe not even] or/and we have the the other effects being used these are really tacky and off-putting. You will see some of these effects in the action sequences; the action sequences are the usual using weapons, combat and chasing they are all of the solid standard.

Likewise the same can be said for the character developments and the performances; you know they are all solidly severable minus Snipes individually or/and with Hudson; they work good together.

This film receives: 4/10, this film is mixed; meaning in this case as I have already said once in this content it is straightforward, it knows what it is doing and it sticks to the plan, but if you are a fan of either Snipes or/and Ernie Hudson take a look at this film but as my marking would suggest it really is a film of 4/10 qualities or at minimum somewhere around this mark if you are opinion is different to mine.
