Review Time

Warning/Disclaimer warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/shooting up the neck and I am not suggesting you do this [this will make much more better sense later on in this review.]

Storyline/Character/Performances: now including the pacing and on screen chemistry all these go hand in hand in one way or another in this film.

Basically this film is something safe and reliable, be it the storyline and a pacing or character developments and performances; Budwell/O'Connell is of a poor background, possibly less than somewhere around average education intelligence but has street-smarts, so all together isn't dim, but besides his girlfriend [Molly/Meade] from her little part in this film we kind of get the impression she wears the pants in this relationship, every other character/performer is better off a little or a lot financially or education intelligence, but Budwell/O'Connell is motivated by doing wrong for the right reason.

Action/Comedy: there are weapons being used and combat, the standard for this kind of film; in the later stages of this film Budwell/O'Connell with Gates/Clooney points out to Camby/West that  Budwell/O'Connell really doesn't like the response of  "It was a glitch."[As before this response from Gates/Clooney; we can see/hear Budwell/O'Connell absolutely struggling to control himself when he hears this response, with him pointing a gun at Camby/West head,] there are other small pieces of comedy, I have just chosen one that I found funny.

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; I know there isn't too much in this review, but this film knows what it is doing from beginning to end and it sticks to that and based on my marking as I have already said this film is good, but it is one of those films that has that one time viewing feeling to it or many years between viewing this title or just to cover my back because I have seen this film twice, the second time to do this review under this name, but you could get a take away out and be entertained by this film [Disclaimer Warning!] Under the current times when this was first dictated, I am not suggesting you do that even though I think you can in the England I just wanted to clear myself of any responsibility if anyone chooses to do this anywhere] and if there are any fans of Julia Roberts she is in this film as well as Patty Fenn or Giancarlo Esposito as Captain Powell, so take a look at this film.
