Review Time:
5 things about this episode
Warning: there are flashing/colourful/other effects
Bulk & Skull's narrative; Who are The Power Rangers?: Well I may as well base this review around these two, because they do
so much for this episode; so let's begin they find out who are The Power
Rangers; but shame they won't be able to remember who they are; this is good.
This is how to be irritating: these two are sitting in the back row of Mrs. Applebee's class room
[their normal seating;] after Adam's report on a kaleidoscope she inquires
"Questions anyone?" Skull sticks up his hand; she firmly says
"Intelligent questions." Consequently Skull's face looks as if he's
struggling to come up with an intelligent question so he puts his hand down in
a deflated manner. Bulk says "I have an intelligent question; How tall is
the tallest building in the world?" Mrs. Appleby says with an noticeable
irritated tone in her voice "About Adam’s report Bulk." [Yes in this
scene there is another piece of comedy but this time between Bulk & Skull,
but I will only cover one segment of comedy, I was just thinking I would point
it out just in case someone in the future came back to me and pointed it out to
me;] this is good also.
Two-on-one: we have
Bulk & Skull taking on the monster for this episode in this Wild West
themed action sequence of a quick-drawer [here is a basic description usually
it is one-on-one with guns, two components standing a long way away from one
another; the first one to draw their guns from their holster and fire their gun
at their opponent [injuring or killing wins.] But not in this case it has a
science-fiction twist and this is where I should point out Bulk & Skull are
wearing suitable costumes for this showdown as well. This is good action and
art as it relates to the costumes.
This episode receives: 6/10, this episode is good; if you're a fan of these two legendary
characters/performers in Bulk/Schrier & Skull/Narvy; which I am this
episode will suit you down to the ground, but other than that this episode once
again feels like it should belong in Season 1 and not now, yes I do get the
entire Power Rangers all suffering from amnesia at some point in this episode;
so I understand why it should be like a Season 1 episode but still everything
has its time and we are past Season 1, I should just point out; if they wanted
to do something like time travel or something to this effect this is fine or
something creative this is also fine, but let's put it this way everyone is
entitled to have an off day at the office and this feels like one of those
occasions.
