Review Time: this
film is good.
Fundamental elements: there are cultural elements, background music mental
imagery, quick moving effects, time jumps and place jumps.
Storyline/Comedy level: now for the majority of this title, this storyline is
circling somewhere around poor. But deep, deep, deep, deep down there is
substance to this storyline where without giving too much away, but enough to
make my point here yes this couple love one another but they are stuck in a
rut.
The
comedy level ranges from juvenile to adult, but there is a good scene or
sequence such as when we have this family [Dad and his two children,] talking
about life in this car or the dog sequence.
Action sequences:
there are weapons being used, a vehicle being used, combat elements and chasing
elements.
Song/Singing elements: one of our lead performers sings two songs elements
Character developments/Performances: the character developments are generally speaking at
first something safe and reliable for this kind of comedy film title, but
having said that there are two characters which in a rough description [the
first one is different in more comfortable surroundings and the second brings
wisdom.]
On
to the performances there is good chemistry/friction [it is depending where you
are in this title it depends what one you get] between our lead partnership of
Diaz as Annie and Segel as Jay and on a quick side note there is a good
performance/good chemistry between Segel and Black as [I am just going to put a
business owner here,] when or if you watch this title you will understand, why
I have chosen the U version of his job title.]
This film receives:
7/10, in a nutshell the more you watch of this title the better it gets, that
is all I can say really, because if this project didn't get better it would be
looking at a noticeable different mark that is for sure.
