Review Time: this film is a classic.

Artistic visions: they are out of this world, there has just been so much imagination used in this project that it really does bring everything to life. The scenes or sequences all around in the background or wherever it may be they have little things to see or just hiding around the corner. Beetlejuice [Michael Keaton] looks amazing [I am not going to give too much away,] but the effort they have put in to make this character look really realistic has to be given high praise, the more the years roll on the more I can appreciate what they have done here, because they could have gone another way which potentially would have been to make him look cartoon-ish and to be honest for this film to be taken seriously in the first place as far as I am concerned they took every single right option to bring this character to life, by not doing the cartoon-ish thing, not only with this character but it has to be said this entire project as well [on a side note I have to say I do like Beetlejuice's black-and-white stripes clothing, I have been a fan of this particular arrangement of clothing for a long time.]

Comedy level: now it you have never seen this film I mean this with all niceness, but you may find this comedy level to be incredibly strange or not that funny. But how can I put this; the comedy level or styles used are perfect for this project. Meaning you couldn't have a storyline like this [including other elements] and then have a basic straightforward comedy level on top it just wouldn't work.

So all I can suggest is this; be ready for anything that this film has to offer, for one example [the dinner table sequence where we have many characters,] having this urge to get up and sing and dance in rhythm, this sequence is very funny.

Four parents: I have always found this element to be interesting, where we have two couples where the first couple are the parents to their daughter, but throughout this film the audience from time to time will get a feeling that, yes they may try to understand their daughter but they don't get her as a person, on the other hand we have another couple that allows this possibly teenager or thereabouts to talk and express herself and because of this; it kind of feels like this teenager eventually becomes more settled in herself.

Cast: they all do a fantastic job in this film title, they understand their characters really well and they should be very pleased in the knowledge that this film title will always be a classic from years gone by, to now and in the future.

This film receives: 100% approval, simply put this film is a classic and it should be seen once in your lifetime.
