Thunderbirds Are GO 1966 by AverageMansReviews
Review Time: this film is good to very good, but it does have
one major problem.
Artistic visions: well not to be lazy, but the artistic
visions are firstly obvious and secondly amazing from beginning to end of this
adventure, But having said that, I will take you through some examples such as
the details on the artistic visions, accessories and so on and so forth.
The vehicles or
rescue systems, look eye-catching especially when the camera is up close to
them, they really do look as if they are either flying or being driven on a
real road. The tiny details also have to be highly praised such as real hands
being used in small scenes to give their characters more realism on screen.
The getting ready
for a mission sequences are legendary, but for this review it is a good example
of the imagination used to bring this organization to life, as these characters
either sit on this old-fashioned furniture, for it to go down into this secret
underground operation [to get into one rescue system] or maybe put their back
against a picture/wall [whilst laying down heading down this passageway to enter
another rescue system,] that is enough for the examples of the artistic visions
for this review, because I don't want to give everything away.
Action sequences: these elements to this project are
really well put together, it could be a car chasing sequence or a crash or
something else, these sequences are really entertaining.
Fundamental core: the fundamental core to this project
begins really, really well the film feels comfortable knowing what it is doing
and what it has to do next. But after the dream sequence, I really don't know
what happens. Because it hits the wall hard [as if it feels tired] and after
the dream sequence, this film doesn't feel the same or nowhere near the same in
the slightest. But to be fair it feels like it is trying to get back to what it
was like at the beginning, but it never seems to get there again.
This film receives: 73% approval, yes this film is
something everyone can enjoy and it does come from a classic franchise. But
when this film hits the wall, it does still have its enjoyable moments but as I
have already said it never feels the same again.
