There has been a murder on this Showboat: this is where we will begin we meet the recently married Mr. Simon Doyle [Armie Hammer] and Mrs. Linnet Ridgeway-Doyle [Gal Godof] as they are trying to enjoy their honeymoon with relatives and friends, but whatever way they turn they seem to bump into Jacqueline de Bellefort [Emma MacKay;] the ex-fiance of Doyle and the ex-friend of Ridgeway-Doyle, which only six weeks ago had asked her friend back then to give her fiance a job. On their last attempt to enjoy their honeymoon they rent this Showboat to get away from Jacqueline, but unfortunately they are unsuccessful and something happens and there is only one man that can clean up this mess; Private Detective Hercule Poirot [Kenneth Branagh/Director for this sequel.]

The pacing is slow to begin with, but it gradually gets better as it has a little get up and go to it with a good flow. The artistic landscapes, scenery and so on is eye-catching and of the highest quality as the attention to detail is obvious to see.

The character developments/character types and performances are all good; this is a cast performance I mean we have the comic team legends Dawn French as Mrs Browns and Jennifer Saunders as Marie Van Schuyler; it is just good to see them back working together on a consistent basis, then we have Russell Brand as Dr. Linus Windlesham; good performance, Sophie Okonedo as Salome Otterbourne and Letitia Wright as Rosalie Otterbourne [Auntie and Niece;] two strong African-American characters performances here [before I receive backlash or someone presses the R. Button here; Racist or Racism.] I am not being either based on the grounds in the context of this film we are in somewhere around the late 1930s and Okonedo can sing.

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; full disclosure unknown to me this is a second instalment from Murder on the Orient Express 2017 which hopefully I should be watching in a few days time. [Because I don't like taking other people's credit, I would like to point out it was the person that I usually watch films with that pointed this out to me,] which is pretty convenient because it was only a couple of days ago I recorded the previous film off TV. But back to this film; as I have already said it is good, there is a sprinkling of comedy here and there, this is one of those films if you have a mature or not being agist a old head on a young body providing they are 12A, this is one of those films that you could watch on a Sunday afternoon in a cinema or later on in various ways blu-ray or so on in a group for roughly 127 minutes and hopefully they will do another Poirot film sometime down the line just because at the very least it deserves to be a trilogy of films.

There has been a murder on the Orient Express: there is only one man on board that can solve this mystery; Private Detective Hercule Poirot [Kenneth Branagh/Director of this film.]

This is one of those occasions don't have too much to say about a project, yes absolutely the art in this project is easy to see throughout your journey in this project be it the landscapes, scenery or the costumes, the birds eye prospective in some scenes is a excellent touch and so on [just in case if I have missed something out] and there is little bits and pieces of comedy.

But however the storyline or the storyline and the pacing [I don't know if it is an individual or a combined thing] but either way things feel really empty or slow, I mean things plod along and for a film which is roughly 114 minutes long it does feel like it does need a change of gear option to it which as I have already referenced it just doesn't have at its disposal.

Consequently these character developments/character types and performances feel very bland, I mean on reflection there were five that stood out in the interest of fairness and balance; Kenneth Branagh as Private Detective Hercule Poirot , Willem Dafoe as Gerhard Hardman, Olivia Colman as Hildegarde Schmidt, Tom Bateman as Bouc and Derek Jacobi as Edward Henry Masterman.

This film receives: 5/10, this film is mixed; this mark is a fair conclusion, but the sequel is better and one final thing this film has awards credited to its name 1 Winner; British Film Designers Guild Awards 2017; BFDG Award; Best Production Design - International Studio Feature Film - Period Jim Clay [Production Designer] Dominic Masters [Supervising Art Director] Rebecca Alleway [Set Decorator.] 25 Nominees, here is just one example. AARP Movies for Grownups Awards 2018; Movies for Grownups Award; Best Director Kenneth Branagh.

Hexon the Wizard is not that bright Wizard: Storyline, Character [Character developments,] Action and Bloopers; these all combined in one way or another. Basically Hexon has imprisoned Keeper of Time, and the Emperor Kathar and he is now using the Keeper of Tame's Hourglass Mountain as his place of operations.

Hexon's looks on is viewing screen and see is Teela, Princess Kathar and Orko approaching so he decides to go and give them a warm welcome, so when this trio have arrived at this location, for some strange reason Hexon jumps on/through the door to get out [I don't get this; he has clearly broken in to this location to take it over, so he now has access to the lock or not forgetting he is a Wizard so he could have used some magic.]

But on top of that after he has dealt with this trio as he is flying off on is circular platform, the viewers clearly see this door is now back to normal as in someone or a group has silently along and stood up the draw and fix the damage and on top of a little later we find out it has also been locked [how precisely is this possible? Because if Hexon couldn’t find the keys to unlock it how were some fixes it characters going to find the key? Unless they made a replacement key,, I bet this group of characters goes under the name of Evil Fix It for Hired; for a monthly subscription [5% of your monthly incoming; you can cancel at any time.] We will come along day or night even if your during a battle and silently yet efficiently fix any problem, now including feeding or walking your pets even if you are away on business or pleasure, even if you are during a battle we will be there for you.]

Comments: the match outlay/match slot outlay is chaotic with or without the ceremonial entrances of everyone involved in some capacity. I have some questions why is Finkel reading the entrance to Martin? [If he has visual issues I apologise] he has glasses on, but to make sure am not being harsh I will apologise again. Moving on why is Liberace there? I know he is meant to be the special guest timekeeper which gets to ring the ring bell at the beginning and at the end of this match, which the normal timekeeper does this anyway yes you rings the bell and then Liberace has this small handbell in his hands and rings it [ which we the viewers can hear it and people nearby can probably hear it, but because of the crowd being electrifying this bell would be as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Monsoon comments or questions a tags at one point or another in this match, next we have Piper's trio leaving and then coming back; Monsoon exert there is no escape from this one folks, this is for all the marbles." Which this got me thinking “So the WWF championship is on the line? No I thought not so how can it be for all the marbles then if at the very least the WWF Championship is not on the line? By the way just for the record I am absolutely fine with this match the way it is, I just don't like this; how can it be for all the marbles it's not like the WWF, Intercontinental or the WWF Tag Team Championships are on the line here.

There is a reason why I brought up about Monsoon these tags [before I continue I would have brought up about these tags regardless,] but in this case I have to ask why does Monsoon comment or question these tags when Piper uses this red chair Hogan and Monsoon doesn't say anything like "That is a disqualification right there. Yes with both referees seeing it with granted I have to give the possibility Patterson's vision may have been blocked by dealing with another situation, but then again this is purely speculation [but on closer inspection there is the possibility that Patterson saw this looking at a split-second wearing his head was looking down diagonally.] Ali definitely saw it as he was on top of the situation after it happened. But to be honest the only one that looked good after having this match is Mr. T. for anyone that wants to be a professional wrestler, just take look at this match and it will teach you/show you one lesson and that is this; you may not be the most technical wrestler or flashiest or enthusiastic or other. But my point is this; do/bring what you can to the table and do it well this is what precisely Mr. T. does, if he did wrestle much more frequently than what he did he could have been regarded as a workhorse [this wrestling terminology means; basically someone that is reliable in the ring nothing too fancy but the wrestling industry is built on these wrestlers.]

Background information: after this match; Monsoon and Venture look at the replays and discuss it, hand things over to Okerlund to get a interview with the winners of our main event; Okerlund sends it back to Monsoon and Venture to sign things off for this pay-per-view and we are left with ending credits and still photographs/pictures of this pay-per-view.

This Pay-Per-View receives: 6/10, this Pay-Per-View is good; I mean all things considered this is a fair outcome. I mean it doesn't have any poor or negative matches on this card as you will see it does have one mixed and the rest are positive, but the Hayes segments and the chaotic and messy main event also justify this marking more and finally the crowd deserve a quick mention for being there for this pay-per-view, I mean this in the context of they made this pay-per-view feel a big deal and I know it is and was, but the crowd didn’t disappoint in their participation, ranging from 6/10 to 10/10. You see this is why the WWF/WWE should have never consistently drummed into our heads that our voices do not matter when from beginning to end of this pay-per-view it clearly does matter.

Comments: this match/match slot is solidly good, Monsoon criticises the Referee [Dick Kroll] about him seeing or not seeing we Kai heel wrestling tactics of pulling the hair, I am loosely paraphrasing here; if you see it call, it if you don't don't worry about it but don't question Kai about it have. Manager cam in operation again firstly Lauper and then a little later Moolah. Now on listening/observation Finkel says the word Ladies Champion after this match but when the graphic it says Women's Champion I have even looked at the graphic just before this match kicks off it definitely says Women's, so what is going on here? Is it Ladies or Women's [ hence why I have decided to put both.] I mean even  Moolah gets colder a previous Ladies' Champion in her introduction, but she has never been a Ladies' Champion, but however she has been a 4x WWF Women's Champion. Yes this kind of thing if you haven't guessed all of not using Championships proper names at that specific time at the very least irritate me profusely and finally I need to highlight this; the crowd came through for this match/match slot hanging.

Basic Result: your new the WWF Ladies'/Women's Champion Wendi Richter [with Cyndi Lauper and David Wolf]

Background information: Monsoon and Venture look at/discuss the replay. Now this is purely speculation, but I can back it up with little bits of fact or coincidental fact at the very least. Now I do get the feeling that they are running out of air time to run this pay-per-view, just based on Monsoon tries to hand things to Okerlund, but he is not ready, so monsoon and Venture talk some more about what they have just seen and then Monsoon hand it to Okerlund so you can get a interview with the new the WWF Ladies'/Women's Champion and Lauper with Wolf and Captain Lou Albano in the shot; Okerlund sending things back to Monsoon and Venture; monsoon saying some more comments about this situation and then handing things over to Finkel to begin essentially the ceremony [if or when you come to watch this you will understand this better] for this main event. Finkel introduces the special guest ring announcer Billy Martin [I should kindly pointed out that Finkel becomes the oversteer of this ceremony as he begins to read the paper that Martin is reading; I know this because you can hear Finkel read it to him or for him and it just before this our special guest referee quietly sneaks into the ring and stand in the corner, it is Pat Patterson.]

Martin introduces special guest timekeeper Liberace with special guests The Rockettes, then our special guest referee outside of the ring Mohammed Ali.

Now the crowd were still hot from the previous match as in enthusiastic and loud which they have been up to this point the of all this ceremonial stuff, but for the next bit they go and turn on the heels which in a kayfabe sense you always want; they get loud boos with garbage being thrown into the ring;"Rowdy" Roddy Piper," Roddy Piper [possibly Attracting more heat or Piper giving someone a look, security quickly moved things on as they were making their way down to the ring] & “Dangerous Men Mr Wonderful" Paul Orndorff [with "Ace Cowboy" Bob Orton then we have the WWF Champion Hulk Hogan & Bad Man Mr. T. [with "SuperFly" Jimmy Snuka.]

Two final things; everyone receives security down to the ring here and the final thing is; you know when I said I think they were running out of time for this pay-per-view, we don't hear from Hayes; yes we see him as the WWF Champion, T. and Snuka make their entrance down to the ring from the back [Hayes is on the right hand side] but in the interest of fairness and balance this could have been the plan of how things were going to go down, but it does seem a little bit odd not to give him a little something to do at this point considering he has been doing it this entire pay-per-view up to this point, the more I think about it the more I think it is really weird, considering they could have pulled the plug on him much sooner just based on the stick he has been getting on this night from some of the locker room.
