Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 3,] Episode 126: Final Face-Off by AverageMansReviews

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers [Season 3,] Episode 126: Final Face-Off by AverageMansReviews

Review Time:

4 things about this episode

Warning: there is flashing/colourful/other effects/transformation/face removal and reattachment

Ninja Rangers vs. Tenga Warriors: Storyline, Action and Comedy; these all combine in one way or another. Basically we have these three characters Rito, Baboo & Squatt that have been sent down to steal this urn which has this episode's monster in it by the name of Face Steeler. But however before they can achieve this they get rumbled by The Power Rangers [minus Kimberly/The Pink Power Ranger] whilst Tengas are busy battling with the Ninja Rangers; Rito, Baboo and Squatt go inside the Angel Grove Museum "Special Exhibit Kahmala Ancient Culture Angel Grove Museum" so we rotate back and forth between outside to this action sequence to inside with this trio of characters. Where we see Aisha/The Yellow Ninja Rangers and Billy/The Blue Ninja Rangers from this team up where in a nutshell they get a view Tengas Aisha/The Yellow sticks out her arms as these Tengas go to attack her she is in control of the now, Billy/The Blue Ninja lifts up so between them they can perform is cartwheel or something to that effect I don't know martial arts or gymnastics, so consequently these Tengas flipped over.

Meanwhile this trio once again get rumbled this time by some schoolchildren, so our trio does what anyone would do in this situation and that is become part of this exhibit as statues with signs on them Rito with a smile on his face, holding this urn and the sign " Do Not Touch"

This episode receives: 6/10, this episode is good; I mean it is solidly good you know when the run-of-the-mill episode that does its job.

Emma 2020 by AverageMansReviews

Emma 2020 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there is medical/animal cruelty

Dating in the 1800 is so hard work: in summary we meet Emma Woodhouse [Anya Taylor-Joy] the resident matchmaker this film follows her doing her thing, who knows she may find love herself? The pacing for this 124 minutes film is slow, but eventually somebody lets the handbrake off, granted is still isn't the most quickest film, but at least it is more upwardly mobile.

I don't have too much to say about this film; I mean the art as it relates to the scenery, costumes and so on look excellent as it really does transport you from our world in present times being 2022 [when this first was being dictated] into the 1800. There are some elements of comedy such as for one example Mr Woodhouse [Bill Nighy] being either paranoid or/and hypochondriac or both about feeling basically feeling the cold or when this character/performer is just being himself; this is an excellent performance from Bill Nighy, he does tend to stick out in this film when he is on screen being himself or go off on one. All the other character developments and performances are all good.

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; this is one of those films that if you are interested in a period drama then this film will suit you down to the ground. This film has so many awards accredited to it in one way or another; 10 Winners that include Chicago Film Critics Association Awards 2020; CFCA Award Best Costume Design and DiscussingFilm Critics Awards 2021 Jury Award Best Costume Design Alexandra Byrne. Nominees 60 including Academy Awards, USA 2021 Oscars Best Achievement in Makeup and Hairstyling Marese Langan Laura Allen Claudia Stolze and then Best Achievement in Costume Design Alexandra Byrne.

Ultimate Muscle: The Kinnikuman Legacy [Season 1,] Episode 7: Call Waiting by AverageMansReviews

Ultimate Muscle: The Kinnikuman Legacy [Season 1,] Episode 7: Call Waiting by AverageMansReviews

5 things about this episode

Warning: there is flashing/colourful/other effects/transformation/bodily functions

Back to the action continuation of The New Muscle League's Kidd Muscle [with Meat] vs. dMp [Demon Making Plant's] Dialbolic: Character [Character developments,] Action, Comedy and Art; yes if the character name didn't give it away Dialbolic is a mobile telephone, with strength and weaknesses to reflect this. So at one point we have Kid Muscle sitting on Dialbolic; with him between Kid's legs punching down on to these dials in this case this take-a-way place to place this order with this "Mr Chopsticks Take Out" [split screen telephone call comes into effect] which Kid breaks this divide by noticeably going into his side of the divide to ask this question directly, but Mr Chopsticks continues to act as if this didn't happen; the art is of a immaculate standard as this wacky transaction happens swiftly and flew [away and after this sequence of events, it very much does feel like " Now to what we were doing.] But I continue back to where were, After finding out this great news and does his usual thing he asks the other The Muscle League which they all jump in with their orders, but Kid forgets to ask Dialbolic and he's hungry which he is fuming and finally Kid tells Mr Chopsticks to charge everything to Dialbolic account.

This episode receives: 7/10, this episode is good; even though this episode is a continuation of this wrestling match, it does feel like it needs to warm up as an individual episode, but as you can see/read it still has lots to offer.

Pay-Per-View Rewind of: WWF/WWE SummerSlam 31/08/1992 Match 8 Part 8/Conclusion by AverageMansReviews - Spoiler Alarm!

Pay-Per-View Rewind of: WWF/WWE SummerSlam 31/08/1992 Match 8 Part 8/Conclusion by AverageMansReviews - Spoiler Alarm!

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects. Disclaimer: I am not a professional wrestler and never likely to be.

Match/Stipulations: The British Bulldogs [with showing his support flag bearer/waiver the Union Jack the European British and Commonwealth Champion Lennox Lewis] vs. the Intercontinental Champion Brett "The Hitman" Hart: Singles Match for the Intercontinental Championship

Match Attributes:

Match Quality: 8/10

Match Storyline: 9/10

Crowd Participation: 10/10

On Commentary: King Bobby "The Brain" Heenan & Vince McMahon 7/10

Satisfying Conclusion: 10/10

Recommend Watch: 10/10

Match Total: 54/60 - this match is excellent

Comments: now on one hand this match is very deserving of this match total, whilst on the other hand it is a sad, very sad reminder of how far this legendary championship has fallen from grace, considering it had this level of prestige to it. I mean they could give this championship and the US championship it's prestige back, by rotating them with the women's championships in this slot is specially either way as things stand Brock Lesnar or Roman Reigns are going to be the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion at WWE SummerSlam 2022 which as everyone should know by now these are two part-time wrestlers; just to cover my back I don't see Theory cashing in his Money in the Bank contract here. But back to here and now; we have this consistent Diana camera watch thing going on as her husband [Davey] and brother [Brett] go head to head do battle over this championship. Vince McMahon makes the same mistake on commentary as it relates to Inverted Atomic drop, as a Reverse Piledriver and then later on calling a Russian leg sweep a neck breaker and later on McMahon says it has been an uncivil war when Heenan says it's like a civil war which this is the correct English here from Heenan [with Heenan in a nutshell saying excuse me, I have no idea what McMahon was talking about here because civil wars are not civil anyway and finally he calls Bulldogs finish just a Power Slam, when it is a Running Power Slam or I will accept the instead of a. Hart performs this back body drop which Bulldog and let's just say it is hardly the most smoothest of re-entrys as he goes up on the side and consequently comes down on it as well [it is from the model of going over their shoulder and not the lift up version using both hands.] But don't worry because unfortunately in this match it is one of peace as it relates to borchers because later on Bulldog lifts Hart to perform a potential hold above his head for a little while to show off how strong he is then slam, but that doesn't go according to plan as in summary based off a reverse Irish whip Hart comes into Bulldog he goes to lift Hart and from beginning to end never comfortably in control as the move collapses and they both fall back and Hart has a very uncomfortable landing on wrapped in between the middle rope. [With Heenan being a comical genius saying "Shish kebab anyone?" A little after that he makes another joke about gender, but in this current time of 2022 this is outdated comedy and I can't run the risk of being cancelled.] Referee [Joey Marella] should have disqualified Hart after not breaking a sleeper hold when Bulldog got to the ropes, I mean he counted 4 on three occasions whilst this hold was at no stage released [for those people that don't know when a referee gets to 5 in this situation and they are meant to disqualify the person which is not a baying the rules in this case this Singles Match for this championship] and yes I know this is simulated combat with already predetermined results so if the referee disqualified Hart we wouldn't have what we have here, but rules are rules after all.

Basic Result: I know I have slightly made reference to it; but I still have to do the admin. Your New Intercontinental Champion The British Bulldogs.

Briefly things to know:

* King Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, Vince McMahon & Lord Alfred Hayes [voice over:] there is a reuniting of this family trio/wrapping up of this pay-per-view

This pay-per-view receives:  8/10, this pay-per-view is excellent; minus 1 match the rest of these matches are positives .I have and I hope WWE Clash at The Castle 2022 at least aims to be a positive spectacle, I am not asking for this kind of people you as you can see I am just asking for a positive experience on the whole.

The highest ranking match on this card based on attributes that would be: The British Bulldogs [with showing his support flag bearer/waiver the Union Jack the European British and Commonwealth Champion Lennox Lewis] vs. the Intercontinental Champion Brett "The Hitman" Hart: Singles Match for the Intercontinental Championship with 54/60.

The lowest ranking match on this card based on attributes that we see would be: Nailz vs. Virgil; Singles Match with 21/60.

Pay-Per-View Rewind of: WWF/WWE SummerSlam 31/08/1992 Match 7 Part 7 by AverageMansReviews - Spoiler Alarm!

Warning/Disclaimer: there is flashing effects/colourful effects. Disclaimer; I have never been in a professional wrestling ring and never likely to be.

Match/Stipulation:  "The Lord of the Jungle, The Ugandan Giant, The Mighty" Kamala [with Kim Chee & Dr. Harvey Wippleman] vs. The Undertaker [with Paul Bearer;] Singles Match

Match Attributes:

Match Quality: 5/10

Match Storyline: 6/10

Crowd Participation: 8/10

On Commentary: King Bobby "The Brain" Heenan & Vince McMahon 8/10

Satisfying Conclusion: 5/10

Recommend Watch: 6/10

Match Total: 38/60 - this match is good.

Comments:  let's begin with the positives as you can clearly see the surrounding components really did help this match/match slot and we get to see vintage Undertaker; by the move known as by today as "Old School" and an awkward looking Chokeslam, I think on reflection I am just going to have to put this down to the size of Kamala, because he just isn't a small man and then we have the jumping clothesline. But unfortunately this is where I have to get down to business  the match/match outlay is/was designed to say subliminally indicate this feud must and will continue and finally you would think we would see as we are at the old Wembley Stadium a Tombstone piledriver, well sorry to break it to you but nope, this is purely and I do stress purely based on speculation/opinion; based on what I have already said about the Chokeslam [as in if this move looks awkward there is absolutely no point in risking performing a Tombstone] and match/match outlay maybe this was to protect these two wrestlers with this outcome and possibly with limited match time of no more than 4 minutes this was the best they could do and on some research on these two wrestlers; they went head-to-head again at WWF/WWE Survivor Series 25/11/1992 in a Coffin Match.

Basic Result: The Undertaker [with Paul Bearer] picks up the W.

Briefly things to know:

* King Bobby "The Brain" Heenan & Vince McMahon: are covering the aftermath of this match

Sean Mooney interview: The British Bulldogs Davey Boy Smith building up the next match which is our real main event based on the facts it is the last match on this pay-per-view which we get to see.

* "Mean" Gene Okerlund interview; the Intercontinental Champion Brett “The Hitman" Hart about defending his championship

Howard Finkel: Ring announcer introduces The Balmoral Highlanders and then on their second piece of music Howard Finkel introduces a special guest [ even though this is the Spoiler Version, I am going to do the right thing and not tell you.]

Sean Mooney interview; Diana Smith-Hart this is the worst interview on this pay-per-view by miles and miles to the point where Virgil's promo in comparison looks good. I refuse to put any of this on Diana and what I am about to say is speculation. This just feels like it was done on a whim as in can I just have a word with you Diana? to cooperate with this; we have Sean saying thanks for agreeing to talk to us or something to that effect or no one prepared her for this interview Mooney's approach to this interview is just all kinds of wrong from beginning to end asking two inappropriate questions in a nutshell who is going to win the Intercontinental Championship then it's going to be a war and finally cutting her off, because and I say this without being disrespectful her responses are too long Finkel has begun introducing the next match so Mooney has to quickly send it down to the ring. I would have greatly preferred "Mean" Gene Okerlund to handle this interview in the audience with Diana, whatever was meant to happen here one thing is for certain this is just very awkward. This is one of those occasions where kayfabe or not I would like to think that after this someone came to apologise to her [I know most probably not but we can all hope someone did,] because I am not making this sound worse than what it is. But you can clearly see and very much feel the awkwardness here.

* Howard Finkel: Ring announcer introduces the next match.
