Warning/Disclaimer: there will be flashing effects/colourful effects/drowning/shooting/drugs/terrorism/animal cruelty/robotics/torture/kamikaze/suicide/disintegrating/decomposing/vehicle crash/vehicle hit/medical and there will be some censored adult language references in this content. Disclaimer; anything I say about race is not based in racism as it is a non-racist point or/and prospective, but obviously it will be based in race and yes this will make perfect sense when you get to that point in this content.

I hate this fudgin' film with a passion: briefly; Spectre are back for Colonel James Bond/other alias [Daniel Craig:] a retired MI6/007 Agent that is trying to build a life after MI6/British Secret Intelligence Service, but seemingly Spectre is right under his nose, which eventually leads him to finish what he started.

Generally speaking: the storyline/script and consequently about 90% of this film is absolute garbage; straight off the bat this instalment of this franchise is just way,  way, way too long at roughly 163 minutes; no way in hell should this film be this long someone anyone should have taken a chainsaw to this film in the editing room, because as things are; things are incredibly fragmented to the point where yes we have Bond his thing in one way or another it jumping off things, vehicle crashes, being dark and leaving somebody behind because they know he doesn't have a choice and not forgetting the legendary and infamous James Bond style opening credits sequence as it relates to the action and art, so I thought the knowledge that there are some positives to this film, but the negatives are so overwhelming that it is very much a counterbalance situation.

The framework and pacing is heavily inconsistent and heavy chunks of this film the performers are left to try and generate some momentum/on-screen chemistry which is at best fleeting and at worst non-existent and everything in the middle really depending where you are in the film and because this film is so long you will feel every agonising chemistry and on top of that; because the chemistry is let's be honest being consistent the scenes will feel really hollow from time to time as this scene or sequence does feels much bigger because of the hollow nature of it

Character developments and performances are broadly speaking adequate to fulfil their purpose which includes exposition, seeing an old adversarial and not forgetting so utterly dumb and so harmful to this film and move along the franchise regardless of who owns the rights now it actually made my brain damage so much worse which medically minus physical ageing would confound medical science.

So before Craig came back to do one more instalment there were talks of there being a black James Bond and basically everyone over a certain age said no, for myself as long as they are British or/and mixed heritage I don't mind, but perhaps stay away from being German, I am not being racial or racist, it is just I am very much aware of James Bond's background meaning World War II being a strong component to James Bond and as World War II was a real thing let's be respectful to all regardless of side that gave their lives, it just feels like a little bit of bad taste.

But this film decided to let's be honest very unwisely chose to raise two middle fingers to their fan base, by giving his numbers to a woman and not only that a black woman; I refuse to put her name in this content based on the grounds she is a good person of what I know, she works hard and it does feel like she is being used as a political virtual signalling pawn, so this is not on her, I just refuse to talk about this immaturity and if you're wondering why I am taking this route, it is because at some point in the film it does something what I perceived to be unforgivable based on giving this honour and designation/alias to this black character she decides to then give it back to Bond, so on one hand we have all this virtual signalling garbage and then on the other hand we have this black character giving up this prestigious designation and giving it back to a white man even though early on in the film she was persistent to find out his designation as if she would be angry if he took it back or out rank her and here she is giving it back to him, without a convincing or in-depth character building to make this look other than what it is which is formulaic at best; this is just so ugly. But allow me to say this one more time I have no problem with her, I have a massive problem with this script and how it has been written, I just wanted to shield her and put 100% focused on the point based on the script and nothing and repeat nothing more or nothing less.

So where do we go from here? Because they are now made a massive hole in the franchise were we have had a black 007, but not a black/other ethnic background of James Bond and on a quick side note even if I was a woman there was no way in hell I would want a female version of James Bond in the James Bond franchise... what to actually follow this misogynist plus other personality traits... no thank you. Now I'm not saying we can't have a female equivalent which could cross over into his world, but give the female lead equivalent a chance to stand on its own two feet and let it succeed or fail on its own merits, instead of being tied around the neck with its massive baggage and other expectations.

This film receives: 1/10, this film is poor; other than that though massive opening section with the action to the theme song and accompanying James Bond style opening, this film is nothing but a hot steaming pile of manure, in my honest yet incredibly frank opinion as the distinction of now being the worst James Bond movie of all time, yes I am also including Casino Royale 1967 [yes, I know it is a mixture between a parody and a spoof of James Bond; but it is harmless by comparison to this film;] I mean the person I watch some of this content with said I am paraphrasing and in a nutshell version here; this is not a James Bond film and I would have to concur with that assessment, I mean this film was released in 2021 it is now 2026 as of this content being first created and I have to find the ending line of something to the effect of James Bond will return a bit of a joke at this going rate as we are nowhere near close actually having a James Bond to carry on the franchise under new leadership of Amazon MGM especially after this pile of vomit. Yet somehow this film has some awards accredited to its name such as 54 Winners which includes but not limited to Academy Awards, USA 2022 Oscars Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures (Original Song) Billie Eilish (music and lyric by) Finneas O'Connell (music and lyric by) For song "No Time to Die." 75 Nominees which also includes but not limited to going back to the same award ceremony/event Best Achievement in Visual Effects Charlie Noble Joel Green Jonathan Fawkner Chris Corbould [in total it has 2 Oscar Nominations.]
