Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/shooting/bodily functions/vehicle crash versus medical

Genetics: briefly; Julius Benedict [Baby: Unknown name/Older: Arnold Schwarzenegger:] he is genetically a perfect specimen; he is the older brother, he lives on this island and is well-educated, meanwhile Vincent Benedict [Baby: Unknown name/Danny DeVito:] he is a genetic flawed specimen, has a completely different life, grew up in an orphanage and owes the wrong kind of people lots of money, but his life will completely change when Julius comes looking for him

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 107 minutes film is good; I mean it does have another gear to it and it does get there, so I would regard the opening section or somewhere around here very much a warm-up period to this film

Comedy and action; we have some crack-wise comments from Vincent, including him misunderstanding in many situations, followed by him celebrating on realising it. Julius putting foot to posterior, but before doing this; he gives his attacker broadly speaking; this opportunity to think about the options they are taking and in one situation we have Vincent giving this speech of messing with my whole family whilst the elevator door closes: but this film does have a lot to offer its viewers in one way or another.

Character developments, performances and comedy; the character developments are all good, but let's be honest here; it is all about the performances that gives these character developments depth and meaning; such as our lead partnership of Schwarzenegger and DeVito: individually or together they really do explore essentially the expression something to the effect of " Product of their environments" as Schwarzenegger/Julius: had a superior upbringing with all these advantages including his physical stature, whilst DeVito/Vincent had in a nutshell a much harder upbringing, which Julius makes references and putting this very nicely in the context of this film; a less than ideal physical stature; this will also show up in the comedy as Julius will try to do the right thing, including getting his younger brother to do the right thing also, and alongside these two brothers we have these two sisters: Chloe Webb as Linda Mason: she had a history with Vincent, she knows what he is like, but she really likes him too much and then we have her sister that doesn't like Vincent too much as she knows what he is like as well, but on meeting Julius; she likes him a lot and they too bring a lot to the table as they are an understanding support network for each brother. So without these for performers this film would be absolutely nothing, because you need natural chemistry from all concerned for this film to work to the highest standard that it can be, Younger:Heather Graham/Older: Bonnie Bartlett as without giving too much of the film away: someone that is significant in this film; as a limited supporting role; she does an excellent job, but for everyone else they are positively good performances from everyone in this cast.

This film receives: 9/10, this film is excellent; in hindsight I am decided award additional mark or marks, I can't remember because I watch quite a few films, but as long as I remember what is in it that is all what matters really: it is one of those films that if you have never seen it or haven't seen it in a long time it is well worth a watch and I would say if we had a family of a 13 years old and up, it is suitable for family viewing, There is a photograph for a extra scene at the beginning of the ending credits and yes it has a good sense of humour and we even go on a journey as well. It does have some awards to its name such as 4 Winners which includes but not limited to ASCAP Film and Television Music Awards 1990 ASCAP Award Top Box Office Films Georges Delerue and 1 Nominee Golden Globes, USA 1989 Golden Globe Best Original Song - Motion Picture Skip Scarborough Song: "Twins"
