Average Extra of: Potential New Year's Resolution 2026 & Celebrities weight loss medication by AverageMansReviews

Real Talking Time:

Warning/Disclaimer: there will be centred adult language references and disclaimer I am not or never likely to be a medical professional of any capacity whatsoever, so anything I say is based on opinion or/and personal experience and anything in between and yes I will be telling you as I see it or at minimum please go and seek medical advice, before undertaking anything and any advice given, if taken I will not be held responsible for any repercussions.

I was thinking I would say something: before your New Year's resolutions, I am completely against these medical drugs in any form that are anything to do with weight loss, unless it is under medical supervision, but other than that I despise this option and have no chocolate fudgin' time for it including but not limited to anyone that undertakes this option off their own back and/or persists in partaking it.

Yes absolutely I have spent the vast majority of my life fighting the inches and I will do so for the rest of my life, I have been really heavy and/or very thin and even options has as I have learnt has its own set of issues; briefly too heavy limits my movement, too thin when I take a hit or bump the results can be much worse if I don't have any significant weight, so it took me years to realise that somewhere in the middle is good for me; which basically means bulky, which in turn means a grand total of 11 months of the year watching what I consume and even when I relax I still watch how much I eat.

You see you would learn all of this about your body if you actually put in the hard work and effort to change your life, instead of saying it isn't working or whatever or not mean committed to the journey in the first place and not forgetting how much people now love a very quick and easy fix solution; but that is your choice or choices.

But there is precisely or are predominately one type of person I wouldn't look up to or listen to and that would be any form of celebrities, now I am not going to mention any names but anyone that looks like a distant relation of Skeletor is or has been on some weight loss drug, because I have been around long enough to know and have seen it myself, that some time ago now it was predominantly female celebrities praising body positivity on any shapes or sizes, including but not limited to those that how to put this nicely running the risk of clearly having medical concerns later on in life due to their size and castrating anyone for having an difference of opinion. I mean there is always something that you need to remember about Hollywood or/and celebrities there was always a bottom line; meaning money driven and joint first is perception, so hypothetically and based on my opinion it was money driven to be of a certain size and it still is just a different size and then we have perception, which most celebrities especially the younger ones and the up-and-coming ones will make sure they are on in their prospective be on the right side of history, but the funny thing is; as they get older they are just creating a technological trail that will trip them up in the future.

This is something to remember real men and I mean real men greatly prefer getting physical with curvy parts and the only bone that you should be feeling is his.

So if it is your new year’s resolution to essentially change your life in this manner; firstly if you want to go and seek medical assistance or advice or if not, you could choose the one change method; where you pick one thing and you choose not to consume it; like for me for about 90% of the time I choose not to eat Walker's crisps [for those that are crisps connoisseurs I mean the potato varieties] and the same goes for chocolate for 70% of the time based on a year cycle, so I may be bulky nowadays but like I said earlier 11 months of the year pretty good with food consumption and exercise.
