Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/shooting/stabbing/cutting/suicide/vehicle crashing/medical

Who am I?: Basically sometime later; we find out that his name is Jason Bourne/other names [Matt Damon:] an individual that is found floating in the Mediterranean Sea and has no idea why as he suffers from amnesia, but he quickly finds out that some people are trying to kill him, but because of the amnesia he has no idea why either.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 119 minutes film is good; it follows the outlay of espionage [I will discuss this more later on] so it does have a change of pace when it is time to smoothly switch over in to an action sequence, but it can also switch back to espionage to also progress the film, but regardless it always feels like it is always moving.

Action, art and comedy; as you can pretty much guess the action is chaotic, but also beautifully designed to be that way be it; Bourne climbing down this location to escape using the most smallest of touches/what is available to grab hold of on this location to then land safely on the floor to pick up this bag or/and this enthusiastic and obviously chaotic, but sprinkled with comedy as this is new to someone we have just met [I would bring about more up later as well] or Bourne not waiting for the same individual to try and find the key to this location he just uses his foot to break open the door as you do.

Character developments and performances; broadly speaking on both counts they are all good; you know they follow their character types and their performances reflect those character types to a reliably good standard. But let's move on; we have Matt Damon as Jason Bourne/other names: let's be honest he is Jason Bourne as we have this whole discovery/jigsaw puzzle thing going on amongst the chaos; Bourne on his own or with Franka Potente as Marie Kreutz: an individual that is going through a difficult time, but Bourne offers her $20,000, half now and halve when they reach their destination, in this old-fashioned mini, so she obviously accepts; their chemistry is fluently on point as on one hand we have Bourne going through what he is going through of having amnesia and not forgetting the chaos and Kreutz what she is going through, wondering what the hell has she got herself into and the chaos; excellent partnership here.

This film receives: 8/10, this film is excellent; as I have already referenced it does what it is designed to do and that is laid down the foundations for this franchise to be built upon in the future. This film also has some awards accredited to its name such as 3 Winners that includes but not limited to ASCAP Film and Television Music Awards 2003 ASCAP Award Top Box Office Films John Powell and 6 Nominees which also include but not limited to Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films, USA 2003 Saturn Award Best Action/Adventure/Thriller Film.
