In-depth Predictions/Other elements for AEW Grand Slam Australia 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Hounds Of Hell's: Buddy Murphy [with Julia Hart] vs. Champ Kazuchika Okada; Singles Match for the AEW Continental Championship: my pick is Buddy Murphy. For two reasons; first we are in his back yard of Australia and secondly I have a little feeling that Tony Khan is probably going to give the Hounds Of Hell a push now that someone had left and they have changed their stable name to the Hounds Of Hell.

Will Ospreay & Kenny Omega vs. The Don Callis Family's: Kyle Fletcher & AEW International Champion Konosuke Takeshita [with Don Callis;] Tag Team Match: my pick is Will Ospreay & Kenny Omega. This is just a feud building block and considering they are in Australia, I am sure they would like to see Osprey and Omega pick up the W.

Harley Cameron [with Mercedes Moné puppet] vs. Champ Mercedes Moné; Singles for the TBS Women's Championship: my pick is Mercedes Moné. I see some dirty tactics coming into play, probably Moné taking the puppet and consequently Cameron losing him, which in turn sends her deeper dependency on the puppet, because she lost in her home country, but don't worry she will probably get a rematch at AEW Dynasty 06/04/2025 where hopefully she should become the new Champ, I didn't forget about AEW Revolutions 09/03/2025, it seems too early for a rematch; So have Cameron do this stalking gimmick for a while until Moné gives up and gives her a rematch.

Jay White & Cope vs. Death Riders': the AEW World Champion Jon Moxley & one member of the AEW Trios World Champions Claudio Castagnoli [with Marina Shafir;] Brisbane Brawl Match: my pick is Jay White & Cope. Well I have some good news not so good news; if this goes how I think it will go is obviously my pick will win here, but then Cope will lose his world championship match at Revolution against Moxley, but then again TK could flip the script and do things vice versa, but I don't think we are quite ready to have Moxley lose/end this championship run, it feels like it safely has a little bit more to go.

Toni Storm [with Luther] vs. Champ Mariah May; Singles Match for the AEW Women's World Championship: my pick is Toni Storm. I just have three things to say; yes absolutely this should be the main event of this pay-per-view and yes this should be absolutely the right result, considering TK has done it for Saraya in the UK, so I don't see a problem pulling the same kind of thing for Storm and finally if it goes how I have predicted it, but least the Australian fan base would have a mix to positive about the results as it relates to their home-grown names/wrestlers.
