5 years later: briefly; Javier "Javi" Rivera [Anthony Ramos:] he is involved in Storm Par, he needs some help to he called upon Kate Carter [Daisy Edgar-Jones:] she is a gifted meteorologist working for NOAA [National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration;] they both share a history of an incident. Then there is Tyler Owens [Glenn Powell:] he is a famous YouTuber that is known as the Tornado Wrangler, including his team they go round creating content.

Generally speaking: script, the framework and pacing, character developments and performances; the script is partly lazy we have a catastrophe happen at the beginning of this film; like its predecessor; but if we are going to use this narrative why didn't they get one of the original Storm Chasers from the 1996 film Twister to be a family member to Carter? They gave Carter a similar white top as Dr. Jo Harding/Helen Hunt in the original as well, not only that what I find really irritating is the fact they had a glorious opportunity to use The Shining 1980 reference in this sequel and they missed an open touchdown, so even make this a sequel or don't make any references to the original; there is another reference. The framework and pacing of this 122 minutes film is straightforward, it sticks to plan and so on and so forth at.

The character developments are to begin with very jarring to the point where I was cheering for the tornadoes and without giving too much away, but at the same time I need to make this point; it takes the combined efforts of Carter/Edgar-Jones and Owens/Powell for this sequel to stop being jarring, yes the switching of allegiances is an interesting take and something fresh and different, but it very much relies on the partnership had just mentioned, for the other character developments and performances; on both counts I would say they are good versions of what they are meant to be in the same can be said for their performances.

Art and action; cosmetically we have this beautiful wheat field affect as to indicate basically a change of weather, but it didn't mean or for a new film of 2024; is it really easy to pick up on the green-screen effects? Because now and again you could have a character or characters looking up in some fashion and it kind of get a very small divide between the sky and the character [if you're old enough; you would know what you're looking for; in this case you're looking for a very thin and sometimes momentarily black outline] and for the action itself and mixed in with the art as well; we get to look and be inside these tornadoes and not forgetting fire becoming a factor; which this sequence of events is one of the biggest assets to this sequel.

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; after everything is said and done this is the right reflection on this sequel, as I have shown throughout this content; there is in some way or another more than enough to be entertained by, but then again I do believe that this sequel could have been and should have been better than what is with more attention to details which I have outlined in this content, but the person I watch some of this content with, but this sequel over the original, by personal preference so there is that and finally there are extra credit elements such as pictures and a scene. This film also has an award accredited to its name Golden Trailer Awards 2024 Golden Trailer Summer 2024 Blockbuster Trailer.
