Ireland in the 1970s: briefly; Finbar Murphy [Liam Neeson:] a contract killer that takes care of this individual that has connections to the RIA; his unit specifically his sister Doireann McCann [Kerry Condon:] she is the leader of this unit and she is now seeking revenge.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 106 minutes film is incredibly slow, it always feels like it is moving but as I have just indicated slow and steady.

Art and action; the scenery and landscapes are a consistent positive throughout this film as we get to see some rural areas, including breathtaking sky formations, as for the action there isn't much for me to talk about really; bombs and guns really that is your lot.

Character developments and performances; on both counts they are solid versions of what they are meant to be.

This film receives: 5/10, this film is mixed; it is a solid film, it is very much one of those films that you can say it is worth may be seeing once in a lifetime, if you're into these types of slow building and wanting to do more in your life, other than the road you are currently on and if you are a fan of Neeson then obviously check this out, but keep in mind my marking of this film, because without sounding arrogant, it is a fair outcome and there is a little sequence through the first of the ending credits. This project also hVenice Film Festivalas some awards accredited to its name such as 2 Nominees Venice Film Festival 2023 Audience Award - Armani Beauty (Orizzonti Extra) Robert Lorenz and Movie Music UK Awards 2024 Movie Music UK Award Score of the Year Diego Baldenweg Nora Baldenweg Lionel Baldenweg

Warning: there is another waste/dismemberment/stabbing/impaling/transformation/torture/burning/medical

I was struggling just to wake for roughly the first section: briefly; we have this Queen; Queen Dagan [Younger: performers unknown names/Adult: Aimee Lou Wood:] that is not very good at ruling her subjects, consequently she is getting overthrown, but her right hand person Shulmay/other names [Lolly Adefope:] this individual has been serving the Queen for some time and is very much the brains of this adventure, but anyway they quickly escape to go on this adventure in the search of help to get her kingdom back.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 91 minutes film is well as my opening to this content would suggest; I really did struggle to keep awake, but all I can say is; it has a straightforward and reliable outlay work from; it does eventually get better on all counts of this film

Comedy and action; it does have other comedy bits and pieces, but let's focus on these; the repetitive comedy sequences from a comedy or/and action perspective are either or on both counts comical and good action; here is a brief outline of these two sequences; we have this trio of characters throwing this dead body down this cliff and whenever they do they can't seem to get it just right or in the other sequence; we have these characters basically dying the same way as their predecessors.

Character developments and performances; they all very much follow their character types/outlays and their performances mostly all reflect that as well, but the character/performer really did a lot to keep this film going in every sense was and is Lolly Adefope as Shulmay for putting in a performance of a lead character/performer even though she is of a supporting role.

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; I have to stress it is a hard fought come back from the start and the beginning stages of this film, so it is very much a case of after everything is said and done and yes including Adefope, I would usually add another mark for this in most situations, but it is nothing against her, it has so much more to do with making it crystal clear how frankly poor this film is to begin with, but at the end of the day it gets a positive mark and finally we have two extra bits and pieces, in the first closing credits; between them we have this still picture and this bit of text about them after this film and right at the end of the ending credits voice.

5 things about this episode

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/other effects/transformation/robotics/shooting/short-circuiting

Mysterio Island: Storyline, Art, Character [Character developments] and Action; Tanya receives some posed from Aisha; in it is a key; known as the Key of Tiki; it is massive, golden and artistically very creative and detailed  and also this map which may or may not lead to her parents which went missing years ago; but luckily enough she gets teleported to this location and at some point in this episode she has to rescue these two individuals from being squashed like pancakes as they are stuck in a trap where the room is getting a little bit tight; so Tanya pulls back on this lever to halt it in its tracks.

This episode receives: 7/10, this episode is good; I would have given this episode so much more as it relates to its marking, but as I have already indicated when it was appropriate for me to do so in the previous TV series; Mighty Morphin Power Rangers S3/Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers S1; I can't remember what I said directly but I know it was something to the effect of this makes no sense. But putting that to one side this episode is still too strong for me to in hindsight give anything less than what I have.

Review Time:

Warning/Additional warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/burning/medical. I will only right now that there will be some things I say which will be very uncomfortable reading and there will be a reference to a convicted criminal, to the point where I am considering doing secondary content on this topic, because that is how strongly I feel about it [scratch that I will do secondary content on this topic.]

What the hell you want me to say about this film?!: Briefly; we follow the lives of these three tennis players; this team/doubles at the beginning; Patrick Zweig [Josh O'Connor:] a smoking tennis player, that has an arrogant streak & Art Donaldson [Mike Faist:] the shy one out of two and then we have Tashi Duncan [Zendaya:] she is one of the best prospects in female tennis and she will do anything to stay in the world of tennis.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 131 minutes film is atrocious as it goes back and forth in time [it does tell us now and again,] on top of that we have loud domineering background music with sometimes slow motion effects.

Action, art and comedy; yes now and again with the background music we do get this camera work which doesn't really capture the tennis match itself in one way or another and for the comedy, this is not a comedy I should very quickly state, but we do get a reference to Spider-Man and of course Zendaya has worked on Spider-Man [I am fully aware the reference is to the Spider-Verse which as of this content she is not even part of, but the point is it is a subtle reference to Spider-Man generally.]

Character developments and performances; well we come to the part which you may find uncomfortable; the sad reality is well this film shows you the sad reality that it is another social commentary film title where without giving too much away here; it is very clear to see Duncan she is incredibly manipulative and as long as people serve their purpose or/and do whatever she says that is fine and I am not saying that these two men are innocent, because they aren't, this is just a very toxic triangle, the really ugly truth is what is the difference between what Duncan is doing compared to someone like Harvey Weinstein and if you were a grown up you would say nothing as in there was no difference, his victims had to do these things to get somewhere in their careers [which I am definitely not defending Weinstein; that clearly is not my point here,] she dropped her underwear when there was a advancing option on the table or/and a deal to be made, I mean if you really want to get truly and I mean truly ugly we now getting to the point where; okay it clearly is not okay for men to do this, but it is perfectly fine for women to do it to get a head in life; is that what we are saying? I am not twisting it; it should be in no on both counts and the really sad thing is there is a young child in the background to this mess as well, I mean would do that teach the child. So on both counts if this is what they were going for they have achieved their goal.

This film receives: 1/10, this film is poor; yes as you can clearly see there are positives, but for those positives and negatives massively outweigh them, including the fact yet again without giving too much away, on reflection there is an ending but it is of one of those that is really unsatisfying. Yet somehow this has an award accredited to Nominee The Queerties 2024 Queerty Next Big Thing

Related content: Recommendation of: WWE WrestleMania XL/40/2024: Night 1 2024 - Spoiler Alarm! Link https://averagemansreviews2017.blogspot.com/2024/04/recommendation-of-wwe-wrestlemania.html

Warning/Disclaimer/Speculation: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/adult language/biting/drug references. Full disclosure of course I know the results, but as you can clearly see I still watched this event, I am not or ever likely to be a professional wrestler and at one point or another there will be some speculation.

Drew McIntyre vs. Champ Seth Rollins; Singles for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship: CM Punk tells Cole basically welcome him back properly, with that Cole says something to the effect of we will do that properly with Punk saying fabulous, moving on to the match itself; McIntyre has time to take a selfie on the audience member's telephone and get back to the match, having a minor back and forth with Punk, which he is on commentary, later on Punk almost has a slip of the tongue by saying Irish psychopath instead of Scottish psychopath, but he corrects himself just in time. Rollins on the second stump; if you look really closely but obviously not too closely he doesn't actually hit it at all well as he does a running sitting down version/hits McIntyre's cheek. For some reason we have a small chant of this is awesome; is this what classifies as awesome these days? I beg to differ, then we have Cole on commentary indicating that this has been explosive from the start, once again really? Let's be honest here; speculation this match outlay could be designed to begin this night on a hard-hitting contest, but also to cover-up the fact that Rollins may or may not be in great shape as at some point on commentary they have already mentioned the night previous and his surgery, so once again on a third Premium Live Event in a row over this weekend be it in kayfabe or not including reference to cancer/leukaemia it's almost like may be the WWE are overworking their wrestlers? And just maybe Triple H the wrestlers you didn't get because they don't want to work your clearly backbreaking schedule are actually smarter by listening to their bodies and choosing another option and finally these two wrestling here are just trying to fit everything in. Then we have a clear this is awesome chant with Cole agreeing with them on commentary. Punk criticises McIntire for in a nutshell taking it to the outside and so on and so forth, but doesn't say anything about Rollins using the outside once we are out there. It has just dawned on me, okay it may be a slightly higher quality of match up but basically we have the WWE Intercontinental match from last night where we have all of these hard-hitting moves either being attempted or being hit in different ways; but not able to close the match out, I wonder if they are way that the more they do this, the more it devalues the move in question, okay this match/match slot is so stupid, because of the point I have just made, I mean usually or/and more often than not I would add maybe a mark for everything surrounding this match slot, but this match is so ridiculous that it just puts me in a foul mood and this has nothing to do with tribalism this is strictly WWE and nothing to do me liking AEW. But honestly this match/match slot has just put me in a foul mood, how about protecting both of your finishing moves next time and just to put the cherry on top of the cake I really don't like the majority commentary after the bell, they just sour everything. This match/match slot receives: 4/10.

And then Cash in

The Judgement Day's: Damian Priest vs. Champ :Singles for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship: simply put as my marking would suggest this is much better, so much better than the previous match slot: 7/10.

The Pride: Bobby Lashley, The Street Prophets: Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford [with B-Fab] vs. The Final Testament: Karrion Kross, The Authors of Pain: Akam & Rezar [with Scarlett & Paul Ellering;] Six-Man Philadelphia Street Fight: a special mention has to go out to the individual in the crowd dressed up as Macho King Randy Savage [if you are interested in looking for this individual look for the crown and you will easily spot the individual.] I hope B-Fab is okay as for some reason she goes into the right top ring corner and takes the shoulder hit, it just doesn't sound too right, I should quickly state that this is nothing on Scarlett, everything seems to go according to plan, it is just the sound; it just doesn't sound too pleasant. Likewise I hope Ford is okay, because he goes flying over the bottom right corner, he hits his targets, but his back on legs/feet hit the barricades. B-Fab hits a form of a pump kick on Scarlett, but also falls slightly backwards and on top of her. Okay now I will have to take a mark off for this sport, because in all fairness it is just stupid and as you will understand why shortly; on the far side of the ring on the ring apron, we have B-Fab setting up a Russian leg sweep on Scarlett through a table where I am thinking hold on this is just not smart, because you will both go through the table and on top of that their backs took the table whilst their heads hit the floor or something to that effect; I mean I am not a professional wrestler and I will never be a professional wrestler, but surely a safer move would be like a Mark Hendry power slam through the table, so Scarlett's back takes the hit whilst B-Fab is protected by Scarlett, if she just drives forward and down [additional: this is not change my opinion; but however from a different camera angles  Scarlett performs a variety of a back body suplex.] A little later whilst setting up another table it broke, Trick Williams [from NXT gets referenced and mentioned on commentary.] This match/match slot receives: 7/10.

LA Knight vs. AJ Styles: Singles Match: with keeping in mind the surrounding elements such as commercial a promo section from one of the latest inductees to the WWE Hall of Fame, a very well-known and Slim Jim commercial, for odd reason [and I will get to the odd part] we have McAfee saying yeah in any English accent and then we have him and Graves discussing it on commentary and it comes the odd part; oddly McAfee says rest in peace. This match slot in a wrestling sense is solemnly good, but it is the surrounding elements such as in one way or another remembering Bray Wyatt, so obviously taking everything into consideration here. This match/match slot receives: 8/10.

Randy Orton vs. Kevin Owens vs. Champ Logan Paul [with Prime bottle mascot;] Triple Threat Match for the WWE United States Championship: we have a lot of comedy in this match slot; some fans are dressed up as Apocalypse prophet leader gimmick Bray Wyatt. Graves gets mixed up with competitors names, but he corrects himself, of what I have seen on the replay Paul actually gets the sling shot lariat right for the first time ever on both of his challengers.. McAfee gets corrected by Cole after making a mistake between Owens and Paul when it was meant to be vice versa. McAfee yet again makes another mistake when Paul goes in for a running/jumping clothesline into the far right corner on Orton, he calls it a big splash but as I have already indicated it was a clothesline; it has to be said that McAfee is consistently making little errors on commentary, then Cole says the wrong names but then also corrects himself. I have just noticed the Macho King audience member at some point will be in the screenshot. This match/match slot receives: 8/10.

Bayley vs. Champ Damage CTRL's: Iyo Sky; Singles Match for the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship: Bayley performs this flying cross body through the ropes on the entrance side, she seems to pick up an injury it gets referenced on commentary, but I am leaning more towards a kayfabe injury for this match, but this is speculation and I mean no disrespect. Regardless of this match slot is good and the crowd does get into it, but it does feel like it was here to be a good match yes but also just do what needs to be done. This match/match slot receives: 7/10.

Cody Rhodes vs. Champ The Bloodline's: Roman Reigns; TBD match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship; Stipulation to be determined by the result of Night 1's main event: okay let's start bringing this down from the very beginning Cole makes reference to how long Reigns has been champion which has been 1,316 days, then made reference to the list of champions which Reigns is now in company with/of as wrestlers that have held the championship longer as in alongside in the history books, then we have Graves basically saying greatness and other things, Cole brings up this would be the 9th time Reigns has had the main event spot of Mania and he has broken Hulk Hogan's record then Cole makes reference to how many defences Reigns has made; tonight will be 31 and then he lists the names off with Graves including Rhodes on that list, basically we have the entire commentary table putting over Reigns in a hard way. But if we were to look at the facts; that they aren't actually that impressive if we were to be honest. The problem I have with this entire building up garbage is so many uncomfortable facts if anything this entrance actually harms Reigns, because if you were to look at it; it highlights the worst parts of him even though he may or may not have been in control; such as to begin with taking the main event of Mania record away from Hogan and just for the record I don't care about Hogan, I am simply pointing out that they are making reference to when Reigns was being shoved down our necks so this was not a good start, then so what he has been champion for 1,316 days which puts him alongside these other long reigning champions, but he has the worst statistics, I really do understand that he does have a medical history and on a separate topic but on a connecting one the world of wrestling is different, but reasonably if he had 89 or somewhere around here defences that would be something to highlight over this timeframe of days, but as things are his record would basically indicate doing the bare minimum to keep hold of his championship and not forgetting the uncomfortable fact that most of these have come from outside assistance. I really wouldn't have brought this up in the slightest, because it just annoys me and we haven't even had the ringing of the bell yet. Cole references Reigns as the most dominant champion of this era which I think I have successfully squashed that theory by saying earlier he has done the equivalent of the very basics to keep hold of his championship. Paraphrasing McAfee makes reference to Rhodes being in possibly better cardia than Reigns or you would think based on he wrestles more three times a week, you know what I said about from earlier about Reigns not looking good, this would be another point, it has to be asked warlord in making these references which then opened up the door for me to point out these things? It just doesn't make your champion look in the slightest strong in any sense of the word. Now I have to give some praise you Cole for telling Rhodes in a nutshell focus, McAfee makes reference to a possible know of certain herb in the air and then a little later he says an adult reference, Mr. Perfect gets referenced in one way or another and then for me Graves has to spoiler a little by saying basically a comparison between this legend and Reigns reign as champion and as everyone should know likewise as I have already illustrated it has been less than perfect. We have a this is awesome chants, which I beg to differ and finally this is where I got angry, very unbelievably angry at one point or another we have the commentary team saying something to the effect of pro-wrestling something or other. This is why I highlighted in the first night when Michael Cole said buckle up it is time for the greatest show in all of entertainment, this is WrestleMania. I hate to break it to you but the WWE has been about professional wrestling for some years, if you want a turning point I will give you one 2002 when the WWF went to WWE actually the E stands for Entertainment and yes the second W stands for wrestling; I mean I know, I know it was probably a jab at AEW, so taking everything into consideration, including my interest in this feud checked out about a year ago. This match/match slot receives: 6/10.

The average mark of this pay-per-view is: 8/10, let's be honest the second night really did the heavy lifting and save this weekend, before I get criticism for something or anything I should point out this event went from a 5/10 to what you see here, so how can I put this politely; I just see things as they are so let's not this tribalism garbage shall we.

Fashion Show: Storyline, Action, Comedy, Character [Character developments;] there is this fashion show going to be put on for charity, unfortunately this model which were under the protection of the Detective Agency;  Private Detectives Stone, Farkas "Bulk" Bulkmeier/Agent 0 & Eugene "Skull" Skullovitch/Agent 00; when Private Detective Eugene "Skull" Skullovitch knocks over this very strong scented fragrance which it goes all over this model, he takes responsibility for it, he doesn't leave her side and he fixes the problem.

This episode receives: 6/10, this episode is good; but I should also say it is a mixture between and I don't mind this from time to time, but it puts more focus on these characters being human beings, but now I have been positive, I am not going to be negative but I need to point out that parts of this episode look and feel like as this they were better suited for the earlier days of this TV program franchise.

Beach Club: Art, Storyline, Action and Character [Character developments;] we are welcomed into this episode by these steel drums/steel pan being played; it is the first thing that hits the viewers as this episode begins; this was a fresh and pleasant way to begin; Ernie has decided to open up this location on this public beach, unfortunately because of this he experiences this attack on this location from this bunch of bikers led by this individual named Eddie; which says that this is our turf and you have 24 hours and then we will come back and it won't be pretty.

This episode receives: 7/10, this episode is good; if you are old enough, what I'm about to say you will understand, generally speaking this episode runs like one of those old-fashioned sitcoms or films where you could have this selection of people from the alternative lifestyle, meaning in this case bikers and the stereotypes that followed that lifestyle, but you have these selection of characters trying to resolve this problem peacefully and everything that comes of that.

Warning: there is racism/capital punishment/Russia component/shooting/burning

All Rivers Draw Poker Championship; to be held on This Sternwheel Portland; "The Lauren Bell”: basically; this tournament is being ran by Commodore Duvall [James Coburn:] he will also be taking part in it. But our story begins some days earlier with Bret Maverick [Mel Gibson:] a handy person with not only being an excellent poker player but also quick with a gun and mouth as well; he already has some of the $25,000 entry fee for this tournament and without giving too much away but also saying we follow him on his journey to find the rest of this money and take his seat at this tournament.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 127 minutes film; is well really, really, really slow at best when it has a gust of enthusiasm, it gets into second gear; it is very detrimental to this film as man it is just insufferably boring as hell, we also have the film starting somewhere else in the film and not at the beginning and now and again we also have Maverick providing narration/storyteller.

Comedy/Action/Art; because of how this film has been laid out as in its slowness, everything else feels as flat as a pancake or/and they are having to try making something happen. I mean there was one time out of may be a small hand of times that I laughed or was entertained and that was when we had Maverick and Bank Robber [Danny Glover:] where they have this back and forth of basically " I recognise you from somewhere, don't I? Nope, it couldn't be [ with familiar background music from this series of films, which I will make reference to in due course; in mannerisms and body language with very little spoken] in reference to their times working together on the Lethal Weapon film series and yes when things get a little bit hairy a moment or two later this bank robber makes reference to his age also another reference used from this film series.

In a rough description we have this runaway horses and carriage; where unfortunately the driver has passed on, which after a brief discussion between Maverick and Zane Cooper/other names [James Garner:] I can't tell you too much about this character in this film, other than for here and now, it is up to him to fix the far back wheel, but what I can tell you about James Garner is he was the original Bret Maverick/Beau "Pappy" Maverick in the TV program Maverick from 1957 to 1962; but I digress so it is up to Maverick to deal with all of the dangerous things. But in short Cooper says the wheel is perfect to Annabelle Bransford [Jodie Foster:] she is like Maverick heading towards this tournament and likewise trying to put some money together to enter, she is a good poker player, but she is a better thief well to everyone else but Maverick as he knows most of her tricks. Obviously the art is good to see from the wardrobe, set designs and anything other; so they did a excellent job on bringing this film to life.

Character developments and performances; as I mentioned earlier because this film is really slow and on a quick side note the person I want some of this content with said and I am paraphrasing here it just fell really slow and too long, they could have taken off 25 minutes. But I digress; as I made reference to earlier also it is detrimental; so be it the character developments which are something safe and reliable or/and the performances on their own merit or likewise safe and reliable, but they are really having to work to fill up this empty space brought on by the slowness as in if this film is quicker, possibly but more likely it would have this problem in the first place.

This film receives: 5/10, this film is mixed; I am trying to be positive about this film; this is one of those films that if you know what I am saying you will get this straight away; as my marking would suggest this film isn't poor, but it in hindsight became a chore to watch as it really has problems so it became a mixture between its okay, but what I want to again, I would rather watch paint dry. This film has some awards accredited to its name; 1 Winner ASCAP Film and Television Music Awards 1995 ASCAP Award Top Box Office Films Randy Newman, 2 Nominees Academy Awards, USA 1995 Oscar Best Costume Design April Ferry and American Comedy Awards, USA 1995 American Comedy Award Funniest Actress in a Motion Picture (Leading Role) Jodie Foster

5 things about this episode

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/other effects/transformation/robotics/shooting/short-circuiting

King Mondo steps up to the plate: Storyline, Character [Character developments,] Action and Art; King Mondo is getting fed up of the Zeo Rangers destroying his creations, so he decides that if you want something done properly, do it yourself. But to go and take on the Zeo Rangers he digs up/call upon this very powerful weapon/Sword; Damocles Sword. When King Mondo finds the right area of this sword as he has buried it; you call them on it with some electrical shocks to the ground; it begins an earthquake and it rises from the ground up; it has been very loosely based Excalibur presentation to it; where Excalibur basically comes rising out of this lake, the Damocles Sword as I have already indicated comes rising out of earth and it glows orange or something like that, to push the idea they also gave the Damocles Sword this mediaeval presentation and feel; this was all highly imaginative.

This episode receives: 9/10, this episode is excellent; there is lots of things happening in it and just to cover my back; I did some research to find out the name of this lady; Excalibur is being held/protected by the Lady of the Lake known as Viviane or/Nimuë, but go with me here; this has been very loosely inspired/interpreted to fit in with in this episode/TV season.

Civil War 2024 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning/addition warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/shooting/racism/drugs/bodily functions/burning. Additional warning this content may or may not be unsettling to some viewers.

On our way to Washington DC: briefly; we have this vehicle full of photographer/photojournalist/journalist; ranging from young beginning Jessie Cullen [Cailee Spaeny:] an inspiring photographer and then we have the oldest Sammy [Stephen McKinley Henderson:] a veteran journalist and we get to follow this foursome on their journey and beyond.

Generally speaking: we have a lot to discuss; the script/film is one of those films that has been based around an ongoing situation, so whatever happened to why is situation has come to this point or after this situation even before or after we will never know [just to cover my back; obviously they could do a prequel to this film, but based on here and now we are using the outline of just this situation everything before or after is not the focus point; we are just here and now and ongoing that is it.]

Now this is where things could become very uncomfortable or infuriating for some viewers, I am mentally very switched on [even though my body and mental health is pretty screwed,] I was beginning to wonder in or around the first quarter if this film was doing what I think it was trying to do and more you go on through this film, there were more and more evidence to suggest that they were all so using social commentary in one way or another. As in the perspective of be you from the US or/and the Western cultures pick up something and start shooting [be it a gun and camera; I mean times have you seen something and the first thing you see is all these people getting their mobiles out that kind of mentality must get be the dominating force or at most get content to get likes or/and comments/quote] or we even have people that don't want anything to do with this situation or/and deny it [so it even covers the type of people that are trying to turn a blind eye.]

I mean art imitates life, I am not saying this is what this film has done, but over recent times even in my own country of the United Kingdom we had Brexit referendum in 2016 and as of this content is 2024 and in short it has been a complete dumb stuff fire including but not limited to the ramifications of that choice are still being felt and likewise so did the US with the attack happened on The Capitol Building in 2021.

Where in this film you can also clearly see some of these people are not happy for whatever reason and unfortunately you will see what happens if you don't come from America. So you can see why I came up with social commentary and let's be honest if we don't start trying to be better people generally speaking, at the moment this kind of film may be an extreme version, but then again the US and/or UK have already had civil wars over their lands in history anyway.

The framework and pacing of this 109 minutes film is slow to begin with but the more you watch of it the better it gets.

Action and art; the action is what it is for this type of film, it isn't poor, it does its job. I am say this about the art I like the concept of seeing what pictures they are taking from their perspective, but I don't have to like the content of the pictures and we do have some really imaginative scenery.

Character developments and performances; the character developments are good versions of what they are meant to be, but they are a bit predictable, as soon as a back and forth happen, I knew at some point something was going to happen at some point in this film and as I just referenced because they are good versions of what they are meant to be, the performances reflect that also.

This film receives: 7/10, this film is good; once it gets going, it can be a really hard-hitting film, which is also worth a watch, there is also one extra scene whilst a photo is coming through and it already has an award nominee to its name SXSW Film Festival 2024  Audience Award Headliners Alex Garland

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire 2024 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/animal feeding/animal cruelty/animal slavery/environmental/transformation/shooting/medical. I will be using this censored softer adult language reference at some point  and you will understand why when come to it.

A massive problem is on the way: briefly; something is coming up from Hollow Earth and we are going to need some Titans helped to get through this one, but at least this time we are led to believe [we don't get too much background on this individual just to cover my back;] specialist vet in the form of Trapper [Dan Stevens:] which is a laid-back guy which also has a history with Dr. Ilene Andrews [Dr. Ilene Andrews.]

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 115 minutes film is good, but I have to say it does feel like that some of these humans get in the way as in, we want more without them or more with these characters and less of those ones.

Art, Action and Comedy; the art is truly outstanding; be it from the landscapes, scenery or/and these monsters/creatures communicating to one another; let's begin Kong being chased and having to deal with these creatures, so he has to kill one, so that the others would get the idea, now after this Kong gives off the body language of; I will have to censor what he is actually putting across as he is wiping these entrails off he is putting across "I have this manure all on me, now I will have to take a shower." [So he does,] next up in a rough description; after Kong has been tricked by this new character, Kong shares his food with this character, so we have both of them just chilling out having some food with this really striking background [you won't be able to miss it when come across it] and finally much later on we have Kong trying to communicate with Godzilla; as Godzilla on seeing Kong charges for him, with Kong giving off something to the effect of " Whoa, Whoa they need to speak to you." But Godzilla wants to do their standard conflict

Character developments, performances and voice performances; so as you may have gotten by now the monsters and creatures character developments are splendid and really progressed as I now feel that they could easily and comfortably carry a film; I will discuss this again in a little while. The only human that stands out for me is Kaylee Hottle as Jia; as without giving too much away she/we find out more about her background and not forgetting her personal connection to Kong as well so this is excellent. But the rest of the humans that speak are; well doing a solid version as their characters and consequently their versions reflect that, the voice performances as in the sound coming from the monsters and/or creatures; really does so much to bring these creatures to life.

This film receives: 8/10, this film is excellent; there really is a lot to see and experience, but if you want me to be honest I have two concerns; the first being where does this franchise go from here and secondly yes the human are generally speaking solid, this is purely opinion/speculation based have they ever wondered what it would be like to do any monster project without the human component or just note spoken word.

Power Rangers Zeo [Season 1,] Episode 33: A Golden Homecoming by AverageMansReviews

Power Rangers Zeo [Season 1,] Episode 33: A Golden Homecoming by AverageMansReviews

Review Time:

5 things about this episode

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/other effects/transformation/robotics/shooting/short-circuiting

Help is on its way: Storyline, Action, Art and Character [Character developments;] Tommy has reached out to a friend for help, all he has to do is bring them to the Command Chamber without being detected from the Machine Empire and their forces but they ran out of cover so they had to run for it and for those smart people out there yes they could/can teleport them into the Command Chamber but they have to closer to do that. Which means we get to see this ethnic action sequence of events involving the Quadrafighters and then momentarily later the Cogs; the art is imaginative as for an example we have; this slow running sequence followed by the Quadrafighters firing and Tommy and this mystery individual running and jumping out of the way as the Quadrafighters return to base.

The transfer of power; the Gold Zeo Power Ranger which I can now reveal; his name is Trey of Triforia, but because of his latest battles with Borax he has splinted down into three different personalities; which his species can do; Trey of Courage, Trey of Heart and Trey of Wisdom, but in this form they cannot access  the Gold Zeo Power Ranger, so they need to transfer the power essentially on to a guardian whilst they pull themselves back together or lose the power forever.

This episode receives: 10/10, this episode is top-notch entertainment; as you can guess by now the previous two episodes making this a trilogy has so much to offer that I couldn't bring everything up because that would break the outlay of this content, but what I can say is these three consecutive 10 out of 10 episodes were at no point in danger of getting anything less; they definitely went with the idea in miniature film approach with this trilogy of episodes.

Just a heads up/Speculation: from now on I will only be doing the pay-per-view match card and at one point or another there will be speculation

The AEW TNT Champion Adam Copeland, the NJPW Open Weight Champion Eddie Kingston & the ROH World Champion Mark Briscoe vs. The House of Black's: Malakai Black, Brody King & Buddy Matthews: my pick is The House of Black's: Malakai Black, Brody King & Buddy Matthews. I don't know how or why this match slot has been booked? Because no one can afford to lose here, briefly on one side you have all of these champions, whilst on the other you have this unit that should not lose to remain looking strong.

Chris Jericho vs. Champ Hook; FTW Rules Match for the FTW Championship: my pick is Chris Jericho. Possibly due to tears Taz get involved to accidentally hit his real-life son with the championship which was meant for Jericho; that old yet reliable match outline.

Kyle O'Reilly vs. Champ The Undisputed Kingdom's: Roderick Strong [with the ROH World Tag Champions The Kingdoms: Mike Bennett & Matt Taven;] Singles Match for the AEW International Championship: my pick is The Undisputed Kingdom's: Roderick Strong. Wardlow to come out and be a game changer, to ensure Strong is still champion.

Willow Nightingale [with Stokely Hathaway] vs. Champ The House of Black's: Julia Hart [with Skye Blue;] A House Rules Match for the AEW TBS Championship: my pick is The House of Black's: Julia Hart. At best I am hoping of a dusty finish so we can go with a Trios Match at AEW Double or Nothing 2024; Nightingale vs. Moné vs. Hart for this championship. Because I will be very unhappy if we use Nightingale just put this championship on Moné, Nightingale deserves better, yes I am very much aware I am talking about potentially future steps, but if I say it now, I hope not to refer to it again, but I have a feeling I will be making reference to this again at some point in the near future and if you want to know anymore visit the related content.

Pac vs. Champ Kazuchika Okada; Singles Match for the AEW Continental Championship: my pick is Kazuchika Okada. Simply put this match should obviously be excellent, but it does feel like a feud builder, so don't be too surprised if they do rematch at AEW Double or Nothing 2024 and this is not the only time I will be making this reference.

The Young Bucks: Nicholas & Matthew Jackson vs. FTR: Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler; Tournament Final Ladder Match for the vacant AEW World Tag Team Championship: my pick is The Young Bucks: Nicholas & Matthew Jackson. Now when I see a simulation like this being used, I always wonder why? Other than obviously protecting everyone from taking a loss be it a pin or submission and this is completely speculation. Could it be someone is either going to return or make a surprising debut? Because the Jacksons are heels at the moment, I can see somebody coming out to assist them.

Thunder Rosa vs. Champ Toni Storm [with Mariah May & Luther;] Singles Match for the AEW Women's World Championship: my pick is Toni Storm. I expect some level of shady goings-on, but from out of nowhere Deonna Purrazzo, shows up to even up the numbers, but somehow Storm rolls up Rosa for the W, which hopefully starts building up for a trios match at AEW Double or Nothing 2024.

Will Ospreay vs. The Blackpool Combat Club's: Bryan Danielson; Singles Match: my pick is Will Osprey. Obviously this is going to be a cream of the crop match up, but they also fully expect for Danielson to put over Osprey.

The Mogul Embassy's: Swerve Strickland [with Prince Nana] vs. Champ Samoa Joe; Singles Match for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship: my pick is Samoa Joe. Now wait, wait everyone is saying should be Strickland that should be champion, I am saying yes just not now, but we are getting there. I expect we will see Adam Page getting involved at some point and consequently Joe takes advantage of this situation. I am thinking why don't we do this trios match for this championship again at AEW Double or Nothing way okay Joe will put up the championship, but this time he wants something in return from both of his competitors; for Strickland he must step away as leader as of The Mogul Embassy and for Page whilst Joe is champion he can no longer receive opportunities at his championship; which yes I have no doubt some of you out there maybe thinking this is cheesy, but in my defence it works nicely into the title of this pay-per-view AEW Double or Nothing 2024 and this is where I would make Strickland champion.
