Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/homophobic/immigration/racism/drugs/burning/bodily functions/activism/suicide

I Came By: this member of this activist pairing that use the street-art tag "I Came By"  Toby Nealey [George McKay;] eventually goes missing after entering the house of Sir Hector Blake [Hugh Bonneville:] an ex-judge. Toby's Mum Lizzie Nealey [Kelly MacDonald] does everything to find his son, eventually Toby's best friend and the other half this activist pairing Jameel "Jay" Agassi [Percelle Ascott] finally steps up.

The frame work and pacing of this 110 minutes film will I know what they have tried to do here with the slow building up suspense with the background music now and again when it is a appropriate and the pacing of this film being slow as hell, but after 35 minutes of essentially not much happening I was bored as hell, I completely lost interest in this film and what with the references to homophobic, immigration and just to cover my back racism is where Jay makes reference to a longer prison sentence because of his ethnic background and on top of that I do understand that this character has got to put his new family first.

Art: the Art used in this film is a positive, it is eye-catching and colourful.

Comedy: we have this ex-judge watching Rick and Morty which I found funny

Action: it is what it is and it achieves its purpose

Character developments and performances: they are solid character developments and performances.

This film receives: 1/10, this film is poor; yes I have highlighted the there are some positives in this film, but as I have already alluded to my interest in this film quickly got exhausted and makes that with the homophobic, immigration and racial mentions it doesn't sit too well with me and how could I forget we don't get a at minimum rounded ending, meaning it is open to ask; what happened next?
